Negative experience: Please do not use Low Cost Vibes all inclusive isn't all inclusive drinks watered down in drinks machine, lunch and diner same every day so food sits from 13:00 - 21:30 being warmed up over and over, didn't know till we arrived airport suitcases not booked in 73 pounds to pay and also on return, my husband and I in different sests, transfer not there 3 hours waiting and still just shrugged there shoulders when asked when coming bus broken down used taxi as tempratures in fuerteventura 29 plus still waiting refund 6 days later, i message every day had two response but now i have been ignored by them, pay for swimming towls, safety deposit box, clean your room, got supposed upgrade to villa pay for milk, sugar, tea and coffee and even more the list goes on mot sure wgat we paid all inclusive for ? we still have two days left of an awful holiday and been ignored still read messages leave it so we will take this up with small claims court..... please think twice before using them, i have evidence pictures so happy to move forward when home in the UK...

Negative experience: Extremely Disappointed with Low Cost Vibe I would strongly advise anyone considering Low Cost Vibe to think twice. What should have been a joyful and memorable trip for my 10th wedding anniversary with 18 guests turned into a nightmare because of their negligence and complete lack of responsibility. I had been planning this trip with them since October 2024, providing all the necessary details including visa statuses of my guests and stressing the importance of everything being properly arranged. Communication was poor throughout — with last-minute demands for extra documents, slow responses, and critical event details only being confirmed after repeated calls. The worst failure came on the return journey (29th August 2025). Two of my guests, including my elderly mother (who is diabetic and hypertensive), were wrongly booked on a flight with a stopover in Sweden despite me clearly providing immigration details in advance. Unsurprisingly, they were denied boarding and left stranded abroad. Low Cost Vibe ignored my calls and messages, refused to take responsibility, and abandoned them in a foreign country. My mother’s health deteriorated without her medication, and another guest lost income due to being forced into unpaid leave. I had to personally cover all emergency costs: Accommodation and food for 5 days Replacement flights Medical expenses for my mum Transport and other essentials In total, I spent around £4,000 out of my own pocket. This was meant to be a milestone celebration, but it was ruined by Low Cost Vibe’s incompetence and lack of care. They failed to provide the service I paid for, failed to protect vulnerable guests, and failed to communicate when it mattered most. I will be pursuing reimbursement and compensation, but in the meantime I urge others not to trust this company with your money or your important event

Negative experience: This is an absolutely shocking company to deal with. If I could I would opt for NO STARS. A special 10 year wedding anniversary, booked 9 months in advance, arrived at our hotel to find it not to have been booked for us, even though we had confirmation from Low Cost Vibes and we had paid for it! It caused so much upset and stress and having to find alternative accommodation right there and then to find most places were fully booked. Aftercare has been shocking, very disappointed, as was offered compensation, to which this has not be received and now they are un contactable.

Negative experience: They are terrible! They will tell you to give a review after booking. You give them nice reviews even before embarking on the trip. When you go on the trip, they fail you. They are not reachable in the morning so if you have issues at morning hours in a strange land, you are on your own. Had another issue in the evening, was lucky to get through to them, they asked us (a group) to arrange the tranfers and they would refund us. We paid out of pocket, got back home after the holiday, wrote to them but they are offering discount for next booking instead of a proper refund our extra expenses as promised. How do we trust our peace with you next time? Until you refund us, I’ll keep spreading the word about your lies on all platforms!

Negative experience: DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you don’t want to be stressed don’t use them. Once you pay them they will disappoint you. They refused to refund the money we paid for alternative transport after their arrangements failed(they had promised to refund). Imagine being pregnant and stranded in strange land and your agency failed to resolve the issue. Worst part is they said they will only refund by giving a discount when we book again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Fantastic experience: I have booked a number of holidays with Onella, the last holiday I booked with Onell was to Vietnam, she has been fabulous and very diligent with everything. Onella has always been available to speak and happy to help in every possible manner. I would definitely recommend Onella to anyone who wants a stress free holiday.

