Fantastic experience: We boom our first umrah (Alhumdulilah)with muslim holy travel with 4 kids age 4,7,12 and 13. It was the best experience and the ulfat ali gives the good package include pick drop from airport to ziyarats as well.we stayed in emar grand in makkah hotel was good only thing it doesnt have any taxi service on Ibrahim khalil road as it was always restricted so even kids tired a but they have to walk despite.other was we book two rooms as family of 6 but was given on different floors .In madinah we stayed in emar mektaan family suite it was very nice and also 8-9mins walk from masjide nabwi.ziyarats mens and transport for both makkah and madinah was really good .overall trip was good .ulfat bhai been in touch during all the trip and been helpful .

But the Muslims Holy Travel took care of everything ( Thanks to brother Zain) hotels, Airport transfers, Ziyarats in both Makkah and Madinah.. The hotels were booked at the decent locations ( Approx ).. Overall recommended 100% especially Umrah with family members ( Children or elderly). Jzk kairan

Fantastic experience: I have booked with travel agent for my umra trip from the 21st to 29th October 2024. They arrange a connecting flight from Heathrow to doha and then to jeddah, on the way back madina to doha to Heathrow. We stay in 5 star hotel address and paullman zamalzam. The service there was amazing. Everything was pre-planned from taxi to ziyarath to breakfast and dinner. I paid 1600 per person. It was all walking distance to the masjid (10) max. My family had a blessed experience. My sister has also used thus travel agency Allhamdullia we had an amazing experience and will recommend and will use again insha'Allah. Fantastic experience: This is not the first time I have used Muslim Holy Travels for Umrah. Used them back in 2022 during Ramadan and now recently went with a group of friends. Honestly they are great to work with. Very accommodating and structure package to your requirement. Zain, who was my go to contact did a great job, chopping changing things as and when I required. Hotels they had booked for us were great, no complaints. Transport was spot on and very professional. May Allah swt put barakat in your earnings. Will definitely be using them in the future In Sha Allah.

Negative experience: SCAM. Be away and save your money and time. They scammed me and my cousin with cheap packages. Don't be the next victim. They get our deposits and lied to us with available cheap packages and after finding out no packages and no hajj, they told us that will return deposit one month later, I contacted them like more than a month later, they said the guy not here and never returned our deposits.

Fantastic experience: Are agencies trustworthy? Especially when there are so many online now. My answer to this is yes, absolutely without a shadow of doubt, Tanveer from Muslims Holy Travel is the agent every British traveler needs. My case was not simple - I have a family, needed specific travel dates, only wanted certain hotels etc, yet every demand was met by Tanveer. An excellent agent - so understanding, patient and caring. He heard all of my requests and tailored everything I required from my package. I was in Saudi and contacted Tanveer - he was only a message away for me, continually willing to answer last minute questions. My hotel, flights, even private transport, was everything I expected. Please do book with them but ask for Tanveer directly - you will NOT be disappointed.

Positive experience: Salam, booked umrah package first time through brother Moeez. Was skeptical as often hear about fraudulent or non cooperating agents when things go wrong. Alhamdollilah the brother kept up with his promises and was always available to reassure. We were notified promptly of any changes and he went the extra mile checking in with us after a couple of days when we were there. Unfortunately, we did have problems to report back to him as we were placed in AlKiswah Towers. It was a terrible hotel as no basic hygiene standards were met. Filthy carpets throughout, itchy carpet and bedding giving us all bites and skin irritation and no cleaning till requested the last straw was the toilet leak causing puddle of flushed water. This is clearly a hotel for south asian hujaaj as the standards are extremely poor for UK/EU customers. Any agents that book hotels should review hotel standards before booking customers, hence the 4 star review. However, when reported to the brother he immediately arranged a room Change though unfortunately even the new rooms had issues including leaking air cons and no fridge in one of the two rooms for which he apologised. Overall a trustworthy reliable company who did their best to ensure everything ran smoothly jzkAllah kher - no issues with madinah we were there 3 days but alhamdoliolah all went well at swiss hotel.

