So pleased we decided to pop in to the store.

Fantastic experience: Much much more polite and efficent than the worcester branch, a great deal searched and booked within the hour, worcester were rude first told us we need to come into store to book! Then shut us down about our budget, despite seeing these deals on the tui website, they were slow on taking details and only recieving holiday suggestions, to our budget may i add 3 days late. REBECCA at the Redditch branch met our budget and got us a great deal within the hour, she was polite and friendly.. and stayed with me through the whole booking process.. thank you for making this experience smooth

Fantastic experience: Myself and my wife went into your redditch branch to book our first holiday abroad in 7 years. We didn’t have much of an idea where we wanted but we knew what we needed for our two kids. Minnie was absolutely brilliant! We was very anxious about finding something as it was late minute but we couldn’t have done it without Minnie. Sorted absolutely everything from finding our perfect holiday to sorting private transfer and insurance. Will definately be coming back again for the next holiday. Thank you Minnie!

Fantastic experience: We bought a ticket for a solo travelling minor here, they couldn't be more nice or helpful And once at the airport they completely took care of her, taking her directly through security and passport control to her lounge at Birmingham airport past the big queues, I would definitely recommend this place and will shop here again

Immediately a well dressed, mature, travel rep motioned for me to approach their desk, the other travel reps also had empty desks but I was drawn to the travel rep who caught my eye first !