Negative experience: Unfortunately they left me, my friend and her two boys stranded over Christmas with nowhere to stay after an auto cancellation happened with our hotel accommodation. Long story short, we arrived in Morocco with no hotel. The agent, Ava, got us to book one night for Christmas Eve at a different hotel at our cost but then didn’t contact us again until Boxing Day morning “with apologies”. We had to cover the second nights stay (Christmas night) as they were shut Christmas Day and had no emergency line. My friend has raised a complaint and is yet to receive any meaningful or reasonable acknowledgement of the concerns. Their CEO has also been contacted. My friend and I are deeply out of pocket having been eventually accommodated in three different hotels to what was originally booked. We’d paid for all inclusive and did not get that for 5 nights thus we had to fork out for meals and drinks when we’d already spent months paying for the holiday. As a disabled customer, all of this added additional stress for me and I flew home based on the sheer anxiety. If I’d been without my friend I’d have been stranded. I could not recommend this organisation based on experience. UPDATE 31/03/25: I’ve received a response to this review by the owner saying we’ve had “a refund”. My friend was reimbursed the additional spend we incurred based on having to cover food, drink and travel - which we would not have incurred had we had the accommodation we chose and booked. And be very clear we did not get the full amount reimbursed to us as Low Cost Vibes refused to pay circa £90 and did not compensate for the stress and inconvenience caused by an auto-cancelled booking - which was not our fault. They didn’t even send a bunch of flowers or a voucher for a few quid as a sorry!!! I still paid around £1,100 for a holiday that was not what I booked. I also paid for a holiday company which left me and my friend and her family, quite frankly, stranded. I decided to cut my holiday short based on the handling of our situation by Low Cost Vibes. The “holiday” and Christmas was so stressful, I could not cope with the packing and unpacking when we had booked 2 weeks in an all inclusive hotel and got three different hotels instead. Plus additional travel and time by taxi. I’d had to deal with a suicide attempt of someone close to me before I left for Morocco and this was NOT what I needed over Christmas. Low Cost Vibes did nothing to provide me a break - which was sorely needed. As a disabled traveller I am simply appalled. I am appalled at the communication, or rather lack of, plus the lack of care, compassion or support we received. I am appalled with being asked to amend our reviews - which I understand to be a practice frowned upon by Trading Standards. I am appalled by the fact I have had a “refund” which sounds like Low Cost Vibes gave us back the cost of the holiday. Low Cost Vibes did not. We received no compensation. Actually my friend received a call post getting the reimbursement of our additional spend asking her to amend her online review. She refused to. Low Cost Vibes have not compensated me or my friend for the stress, loss of time and total disruption to a major holiday over an important festive period which should have been a relaxing and fun 2 weeks. I still maintain that I will never, ever recommend this organisation nor will I book a holiday with them again.

Negative experience: This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They have taken my money and they are extremely rude and unprofessional. I booked for my friend in a hotel 1 hr from the airport and it’s like a person without breakfast and we have to pay tax !!!!???beside that I have asked if it’s flexible to move the tickets and the said yes then they changed their words. I will raise a case and I’m willing to expose room social media as well . I will continue write about it to make sure people will not get manipulated by this company.don’t manipulate people by putting the blame on the passport as my friend is in Milano now in a horrible hotel with extra taxes!!!!!!! You want me to pay for the flight again which is equally to British airline!!!!!! But it’s Ryanarline!!!!! I will continue exposing your hypocrisy and your lies and even the court decision I will bring it her as well

Fantastic experience: I contacted Low Cost Vibes holiday because my son wanted to go to Euro Disney with his family. Hayley responded to my request ,she was helpful.in finding the right deal with extras I wanted.. I then asked her to contact my daughter in law to finalised the booking and collect their information. She happily agreed and was able to finalised the booking with her.Like me my daughter in law said Hayley was very nice,super helpful and goes the extra mile to accommodate their needs.My 3 years old grandaugter is going to be amazingly surprised. Thank you very MUCH Hayley .you have contributed to make a little girls wish come true and not to forget at an unbelievable price. Negative experience: Awful holiday, awful customer service. No transparency in cost and charges. Had to fork extra to add my luggage on at the airport because Scott, wasn't listening to what I was saying. Tried to make a complaint and they told me to get a solicitor! Absolute joke. Will never use them again and don't recommend them to anyone!

Negative experience: At the start Ava was lovely booking my holiday. However it seems to have gone dramatically down hill. The messed up the booking for our flights so we had to pay the full amount right away. They changed the baggage allowance. Once I finally paid for it all they only told me then that I would actually have to pay $400 in taxes when I arrived. I leave in a month to go on my holiday. They can’t get me my full refund on the hotel. So now I am stuck paying $400 extra or losing money by having to pay for a different hotel. So stressful to deal with.

