Fantastic experience: This company has provided the most smoothest journey from Heathrow to Mecca and Medina. The Hotel they’ve booked for us were both 5* star hotels and the Mecca one included a view of the Haram as requested. We also booked a tour guide that came to pick us up. Everything went through so smoothly alhamdulilah. Will be booking with them again next year inshallah. Highly recommend!!!

Negative experience: Very poor service as we booked our umrah with them as group of 12 members when went to hotel it was cancelled we had to go to another hotel for 1 night next day we was transferred to another hotel had to wait 12 hours for them to sort things out lost a day in process not happy at all with there service beware what you book with them

Negative experience: We booked a Umrah package with Hammad and I am so appalled with the service. It started off really well, he listened to what we were after and made sure to discuss all of the options with us. We were packing a group booking and he was very patient with us when making decisions. However, once we reached Makkah we found that our hotel booking had been cancelled due to us not checking in on time. Bare in mind we landed at 4am in the morning so expecting us to check in the day before was ludicrous. I contacted the emergency contact (Raza) and was told it was my own fault as I hadn't contacted the hotel to tell them the time I was landing. Surely this is the agents responsibility? He argued with me telling me it isn't his problem and I should have read the terms and conditions. Eventually when I threatened to contact my bank and claim a full refund he calmed down and said he would contact the supplier and sort the issue out. We waited for 4 hours after being told to wait for 15 minutes and then we were told to ask the driver to take us to another hotel. We reached the new hotel which was much much further away then originally promised only to find out there was still no booking. Each time I would call him he would disconnect the call. Eventually he rang me back and told me the booking hasn't been made and he only told me to go to the new hotel as I had been calling him many times. 2 hours later we were then sent a booking reference number and were able to check in. Bare in mind I had a 3 year old child with me and we had been travelling all night. We stayed in Makkah for 5 nights and then travelled to Madinah. Once, we reached Madinah we had 2 hotels booked between the group. The second hotel hadn't been booked, we were told it had been cancelled due to our flight being delayed which made no sense as we were there at check in time as we had travelled quite early from Makkah. After about an hour of travelling back and forth between 2 hotels they finally sorted the booking out. We also booked a transfer service with the company which also gave us issues. Due to the number of guests booking we had 2 hotels booked in Madinah, we were told by Hammad that the guest in the second hotel would have to walk to the hotel with her luggage as it isn't the drivers responsibility to drop to 2 hotels even though she had paid for the transfer service. After disputing this Raza assured me the driver would drop her to her own hotel and us to ours. Once we reached Madinah the driver refused to drop her to her hotel and said he hadn't been told of two hotels so she had to take her own taxi to her own hotel. Overall I am really really disappointed with this company. I understand sometimes bookings go wrong with hotels but their response to it all was awful. Everything was blamed on me and Raza shouted at me saying it was my fault. It doesn't make sense to book a package through a travel agent and then have to confirm things yourself. What is the point of the agent if I am going to do their job? I would never book with them or recommend them to anyone. I'm really really disgusted.

She was quite accommodating when my daughter’s visa got rejected, she helped me apply for an urgent one and I got her second visa literally a day before flying. The accommodation was as per my request and overall I had a good experience. The only thing I would say is to work on their communication, they don’t reach out to you unless you do.

I requested him to arrange ziyarat in Madinah and Makkah as it was not included in our package which he promptly arranged for us.

Negative experience: Avoid this Hajj and Umrah travel company at all costs. They are running scams with their packages and visas, and even have a false address listed on the map. Do not trust them with your documents or money. They are operating from another country, not from the UK.

Negative experience: I just write to everyone with this office that they should be careful before dealing with them because they do not value or care about anyone at all, especially since I had an accident about two and a half years ago and I booked a ticket from their office and was late for the appointment due to health conditions, and when I called Zian, he told me to book a second ticket. I booked your ticket again, and this time I also booked a ticket from their office, and it happened that they changed the gats of the airplane more than once until it missed the plane. When I came back here, I called the books to help me, but they refused. I called the airline and explained the most important issue, and he said, “We will return to you the money that I paid.” When I booked the ticket, they actually sent me an email about that, and I called the office more than once and sent them the email, but they do not want to refund my dues, and now this theft, infringement, and injustice are intentionally perpetrated by this office.

