Fantastic experience: Pretty much always book with Iglu and have done for years, for family, pair and latterly group holidays of 14 ish. They have access to lots of ski companies. Had fab 2025 trips for 12 and for 2 and just booked for 14 of us for 2026. Leo and his colleagues have the patience of saints and get us good deals. Communication is generally excellent.

Negative experience: Would never book with igloo again book direct they hide behind terms and conditions and the manager says they will take legal action for slander if you put anything nasty up about them.look at all the other one star reviews

Fantastic experience: We have spent many happy skiing holidays in Soldeu and stayed at the hotel Maistre on four occassions. We were really pleased to find this hotel was listed and the cost of the holiday on offer through Igloo made it affordable for us to book a group family holiday.

Fantastic experience: The Grindelwald ski area is set beneath the dramatic Eiger and above one of the most picturesque valleys in the alps. The local transport network is fast and super efficient, with stunning views from every angle. Don’t worry about staying in the village below the snow line, you are never more than 200m from a bus, train or high-speed lift, and even at the end of March there was plenty of squeaky snow at the top. There is plenty of skiing, from cruisy blues with views in the quieter edges of the resort area to the challenging Inferno and Lauberhorn race area, and loads to do on a whiteout day or for non skiers, all accessible with your lift pass. A little lacking in all-night cubbing, but more than made up for with early piste opening. One of the best all round weeks we have had. Thank you to Iglu for finding it, the fantastic Inghams team in resort and to the helpful and friendly hotel staff for their lovely, warm hospitality.

Negative experience: Would not recommend booking through Iglu Ski following our last trip. Quick to take payment 12 weeks ahead of travel, however experienced many errors with our booking resulting in daily calls to Iglu Ski whilst away on holiday, with poor customer service levels. Told a part refund would be given, however now still chasing, with no replies to emails.

Negative experience: Very sneaky and misleading on important terms and conditions. Iglu have a policy of saying “you have 24hrs to make any changes”. So I booked under pressure and then just 20 minutes later they said I would have to pay 80% of the booking cost to change to a hotel up the road. Completely heavy handed and sneaky, greedy and grasping.

Fantastic experience: Ollie, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and we booked our holiday as a result of our discussion with him primarily due to his great customer service. Price was great and it was easy to add extras. It’s been a while since we have used Igluski, and it was great to see the service level is still high.

Fantastic experience: Have booked a holiday for 5 of us in Peisey Vallandry. Dec was very helpful and made a temporary booking for us as I was unable to confirm the last member of the party and he changed the booking for us when the last person confirmed. All my questions were answered swiftly. We didn't book our skis and passes with Iglu because the ski company(skiolympic) offered in hotel hire so we booked with them where as Iglu meant you had to go to a ski shop.

Our first contact was with Lucas who was very friendly and helpful, providing a quote for a hotel in Austria with direct line number to call him back as we wanted time to consider; when we called back Lucas was with another customer so Jack completed our booking and was also helpful, friendly and professional. We used our Ski Club of Great Britain membership to get an extra discount and was able to book ski carriage and lift passes. Good service!
