Negative experience: Really not happy we was lied to by your rep we was told bed and breakfast to find when we landed room only I've not played almost 14 hundred pounds just for room only I'm absolutely fuming il never book with hays even again

Fantastic experience: My first time using Hays Travel and I wasn’t disappointed Very friendly and helpful staff. Needed travel currency at short notice. They had it ready for me to collect within the hour. They certainly got me out of a hole . Would definitely recommend them even though I didn’t book the holiday through them they still supplied me great service.

Negative experience: Gemma at hays travel in Bolton is extremely rude no customer service I was booked onto the wrong flight and rather than apologies for my 10 hour delay at a airport due to an error made by hays travel she terminated the call calling me condescending Gemma has absolutely no customer approach

Fantastic experience: Decided to book for tenerife as my sister was already going, Neil was extremely helpful in trying to book the same flights and hotel this was not achieved as fully booked, we are on the flight out that follows them and in the hotel next to there's, Neil is professional in his job and nothing was to much trouble. Positive experience: On the whole very good, an enjoyable afternoon. But as we was on the tour, like most of the diners, lunchtime, the service was very poor, one couple had to leave their meal. We just managed to finish our meal. Very rushed. But the staff and food was brilliant, although it took them 20 mins to tell me what I ordered was not available