I stayed 5 nights in Makkah and 5 nights in Madinah with them and they help you organise your trip with good dates to match your commitments and schedule. Also, they are friendly and very respectful and provide you all the info you might possibly need regarding: • Hotel bookings and relevant information • Sites, tourism and navigation of the holy cities • Transport between the Haramain • Support with Ihram and approaching the Miqat zones. I highly recommend anyone this company. They are also quite negotiating and understanding, therefore they will give you a price you are happy with in the end.

Fantastic experience: My family and I went for Umrah during the last 10 days of Ramadan 2024 and Alhamdulillah it was such an amazing and surreal experience with Muslims Holy Travels! Brother Ifthikar was very helpful and provided us all the information we needed, got our visas so quick, gave us recommendations and sent all our details for flights and bookings that were genuine and correct. We have been twice before but this was the first time going without our father so we were very stressed and mindful of who we were going to book with! All the ground transport was perfectly sorted and they were on time with vehicles that had lots of space for us and our luggages - drivers were very trustworthy and one even helped each of us get a Saudi sim for a great price at the airport when we landed! The only thing that we were a little disappointed with was that our rooms in both hotels were not what we had specifically booked - we booked for 3 beds and had 4 beds (hotels did not offer us a different room and did not get rid of the extra bed). The extra bed in Makkah was taken away on the 2nd day after constantly telling the receptionist to take it. Also, when we gave our hotel vouchers to them, they could not find our booking details… :( This could have been due to some error in the system or miscommunication but the hotel vouchers that brother Ifthikar sent us were exactly what we wanted so it could have been overlooked by the hotel. I would say to double check with both the travel agency and hotels about the rooms at the hotels that you are booking to make sure that is what you are going to get. All meals were fine in and outside the hotels, flights were with Emirates which was good, and timings for flights were great :) We will definitely be booking through Muslims Holy Travels again! Amazing service and great communication with them! Just need to make sure our hotels are correct with the hotels directly :) Thank you so much to Brother Ifthikar for all his help! Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah I went on Umrah with my spouse during this year ramadan and it was all pleasant and full of great memories. Madiha supported and assisted us with a good package right from onset, and this was even changed to a more better one shortly before we travelled without any additional cost, the hotel Madiha finally booked for us was superb with good proximity to the Haram . The advisor (Madiha) was transparent and we were moved by her good customer service, transparency and trustworthiness, may Allah reward her well. I will recommend Muslims Holy Travel any time, great job guys.