The speed, the warmth was everything i hoped for. Ava in particular is a star. She followed up, called me and helped me in selecting hotels. My friend was coming in from a different country and Ava was still able to pull through with getting us a befitting hotel at the very last minute. I was given all the relevant information and was very happy with the service. I even had the option to pay in instalments and it worked out perfect. Documents were emailed a few days before flying out and we checked in beforehand. Everything went smoothly. Rochelle even stayed in touch whilst I was on holiday with my son. One of our tours got cancelled in Iceland, Northern lights because of the bad weather but Rochelle was quick to book us another one the very next day. Fantastic experience: What can I say about world holiday vibes. we booked a trip to bali with Ava Summer and I cannot thank her enough. The day before we were meant to fly my partner realised that her passport had less than 6months on it , 6 months was required for the visa on arrival. We explained to Ava the situation and for the next 2 days Ava went way above and beyond to help us move the dates of our holiday. I cannot thank her enough. Positive experience: I was a bit dubious about bookin with holiday vibes as I hadn't heard of them but they were amazing. Ava was a star and nothing was too much bother for her. Only downside was our hotel was located a bit too far from city centre. Hotel itself was very good and the staff were amazing but as senior citizens we had to rely on taxis which added a lot to our holiday. Budapest is a lovely city and people very friendly. I would definitely use Holiday Vibes again

Positive experience: Just booked with this company, was a little apprehensive as never used or heard of them before so gave them a quick search And no red flags appeared so decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did they have been super amazingly helpful. We have dealt with Rochelle and she has gone above and beyond with being helpful. I'm sure I've tested her patience many times, with all the little tweaks I've done to the break but it's never been a problem. I've not scored it 5 stars as I've not been on the holiday yet, but I'm already 100% sure ill definitely be contacting this company again when I need help with another holiday. Fantastic experience: Just booked a Northern lights trip for myself and partner as an anniversary gift to ourselves,made contact with the company and was contacted by Ava, she initially gave me a price which I was very happy with but had to make sure we could both get the time off at work which is not as easy as it sounds took quite a while,Ava kept in contact not pushy at all very pleasant and polite it did take a few weeks to get things sorted in the meantime Ava contacted me saying she could reserve the booking for me.In the end finally booked which I was a bit unsure of as it was through social media but in for a penny.As mentioned Ava was a great contact to deal with answered all questions and queries very efficient would definitely recommend this company

I didn't initially book this so have had to take it over, Rochelle the agent that has dealt with me has gone above and beyond to accommodate me and my needs. She has set everything up and guided me thru everything that is required. She has given me recommendations and suggestions to alternate situations. Highly recommend booking thru these.

Positive experience: Ava assisted me with my trip to Corfu and got a package deal. She has been great and I would recommend to book on this company very helpful and guides you all the way from the beginning till the end. An overall of my trip was fantastic as I had a very relaxing holiday just what I wanted near to the beach and to the taverns as well so no need to go further if your too tired to go far for food and drinks.

Negative experience: Fraud company. They took money from one of my cousin and didn’t give them the date what they said before and on top of that they didn’t return money as well. If you don’t want to waste ur money then avoid them at any cost

Negative experience: should give them more than a star. grab money nd after ur payment they honna increase the fare so defo no one will cancel bcoz of 50/100 pound nd first they aaid they gonna refund but they wont refund ur money so think twice bfre book with them.

A beautiful lady Ashley Garcia sorted package out advised me with everything ❤️ This wonderful woman was so polite patient and went beyond all measures to help me with everything Evan when I was lost or stuck she answered my calls straight away within minutes . She talked me through everything and got me a fantastic deal on the holiday which I am over the moon with. Fantastic experience: Very friendly and easy process with Rochelle, to book our trip to Iceland. Very dubious as have never used this travel agent before, so will see what our holiday is like in January to give a more detailed review. So far so good and the other reviews put my mind at rest

I am so thankful to Ashley for getting me the best hotel to stay in Reykjavik that has a very good location & outstanding customer service. Ashley had been so patient with me with all my questions as I have been so skeptical at first since the price of the package was so cheap which already included excursions like Blue Lagoon & Northern Lights tour as well as free breakfast but it ended up as an amazing experience. Definitely worth more than the value of the package! Ashley also helped me with the entry requirements with discount to both Travel Insurance & Covid Tests. Thank you so much and I am booking another holiday now with Ashley while doing this feedback.
