Negative experience: DON’T GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY!!! CHECK ALL THE ONE STAR REVIEWS AS WELL!!! This is the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had!!! I’m not sure how it was earlier but I approached SHAKEEL in Dec 2023 to apply for an Indian visa for Feb 2024. I had to call and message multiple times and then he finally responded saying that we can do it in the first week of Jan as he is loaded in Dec. So I have been messaging him every single day in the first week and he saw my messages and left me on seen. Till today no sign of him. Luckily I got the visa within less than 24 hrs in Wembley. I feel like the main selling point of a business is customer service and it was terrible. There was zero communication and no basic manners to even respond back. And even when he responded it was terrible grammer and no correct procedural format. I would strongly recommend to go elsewhere if you truly care about your money. I also heard he messed up people’s tickets. I can provide you with the agent I did it with as well but please avoid this place at all costs!!!! I repeat the guy’s name! It’s SHAKEEL !!
Negative experience: I booked a Virgin Atlantic flight. Agent Raman did not explain to me properly about the flight itinerary. I had to remove baggage in Mumbai + had to change the terminal. I arrived at Terminal 2 in Mumbai, and the connecting flight was from Terminal 1. Missed the flight! I had to spend all day at the airport, and when I contacted Kaz Travels again. I got a reply saying they can not do anything. Very pathetic impatient service. Assume why they are getting the newest bad reviews now.

I could not contact Kaz as it was Eid bank holiday. I thought I’ll Email and give it a try, luckily I got reply and they changed my ticket at last moment. They are getting on nerves because, they have been settled in Southall for very long. They know that people will purchase tickets from them even if they take higher commissions. Negative experience: I booked my and my families tickets last year and than the lockdown happened. I went to ask for my refund and that person in the store said he can't give the refund and told me to wait. It's been more than a year now his not returning the amount. I am still waiting for the them to return my money.

Negative experience: worst customer service, Shakeel the clerk or agent whatever you call him is rude and very arrogant. However prices and tickets are reasonable. I am sure people only go to KAZ for their reasonable priced tickets.
Negative experience: We have been trying to contact this company for around a week regarding an immediate family member who is stuck in Pakistan and not able to return due to administrative issues, which only the travel agent can rectify (according to British Airways). Terrible customer service and a highly unprofessional attitude has meant our issue hasn't even been acknowledged, let alone addressed. We will not be using this company's services again, despite being a loyal customer for over 25 years. Stay away!

Negative experience: Kaz travel has been our regular travel agent for many years. It is with regret due to unethical admin charges for unsatisfactory administration. I have decided to take my custom elsewhere.
We appreciate you for leaving us feedback. We have always tried our best to provide you with excellent service and prices.We have still charged you less than our normal admin fee due to you for being loyal customer since long time. We are also tied with other Travel Partner those who provide us their product & services which enable us to provide better deals to client like you. We also have to pay admin fee to them as per agreement signed with them. Any Admin fee charged to us is normally passed on to passenger such as admin fee on refund to be processed even during lock down. Referring to Admin is applicable to all clients as per company Terms & Conditions clearly mentioned on your invoice. Admin Fee is charged for providing clients with service in return from start till the end of process until passenger has not finish entire journey which include issuing a ticket, update client for any schedule changes and processing booking for refund etc. This Process is lengthy and consumes a lot work of behind the scene such as chasing refund time to time and ensuring value received is correct etc. All this consume a lot of effort, Time and Money to both Suppliers and Us.I hope this is satisfactory explanation for you.
