Fantastic experience: I booked a surprise holiday for my Niece and her husband to disneyworld for Dec 2024 booking with Ocean Florida was a great expierience I knew what I wanted so gave them the details and it was all booked within the hour I was kept informed of any changes which was only the BA flights .Ocean Florida are not your usual pushy sales people easy to deal with I would definitely use them again

Fantastic experience: I booked with Ocean Florida back in 2023 - for an October 2024 trip - we got back a few days ago. Got to say - was not expecting them to be this good. I've used Virgin holidays before but for some reason - and it was mainly service I went with OF. From a payment plan to availability of tickets, add ons, communication, questions answered I felt was all there. I loved my holiday and grateful for the experience and just wanted to jump on and recognise this. We had amazing memories - and don't forget to check memory makers are included. Mine was and the pictures in Disney are superb and a brilliant add on. I also liked the additional vouchers and discounts. Didn't use them all but was a nice feature. The apartment at Bahama Bay was fine as a base, the flat above was really disruptive and noisy. Car hire was fine(ish) British Airways went to plan. Just some of the amazing memories due to this company. Velocicoaster was insane - -really fun

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible disastrous holiday. Legal action will be taken upon return the uk . We checked in pool absolutely unusable netting was missing and filters hadn’t been attended too thus making it filthy and full of insects.Aircon wasn’t working and had leaked all over the carpet upstairs leaving it sodden. We were told the villa had past their in house inspection and it was all in working order (it quite clearly wasn’t)…..so our party couldn’t use the pool and found it very uncomfortable to sleep due to no Aircon . The villa was dirty filthy in places …….see images.we were told this was going to be rectified I don’t know how as the place needed a full renovation. 3rd day in we had to leave the accommodation due to not be able to sit outside use the pool and get a good nights rest.we have located on the same resort beautiful villa but at a massive cost of which OCEAN FLORIDA have refused us a refund to cover this cost. DO NOT BOOK with this company you WILL be DISAPPOINTED……

Negative experience: Review of Ocean Holidays: A Disastrous Stay Ocean Holidays/Ocean Florida failed to deliver on their promises during our recent stay at the Solterra Resort in Florida. The property was in a deplorable state, with a dirty green pool, malfunctioning air conditioning, and unsanitary communal areas. The service we received was equally disappointing, with unhelpful and rude staff and a lack of urgency in addressing our concerns. Despite the substantial cost for 16 guests, our experience was far below our expectations, and we are extremely disappointed with the Ocean Holidays team's handling of our concerns and the unsatisfactory resolution provided. After many visits to different Orlando holiday homes Our experience was far below the standards we expected. Firstly, the conditions of the property were far below acceptable standards, and the level of service we received was wholly inadequate.Upon arrival, we were met with a number of issues that significantly impacted our enjoyment of the vacation. The pool was a particular cause for concern. It was visibly dirty, with debris floating on the surface (floating false eyelashes and clumps of red hair). This was not only unhygienic but also made swimming unpleasant. Additionally, The water turned green during our stay, and the pool lights did not function until the final night, creating a safety hazard and diminishing the overall experience. Even then, we discovered that the lights were simply obscured by an excessive amount of grime after the pool maintenance vacuumed the pool on the last night.Secondly, To compound the problem, the air conditioning unit in the upstairs failed to function correctly throughout our stay. This resulted in uncomfortable and sleepless nights, particularly given the hot and humid Florida climate.When we attempted to seek assistance through the out-of-hours emergency helpline, we were met with a lack of urgency and unhelpful responses, telling our party of 16 guests to sleep downstairs. The information provided was misleading, and the promises of resolution were not fulfilled. This lack of support exacerbated our frustration and disappointment.The games room was poorly equipped with worn and broken equipment. The kitchen lacked essential cooking utensils, making meal preparation difficult. The community pool area was also unsanitary with evidence of human waste around the walkway. Our car hire experience through Thrifty was equally disappointing. We encountered rudeness from staff and were given a different vehicle to the ones we had booked. The cars were dirty, with one containing a cup of urine in the boot and bread stuffed down the seats. Additionally, the cars were not filled with petrol, and the collection process was disorganized with cars located in different areas without clear instructions. Due to Thrifty’s inefficiency, our departure from the airport was delayed by three hours.We are appalled by the substandard conditions and service we experienced during our stay. We strongly recommend that future travelers avoid Ocean Holidays. Their failure to provide a satisfactory experience has left us extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