Fantastic experience: I have to say what a beautiful experience we had with Muslim holy travel our umrah Visa's hotels, transport was arranged flawlessly by brother Ulfat Ali had done a remarkable job for our whole family on this blessed journey to makkah and medina.. Transport was just amazing as soon as we exited jeddah airport our pick up driver was waiting there no more than ten minutes we were on our way to our hotel in makkah then we departed for medinah after our umrah again the very clean and very spacious comfortable transport to medina communication was brilliant and we arrived in medina, then our departure was again very punctual and very comfortable to the airport from our hotel. I cannot say enough about our very pleasant experience with our brother Ulfat Ali from muslim holy travel. Negative experience: We and a family of 5 and went to Umrah over Christmas holidays 2023 and returned in Jan 2024. From the beginning there seemed to be regularly misinformation and misunderstanding on their part. They were pushy for payments and gave us wrong information. I had i initally looked around and decided to go with this company because I liked the location and the size of the hitel rooms, so decided those were the ones I wanted. I booked in April for our December trip (7months in advance). 2 weeks before travel I contacted the agents as they had not contacted regarding the details I needed for the trip. I was told that the agent would call me the following week. After chasing them for around a week, I got hold of them 3 days before we were to leave and it turns out that only Makkah hotel had been booked and not Madina as apparently Madina don't do Friday bookings?? (When in Madina, I asked the hotel and they said this was not true!! Also they only found this out 3 days before we were going to travel???) So I said that's fine we will go Thursday. But then he told us there was no space in that hotel anymore apparently as clearly the agent had not booked the hotel we paid them for. I was understandably angry with this as we had paid well in advance and they had messed up. The agent blamed the vendor and said it was not his fault!! He offered an alternative hotel which I did not like. He said there is another option. I liked that location so I asked him to book that one BUT he said I would have to pay £200 MORE!!! It was his mistake why should I pay more. I refused and said I would look around. After looking I found that due to busy Christmas holiday period everywhere was booked. The agent said I will give you money you find a hotel. Reluctantly my husband didn't want us to be without a hotel especially with 3 young kids so we paid although the agent should have paid as it was their fault!! After a week in Makkah, we travelled to Madina. 2 of my children had a fever when we travelled to Madina and just wanted to go to sleep at the hotel. On arrival we found out that our booking had been cancelled at this SECOND hotel which we had paid an extra £200 for!! We sat in reception for 2 and half hours with 2 ill children with a high fever and the best the agent could do was to offer me a refund knowing that there were no hotels available. I was fuming! He expected me to take my luggage and ill children and search around Madina for a hotel and 11 o'clock at night!!!! I told him this was unacceptable and that he would have to find a replacement hotel. We kept getting told don't worry we will sort it!! Seriously!! Messed up on 2 hotel already and we've paid extra and they were telling us not or worry. We were eventually found a hotel room which was considerably smaller than what we had paid for. I contacted the agent and told him we were not happy with the room it was too cramped and we were having to climb over the luggage to squeeze in and out. The agent said he paid extra to get us this hotel which I do not believe and to be honest isn't my problem anyway as its yet again their mistake. He said the room is the best and After that we had no contact from the agent. No apology, no compensation, no care that they caused so much stressed over those few weeks regarding their incompetence to book the selected hotels! We paid for a good hotel, then paid extra for a closer and better hotel bith hitel were selected for their room size and after all that got stuck in a small room which normally accommodates 2 beds but for the busy period had 4 beds squashed into a small space!!!!! It ruined our travel experience and I would advise you not to book with them. Especially if you are travelling with children or elderly. Shocking work ethic!

Negative experience: beware ! disgraceful scam company!!! -they make fake reviews - please avoid !!! -please check Trustpilot website first !!!! they have been banned for violating trustpilot terms by creating fake reviews. by the lord of the kaaba everything i say here is true, we will all return back to Allah so i am responsible for what i say. this company has cheated so many people over the years by deceitful and dishonest tactics . They will either scam you via a deposit scam or by increasing the price of your hotels after they’ve taken from you large deposits leaving you desperate with no choice but to accept. it’s a calculated tactic they use . scroll down well on google reviews and on trust pilot, past all the fake reviews they make frequently and read them all properly, you will see exactly what i mean, do not be fooled ! please check the reviews under the heading ‘deposits’ if you want to save time people have started speaking out against them now on social media check out facebook and tiktok you will see. according to their own website they are not fully ATOL protected on all flights, neither are they registered with any dispute resolution organisation. which will leave you high and dry when they scam you unless you take full legal action which i suggest you do . if you haven’t already given them money please avoid them and choose reputable company. if you have already committed then i suggest you employ a solicitor to overlook the rest of the transactions to ensure they give you what you’ve paid for and not charge you increased rates . they will take your large deposits then change the package demanding more money OR claim that the “vendor “ is not offering the hotel and make so many excuses and keep your money . to Allah we belong and to him we return .. i wish everyone blessed umrah experience without this company .

I am so so happy alhamdoullah with my trip I have stayed in the best hotels with your reccomendations everything from start to finish has gone amazing alhamdoullah I am so so grateful I chose this company. They organised everything I dealt even the car service and our tours here I have been given too service by lovely gentleman named Tanveer who I spoke with on the phone as it’s my first trip to Umrah with my young children. Tanveer has been very helpful and polite he organised the whole package catering to every need so I am not stressed from flights to accommodation to transfers and visas .

