Fantastic experience: From start to finish, my Gap 360 trip was absolutely incredible! One of the biggest highlights was how amazing all the tour guides were, they were so knowledgeable, supportive, and always went the extra mile to make sure everyone was comfortable and having the best time. Their passion for what they do really showed and made the whole journey even more special. Everything ran so smoothly, from the flights and sleeper trains to the sleeper buses all the logistics were perfectly handled, which took away any stress and let me just enjoy the experience. The hostels we stayed in were all lovely, clean, and full of character. The staff were so friendly and welcoming everywhere we went, which really made me feel at home. This trip was an unforgettable adventure, and I highly recommend doing it! If you're thinking about travelling with Gap 360/The dragon trip, You won’t regret it.

Positive experience: Currently on South East Asia trip. Been great so far just feel like the 18-30s is misleading as it seems to be mainly 18-24 then a big jump to my age 33. Constantly want to party pretty much every night when I just want to explore the activities then chill. Maybe they should either make a different age category (25-35) or put you in a group with people of a similar age. Apart from that the trip has been amazing and really enjoying it.

Fantastic experience: Incredible. A well thought out trip that wouldn't have been the same without our fantastic guide Mo, and our driver. Mo is welcoming, laid back, informative and could not be more helpful, making sure we all had plenty of breaks along the road, teaching us facts along the way and making sure we double checked our rooms and didn't leave our passports anywhere to avoid hiccups. Mo went above and beyond. This trip was a fantastic way to see a vast amount of Morrocco and have all of the planning taken care of. Great to solo travellers, non drivers or just anyone looking for a fun packed holiday while feeling safe. It was great to meet other travellers from other countries and swap stories and slang from our own culture. I have a fear of heights and knew I would find the camel ride nerve racking. The camel guide was great at slowing the (albeit an already slow) camel down for me. So if youre considering camel riding in the sahara and are abit nervous, do it! I liked the variety of accommodation we stayed at. Having heard the stories of scammers and harassment, which ofcourse can happen, this opened my eyes to how hospital the people of Morocco can be. Highlights for me were playing the drums and dancing around a camp fire in the sahara- that was magical. There's a more relaxed day in the middle which is great if like me you need to recharge your social battery. I would highly highly highly recommend Gap360 and G adventures and specifically this Morocco trip. Thank you for an amazing trip!

Fantastic experience: I did the Thailand 18-day trip with GAP360 (Thai Adventure) and it was honestly one of the best experiences of my life. I had the most amazing time — the trip was really well organised, the activities were so fun, and every place we visited was incredible. The group was perfect — everyone was lovely and so easy to get along with, and I really liked that GAP360 made it easy to check the age range and what kind of people would be there beforehand. The extra activities were always fun but not forced — we could do our own thing too, and our guide always had great suggestions for what to do. A huge shoutout to our guide, Namon — he was brilliant! He knew so much about every place we visited but also kept things fun and relaxed. He really looked after us and gave me amazing tips for continuing to travel around Thailand afterwards. The trip is pretty full-on at the start which is actually great because it means you get to know everyone really quickly — by the end it felt like travelling with friends. I loved every minute, especially the elephant sanctuary and the time we spent at the islands at the end. I’d recommend this trip to anyone — whether you’re solo or with a friend, GAP360 makes it so easy and you’ll have the best time!

Fantastic experience: My daughter Emily is just about to return home after 9 months of the most incredible adventures!! We contacted Gap 360 last summer and told them our plans, they organised absolutely everything ( apart from the visas). Emily has done volunteering and travelled through Sri Lanka/Vietnam/Thailand/Philippines/Australia/New Zealand/Bali. Katie was an incredible support with everything and extremely knowledgeable about the tours, Maddison who organised the flights couldn’t do enough to help. I am so impressed with everything Gap 360 has to offer! If you are thinking about a gap year, this is definitely the company to use. I’m extremely grateful and very relieved that Emily is now on her way home safe & sound.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant trip again! I did the Thailand and Bali Intros last year and this year did the Japan Intro. By far the best tour so far, so much to do and our group was amazing, I will keep in contact with a lot of them. Also our team leader Becca was excellent. She was so funny and always kept the group entertained whilst being spot on with her job, there was never a dull moment. Thanks again to everyone involved!