Fantastic experience: Alhumdulillah was a bit sceptical about booking with this firm, but spoke to them several times before deciding. They had their own hotels and packages, but I tweaked with it myself and they were happy to get prices for tweaked hotels Alhumdulillah cheaper than what I thought. Flight times did change a few times before our departure, but all in good time and we had enough notice. Ghazia and Usman we’re easy to get hold of and helpful every step of the way, although they weren’t sure if we would be provided a transit hotel on our return via Kuwait which had a layover of 13 hours(UNDER KUWAITI AIRLINES LAW PASSENGERS WITH 8+HOURS LAYOVER MUST BE PROVIDED WITH A TRANSIT HOTEL!) this had to be chased up with the company as I don’t think they were aware of this(now they do, as I had relayed that information back to them!). Apart from that mishap, Alhumdulillah all else went as well as can be expected

Negative experience: Booked an umrah package with this company and had a terrible experience as a result. Hotel in Makkah was a 20-25 minute walk to get inside masjid haram when they kept on insisting it was only a 8-10 minute walk. The hotel was meant to be a 5-star when in fact I’d say it wasn't even equivalent to a 1 star hotel here in the UK. The hotel rooms were disgusting with old duvet sheets, blooded pillows and socks and underwear's found under the bed. The bathrooms were horrible. Rooms weren’t cleaned and carpet stank of feaces. We paid good money which deffo wernt worth it for the rooms we were given.

Negative experience: Very bad experience with this travel agency! They promise you one thing but ends up with a different thing. They had promised me a 4 star hotel and when I went there it turned out to be a 3 stars hotel. Dan The change it in last minute I was in the Hotel so I get a taxi and go to different hotel. Then when I go to hotel the no let me in because they said we don't have a reservation code 'The communication is very bad with them I didn’t have the hotel voucher . macca hotel was good but madina t hotel is horrible so dirty and on and there is not any service

Positive experience: Subhanallah. Alhumdulillah. My sons and I had the best Umra trip mashallah. Ahmed was very helpful and tailored our package to suit our budget and talked me through all the hurdles along the way. The only one criticism would be that he should have explained right in the beginning the difficulty in using the Saudi Apps to submit fingerprints and the option of getting a GP letter if exempt due to certain illnesses/disabilities. The app is out of anyone's control but it would have saved a lot of time, sweat, anxiety and pain trying to do the fingerprints so many times only for the app to not work but continuously having an error. My sons had to submit their fingerprints several times, going through the entire process each time, only to discover there was an error and they had to try again. Eventually, the biometrics were submitted successfully. Very stressful. The hotels were lovely, although the 5* Hotel in Makkah, looked like a 5*, however, the service given was definitely not 5*. They were very pleasant and welcoming, however, upon entry to our room, which was clean but one of the beds had the white sheets missing. The was a dirty towel on the floor from previous guests that had not been taken away. The hot water in the shower did not work. When we called for service, the 1st 2 items were not addressed. However they sent someone to look at the shower who ran the water in the bathroom and wash water basin for about 20 minutes until the water turned hot. They told us to do that. We decided against it as it is a waste of water when people are dying of thirst across the world, so we ended up having cold showers each day. Otherwise a very pleasant stay. Amazing bus shuttle facility to and from the Haram Shariff in approx 10 minutes. The 3* hotel in Madinah was absolutely amazing, literally 2-3 minutes away from the Haram Shariff. We could see the Haram from our window mashallah. The hotel service and customer care was definitely a 5* service not 3. I would definitely be recommending this hotel to other people. Amazing. Our airline cancelled our seats back to London and rebooked us to go back the following day instead. For some reason I wasn't really worried as knew it will get sorted out. I emailed and text Ahmed and straight away he sorted everything out extremely professionally, ensuring we still left the same day as expected but just on a slightly different flight at a different London airport. I will definitely recommend HajjandUmrahExperts to friends and family and also ensure give Ahmed's contact details as he was so helpful. Positive experience: Overall Hajj & Umrah Experts provided us with a memorable umrah experience. We would like to thank Mani Waqqar for organising everything smoothly. The only complained is about the hotels. Hotel in Makkah was changed last minute. We did not have time to do research on the hotel.The location was on a quite steep slope, not easy access for pedestrians and was difficult for my 73 year old wife. In Madinah the hotel was supposed to give us a double room but they gave us a quad room. Thy would have changed it if we complained but we did not.

