Fantastic experience: Iife savers. I had to get my France tourist visa urgently but there were absolutely no appointment dates with TLS. I contacted Nexus and they had special arrangements with TLS for priority appointments and Nexus was able to slot us in the earliest appointment available. Their emails on getting ready with the required documentation was fantastic and was all self explanatory. I now have my multiple entry visa for France and all thanks to Nexus for making it happen. They may look expensive but their fees is very nominal and most of the expense is for the priority appointment which you would anyway pay if you do it on your own. I would definitely recommend Nexus .

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with Nexus Visas at a time when it felt pretty much impossible to get an appointment for a Schengen visa application. They guided me through the entire process and completed my paperwork without any fuss. The biggest advantage was their ability to confirm the earliest appointment date available to me, so that I could accordingly book my travel tickets and stay (as opposed to the system used by the consulate which insists you book travel tickets first before booking an appointment with them... even if there are no appointments available for months).

Fantastic experience: I came across Nexus Visas when I was struggling to book an appointment on the TLSContact website for a French Schengen Visa. The process was smooth, efficient, fairly priced and extremely quick. From booking the appointment to receiving a 6 month multi-entry visa took 6 days. Negative experience: Very bad I dont recommend it They said if you want a refund tell us and we will issue it immediately but they didnt even reply to me!! I’m still waiting. Update: They contacted me and said they issued a refund and now I’m waiting for the refund. Will update this review after I get the refund. Update: I got the refund today thanks to this review as they replied to my emails just after I posted it here

Negative experience: Terrible service, impossible to reach. They are almost as hard to reach as the embassies.

Fantastic experience: Found Nexus Visas online when I couldn't get a French visa appointment and they were very helpful and efficient in helping me get a visa appointment and applying for the visa. They are very efficient and always answer promptly. I got the visa on the exact date they gave me. The best thing about their service is that they are so easy to reach over the phone. You never have to wait long for them to answer , which is super important.

My Visa extension got processed within 3 days and she let me know right away posting the necessary documents back to me within 24 hours. Negative experience: I used their service to apply to a Schengen visa to travel to France. Both standard tourist visa and spouse visit applied to me. Nexus suggested to go with the spouse visa route as my husband is British even though standard tourist visa would had probably given give me a better outcome due to Brexit (predicted to happen by end of January 2020). As a result, I only got 2 month long visa despite having multiple long duration visas (1-3 years). First, they advised me that a certified copy of my husband's passport will be sufficient for the application (in their checklist it was specified either original passport or certified copy of my spouse's passport). They also only started checking my documents the evening before my appointment. (I sent the documents 3 weeks in advance and emailed them multiple time asking if they have received everything they needed) and it turned out my husband's original passport was needed. So, I wasted my money getting his passport certified. In addition, they spotted my recently renewed passport didn't have my signature. As a result, I had to leave my then 2 month old screaming at home to meet them at TLS centre (I didn't need to do biometrics). I will definitely not use their service next time and apply myself. The reason why I decided to go through them was because I didn't want to leave my baby at home but had to do it anyway.

Negative experience: I don’t usually write reviews, but the stressful experience I had with Nexus led me to do so. Eric was very rude, angry & unwilling to assist when I asked him kindly for help because they have given me wrong information about the passport delivery time by post (and I had an urgent travel plan). He denied their responsibility & mistake and was too quick repeating they are not responsible and cannot help & left me with a very short notice to collect my passport, he was very short tempered & not even willing to discuss maturely options to get my passport asap before a long weekend & bank holidays. I ask Nexus to provide a kind treatment above all and good service for the money I paid for.

Negative experience: I recommend all NOT to use this company and to either apply directly early enough or find another agency! French Embassy has a list of approved agents and Nexus is one of them. I called and enquired about my daughter's Schengen visa to Paris with our planned travel date (which was earlier than the Schengen travel). Everything sounded professional and organised (which is why I chose them over others who were 20-30 cheaper overall). However, when the process actually started Nexus was a nightmare! Pros: Submitting documents was easy with their very well-presented checklist. Appointment was given on the projected date and very promptly and efficiently. Cons: The employment letter we provided had some inaccuracies which was NOT spotted by Nexus, a revision was sent but never acknowledged. Rude language with the word 'please' unknown to the people I spoke to (a lady, and a male staff called Mark). 'Just listen' and 'I told you' etc were their common language. Overall, a dreadful service provider with either no communication or contradictory information. Too quick to keep repeating how they are not responsible and cannot do anything else. I ask nexus to spend half as much time to see how they can assist or provide the service they have taken money for. It took us too many phone calls to make them understand that there seems to be a problem somewhere and our second travel to Schenghen may be at risk. As a result, they were late to ask us to contact Embassy directly. They were getting really angry and unwilling to accept any responsibility when I told them they were not providing the support they are supposed to. As a person who has travelled several times in the past to Schengen, I did get a 2 year ME visa, but it was way too stressful to deal with this crowd – and paying for this extra loop that the French Embassy has imposed on people which is an absolute shame of a money making venture.
