Negative experience: The indicvidual helping us from Hajj Umrah Hub was Mr Mazhar, As a person who trusted a company based on reviews I was very stressed out when it came closer to our umra travel and I would like to tell you why. Firstly this company is not responsive at all, a simple answer would help to let me know if they received and read my messages. Secondly this company forwarded me onto other people who were our umra guide or zirat guide - were not answering on time and none of the guides came on time - I didn’t even hear a sorry im late from anyone, when i called the drivers/guide, didnt get a response which made us again very stressed out. Thirdly on the day we should have our umrah, the guide didn’t show up at the hotel as promised-, the guide then 20/30mins later answered that he will wait at the gate entrance, at the end this went well but not a single sorry im late. I would not book with this agent again ever, due to the fact that you can not trust them at all.

Negative experience: Do not trust this company. They had messed up a family members first umrah trip. Didn’t inform them the flights been cancelled. Hotel stay was unorganised 1 day in one room another in another room. Refused giving reservation numbers for the hotel and flight details for check-in. AVOIDDDD

Fantastic experience: I was looking for an Ummrah package and contacted Sana Noor at the hajj ummrah hub, sister Sana dealt with my request very efficiently and understood what was needed to be done. Finding the specific flights, visa, hotel, private transport and ziyarats she has arranged it all. A very nice package was created to meet my needs. Very happy with the service and inshallah will be a returning customer.

Negative experience: Do not trust this place. This company will take your money throw you in a dump and run. We paid for 4* package and got put In a 1* hotel and when confronted about the hotel. All Salman could do was apologise. Honestly the hotel they put us in was the worst. Please please anyone who’s reading if you do use these guys do not accept Diyafa al Mukhtara. I haven’t even gone Makkah yet, I’m already dreading to see the standards of that. Initially we had a different hotel booked but apparently it was not available anymore so they put us in Diyafa al mokthara. The hotel on arrival had hair everywhere on bed sheets and stains. The floor is dirty. The wardrobe broken. No space to breathe let alone move. The shower is so tiny that the tap you pull up to change to shower settings digs into your back. Toilet seat is dirty. They gave us 1 toilet roll for 3 days and when asked they always seem to have no toilet roll. No towels provided. Room service none existent. Literally asked to change bed sheets 9x and they still didn’t, on 10th time they did and the worker even said you have to make a formal complaint to get anything changed. That’s enough on the nightmare hotel they put us in. Back to mr Salman. He seems to have disappeared when asked to sort the Makkah hotel out too. As he put us in a 1* hotel knowingly. I couldn’t trust a word he says as he had nothing to say about the 1* hotel and avoided the question of why he did that he and finally answered when pushed to all he could say was sorry. He refuses to help in anyway shape or form what on earth will sorry do to sort the nightmare. DO NOT TRUST THESE LOT. Btw you’re better off booking yourself as the thief decided to try and charge to change hotel more than booking.com charges I literally found movenpick for 2070 for 3 nights and he tried and charging 3400. Enough of the rant believe me you can get better packages elsewhere or just do it yourself

Fantastic experience: October is an excellent time for Umrah due to the mild weather, manageable crowd levels, and affordable pricing compared to peak seasons like summer holidays or half terms in the UK. Humzah at the Hajj Umrah Hub is highly recommended to get that all round service from booking the right hotels, offering a choice of flights, and finalising our visas and transportation. We found the whole experience to be peaceful and spiritually fulfilling. The hotel locations gave us a calmer atmosphere, allowing for deeper focus on worship without feeling consistently rushed. Temperatures were moderate, typically ranging from 35°C to 39°C in Makkah, making the physical rituals of Tawaf, Sa'i and Ziyarat's more manageable, especially for my family. Off-peak timing meant that Humzah could offer a better availability and potentially lower prices for flights and hotels near the Haram. Even with our late booking allowed us the choice of the best accommodations and good flights, and we didn't have any price hikes. Humzah ensured all our visa documentation, hotel and transport vouchers were handled efficiently and stress free. In summary, booking our Umrah through Humzah at the Hajj Umrah Hub in October 2025 was an excellent choice and for those seeking a stress free and comfortable experience we would highly recommend them. Fantastic experience: Had my first umrah allhmdulliah with my wife and baby i enjoyed thoroughly the process and guidance by agent Ali he was very understanding and cooperative must book pakages for your next umrah from him.

Positive experience: Completed my Umrah in Jan 2025 with the help of Hammad from Hajj Umrah Hub. I want to start off by saying thank you to the team as it was an amazing trip overall with some shortcomings which would easily be improved. Positives Voco Makkah was an amazing hotel, despite the reviews we found the walk to the hotel really nice as we passed the South Asian food shops on the way. The hotel was so clean and staff were amazing The ground transportation was amazing, they always arrived on time and always communicated the day before Hamad was so patient when it came to finding the right package and i am truely grateful for that Negatives After we paid our deposit we were told our booking was still not finalised and our hotel prices for Madinah had gone up so we ended up paying £200 extra and also for one room instead of 2. We also had to downgrade hotels. The Hotel we stayed at Saja al Madinah was also very average and so small for quad occupancy however it was so close to Masjid al Nawabi so it was okay The Ziyarath guide was awful and eventhough we complained we didn’t hear anything back. He just took us to locations and told us rudely to get out the car, no explanation of the history of the places nothing and considering we paid extra for this package we were disappointed Lastly, the van driver on the last dropped us off to the airport 6 hours before the flight so we spent the night falling asleep on the airport chairs and despite telling them it was too early they kept blaming traffic (it was a 20 mins drive at 1am) they then later admitted that they needed the driver for another job which is why they dropped us off so early Overall i would definitely recommend Hajj Umrah Hub
