Fantastic experience: This is the seccond time I've used this service for Umrah and I have no complaints. Gulzer bhai organised my package and provided me with useful information/excellent service with two drivers (Roubil and Masud Rana). I only had one issue with my hotel being overbooked in Medina, but they gave us a hotel that's closer to the Masjid. Besides that, I was given a reasonable price for this package, so thank you and I will consider using this in the future.

Fantastic experience: Never met anyone in person or seen the Zam Zam Travels shop. Booked 4 Emirates tickets over phone with brother tanvir. He Went an an extra mile by checking us online beforehand which saved us an hour at the airport on flight date, even had sent us the boarding passes in advance with comfortable seating arrangement( as i had a 3 years old with me) on both departure and return journey. Nowadays very rare with our people. Definitely recommend the place and make sure to ask for brother tanvir.

Positive experience: I have always been going to this place for a flights for a long time now. I went to Umrah 2019 Dec to Jan 2020. Great hotels in terms of quality, space and location. only thing is that we did pay a little over budget with him after all, it is the qadr of allah, and our driver did screw up really bad leaving us waiting in jeddah airport for 2.5 hrs and then bring a 6 seater car for a family of 6 and lots of luggages. Besides all that, I dont mind Gulzar Sab Just, if Gulzar Sab reads this, please be a little more cautious and understanding but jazakallah for an experience of a lifetime.

Fantastic experience: Booked flights from London to Sylhet to bring my elderly mother back to London today. Flying out on end of Aug . The staff in the office are very friendly and professional and have given lots of advice about Visa, Certificate to fly and Covid. I have also been speaking to their colleague Tanvir over the phone and whatsapp. Tanvir has gone above and beyond as I had forgotten to add a wheelchair to my mothers ticket. He has provided advice and amended the ticket very quickly within a few hours, all outside of uk business hours. Amazing job guys.

Negative experience: The guy lost my passport and went to Umrah himself, at the end I could not go Umrah myself and I lost 150 pound each ticket (2 tickets) plus visa money. After he came back I had to go to him multiple times to get almost 1000 pound I paid upfront for the hotel. I will hold u for this on the day of judgment and I will take it out from your blood InshaaAllaah. Wallahi this is really what happened... *EDIT* this is definitely Zamzam travels in Green street Upton Park.
