Negative experience: Absoute gross customer service from the woman sitting at the front desk today. She couldn’t care one bit. I always book my holidays with tui but I will never book another one again because of the thing you’ve employed to represent your company.

Fantastic experience: We went to Florida in September and had really struggled trying to book for Mickey’s not so scary Halloween party with Disney from the UK. After chatting with Lesley when we were changing out spending money, she told me that they could book us the tickets. I’ve never been so happy as this was something we really wanted to do but was very stressed trying to do it ourselves!! It literally took an extra 5 minutes and we walked out with our tickets for the Halloween party. One happy family Amazing service and thank you all so much. The staff really go above and beyond

Fantastic experience: We visited the metrocentre branch as I was looking into booking a family holiday and needed advice on which destinations and hotels would best suit my needs, having children with additional needs it was very important we didn’t have a long flight and I knew that it was going to be family friendly with plenty to do and not too busy as my children can find busy situations very overwhelming. We ended up speaking with a lovely young lady called Anna, she really took the time to listen to exactly what we needed and made our experience stress free and enjoyable. She is a credit to your branch. Thank you Anna and TUI I will definitely be returning to your branch for any future bookings :)

Fantastic experience: Visited the metro centre Tui branch to book a getaway for my children and I. Spoke to a lovely young lady called Anna who was so accommodating. Anna helped me to choose a suitable place that would be perfect for all of us. I'm quite a fussy person but Anna was patient, friendly and understood exactly what I needed for a holiday. Thankyou Anna and Tui for a great holiday booking experience. I will definitely be using Tui again when booking future holidays.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service received from Ryan, he was able to help us with our holiday options. His knowledge of areas and hotels was great and he was able to answer all the random questions that I had that popped into my mind when I was on the phone. He never tried to rush me and always listened to what I had to say. This is the second time that we have used TUI at the metro centre and Ryan for our holiday and it won't be the last.

Fantastic experience: Booked our forthcoming holiday with Ryan last year. He was great at explaining everything we needed to know over the telephone, including the importance of having insurance. He was so good we booked next years holiday with him too. On Ryan's advice i downloaded the TUI app. I love how I can see everything to do with the holidays in one place and the reminders from TUI to fill in passport info and register for airport tax are much appreciate.

Fantastic experience: After my holiday was cancelled, I was looking for an alternative. Bryony listened to all my requests, and found an alternative I possibly would not have even thought about. She then went in to search for discount vouchers to save me some cash. I now go to a place I had thought about, and see some things that were on my to do list, and Bryony got all this in under budget, so even better. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. After years of online booking, it wad so good to have an actual person to help me out.
