Fantastic experience: I just recently booked a holiday to the Dominican Republic in the westfield stratford TUI branch and i was served by Peter who was very helpful and information and he helped me book the exact holiday i wanted taking care of every detail and i left very happy.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service! When I entered I greeted one of the assistant and instead of welcoming back , she was so rude. She could knock her head or even have eye contact but instead she rolled her eyes saying “ I am on the phone” . I believe she is bored of her job, because customer service starts with a simple “Hello”! Shame

Fantastic experience: 10/10 My wife and I recently booked our dream holiday to the Maldives through TUI, and we couldn’t be happier! From start to finish, the experience was perfect. Elle in the TUI shop was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us answer all our questions. She made planning our trip a joy. The holiday itself was everything we’d hoped for and more. Fantastic experience: Rebecca booked our holiday in Albania for us fast and efficiently, she even recommended and booked an excursion for us at a reasonable price. We have had some brilliant holidays booked through this store in the past, including a trip to Uzbekistan last year, which is not on their usual list. Would strongly recommend booking any tailor-made holiday through this store - all staff are very patient and professional, and nothing is too much trouble.

Negative experience: Called in three separate times, three times details were taken as they couldn’t find my previous search with a promise of options to follow be email however no email has been sent. My partner popped into the Stratford branch but yet again they did not have the details anywhere she gave the details again and was so frustrated by there unprofessionalism she got out of there as soon as possible with the promise of options being sent. I called soon after she left just to confirm the details which were confirmed correct but still no email and no options. It’s never been so hard to get options from a company for you to be able to spend your money.

Fantastic experience: Peter was absolutely brilliant in helping us book our first family holiday. He listened to all our needs and requirements and met literally all of them! So happy to of had him help us! He was patient, accommodating, humorous and got the excitement started for our holiday countdown! Would highly recommend booking with Peter :)

Fantastic experience: I recently visited this store to book my holiday and I can say that I would highly recommend going to this store to book your holiday. The agents that dealt with me were called Peter and Stephanie they were very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted.

Fantastic experience: Used this place a few times, the staff are friendly and intelligent, good at their jobs in finding good summer holidays for me and my friends. Agent Peter even got back to us a few days later with a list of special discounted excursions we could do on our Spanish island and also offered to do our travel insurance and currency exchange too. No negatives in my experience at this place.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this store,, got so much help with planning my trip from Stephanie with my sister to Greece that I actually went back and booked a cruise,, booked another holiday in Cheltenham with my daughter to fuetventura and I had to call the store but could only speak to an advisor in Stratford but I was more than happy because I spoke to Nex who was delightful to talk to who made me feel cared for; I have mild cognitive impairment problems and she was extremely compassionate caring considerate but above extremely professional,, Love this store and all the staff

Fantastic experience: I had a positive experience at the TUI store where my family and I were helped by a friendly and knowledgeable assistant (Peter). When we first arrived it was very busy in the store and despite this we still received an excellent service. Peter asked all the right questions so that he could tailor the holiday to meet our requirements and gave helpful suggestions. Everything was organised by Peter, from the accommodation, flights, transfers and even the airport parking. I will definitely be back to book future holidays here.

