Fantastic experience: I have now travelled with Motts on three day trips, I tend to travel on my own, and find people to chat to 'enroute'...yesturday I went to central London to see the lights, with a frend in this case, but it was glorious, with Stuart our driver, who was proffessional and decent, and soo knowledgable, about what we were seeing etc...well done and thank you Stuart,and Motts.

Negative experience: MT66 MTT. 5 Nov 2025. 8pm ish Driving like a idiot back into Aylesbury from Amersham direction.

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service. As a school with 60 students on a trip, travelling by plane can be a real stress, especially when your flight gets cancelled.. twice.. Our original booking was with Motts and they were so accommodating to our change of return flight and sorted us out so quickly. It was great that they could relieve one of the things we had to think about when it such a high stress situation! Thank you to the operator that I spoke with, and thank you to all the drivers that came in on their day out to get us home. Greatly appreciated. Motts is my ‘go to’ coach company in the area from now on.

Fantastic experience: This company is brilliant. I am a member of the public who found a senior citizen at the wrong pick up point in Kew Gardens. The elderly lady was in no position to walk the 0.6 miles to the correct pick up point. I rang the company in Aylesbury. They rang the coach driver. He diverted the coach to come and find the lady and pick her up even though it was in the opposite direction to where he really needed to be going. Head Office and the driver were both so kind, helpful and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: I was onboard the Late Bus from Lord Williams Upper School this afternoon, genuinely impressed with how immaculate the coach was, that being E16 MTT. Driver was smiley and friendly which was nice, all the times i’ve used Motts i’ve had a good experience can’t really go wrong and they’re whole fleet is very presentable!

Fantastic experience: Very reliable & friendly team of Mott's company to be used on day trips and also European tours like Switzerland, Italy, Spain, France many more places it's on time one place to the other

Fantastic experience: I always fancied to try day trip and finally after lots of talking we took action! I went on a day trip to Cotswolds. Loved it. Friendly driver and journey wasn’t too long. Loved the scenic route and would definitely bring my family to see Stow on the Wald. Went to see the famous church gate of st. Edward’s church 3 times. Lovely village with little cafes and beautiful buildings. We did the trail we got from the post office. Can’t wait for my next destination. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was on the trip yesterday 5/4/25 to the ideal home show and I want to thank our driver, I didn’t catch his name. He was so lovely and helpful and patient with everything including me and my wheelchair. It really made a difference so thank you so much.

Positive experience: Had a lovely trip in August to The New Forest. The driver ( Stuart) was very engaging and good with the passengers. The trip ran smoothly, even arriving a little early at the destination due to good traffic conditions. Toilet on board which is good and air con. Had a good amount of time in the destination. A good driver who has good communication skills makes all the difference I feel. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Thank you to driver Sam for a wonderful trip to Savill Gardens (13th May ). The boat trip on the Thames was was the icing on the cake. I have done many good trips out with Motts but this was the best.

Negative experience: Limited theatre trips available for children to attend out of school. Seem to centre around retired people during the day Monday to Friday and not for families. I am poorly and taking my daughter to London via coach would be ideal but nothing out of school times. The one I was able to book got cancelled.

Positive experience: Just booked a coach for theatre trip, office staff excellent.

Negative experience: Made us late to get to our destination and then expected us to be back on time my kids who are 5&9 years old were starving after all the rushing around but due to not allowing my kids to eat they had to go another 2-3 hours without food.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Over the years I have been on many day trips. I have to say your driver Sam is such a lovely man. Pleasant, well mannered, looks after everyone and make us all laugh. It's always such a pleasure when the coach turns up to see Sam driving. He get the coach through places I wouldn't even drive my car. Excellent driver and lovely person. whenever I book a trip I always hope it will be Sam driving. 10 stars for Sam, and thank you Sam for making it yet again a lovely trip.

Fantastic experience: We recently took a Motts Coach trip to Camden Lock (14 July). It was our first trip so not quite sure what to expect. Everything went really well. The coach was a few minutes late, but we received a message to inform us that it was on its way. What a fantastic service. The driver was excellent. And a toilet on the coach! What more could you ask? We were dropped off right outside the market at 11 am, and picked up at the same place at 4.30 pm. The weather was miserable, but that can't be pre-arranged unfortunately! We had a great day and came straight home and booked up our next trip. I get the impression that Motts are one of those companies (and there are not many around), that pride themselves on providing a five star service. I will let you know how Clacton goes!

Fantastic experience: Travelled to Cornwall. Coach comfortable and a good driver. Bit of a phaff and time consuming all the picks ups and drop offs, but main journey to and from Cornwall was good.

Fantastic experience: We travelled today to Ludlow, we had a very pleasant and safe journey there and back and enjoyed the time we had in Ludlow. Fantastic service and good value for money, thanks to our driver, who I believe is called Simon. We will be booking further trips.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I travelled to hastings with motts travel. Our driver was called Peter who was polite, friendly and a safe, reliable driver. I just want to say a big thank you we had such a lovely relaxing ,enjoyable stress free day trip. The comfort stop was a nice touch so we could use the service station facilities and grab a coffee if we wanted . We will definitely book again for more day trips.

Fantastic experience: Thank you for the many holidays and coach trips our Mum spent with you. Sadly, she died unexpectedly in December just before her 83rd birthday, and before enjoying the 2019 holidays she had already booked. She thoroughly enjoyed her holidays, not just the places visited but the rapport with the coach drivers and banter with other fellow travellers. She would not have kept returning if she had not felt safe and comfortable in your hands.

Positive experience: Nice coach experience, i use them almost once a fortnight, but i know they offer excellent holidays, school travel, have great customer care and have not had a problem yet! Friendly staff and the coaches are always clean at the beginning!

Fantastic experience: Very smooth journey to Swanage and back with driver Stephen despite the VERY wet conditions. Many friendly fellow travellers kept all our spirits up. Very professional coach company, have used before and will definitely use again.

Fantastic experience: Excellent efficient service. The driver Stephen couldn't have been more helpful and kind with folk with limited mobility. Motts provide a coach with lift access which means everyone can go. We went to Windsor for a boat trip with a scenic ride on return with helpful comments from the driver. Booking service is always great too.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the tone of the lady who took my call. Found her to be very pretentious, and was not in the least bit affable. Sorry but won't be getting our business on this occasion!
