Fantastic experience: Booked our honeymoon through Ramsay. After having a quote from another travel agent Ramsay was cheaper than them and had added a lot more to our honeymoon. We went in January 24 did a twin centre and a cruise and it all went perfectly. Got free upgrades nearly everywhere we went because Ramsay notified them it was our honeymoon. Can’t recommend enough we will be back to book again!

Negative experience: Disgrace maybe 5 stars if Ur able bodied my family used this company for years again left high and dry told not Ur responsibility,my family that are currently again left alone at this time and have to pay again already on top of hundreds have pay if not able bodied to experience the normality of traveling,they are not ones putting this review on I'm the mum if two boys with cerebral palsy,I would of washed my hand in Ur team crown Street Aberdeen long tine ago when my son a full time wheel chair user cancelled a holiday to Mexico as an employee of Ur company told him his chair would not fit thr doors,mum my chair would have fitted after the fact, I wouldn't wish anyone hear disappointment in my son's voice, now done it again shame on you's, hopefully never gave experience of others not giving a dam after got Ur money any more just make sure get what oaud hundred too if to get I'm disgusted

Negative experience: Beware of stalling tactics if you want a holiday package refund. Booked a holiday in advance of pre Covid19 lock down, holiday was subsequently cancelled. Requested full holiday refund, been advised 120 days wait period before refund will be paid out. Raised formal complaint with ABTA.

Fantastic experience: A very special, expensive wedding anniversary holiday was days away from being lost in the aftermath of the Thomas Cook collapse today. We thought there was absolutely no hope, the manager Paul and his team worked tirelessly, refusing to give up until the holiday was saved using another airline. I simply do not have the words to express our thanks for the level of service and dedication given to not only ourselves but every customer waiting on tender hooks in what was an extremely stressful situation. In the almost 5hrs we spent in the shop today not one member of staff stopped for any kind of break, it is a very long time since I’ve witnessed customer service at this level. Absolutely outstanding. For myself and my family there will now never be another way of booking a trip unless it is through Paul and his team. Our gratitude is beyond words.

Negative experience: Myself and my wife went in to Ramsay's shop to pay our balance of our holiday . This is the first and last time I will be back, I found myself sitting behind my wife as there was no space at the desk to fit my chair in as there are so many other chairs crammed in. Management should really look at the lay out of this shop and think about there customers and not how many people they can cram in taking as much money as possible. Would definitely not recommend this place and won't be back.

Fantastic experience: Our river cruise was cancelled at the last minute due to low water levels. We went into Ramsays 1st thing the next day and 4 staff immediately started coming up with options to replace our holiday. We chose a 2 centre holiday (incorporating the main places we had been scheduled to visit on our river cruise). Within an hour, flights and hotels were booked and we had our boarding passes and hotel vouchers. Absolutely first class service !

Fantastic experience: Typical travel agency situated in the city centre. Very efficient members of staff who in our personal experience go above and beyond the normal parameters of customer service. Following a recent cancellation of our holiday because of very adverse weather conditions with 4 days notice, all of the staff stayed for more than 2 hours after their normal closing time in order to successfully find us a holiday . This is the agency we always use for any package holidays.