He was patient and understanding of our uncertainty, endless questions, calls, messages, changes to packages, and on occasion, fear of authenticity. He was timely and transparent with all transactions. He gave us reassurance on everything. Negative experience: Do not trust these people. I reserved tickets and paid a deposit. My reservation got cancelled and they did not notify me or provide a date by which total amount had to be paid. They did not refund the deposit. May Allah curse people like these who take the money under the pretext of policy when they have not completed their side of the work or provided the correct information.

Positive experience: Alhamdulillah overall a positive experience. Brother Awais organised the package for us. Mecca hotel Al Kiswah Towers was ok, 15 min walk from Masjid Al Haram, frequent bus shuttle service was very helpful, but overwhelming crowding, lack of fresh air circulation in hotel room and AC wasn't very efficient. Staff were nice and helpful, and attended to guests needs. Transport service was fine. Zaha Al Madina hotel was very nice, UK 4 star standard, excellent customer service provided by hotel staff, 12-15 min walk straight down main boulevard to Masjid Al Nabawi, would recommend this hotel to others and would stay there again, reasonably priced for location.

Negative experience: Update: 30/12/2023 AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. I write this as I am returning back from Saudi Arabia. 4 points to note. Booking. Paid for 6 nights including Flights & Hotels £1350.00. What did i get? Well the flights were booked, so there was no obvious fraud or malicious act in that regard. But suspiciously the booking was made for a child? I don't know if this was another cost cutting short cut but bare with me as I elaborate the specifics. Hotels; Sidratul Aaliya Golden Hotel in madinah is what was booked for me allegedly. I turned up after travelling for 20+ hours to find that the hotel was closed, shut down! And this was at 5am in the morning. I wad stranded in what I can only describe as rundown residential neighbourhood. I struggled around and found a room at a hostel come Hotel called Hotel Dair Taiba and paid out of my own pocket Makkah: Voco Hotel was what was booked for me allegedly, but on my second day in Madinah I called ahead to the Voco inadvance to confirm the reservation and they had no record what so ever. All the references I provided to them Brought up nothing on their system. So I had to spend half of my second day in Madinah trying to book a hotel for myself in Makkah for 3 nights and ended up paying again outbof pocket close to £400 to stay at 3 points Musalli Hotel some 30mins walk from the Haram. All on all I incurred additional costs of £700 for the accommodation I paid for myself anf the travel costs between the Masjifs and Hotels. I called the very first day I arrived and left several messages for Ashir who handled my booking. I provided video and picture evidence of the hotel that was shutdown in madinah and I left a final message on Tuesday the 26th of December after I confirmed that i didn't have a reservation with Voco Hotel in Makkah. I can't stress enough how disgusting this behaviour has been. Alhamdulilah I retained my composure and focused on what I came to do and that was to complete umrah. I never once raised my voice or left any disrespectful messages on my communications to Ashir, but am not supprised to say I havent heard back from yet and my trip is now complete. I will be seeking legal action for the breach of contract and will seek redress for the financial and emotional distress I experienced. But beyond that I am writing this update to warn everyone thinking about bookimg with this company to avoid them at all costs, I won't wish experience on my worst enemy. To Ashir and the rest of the people of this company I admonish you publicly and remind you all to fear Allah SWT and correct yourselves. Whether through malicious and fraudulent intent to defraud people or through just sheer incompetent and recklessness, you performance show that you have no business whatsoever organising umrah or god forbid Hajj tours for Muhrims.

Fantastic experience: I have just came back from Umrah and a trip to Egypt which was arranged by Muslim holy travel . It all went very well , everything including flights and hotels were nice and comfortable . Ulfat sahib arranged all this on behalf of Muslim holy travel and I must thank and appreciate him for his good work, very helpful and nice person.Overall it was a great trip and I wish to use this company again in future.