Such a wonderful experience and he has made friends for life. For us it was the perfect blend of independent travel, seeing parts of the world communities and cultures you can only dream of and being within a supportive group environment. Thanks gap 360 I have a feeling he will be saving hard to book something again for next year!

Negative experience: Thai adventure 25 days - My review doesn't show on most recent on gap360, seems to only show the high rating ones. So wanted to post it here too as I think people need to be aware of the reality! First of all, I would like to say that our tour guide, Patrick, was incredible. He really did make the tour what it was. He is very friendly, and took the time to get to know everyone individually. He deserves all the recognition in the world for his work. 10/10. The people I met were also amazing and without them i really dont think id have stayed (im not the only one who has said this either, and some members did infact leave early). Now for the tour itself and gap360 mpre broadly... the activities and accomodation were significantly below the standard I (and many others in the group) expected for the cost of the tour. Many of the hostels had ants in the beds, the rooms often had mosquitos with no nets and we often had no hot water to shower in. In one hostel, we had large towels as blankets. There is no excuse for this whatsoever, backpacking or not. The "home stay" led to a number of group members wanting to leave the tour early. It was muddy, with no flushing toilets, no drinking water and no toilet paper available. There was a bird in our room, a stray dog that came in, and we were not even provided with a pillow. We spent the day there with nothing to do other than "explore the village", but there was really nothing to see other than animals sadly tied up unable to move freely. The trip's included activities were often free if not very cheap and whilst I understand gap360 need to make a profit, the tour in no way reflects the cost. Other group members who had done tours with other well known companies stated that this tour and the accomodation/activities provided were by far the worst they had ever experienced despite this tour costing substantially more than others. When we raised concerns with gap360 during the tour, they did not make any changes in order to make people feel better or provide any support whatsoever. Their response stated that it was a backpacking trip and hence, consisted of hostels but there are many hostels that are of much better standard than many of those we stayed in. It is also worth mentioning that whilst some lunches and breakfasts were included, these were often extremly limited, basic and ridden with flies meaning we had to buy our own. We did of course visit some beautiful places, and made memories to last a lifetime, but sadly much of the accomodation and lack of included quality activities meant that lots of us were left feeling disappointed and like we had not got to explore the places we visited properly. There were some good activity options, provided by our tour guide, which we were grateful for but these were not included and tended to be the more pricey ones. All in all, I would not recommend gap360 for this tour. I really wish I could I say it was an incredible experience but quite frankly it was substandard. I'll be going with other well known companies in future

Negative experience: My experience with Gap360 has been mixed the customer support was great and everyone was quick to respond and the tour itself was amazing. However the tour was not run by Gap360 but instead Intro Travel, which isn’t a problem in itself but would have been nice to be made aware of before booking. My main complaint is that the Work/Travel New Zealand tour was proposed as if everyone on the tour was planning to work in NZ afterwards and therefore everyone could group together with accommodation and job hunting, etc. In reality very few in my group were planning on working (after the south tour only 2 out of 18), I was lucky as this didn’t hinder my experience on the tour as my group was amazing. But I think Gap360 should rethink how they portray this tour to travellers as it is very misleading. The itinerary Gap360 gave me before booking didn’t fully match that of Intro Travel (the correct one). A few activities such as kayaking to Ruby Island didn’t happen as well as interview practice and NZ CV building not going ahead. Some activities said to be included within the tour also then turned out we had to pay for. My advice is don’t book through Gap360 and go straight to intro travel!