Fantastic experience: Amazing customer care at Tui Stratford, Westfield I booked a multi destination trip to JA for a large group for my upcoming 50th birthday. The team at Tui Nesbit, Peter and Aneisha were super helpful. They got me the best deals for the whole party and turned out to be an amazing price They continued to help in getting a separate booking for my sister flying from a different airport. Nothing was too difficult and clear information was given about what l needed to do before the trip. Peter was so calm and friendly. Really helpful, supportive, listened to us (despite not knowing where we actually wanted to go), and were very very patient. Pete was so kind, patient and really friendly when helping us to decide on where to go on our last minute summer holiday. He told us about his fantastic holiday to Mexico, we decide to go! We found him very knowledgable about Mexico and what each other hotels could offer us. He also advised us on trips and excursions and booked us on a few to ease the worry of doing it all abroad. We’ve popped into the branch a few times with questions and queries and Pete always greeted us in a friendly manner always ready to help. Fantastic experience: Went back to Tui to book this year's holiday, a little late I know for September ,has been quite difficult to book for 3 adults to sleep in one room, if it wasn't for Rebecca we wouldn't have walked away happy and going on holiday, she found us a great deal, listened to what we needed and wanted, really patient and knowledge too. The staff are extremely helpful, wish there was a branch in westlondon maybe westfield? I would rather book in store than on line as staff pay extra attention to detail which you can't do online. Fantastic experience: The customer service advisors was Summer. I called up Tui Shop in Stratford Westfield while I was walking to the shop. I advisor Summer on what I was looking for. (Which was a cruise to the Mediterranean). I told her I will be about 10 minutes . When I got to the shop 10 minutes later, Summer had all the information ready for me and my Mother to look at. It was just so wonderful to deal with a young ladies who listened to what I wanted and in a short space of time had all the information for me. She was a breath of fresh air. Very professional, friendly and she definitely what the extra mile for us. I really appreciated the service she provided. I am very happy to refer all my friends and family to Tui Stratford Westfield when they are looking to book a cruise or flight/holiday . My mum how is 83 years old is so happy with the service Summer provided as she cannot do online bookings. From a very satisfied customer.

Negative experience: If I could leave zero stars I would. Firstly, not a fault with the TUI Stratford branch, but an issue with TUI in general is the lack of quality customer service. Booked a flight to Jamaica for a funeral of a family member for it to be cancelled due to the hurricane. Obviously not the airlines fault but the lack of customer service with dealing with the aftermath of the cancellation of the flight was horrific. Secondly, in regard to the Stratford branch, I had called to enquire about flights after discovering that my flight was cancelled and I had to rebook. I was advised by Aneisha (not sure if I am spelling their name correctly) who was helpful and gave me many options of what flights I could book. I later called back and was assisted by Peter, and I had informed him of my previous call with his colleague and I was told that they would call me back. I never received a call back, which I understand to an extent as they also have to provide services to in-store customers. I called about 6 times between 4:30pm - 7:50pm, and the final time that I called at 7:50pm, one of the managers, Sophie, (I think) had picked up and I told her that I had called an hour ago and was advised by Aneisha that Peter would develop further on my initial queries on booking a flight (which never happened). Sophie then proceeds to tell me that I cannot book flights over phone and that is where I simply lost it. I was not informed by neither Aneisha nor Peter that I could not book flights over the phone and if I had known at the first instance of calling at 4:30pm, I would have went in-store to proceed with the booking. If I was told at first instance by Aneisha or Peter, I would not be writing this review right now. I have now booked directly with Virgin Atlantic instead. Moral of the story is that communication is key as including minor details can change a customer service experience drastically. I hope that this will be brought up to Aneisha and Peter as I have wasted so much time calling, when I would have simply gone in-store.

Fantastic experience: All staff at Tui Stratford Branch are so helpful and polite. We been searching for a family holiday in August. Our advisor Peter has been so amazing, his very polite, friendly, and a bubbly person. He took his time searching for holidays that best fit our budget, and needs, even made me a cup of tea, which was so lovely of him. After many emails back and forth, on 2nd July we finally booked our holiday with Peter. I want to thank him for taking the time for all his amazing help. Will definitely be using Tui Stratford westfield branch in the future and booking my next holiday with Peter!

Fantastic experience: I recently went into store and I was met by Sophia who could see I was waiting and she quickly put me into the queuing system. Sophia gave me some recommendations which was great! After a short while, I was greeted by the friendly Summer. Summer is so lovely and helpful. She helped me find the perfect honeymoon destination and hotel choice for my future husband and I to go on. Going into store means that they have the knowledge of various places and I find that very useful and they managed to steer me away from the party hotel. Thank you for that! Fantastic experience: Really happy with our experience at the Tui store today. Our Tui rep (Summer) was amazing. We wanted to get our 1 year old daughter a seat on the plane and Summer spent more than 20 minutes on the phone with her team, trying to get this added on our booking. She was patient and provided good advice/recommendation. Would definitely recommend coming to the Tui store rather than booking online.
