Fantastic experience: I waited until after the trip to post a review just in case there were any issues, but there were none and everything with the flights went smoothly. Voliamo (and staff member Eva Smith) reached out after I purchased the tickets and ensured that the tickets from the airlines had been sent correctly to me. Voliamo also asked if I needed any special assistance with anything and I was happy with the level of service and attentiveness. Granted, there were no actual issues with the flights so I am not sure how the agency would act if there were flight delays or cancellations, but from my experience with them everything went smoothly and the customer service seemed good.

Positive experience: The prices are amazing so long as you are completely happy with the very very small print as such tickets are extremely inflexible. The company are good at providing updates on any changes as and when they may impact you. Team (Jerry Hardy and initially Charles) were very polite and helpful and keen to act in the customer's interest so long as the customer is fully onboard with the many restrictions in the small print.

Negative experience: SCAM! DO NOT USE They change flights without telling you and when you ring up to ask they say your booking doesn't exist even though 100's of pounds has been taking from your account. They use fake names and have multiple businesses to cover tracks. AVOID

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would. The company which balances itself upon fake 5 star reviews, to lure people into booking with them. This company operates under multiple names—GET A FLIGHT, PH Travel, CallForUmrah, Clickaholiday, Getacruise, Perfect Holidays, Voliamo, checkaholiday and probably many more! They are nothing short of scam artists. From the start, they made what should have been a straightforward process an absolute nightmare. When I needed to cancel my booking due to their website issuing the tickets for the wrong dates, the airline was more than willing to issue a refund. They even provided a waiver code and assured me they’d communicate directly with this agency. However, GET A FLIGHT had other plans. Here’s what they did: 1. Deliberate Delays: They dragged out the process until the cancellation period expired, ensuring I couldn’t get a refund. 2. False Promises: They repeatedly said they’d call back or email, but they never did. It was all lies. 3. Deleting Communication: They deliberately deleted correspondence from the airline, including the waiver code for the refund, and claimed they “never received it.” 4. Shifting Blame: When confronted, they outright told me there was nothing they could do and that I’d have to deal with the airline myself. I took it upon myself to contact the airline directly, and guess what? The airline was still willing to refund me—but only if GET A FLIGHT responded to their emails. Of course, this fraudulent company refused to engage, leaving me stranded and out of pocket. They are deceitful, unprofessional, and completely untrustworthy. They operate under multiple names to cover their tracks, but the scam is the same. Avoid them like the plague. Save yourself the stress, money, and heartache. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING THROUGH THEM. As they continue to decline key information such as their ATOL number so that I can raise the issue further. It’s clearly a situation where they made sure I was stuck alongside my money, is a clear issue of misconduct and now they wish that I just accept that this is how the industry is. They gave me multiple forms of disinformation to temporarily shut me up and hope it will pass, unfortunately and unlike them, I work very hard for my money and will not be letting this go. The communication is so poor and reminds me of a Scam Call Centre.

Negative experience: I won't advise this travel agent. They won't care when you are stuck. It's been 3 days I am trying to reach out to them, but no response from them. Please note if you book your tickets via and agent the airlines won't own anything. I am stuck in one such situation where due to terminal change, layover time is insufficient to manage connecting flight.. these guys don't care to respond to email, advise on alternative arrangements. They pour down to airlines and airlines down own as I haven't booked from their portal.

Negative experience: Booked a flight, was waiting for 2 days for confirmation of my booking. They didn't make it clear when you are booking that it would not be confirmed straight away. Only when I contacted them on whatsapp chasing this did a get a call from them saying that the price of the flight had almost doubled, despite a) on Skyscanner at the exact same time it showed only a small increase from when I booked, and b) showed the same price the day after I booked - meaning they could have booked it at the price. Shocking custom service and outrageous trying to charge significantly more than I booked it at and what Skyscanner was showing at the time. Will not use again.

Negative experience: STAY AWAY OTHERWISE YOU WILL REGRET I was booking a flight and immediately after completing the booking i realised i had made an error on the return date. I immediately phoned the customer service department and explained the situation. I was told that i would have to pay a much higher price for an alternate date, so i decided to cancel and rebook myself as i was still getting the same price as i originally paid. So i said i'd like to cancel and was informed that it would cost £300 for the tickets to be cancelled. I asked, that as i had contacted them immediately, surely they shouldn't need to charge the admin fee. The lady was not flexible in her manner at all and would not put me through to a supervisor. She kept telling me that my only option was to pay for much higher priced tickets. These were, however, still available on their website at the lower price. Any trustworthy company would look at the customer's situation and treat the issue accordingly rather than trying to sell higher priced tickets or going on about admin fees which i would otherwise have no issue about paying, had i contacted them at a much later time. Please do not use this company. They are all about making money. Date of experience: 11 October 2024

Whilst sourcing a travel agent, I am aware that many give a very sloppy service, and originally picked get a flight because the reviews were positive. I think many customers wanted it All, cheap prices and expect the travel agent To run rings for them if something needs changing. I understand that the profit margin is very low to remain competitive. And would not expect much enthusiasm from the agent if, through no fault of theirs, changes need to be made. On booking the paperwork, including the tickets follow very rapidly, giving the confidence that everything has been dealt with.
