She answered all our questions very patiently. We were so impressed that even though we went to check out the holiday, we ended up booking it by paying the deposit. Fantastic experience: Decided to come to Preston today on the spur of the moment. We were heading for the shops but did a quick impulsive detour into the TUI store. Here we met Mira, a delightful young lady from Ukraine, with a happy smile and she gave us a warm welcome. We had just paid for our June 2025 holiday with TUI to Kefalonia, and thought we may as well book for 2026. Mira listened attentively to our request /details of the holiday we wanted and very competently proceeded to make the booking for us. I require assistance when we travel and Mira made all the arrangements for me, even printing a copy of the arrangements , that I requested to accompany our booking confirmation. We found Mira delightful to talk to, professional & courteous, and she made making the 2026 booking a pleasure, with no question unanswered. We wouldn’t hesitate to use the Deepdale TUI again and would be more than happy to be served by Mira.

Fantastic experience: I called TUI Deepdale branch on the 30/12/24 to inquire about a holiday. I spoke to a lovely lady by the name of Eva, who showed excellent customer service skills, but also, made sure that I got what I needed from my inquiry. Due to her listening skills, empathy and understanding of my requirements, my wife and I went visited Eva at the store and booked our holiday there and then. As Eva was busy with another client, we met Iryna at the welcome desk, who introduced us to Catrina who kindly took our booking. Both Iryna and Catrina were wonderful and very helpful. Because of Eva, as well as Iryna and Catrina, Deepdale branch is without doubt the best TUI branch we have come across, especially as we were initially put through to another office, which we think was Swindon, but don't hold us to that, whereby the lady said she will call back, but never did. Lorien priced up several holidays and was very helpful in discussing cabins, what is included as I have never been on a cruise. I feel better informed now about what to expect. Fantastic experience: We have just returned from a sunny 10 days away with the family and what can I say everything was perfect. We booked our holiday in store with a young lady named Eva, she was very knowledgeable and helped us find our dream family holiday. We have religiously booked holidays with TUI for the past 12 years and despite having a bad experience last year and being slightly unsure on whether to book through TUI again, Eva has regained our trust within the company. The process of booking our holiday inside to store of TUI Deepdale was amazing and much easier than messing around online! Myself and the family had the best holiday. Fantastic experience: I just wanted to recognise Susan who works in store for her excellent customer service. My husband and I were looking to book a few nights away for our wedding anniversary and whilst browsing online, I recalled receiving a '£100 off your next holiday' voucher after returning from our last family holiday with you. When I located the email containing this voucher, I found that the voucher itself was not viewable and I therefore called TUI customer service which is when I was lucky enough to be connected to Susan. She was occupied with another customer in store at the time but still answered my call and assured that she would call me back once she had finished. In the interim, I did call back the main customer service number and this time was directed to the superstore in Llandudno. It is my experience with this store that made me all the more grateful for Susan. Llandudno helped in terms of allowing me to forward the email to them to see and advising me to try a couple of troubleshooting ideas which did not work. They then told me that there was nothing else they could do and I should try attending a store in person, but I explained all of my local branches had long been closed down. I was then assured a call back but never received one. Susan then called me back. She said she would try her best to help us with our problem, and she did just that. She spoke with a manager and showed them a copy of our voucher email. She then completed our booking for us, matching the website price and honouring our £100 voucher. She followed up with us a couple of days later with quotes for travel insurance, and had looked at car hire and excursions too. She was very professional, friendly, helpful and never once made me feel rushed on the phone, despite it being busy in store. She's a gem and TUI are lucky to have her. Thank you Susan!

Negative experience: Not a great experience. The sales person was cold to begin with an didn’t really have any knowledge on hotels other than what was on the screen which we could do ourselves. Was trying to push us into certain places and is the only person we have ever met who said don’t go to florida at Christmas with 2 kids! Said she has been in the job 25 years but didn’t have any real knowledge to the point she didn’t know if the part of mexico we were looking for needed to pay tourist tax, she told us no but on further investigation it does! We eventually found a hotel that we had already identified on their website and fair enough she matched a deal from another agency. We got all through the booking, choosing seats everything with no mention of payment options and only right at the end I asked how do we make payment. The holiday needed to be paid in full 3 months before departing with no DD option in store. Asked if they could push the date back 3 weeks and we were prepared to pay a 50% deposit but she wasn’t interested. As it was late asked if she could make a call to there higher ups the next day and ask the question but she told me there was no point but I said it wouldn’t hurt and if the answer was no it was no. Reluctantly she agreed to this however surprise surprise she has never rung me back. I have now booked through the initial provider and have actually got it cheaper than the deal I had before as the hotel rates have changed and the balance only needed paying 4 weeks before due to our large deposit. I am on the same flight and have the same seats as I chose with them all for £1000 less. If you can use a computer and can read you don’t need to come here to book a holiday!

She was super friendly, very understanding, warm, polite and so informative and helpful. We really enjoy booking at Deepdale Tui as the staff are amazing there and the opening times are so convenient. Nothing's too much trouble. It's very reassuring that the Tui staff sort out every aspect of our holiday for us. They book the special assistance and take away all the hassle, that you just cant get by organising things yourself. It feels safe. We always feel welcomed and prefer using Tui for our cruises over every other travel agent. We love the Tui Marella ships and have enjoyed every holiday we've had via Tui. My friend won't travel with anyone else and always likes to book with Lorren.

Fantastic experience: Once again a great experience at Tui Deepdale, always a warm welcome.This time we were greeted by Georgia ,who set about finding us a holiday to Dominican Republic as we knew the dates and area but we were not to sure about which hotel. Georgia found us some hotels to look at explaining each one’s amenities, she also booked premium seats and car parking for us. Georgia booked our Tresures of the Med cruise, then foud us a hotel stay, in a hotel, that wasnt apearing online, when I searched at home. We came out of the store, very happy and satisfied. Fantastic experience: We had our holiday cancelled as a result of the air traffic control issue on the 28th August and visited the TUI shop at Deepdale and were extremely pleased we did. Georgia & Philippa were extremely helpful and patient going through all the options to get us another holiday booked asap and nothing was too much trouble. We usually book our holidays online but after this experience we definitely will be paying them another visit.

Fantastic experience: The service I received in the TUI store at Deepdale was incredible. We originally only went in for travel money as we had booked our holiday to Mexico all separately (we now wish we had visited this store to book it and will definitely do so in future!). We had a few questions regarding Mexico as it is our first time visiting, and the employee Jack who served us was extremely knowledgeable and kind, and had the answers straight away to all our queries, he’s definitely a Mexico expert! Due to being so impressed with the service, we went on to book transfers to and from our hotel with him. This was a very smooth process and eased the pain of us having to sort it ourselves. Overall the experience was faultless and we were very impressed with Jacks service. We cannot thank him enough for helping us and we were very pleased to leave with our transfers sorted. We will definitely be back to book our next holiday!