Negative experience: AVOID THIS COMPANY! I have just returned after completing Umrah with my wife and family after booking through Muslim Travel 16th November to 23rd November 2023. We booked a private trip for 5 persons at a cost exceeding 10K. I have to say that I am very suspicious of the number of glowing reviews they have been receiving and also in particular one individual Ashir whom I have to say is nothing like helpful at all. Muslim Travel Holidays is not an honest customer focused company. Once they have your money they will leave you high and dry and expect you to pickup the pieces often involving you to spend even more money to rectify the mistakes they clearly made. They even have the audacity to deny and accept any responsibility on their part. We ended up paying an additional 5K to complete our Umrah which included paying for flights home. Nonetheless AllhamduLillah we all managed to complete our Umrah and I look back on this experience as our journey which only Allah swt knows best and that is why I have decided not to share every finer detail and naming and shaming every individual within the company. But let me just say I would personally choose a Nusuk approved travel agent in future just for peace of mind and avoid this company at all cost if you want to experience a stress free Umrah trip. I felt I just needed to write this review because I don’t want others to have to go through what we did especially when all the focus should be on worshipping Allah swt!!!

Negative experience: Unfortunately a very disappointing service was provided and i would not recommend anyone to use this travel agent. I have had to spend additional money (almost 3000 pounds ) due to their errors that Mr Mohamad Ashir would not admit to and even the Saudi Airlines told me that the travel agent can rectify all their errors but they were not helpful at all. Alhamdulillah my family and i did manage to perform our Umrah but only Allah knows the stress that we all had to go through. The hotels in Mecca told us we paid far too much for our trip and in future we can do it with them directly. I generally do not post reviews but i have done this time as I hope no one has to go through what my family and i went through. Be very careful when you choose a travel agent.

Negative experience: SCAMMERS AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Mr Shoaib/Tahseen continues to scam people by changing names. After a long flight to saudi with a 1 year old we reach the hotel only to find out he didn’t book our room until the very next day. When I tried telling him this he blocked and ignored my calls. Throughout the process he continued to scam us by increasing prices nearly every week. Now I’m reading all the other negative reviews which are much worse. How do they sleep at night knowing they’ve unlawfully taken innocent peoples hard earned money. May Allah swt deal with people like this in the best way possible. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY

Negative experience: I wouldn't say that this company is a scam but they are certainly incompetent and unjust. Let me explain why... I booked Umrah packages for 15 people and had booked the flights for 16th Dec 2022. Later on, my uncles family of 6 wanted to come with us. We were first told that they would get on the same flights as us. Then we were told it will be a different airline but there flight would leave on the 17th Dec. They agreed to this - even though they would now be getting fewer days for the same agreed price. They made the full payment and all was looking rosy. Then, they called and said we have booked tickets for the 15th Dec. This we had already told them was not possible due to work commitments. So, we wanted our money for my uncles family as they could not give us the agreed dates. These scammers now wanted to charge £600 for cancelling the tickets. This was made up from cancelling the hotels (£300) and their admin fee (£300). This incompetent company couldn't even waive their own admin fee for a mistake they made. I had to pay this money my self as I was responsible for booking my uncles tickets. Now that I am back from my Umrah, I am looking to explore all avenues to get my money back including going to small claims court. DONT TRUST THESE GUYS...PLEASE LEARN FROM THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND DONT BE CONNED BY FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS. DONT BE THE NEXT PERSON TO BE MISLEAD/CONNED BY THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL ONLY HAVE YOURSELF TO BLAME.

Negative experience: Do not book your trip with this company, they said they booked us a hotel which is called conrad in makkah and suddenly last minute changed saying that the hotel canceled the booking because we didn't want breakfast ? Now honestly the lies they say is unbelievable. We aren't going on a holiday or anything like that we are going to do umrah and you got company like this that takes ur money and can't stick to what the agreement was. I will be personally filing a complaint to the relevant department and taking this further. Do not book with this company !
