Fantastic experience: Everything was okay. Spent a lot of time going through what we wanted.had a lovely holiday at a reasonable price. But we have friends that we have to check with and they had actually found a similar but not the same holiday cheaper. Because it's us that usually have to book holidays and any other events we thought we would go with them. The holiday we are going on is not quiet the luxury this would have been but it's what you make it and some of the luxury rooms would not be used much as we like to go out. We will come back and try another time.

Fantastic experience: Wanted to get away for some winter sun and initially wanted 2 weeks from now. Spoke to Christopher Ford who was very helpful and explained that October could be a weather risk factor when travelling to Thailand at that time of year. We took his advice and are now booked to travel a month later. We fly to Bangkok first and have a 3 day stop. Christopher organised a Personal tour for the second day to see the sights and a stay in a riverside hotel until we fly to Krabi for a 2 week stay on the beach. Christopher is clearly knowledgeable and after a video call he worked out our wants and desires. We felt very comfortable with the entire process. All we have to do now is go and enjoy. We have no hesitation is recommending Christopher and Destinology for your holiday needs.

Isaac Fluss was our travel consultant and he was exceptional! I explained how we had been to Dubai numerous times and had always wanted to stay at one of the Jumeirah hotels but it can be very expensive. Isaac was so friendly and helpful and went over and above for us to make sure he got our dream trip booked. He looked into many deals for us until we were able to finalise a deal that was doable for us at one of the Jumeirah hotels! We couldn't be happier with the service we got from Isaac and we will most definitely be using Destinology again for our next yearly trip to Dubai :)

Though the price of holidays have increased a lot since Covid, the package deals that Destinology still offer good value for money for luxury holidays. Especially their last minute offers. Fantastic experience: We stayed at the Hideaway over the 2024 Easter holiday. We can honestly say that it is by far the best experience at a resort we have ever had. This was our first trip to the Maldives and it didn't disappoint. The choice of resorts is of course mind boggling. To help us with this we went through Destinology. Obviously you pay for the privilege but this decision paid back several fold following some wrinkles in the trip. Keith at Desitinology was fantastic and extremely supportive both before and during our stay. We narrowed down our options pretty quick on the basis that we had younger children (5 and 7 at the time) and we wanted an excellent house reef very close to the beach. This left us with only a few options and the extra privacy and space that comes with this being a larger island swung the decision pretty quickly. Keith investigated so many other considerations that we had, including surf spots/ the vegetarian menus etc . The trip itself didn't get off to the best start. Our flight over was a nightmare -our LHR departure was delayed and we missed a connection in Dubai meaning we arrived at the island about 9 hours later than planned. This was a really downer because it meant we missed our seaplane transfer. However, Keith and the resort quickly organised alternatives (domestic flight and speedboat). We learnt that Keith was in close contact with the resort throughout our stay to ensure that everything was perfect. This really left its mark on us- we weren’t just ‘dumped’ as soon as the holiday was booked. This wasn’t our first holiday using Destinology. We have previously travelled to Mauritius using them and that experience helped us to decide that Destinology were the best option for our Maldives experience. I would 100% recommend using them to anyone. The care and effort they go to is second to none. They made us feel that the Holidays were tailored to our exact needs and would never leave us disappointed.

She pulled out all the stops to try & find something within budget - I was the phone at all times why she tried for anywhere in the world avoiding Europe & off course we know this time of the year is top dollar. Sara exhausted all possibilities until we finally found the best we could (it meant returning to Dubai (2 weeks later) shame but the hotels were ones I did want to visit. We had exhausted all avenues to find our dream holiday and had spent two weeks trying to book it ourselves to no avail. And then Sara managed to not only book it all to our very exacting requirements but to also find hotels we hadn’t even considered which were in fact nicer than the ones we had been pursuing.
