Fantastic experience: I was looking for visa to attend a programme in Italy in August this year and Malta embassy delayed giving me appointment. I googled online and found this agency and I called them on the phone. The next day they got me an appointment with French embassy and helped me with my application and I went on the scheduled day. I was assured the visa would be out on or before 15 days but I didn’t believe them. I got the visa as expected and I am delighted. I recommend them to anyone that wants visa to travel to any country. They are not only reliable but service oriented.

Negative experience: I'd like to caution everyone about the customer service at ARISTO TRAVELS. Regrettably, I had a very disappointing experience that I feel should be shared. When I applied for a U.S. visa through them, they assured me of an appointment within 3 months. But it was scheduled for 6 months later, all without my knowledge and my consent. Their customer care seemed indifferent to my situation, providing little to no assistance and constantly changing their statements, which was very frustrating. The manager, in particular, demonstrated a concerning lack of professionalism and communication skills, impacting my experience negatively. There was an evident pattern of misleading customers, which I found very concerning. The suggestion to 'call daily and chase them' for updates was unreasonable and a poor reflection of their service standards. It's unfortunate and profoundly unprofessional. I advise against using Artisto Travels' services. An experience like this reflects a company's disregard for its clients and lack of competent management. They truly need to reassess their approach to customer service. Please consider this a warning before deciding to engage with them.

Negative experience: I was asked to send my passport and brp documents so that they can schedule a schengen visa appointment for me. I never heard anything back from them. I even called them multiple times and asked them to book an appointment, when I could see that there was an opening available for schengen. Needless to say they did not. I would not recommend there services for Schengen VISA. There is zero communication from them after they get your documents which is irresponsible at best, suspicious at worst. I finally had to do it all on my own.

Fantastic experience: Only Travel agency in London who provides refund as promised after cancellation. I have to cancel my tickets due to some personal reasons and guys in Aristo travels really helped a lot in getting refund . Most of the travel agent don't provide refunds on cancellation or charge very high cancellation charge. But Aristo travels charged me just the airline cancellation charge and refunded me with in four weeks. Most of the online travel website won't provide refunds at all. So I highly recommend Aristo travels for reasonable ticket price and options to change and get refunds if any changes in your travel plan.

Positive experience: This is a travel company. They assist you mainly with your Visa (India/Schengen etc). They can provide some assistance with your bookings (travel & accommodation only). They do not provide assistance with local sightseeing/entertainment bookings etc. Friendly and welcoming staff provided detailed information and answered all the queries patiently. Visa processing fees bit on the higher side but, I am sure that should be negotiable to some extent. Overall good experience!!!
