Fantastic experience: A big big THANK YOU to Sam Martins@ Sufi Travels. We ( group of 28 ) travelled to the Philippines with Sufi Travels in Jan/Feb2025. Every one thoroughly enjoyed the holiday. On the last day unfortunately I left me phone in the taxi that dropped us of at the airport in Manila. On my return to the UK, I reported the matter to Sufi Travels. Sam immediately took up the matter. Through his experience and hard work my phone was returned to me safety within two weeks. Negative experience: Very bad experience with this company who didn't explain how to check in with the airline before getting to the airport. The airline fined me for checking in at the airport and the company have not done anything to compensate me. This was very poor communication from the agent.

Positive experience: I made a reservation with Sufi 3 weeks back, l was attended by Lisa. She is a lovely lady,gave me a qoutation from Heathrow to Harare. She assured me that if l make a payment my ticket fare will not change and all l had to do was jua pay 20 pounds that's all. I did jus that and she was always with me for any advice l needed, she kept on reminding me to make payment when it was due. Last week l made my last payment and to my surprise she wanted me to pay an extra 30 pounds.l asked y and she said it a policy put in place by some board for me to pay extra if l pay in installment. I confronted her with previous conversations we had and the chats she sent me regarding the final payments. She tried to explain but to be honest l was not having it for she had assured me that price will not go up. Requested to speak to her manager. This is where it got interesting, l was now furious and the guy l spoke to tried to explain that policy to me, asked him to look at the chats and everything and he saw things from my point of view, as clients we take the word of any cooperation seriously. I was about to jus ask for my money back then Kevin offered a solution to my case, l got my ticket, an extra 3 kgs on my luggage, 50 pound voucher and a access to the lounge in Dubai. All this came as a way to apologize for the misunderstanding. The most important thing l appreciate from Kevin was that he apologized and it sounded genuine, Lisa is a good consultant, l feel she jus needs to explain things more thorough rather than to surprise people later, Kevin thumbs up keep it up. Would recommend these guys to anyone. 15 mins my problem was resolve. Will be working with Sufi, don't see myself going anywhere else. To the rest of sufi team, thank u for making my life easier. In the beginning I was a bit doubtful about the company but Zuha very calmly understood my queries and made me believe in her with her best customer service. She sent me various options and even helped me with my budget. After a long struggle of a month she was able to secure a ticket for me and my wife with Qatar Airways to Zambia. The price was comparatively low as on the official website. Even after the purchase she made sure that we had a smooth flight and constantly messaged us to know about our experience and journey. She at first said that she considers her customer as a family and she proved that with her services. She really made us feel at home as she was the one who worked for the tickets throughout with an easy payment method. I will surely recommend her to everyone I know and to whoever reads this review. Negative experience: I will never deal with this Agent again . I booked my air ticket for months before my travel and a fake Emirates ticket was given to me, less than 24hrs before my travel they called me and tell me stories that the flight was cancelled. Knowing that Emirates is a big and organised airline, I decided to call them and asked how true this was. Emiretes airline consultant told me that they never cancelled the flight. Abdul from Sufi asked me to send my account details so that they can refund me or I will pay money so that they can book me another flight. I had to pay extra money because I wanted to travel on that day. Please if you want peace of mind please don’t use these guys. I do have proof of everything.

Negative experience: Stay Away! The day before our flight we got a call from Harry Singh saying that our flight seats have been upgraded to Premium Economy at an additional total cost of £237 for all 3 of us. I paid since we were travelling for our wedding ceremony however when we got to the airport we were informed that we were not upgraded at all. I informed Harry and he said the company will refund us upon return to the UK however 8 months on I am yet to still get a full refund. Sadly when I spoke to one of my friends who also used Sufi she said she was also tricked into paying a non-existent flight seat upgrade fee. To make matters worse we were not booked onto our return flights and we got home a day after our planned iteanrry date.

Fantastic experience: I was assisted in getting a very affordable return flight to Africa by Fahad, he assisted me in getting everything sorted out. Seat arrangements, checking in, boarding passes and anything that I would feel like I need assistance with. The guy was just nice dealing with and I won't hesitate in recommending him to anyone and giving him a 5 star. Thank you so much Fahad, I enjoyed all my flights with my wife

Offered me cheap tickets and scammed me for few hundred pounds. When I call Sufi travel and they did not care about my complaint. I think the stag from Sufi travels stealing customer information and using for scams and sending money to Pakistan. I think this company owned Pakistan guys. Please don't trust this company. I expect my money back from this company. I gave all the details about scammer but they don't care. I did not even reciev feedback I have complained to them. Please be careful with this. They used Ria financial services to transfer my ticket money to Pakistan bank

Fantastic experience: I was contacted by sufi travel tours as I was searching for best quotes online. The person I spoke to was zuha , she had a gentle voice. She offered me a good deal for my flight to Gambia. I was a bit skeptical, as they are so many frauds online. I requested more information from her about their travel agent. She provided everything to me and even advised that I go and check their reviews online. I did my research and I contacted her back, zuha was so patient and helpful with all my questions and answered all of them. We were going back and forth, and still she kept her professionalism and dealt with all my concerns. At the end the tickets were bought and issued. Fantastic experience: I should like to thank Sam Martis for his unwavering help and support recently. He knew of our specific needs for the passenger headed for his homeland of Senegal. This passenger was not well and needed guidance throughout the airport to make sure he got on the right aircraft! Sam arranged for support to be available to him but this support did not materialise. However, I helped him as far as I could, then he was gone into the crowds in security. Sam kept in contact with me to check if he’d made it. I rang M’s number a few hours later and he was safely in Madrid and also had encountered some Senegalaise people travelling onward to Dakar. This was a huge relief since his mental health had been deteriorating daily and he has gone missing in the past when unwell. Sam was very empathetic and almost as concerned as I was for M’s safety but all was well in the end and I know that he is safely with his family relatives now. Fantastic experience: I got connected to this travel agency roughly 3 weeks ago when I was attempting to purchase a plane ticket to Joburg. Lisa Brown got in touch via WhatsApp and promised to find me a good deal. She continued to send what she thought could be good deals for me during the following couple of days without success. 3 days ago she once more got in touch with me and presented to me a deal I could not refuse. She was careful with every necessary detail, communicated with me throughout the whole process and within hours I had been booked and an electronic ticket sent to me via email.