Negative experience: I booked 2 trips with Gap360, the 25 day Thai adventure and the Sydney & jervis bay adventure. Flight quotes were not at all competitive, I paid less than half what was quoted by doing those myself. There was a welcome dinner on the first evening that I missed as my flight got in at around 1825, they won’t wait, the group will start without you even though they are aware of when everyone arrives and the information provided only states to arrive ‘whenever suits best’ and before 2200 to receive the free shuttle. This made it quite difficult as everyone had got to know one another over dinner and initial plans were discussed which I missed. The itinerary focused on there being a lot to do in your spare time, optional/additional activities you could pay to do, parties to go to etc but a lot of the time we’d arrive somewhere and be told there isn’t anything to do on the island and to ‘just relax’ for 2-3 days or would tell us on the day/evening before we could do something with sometimes a hefty cost, but when looking online you could book some of these cheaper direct. The group wasn’t very well mixed, which can’t necessarily be helped as it depends on who books. Trying to query certain aspects of the trip beforehand was quite difficult, the team had no idea about park closures during certain times of the year when I initially raised this, I was told one thing (that had been confirmed) and then someone else on the trip was told something completely different, but no update provided until I queried this again given the conflicting information. You’ll also be told that the tour guide will confirm the details on day 1, which seems a bit of a fob off and unclear why information such as alternative plans, start times etc are not upfront, apparently this is up to your tour guide as it changes but the itinerary is the same so rough guidance on this would be better. The first week or so was pretty fast paced and enjoyable, after that you mostly just visit beaches on different islands with the occasional activity thrown in. As for the Sydney trip, there was no upfront information that this trip is actually ran by welcome to travel (who I can not fault as they were amazing) you’ll start receiving emails from them about jobs available and things to do/book in Australia out of nowhere which I believed were spam until an urgent form was sent through requiring me to complete the same information provided to gap360. It was an amazing group, very well mixed with a good range of ages, however I was the only one in the group who had booked through gap360 and was the only one there who wasn’t doing a WHV so there was a lot of focus on meetings/information for those that intend on onward travel/working in aus over the next year which meant I had mornings/multiple hours on my own, this could be advertised better so people like myself that did it as an add on are better informed and better prepared. I have also found that It is cheaper to book direct with welcome to travel. The trip advertises a 2 day surf camp, you are there for approx 15 hours with one surf opportunity, but with a large group and only 2 instructors with you don’t expect to learn much in this time, you’ll be taught the surf technique on the beach and that is it. Overall I think more upfront information is required and the itinerary should be more realistic rather than overselling. Maybe I was unlucky with the specific tour/tour guide for Thailand as it did not live up to what I thought it would be. I saw some incredible places, but mostly from me doing things on my own. Any Australia trips, I’d recommend to deal with welcome to travel directly as they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I will be booking my next trips for Aus through them.

Fantastic experience: I have just got back from the most amazing experience on 5 week Australia East Coast Adventure! Highlights included the Whitsundays sailing trip, camping on Fraser Island and snorkelling in the Great Barrier Reef! I booked this trip through Gap360 and I would definitely book future trips through them. However, personally I think it would be great if it was made clearer that Gap360 is not the tour operator and rather a travel agent as I didn't expect it to be run by an external company (Ultimate Travel) and this was only made clear by emails months after booking. Lots of people who had also booked through Gap360 felt the same. On the other hand, Gap360 were great at answering questions and got in touch whilst I was in Australia to check in etc!

Fantastic experience: Had the most fantastic time on this trip. I would highly recommend it to anyone. All the transfers were so smooth and quick as in within less than 10 minutes we were picked up by a mini bus. It was so well organised and the trip flowed really nicely with the first activities being great for group bonding and getting more relaxed towards the end. I can't wait to book my next trip with this company. I also want to say a big thank you to our tour guide Man. He gave very useful information about where we were out and great food, souvenir, optional activities recommendations. He also fully sorted some of the optional activities for us. He sorted everything out so efficiently, all of us on the tour could really just turn our brains off and enjoy the trip. A truly amazing tour guide. Top tips - You don't really need a rucksack you hardly carried your big bag on this trip there was always a car to carry it. I had a suitcase rucksack and probably used it as a rucksack 3 times. There is always washing facilities so would recommend just washing your clothes If buying gifts get them from bangkok or changmai much cheaper and better selection. Download grab or bolt before coming put so you can get to optional activities or restaurants easily. Do the optional activities we all went zip lining and had the best time.