Fantastic experience: My Umrah package was organised by Abbas -it was one of the best experiences of lifetime. From the start to finish it was seamlessly integrated. My hotel /flights:transportation/dinning exceeding expectations. I found Abbas to be honest /genuine and extremely helpful throughout all the arrangements.it was an impeccable experience. There was attention to details from the timings to menus to room view. I was not let down in any aspect of the service . He kept me posted on the flight timings /checked on safety arrivals /vaccination right down to general info such as vaccination and visa . If your planning your Umrah or HAjj trip I would highly recommend him -there are a lot of businesses out there to take advantage of financial opportunities from travellers but I found this to be the best company who is ethical and trustworthy. When it comes to organising a trip of lifetime with last memories I naturally researched a lot of agents and found this to be the most genuine and helpful.I can’t emphasise how smooth and beautiful journey this has been for me -no hassle no headaches just perfectly organised no hidden surprises extra charges etc. Once you have used Abbas service you will sure to go back to only his business - it’s not worth 5 stars but a million stars can’t offer what I have experienced here . Negative experience: Very bad experience with this travel agency! They promise you one thing but ends up with a different thing. They had promised me a 4 star hotel and when I went there it turned out to be a 3 stars hotel. I tried to contact them a lot from there but they refunded to answer my calls and when I sent an email the reply I get is that “sir I gave you a 3 star hotel with a 4 star service because you wanted to pay less” it doesn’t make any sense? On the package it clearly says 4 star hotel! The communication is very bad with them I didn’t have the hotel voucher until last minute I was keep on emailing them and calling then they sent it a day before only for Makkah hotel, when I asked for Madina’s hotel they said we will send you that you have time, after 4 days they sent me that and it was a different hotel from the one they mentioned in the package. I can carry on talking about this scam travel agency nonstop. From day one I shouldn’t have trusted them.

Negative experience: LYING THIEVING SCAMMERS LYING THIEVING SCAMMERS This company lie and rob you off your money. For a full month we discussed which hotel we wanted to stay in Makkah, all digital copies were signed with that particular hotel in the paperwork however a day before flying they changed the hotel without informing us, We arrived at the hotel and then were advised we were not staying there. We paid for a 5 star package and they did not provide a 5 star package at all. We then had to take all our luggage and go to the other hotel that they had moved us to. We contacted them that same day and asked them to move us to the right hotel, having spoken to a supervisor REZA who said he would sort it out the next day he did nothing and did not respond to calsl or any communications again. The guy KASHIF who booked the package fobbed us off by saying its still a quality hotel why you not happy, but when you are spending thousands of pounds and are booking 5 star and have specifically asked for a particular hotel, you want what you paid for. The visa was not the right visa as well as we were supposed to have a umrah visa but they gave a tourist visa, so when I was sick from the food from the lesser quality hotel we could not go to the hospital as we did not have the right Visa. The Hotel In Medina was supposed to be 5 star again, definitely not, dirty and not up to scratch to what we should have got. I have spoken to them regards some level of refund but they don't care. They are all lying cheating scums. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.

Negative experience: This travel agency was by far the worst we came across. What I find so disheartening is that as a travel agent who specialises with such privileged pilgrimages for Hajj and Umrah, how can they have the ability to cheat/steal or even do fraud with their customers? We were mis sold an umrah package and H&U experts charged us in full for hotels in both Makkah and Madinah but failed to give the room we paid for. We paid for 5 people, adults but were given 4 beds. The agency tried to convince us and blame the hotel (Anjum hotel, Makkah) but the hotel were right and the agency was wrong. Hotel shared their documents and policy papers. The agency kept fobbing us off for over a month, making it out that the hotel messed up when actually it was them. We had to pay for another room in addition to already paying the agency. The agency didn’t want to give a refund and still haven’t. The agent (can’t name to shame) continues lying to us, over the phone via emails, we then finally got hold of a manager at H&U experts, he explained how busy he was with more urgent matters but assured me he will look into this and get back to me but no response. They are quick to take your money but fail to give you back your money when THEY fail to meet the service you paid for. They tried their best to blame the hotel but the hotel was not at fault. I am still waiting for an official reply in writing that they will not give me a refund and give a reason but they keep making up lies and they fail to answer the question. In Madinah the hotel this agency booked for us, didn’t even know we were coming! We waited 2 hours at the hotel lobby, tried calling the 2 emergency numbers this travel agency provided us with (bearing in mind these numbers were emergency numbers) No one answered. We then paid another £1500 to stay at another hotel in madinah. Now this is just some of the calamities that happened with this agency, I have so much more to add. Their lack of communication, empathy, responsibility, their integrity, list goes on is atrocious. We travelled with elderly and family members with ill health, they didn’t care, just wanted our money. They are thieves. Please think twice before booking with them. They are very consistent when booking with them once they take your money or something goes wrong then they lack in communicating with you.
