Negative experience: Got a phone call cancelling our booking as the gift voucher code we used" shouldn't have been in the public domain"..it was uploaded on a well known coupon site, so I used it. No apology or offer of compensation for cancelling our anniversary treat with a weeks notice, just tried to accuse me of obtaining it fraudulently instead ,like I'm a criminal.

Negative experience: Book a hotel with this company and used a voucher code a week before we were going they cancelled our reservation say no voucher code exists.

Fantastic experience: We are just back from a 2 night stay at The Craiglynne Hotel, Grantown on Spey. Faultless. Hotel, room,food and staff were are perfect. Very welcoming and friendly and we will certainly return. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Not worth yhe money you can get 1week abroad than you do for 1or 2nghts on this web site

Fantastic experience: I've had a few of their hotel deals and have had great holidays in the hotels. I try to pick one deal with evening meal on first night. Everything goes smoothly with the booking of hotel. We are going soon to Suffolk for 2 nights with one dinner and breakfasts each morning. Hotel Brome looks very nice.

Positive experience: Great deals but discriminates against single traveler's. Generally single traveler's are declined any deals. Or double the pp rate. Some notable exceptions which I have used a few times

Fantastic experience: Stayed for two nights at The Bridge of Cally hotel and would thoroughly recommend this place. The room was neat and tidy, the staff were friendly and the food was excellent. The only problem is that it’s quite isolated but lots of places within easy driving distance. The hotel is also dog friendly

Positive experience: Just back from a lovely Easter break at the hotel. Staff pleasant and food delicious as always. There was a wedding on so noise at night which is expected in such an old building so if you are after peace and quiet I would check before booking. Tired and some tlc touches in places and breakfast/dinner service slow but looked like lack of staffing which in current hospitality situation could be overlooked as those working were doing their very best. Cameron Wood excelled and stayed calm and pleasant throughout his service.

Negative experience: Vouchers issued are very time limited they did extend due to covid.. but only for 3 months... which meant repeated emails.. also not great value for money.... in laws bought us a voucher valued £99... we had to change type of voucher due to repeated delays. . So we kept 'value' but not the wine that came with initial voucher. We had limited time to redeem voucher and as key workers that have remained working throughout pandemic... at our usual work places and public facing rather than working from home... we felt very rushed into cashing this in.. we did however have a great time.. but it highlighted the profit margin they have.. and poor value for money for customers!.. we had £99 voucher.. bed breakfast and evening meal.. bur I had to afford an additional £74..as it was £86 pppn (Fri)... when we asked about adding a night it was only £60 for the room (not per person) but and b. Dinner did not cost the difference! My advice book direct with hotels.. much better value and no middle man to pay at ridiculous cost!

Negative experience: The room we were put into looked nothing like the ones on the website, the hotel exterior and interior is dated, the pillowcase had brown stains on it, and the quilt cover had black mold, when the cover was taken off to be replaced the quilt had a large brown urine stain on it and it was not replaced. The windows either did not open or were he'll open will a block of wood. The dinner menu had 4 option for starter, main and pudding, I have never seen a main meal option having being an egg salad. This was advertised as a superior room lol
