Fantastic experience: Absolutely made up with the experience at TUI Bolton today. We’ve booked our first family holiday and the team there were so friendly and personable. I had the pleasure of being served by Sandra who was a joy to be guided through the various places we had in mind. Sandra understood our needs and ensured that everything was covered. She was so knowledgeable about the areas we explored which is a breathe of fresh air (as previous experiences at another company had zero interest about talking to me about the culture, surrounding areas etc) and made me genuinely feel like she cared about me and my family. If anyone is looking to book a holiday, I would highly recommend the team here and will now be the first point of contact for any future travel plans we have. Fantastic experience: We visited store today to discuss a holiday for November, we felt with a lovely lady called Karen Robinson. She was professional and efficient and couldn’t fault the service we received. We have booked to go to Cyprus, Karen covered everything and went above and beyond. I highly recommend her to look for your holidays in the future however all the staff seemed very kind and smiles all around. The staff are a credit to Tui.

Fantastic experience: As a family we have been planning to book a holiday for a couple of months. Today we decided to book with TUI Bolton and we have been made to feel like superstars! Nothing was too much trouble. When we walked into the store which was beautiful and clean, we were greeted by a lovely member of staff. She was warm welcome and professional. She was a complete ray of sunshine and I am sorry that I didn’t catch her name. We didn’t need to book an appointment, which was perfect and her customer service was second to none. Once seated we were introduced to Rochelle. She took some details off each and every family member making sure no one felt left out. We didn’t feel awkward about our budget and she made sure everyone was included in every decision making. No stone was left unturned and she made us all feel very relaxed about the smallest of details. Rochelle wasn’t pushy and she let us have full reins but also sharing her personal experiences, which is lovely and very reassuring to hear. She compared a number of places for us until we finally decided where we wanted to go. After I informed Rochelle that I have coeliac disease (gluten and wheat intolerance) she made sure that it was a safe place and advised that as the hotel had 50/50 results on catering for the diet, it would maybe be best to self cater which was perfect and again reassuring as she didn’t need to find the reviews. We also looked at taking out travel insurance which, again, Rochelle didn’t push and encouraged us to shop around. My husband and Rochelle went through a comparison site together and found that TUI was the best priced for the best cover - so we purchased that too. The manager of the store, Michelle also came over to check we were happy with everything and helped with booking a water park experience. Her professional and friendly attitude was amazing and having such a well respected member of the team take time out to just check in was just lovely of her. Michelle floated around the store like a fabulous hostess attending to all customers and staff needs. We walked into the Bolton store like a deer in headlights as we still had no idea on where we wanted to go but after spending some time we booked an amazing family holiday. We left the store feeling like we had been speaking with friends but in a very professional manner. The store was honest and kind and we are already thinking about booking a big holiday for next year. When we finally left, the lady on the front desk had a quick check in and encouraged us to celebrate in taking a photo with the Instagram frame! She didn’t have to do that but it just shows the level of quality customer service Bolton TUI has. Thank you so much and we will see you again soon to book again! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Having already booked a holiday in Sousse, Tunisia online and because of ongoing mobility issues I needed to speak face to face with a representative rather than make a phone call. I'm so glad I did. Angela, who I spoke to was so helpful. She is arranging wheelchair assistance both at Manchester and Efidnha. In addition she will be contacting our hotel to request that our seaview room be located close to lifts etc. But in addition to this once we have checked in online we can return to the store and print off our boarding cards etc. Customer service doesn't get better than this.

She went above and beyond to help us after a not so great experience at another TUI store an hour previous to us visiting here. She even recognised me from me popping in a few weeks ago. Fantastic experience: Great service from Vicki and Jasmine. We were struggling to find a holiday for 15 family members online so called TUI and were put through to the Bolton store. Initially we spoke to Vicki who was extremely helpful, she gave us all the information we wanted about the holiday we were interested in and arranged for Jasmine to call us back the next morning so we had time to speak to all the group. Next morning Jasmine called as arranged and was brilliant. The holiday cost had gone up unfortunately but she managed to reduce it a bit for us. She was very patient and great at answering our questions, she is an asset to the team. We had to call back to ammend a small detail & again all sorted quickly with friendliness and professionalism. Great service all round. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Just been to tui bolton to book a last minute get away on arrival was asked do we want a drink we explained we was looking at cape verde Michelle who was helping us was really nice explained everything we needed to know and went through everything and booked everything there and then sorted visa's and boarding passes job done thanks again Michelle.

Fantastic experience: We have just come back from a fantastic week in SALOU. It was recommended by a lovely lady named Claire. This was our 3rd holiday in a year. We was unsure as to where to go for 7 nights. We stayed at the HOTEL OLYMPUS PALACE. I can't recommended it enough everything is on your door step. It was such a fantastic holiday We have just booked again with the lovely jasmine honestly this lady jasmine has booked most of our holidays and she is fantastic talks you through the places you want to go. Fantastic experience: 10/10 from start to finish. We came here to book our honeymoon. The branch had a nice atmosphere and the staff were really friendly. We were offered drinks upon arrival and it was just a really nice experience overall. Lucy was our travel advisor and she was amazing, she offered her recommendations, but we already had our eyes set on one particular hotel, so that’s what we booked. She even made an extra special effort to contact the hotel directly and request a sea view room for us as it’s a special occasion. A couple of other girls got involved too and offered their knowledge and expertise but unfortunately I didn’t get their names. Thank you all once again!

Fantastic experience: We initially visited the store on Friday 19th to get an idea of prices and places to visit on holiday. We were greeted by Jack who was very helpful, polite and instantly engaged with our son to get him involved in the holiday planning. We were then offered drinks and sat down with Clare to discuss our plans. Nothing was too much trouble and we went away with some great ideas and an appointment for Sunday to book our holiday. We returned today and the staff remembered our little boy which made him so happy. Clare was very thorough and talked us through our flights and holiday choice with payment plan. So glad we chose TUI to book our holiday with, never had a bad experience with this company and an amazing team in the Bolton store. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Went into our local TUI branch (middlebrook) to book a family summer holiday. We had a few extra requirements which Michelle was more than happy to assist with this. Despite the store being extremely busy we didn’t feel rushed. Michelle was very welcoming , professional and went above and beyond to make sure the holiday we booked ticked all the boxes. Fantastic experience: Went in to the store today with 3 friends to book our cruise, was greeted by Jack who was most friendly. We all had coffee before being handed to Jasmin to book our cruise. As my 3 friends hadnt cruised before Jasmin talked them through everything and what to expect. We all sat at leisure and scrolled through several cruises before deciding on one. Nothing was too much trouble for Jasmin and Jack came back to share his experience on our chosen ship, Voyager. This helped us to visualise the ship and having a personal opinion really helped. We then was given prosecco to celebrate booking our cruise as well as props for a photograph! The whole experience from walking in the shop to walking out was fantastic. I would highly recommend Tui for any holiday requirements. This will be my 5th cruise with Tui and there will definately be many more! Fantastic experience: We booked last week in store at Bolton TUI Superstore and were very impressed with the service provided by the sales representative (Jasmin) who looked after us. She was a pleasure to speak with from start to finish and incredibly helpful through the whole process, she helped our son remain interested and excited during the booking process and was enthusiastic, professional, polite and informative on some of our more specific requirements (we needed to have various additional things included with the booking such as special assistance at the airport and extra baggage allowance etc.) The whole experience was one of the best customer service experiences we have had and she did an incredible job for us