Positive experience: Had a wonderful experience. Id booked the Bali Intro trip which was so much fun. From lovely Canguu to up in the mountains on Lovina and to the Gilli Islands - all with a variety of activities and optional extras. The accomodations were decent and it was super handy all on-trip transport was included. My only criticism was the lack of authentic restaurants we visited. A lot were bars, and I really wanted to experience the culture more with food. Other than that a superb trip and would recommend.

Fantastic experience: We had an unforgettable time on the Highlights of North India Tour in March/April this year with Gap 360. The tour was planned perfectly and was full of so many fun activities. I got to experience India in a way I never would've been able to if I had planned the trip myself. Our guide did a brilliant job at explaining the different cultures and religions to our group and how it differs from each state in India. We had plenty of opportunities to be with the locals wether that be playing cricket with the local kids where we were staying or helping to make food at the Sikh Temple. My favourite part about the tour was getting up at 4am to be the first people to enter the Taj Mahal and watch the sunrise! We didn't have to worry about what we could and couldn't eat as our guide was always there to give us recommendations on restaurants and safe street food options. He even told us what dishes were special to each area we visited. Overall the the tour was the perfect was to see North India. We didn't have to worry about anything, we just got to enjoy our time in beautiful India!

Fantastic experience: I recently finished the 25 day thai adventure led by Nylah, and she has been an absolutely incredible group leader. I was really ill on our very first day and she insantly made me feel comfortable and looked after- and she continued to do so throughout the trip. Constantly making sure everyone is feeling okay and having a good time, and her local knowledge of the customs and area was amazing to hear. I couldn’t have asked for a better more dedicated guide! The way Nylah made sure everyone was having a good time and felt comfortable no matter what kind of activity we were doing was absolutely amazing, and if I could have her as a guide again I would do the whole 25 days over and over! In terms of feedback, I would have preferred for more clarity about accommodation on the gap 360 website- eg pictures of recent accommodations. In particular, the floating bungalows. Although staff were all lovely,I would have preferred to pay the extra and stayed in a nicer bungalow, especially considering it was monsoon season. I would also have liked for alternative activities to be planned and included on the trip in the event of a trip being cancelled due to the weather, as we did have this a few times. All of our local tour guides were amazing, and i had the best 25 days with some amazing people!

Fantastic experience: I always use Gap360 when booking my travels. Everything about their tours – the itineraries, the guides, the accommodation – is amazing. I’ve done the Ultimate Mexico, New Zealand Adventure, Croatia Sailing, and the Greece Summer Explorer, and I can honestly say I had the best time on all of them with no issues. The team are so friendly and helpful. They really do support you right from the moment you book the trip, and it’s so nice to know that you’re travelling with a company that you genuinely can approach with any questions or concerns. Negative experience: I originally planned to do the Peru trip with gap360 but had to cancel due to the political situation. Gap360 were not helpful or understanding of safety concerns at all. They were claiming it was perfectly safe despite reports of tourists being stranded in Machu Pichu, transport being cut off and airports being closed. They kept telling us to wait and wanted us to wait until 2 weeks before the trip to see if it was safe enough to go. I ended up losing £500 and changed to the Ecuador tour because I did not want to go to somewhere where I felt unsafe as a solo female traveller. While the Ecuador tour was great, I was disappointed at the lack of transparency. First, gap360 does not tell you which company the tour is operated by (some are Gadventures, others are trutravels - they are all under the same parent company but I think it should be mentioned on the website). Second, the itinerary on the website is not up to date so there are some things mentioned that you don't end up doing. Overall I was disappointed by gap360 and would not recommend it to students at all.

Fantastic experience: I applied for my Australian visa through gap 360 and it came back to me approved within 3 days! Everyone I spoke with was so friendly and offered the best advise regarding travelling to Australia.

I set them the challenge of helping me to organise 5months of solo travelling to 5 different countries, booking just 3 weeks before. The trip itself was awesome and I had the best time visiting the islands such as Mykonos, Ios and Santorini. I’ve made friends for life, and the tour guide was able to help with everything! I would 100% recommend to any travellers!!

Fantastic experience: I used Gap360 for my travels to Thailand and absolutely loved it!! I couldn’t recommend them enough. From before booking it all the way till I got home I was taken care of. Every activity was so much fun and deffo wouldn’t have been able to book and do any of them travelling independently. I will book my next travels to Vietnam with them as I know every aspect has been thought through and planned for me ! :)

Negative experience: This company is NOT aimed at budget travellers and is nothing but scamming young tourists. First of all, this tour required us to further book tours which was the main places we wanted to see in Egypt. So expect to pay AT LEAST $300 on top of what you have already paid. Second of all, the tour guide kept asking us to tip, not in a way that it was optional but he came to us individually and asked for the exact amount that he suggested. -even for a 5 minute bus journey- . Some people did not have the exact cash with them, but he insisted that we tipped. (So this made us feel like it was mandatory and not optional like they stated.) Considering how cheap Egypt is, the suggested tips were just funny and obvious that it was a scam. However, me and another few people from the group weren’t okay with this so told it to our tour guide. He was not happy with it and tried to guilt trap us by saying stuff on his microphone, -such as: he was just trying to be helpful & how gadventures was a socially responsible company etc. On day 2, we were taken to a restaurant by our tour guide and was informed about the prices of food & drinks beforehand. When we arrived, we were not given a menu and the waiters gave us the options to either pick meat or vegetarian. After eating and paying, we realised the prices on the menu were WAY lower than what we were told. We made the staff aware and wanted them to apologise to the whole team. However, they refunded us instead of doing that with a very aggressive attitude. How funny that the tour guide was not aware of the prices (!) and thought it was okay. Like I said, they scam naive people to make profit. If you are a traveller on a budget I DO NOT RECOMMEND G-ADVENTURES or GAP360. They were also terrible at communicating with us before the trip too and we ended up losing about £250 which is a different story. They are very money-oriented and do not care about their customer, it was a nightmare to deal with. So this experience was a big NO FOR US. Never again.

Fantastic experience: I recently travelled to Greece with Gap 360 on their Greece Summer Explorer programme, and had the most incredible time! The tour guide and activities were all fantastic, and booking with Gap 360 was so easy. They helped me plan my adventures before I booked, and even suggested trips they thought I would enjoy. I would 100% recommend this company to travellers who are looking to travel for the first time! My highlight from the tour was getting to visit some of my top bucket list destinations such as the Acropolis and Mykonos town (Little Venice). We had a great mixture of organised activities and free time in each place, so I was able to explore at my own pace. Meeting a group of travellers who were all around the same age as me really helped me connect with them, and I truly believe I’ve made friends for life! Can’t wait to book my next trip ✈️

Negative experience: During a recent trip to South Africa we met several people travelling with Gap360. They were all under 23 and new to travelling. They described a poor, uncaring customer service team, several of them had been abandoned at deserted african airports and two of them were hosted in hostel rooms with a group of middle aged men. It felt like a total lack of a duty of care to their customers. Finally, we met people who’d posted poor reviews and were paid by gap 360 to remove them. I would really discourage anyone from using them.

Fantastic experience: We recently travelled the West Coast in the Kuga Campervan and it was the best decision we’ve ever made! The staff, services and van were amazing. The team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. All the final touches such as cutlery, bedding etc were provided to ensure we could fully utilise and enjoy the experience! We cannot rave enough about the experience it was so much fun. Plus we were given a free camping app which helped us find the best / most affordable spots to camp. Travelling in the van offered us such flexibility as we were able to drive to our hearts content and camp wherever. The flexibility was liberating! The van is a great drive and is a great talking point as it’s often noticed by fellow travellers. BEST DECISION EVER

Fantastic experience: The service provided by GAP 360 was outstanding. Booking a trip in this hectic time hasn't been easy, but it was made easier by the excellent, committed staff that dealt with us. Katherine and Chloe specifically, checked up on us regularly and always gave relevant and useful information. They were flexible when our plans and ideas were changing. They were also very responsive and of course, friendly. We will definitely be using GAP 360 for our next adventure!

Fantastic experience: I've been on Gap 360 tours already and have booked more. Super happy with how everything's gone with them so far and would recommend to others. Katie has been wonderful through emailing back and forth between the end of 2019 to now, she has helped me a lot with bookings, payments and just general questions. Sophie was also brilliant with sorting my flight home when I was stuck in Bali (and freaking out) because of Covid-19.

Fantastic experience: I have booked a trip to Australia with Gap360 and their service has been amazing. I have emailed numerous times with queries / questions and Katie is always super sharp to get back to me with all information which is fab I am really looking forward to going on the trip & got a really good deal too! Would recommend this company to go with if you are considering a group tour!

Fantastic experience: I was meant to be going to Bali last year but obviously due to the pandemic I wasn't able to. My trip was postponed until April 2022. Unfortunately I didn't see myself being able travel until after that date. After a lovely phone call with Katie, I was able to extend my dates again. Super happy and so easy to resolve. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Great service, very quick at responding and very helpful! Unfortunately, I havent had the chance to go on my thai adventure tour yet due to covid which was booked for May 2020. I have since moved it back twice and Gap360 have been very helpful and understanding in doing so. Customer service from Katie has been exceptional!

Negative experience: AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!! I had a flight cancelled, and despite the fact I had additional insurance purchased with this company which covered cancellations, they refused to process any refund! They just hold the money for themselves. I will be putting through a county claims court case in order to claim back money, I now have to go to this extent! Do not purchase anything from this company, as you will never get your money. What a horrible company with awful service! I am in a huge loss and now have to spend more time to legally try and claim it back! I wish no one the same situation!

Fantastic experience: Recently completed (June 2019) the Islands of Thailand tour with Gap 360, my tour guide was JJ (Jirawoot Bupasiri) who is nothing short of an asset to the company. He was attentive, knowledgeable, personable and beyond all, highly professional, because of this, the trip was amazing. Travel and accommodation couldn't have been smoother, the island hopping was great fun on a high speed catamaran, which meant journey times were significantly reduced. I booked the basic level of the Gap 360 trip but accomodation far exceeded this expectation. Highly rated hotels with great aircon at every stop. I've travelled before with some of the big names in Tour Guiding like G-Adventures but would return to Gap 360 above them in a heartbeat. From a price point they are cheaper, however more importantly their service level is much better. They are clearly going above and beyond to locate brilliant guides such as JJ, keep doing what you're doing! Dan Evans

Positive experience: Such an amazing trip to Sri Lanka with gap 360. It was so well organised with great tour guides and a fantastic group of people. Just what I needed for a few stress free weeks in the sun. I will definitely be booking my next trip with them!

Negative experience: Firstly, we had a unsafe bus driver who swerved on the road and hit kerbs and the tour guide (who drove the bus) never seemed to be around and we were often left without a guide! At several places we stayed everybody had dirty sheets with stains and at some we feared bed bugs! Unfortunately for us the weather was unkind and there was flooding in Townsville and airlie beach which prevented us going any further north..granted this was not gap360’s fault however they were extremely unhelpful in helping us reorganise the rest of our trip and gave us a pitiful refund. We had to call gap360 up to ask what would be happening instead and it wasn’t until the 3rd or 4th call to them (at 10pm the night before we were supposed to catch a bus up north at 9am) did we finally get some sort of answer. As gap360 Farm the tour out to other conpanies they were out of control of it and did nothing to help us. The gap360 team were aggressive and condescending and wrote some very unpleasant emails. I was on the east coast and outback tour; I was told over the phone that 5 others at least would be doing the trip with me. When I got there I found out that the trip was actually made up of 2 separate trips (Sydney to cairns) and (Alice springs to Darwin) of which no one else was doing! I was then told that I had no evidence that I had ever been told 5 people were going to be on the trip as it wasn’t an email it was over the phone (so ensure you email everything to document it). Apparently there were going to be some other people on the outback part of my tour but having heard another women say she travelled with one other girl for the outback trip who was German so they couldn’t understand one another, I decided to cancel the second part of my trip. Again a very pitiful refund was given despite me giving over 10 days notice. I would strongly recommend NOT using gap360 as they take all your money and then don’t help you out. Frankly the anxiety and stress they caused me and all the others on my trip is unacceptable and I might as well have done greyhound bus service because it was cheaper and at least then you are in control of your activities and frankly gap360 made the experience harder. I would recommended topdeck (for a guided tour) or greyhound buses (If you are happy to be a bit more independent and more flexible). I put all my savings into this trip so it was sad it wasn’t what I was expecting. Some of the activities stated in the itinerary we never did and I overall feel the trip was a huge let down. I have to say the best part of my trip was after We left the tour due to the weather and had so much fun with 4 other girls I met, who without them, I would have 100% flown home before even getting to cairns!

Fantastic experience: My second time of using Gap360 and they did not disappoint. Gap360 made my trip to Asia easy and stress free. Overall the tour that I chose was excellent value for money and I've come away from it having made friends for life. Would highly recommend Gap360 for anyone looking to head off on their travels!

Negative experience: I called them to ask about adoption is Tanzania and if you are not booking with them they won’t help. They seem purely interested in getting your money

Fantastic experience: Did the Great American Road Trip in July 2017 -- absolutely life changing experience! Got to tick a number of key spots and sights off my bucket list, as well as countless more that hadn't even crossed my mind. Staff were friendly, enthusiastic and helpful, both in the office and on the trip itself. Couldn't recommend these guys more -- for unforgettable experiences, and the best support throughout, look no further!

Fantastic experience: Gap 360 were great throughout the planning of my trip to New Zealand. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly! The online account is great - you can view all the documents and information you need there and print them out. The after sales staff are great at answering questions and helping you make sure you feel you are ready for your trip. Plus the tour I chose was amazing I had the time of my life!! Fantastic experience: I did the Thai Adventure in Feb 2015 and was by far one of the best trips I've ever done. Firstly Gap360 booked my flights for me so it was nice and easy then I went straight ahead and booked the trip. Everything from accommodation to transfers from airports to island hopping was so well organised. The great thing was we all went as a group of strangers and came back a family! All the excursions within the trip were amazing and you really got a good taster of the proper thailand culture. We did and saw some incredible stuff and I couldn't recommend this company enough to anyone looking to travel for the first time.

Fantastic experience: The booking was made easy by Gap 360 and they were available to answer questions if necessary. I had a unique situation where I was travelling with a friend and less than a week to go, I was now going to Australia alone. Without any enquiry from myself, I was given a refund due to my accommodation changing from twin to shared dorm. They also displayed much empathy to the both of us. Having the itinerary, flight details, insurance policies on the online account was useful but I probably did not utilise it as much as most due to not being technologically minded. The trip itself with the tour company TopDeck was truly amazing. They were knowledgeable, organised and enthusiastic, I have memories that will last a lifetime and I cannot thank them enough.