Positive experience: So I went and surprised my husband, there was a slight issue with the tickets and Ocean Holidays were super accommodating and supportive in sorting it out quick for us, they stayed late for us to ensure it was okay and we could enjoy our holiday! They were so lovely and inviting and customer service was amazing! So really appreciate the effort and communication that was given considering we were abroad at the time- so would like to thank them for everything, they made the experience worth worthwhile! Highly recommend!!!

Negative experience: Here I write the most genuine heart felt review. Initially when booking Florida with OF the staff were absolutely fantastic, however on arrival at our villa on Bella Vista we were faced with the most disgusting run down villa. On complaining to ocean Florida team a manager came out to investigate - he told us that he agreed he would not be happy in that villa, although they didn't have another available to relocate us so offered us a deep clean and arranged for the maintenance manager to come and fix several broken items in the villa. The maintenance guy came 3 times to fix things and informed us that the villa shouldn't be on the rental market in it's current condition. Here's a few issues we were faced with - urine stained mattresses, dirty stained furniture (blood stained dining chairs) Dirty pool full of balls of hair and full strips of used eye lashes on the side of the pool, moss, mould and dirt all round the pool, broken stairs, broken shower cubicle (so bad my mother in law got stuck in the shower as the door wouldn't open - albeit the maintenance guy did replace this) broken/ faulty locks on the doors to the pool, all games equipment broken and out of action - BBQ broken and out of action... No cleaning equipment ( no dish cloth, washing up liquid, t towels, kitchen spray)- E cigs under the sofa, someones steroid cream left in bedside cabinet,there wasn't enough crockery or cutlery for the size of the party, holes in the walls where the towel rail had come off and balls of hair in the shower... The list goes on, it was simply appalling. We cleaned the villa after buying all the cleaning equipment - the deep clean offered did not go ahead because they couldn't accommodate it - they were too busy! The Florida team initially offered us a refund of $300 - the villa cost £3400 so respectfully declined and stated we wanted to address the complaints when returning to the UK to try and enjoy days out - sadly the Florida team continues to ring us ruining days out despite asking them not to, putting pressure on us to accept an offer which they increased. On return to the UK, our complaint was submitted and investigated quickly. We were offered a refund of 22% of the cost of the villa and ocean state that despite our unpleasant experience and being informed by professionals that the villa is not suitable for rental, they feel this is a fair offer. They state that £2650 is a suitable price to have paid for the villa implying that this is the general standard of accommodation. I absolutely would NOT recommend them as a company. Last time we visited Florida 6 years ago, we paid less for our villa booking through virgin (I appreciate the inflation over this time) and it was exquisite. Ever ounce of magic was sucked from our Florida visit due to the lack of regard for simple cleanliness, comfort and meeting expectations of a very expensive holiday and constant interruption via phone, email and staff coming to view or repair the villa. So disappointed with the standards set by Ocean Florida - I advise you research before booking. ****Edit as the only way I can respond**** As you mentioned below we were informed there would not be an increase in offer of a 22% cost of the villa, stating £2650 was a reasonable price to pay. The offer we have reluctantly accepted as we're informed categorically the offer will not be reviewed or increased so the increased offer you refer to that was accepted - was only increased from the $300 initial offer and we're given no choice but to accept..... Negative experience: If you pay a huge amount to travel agents who are experts on Florida holidays, would you expect to be in a good location for restaurants and attractions? When we got to Miami, we realised South Beach was buzzing with hotels surrounded by lots of places to eat and most tours left from that area. But Ocean Florida put us in North beach - miles away in a quiet hotel which didn’t even have its own restaurant open at night, requiring us to spend $100 a day on taxis and waste lots of time daily. Staff at the hotel did suggest we order pizza to be delivered! What response did we get from Ocean Florida when we said we hadn’t asked for the very quiet north beach location and were disappointed with it and the extra costs and time wasted in taxis etc? 1) first, they said the feedback was “invaluable” and will help them with future clients… I thought they were specialists on Florida; 2) they then generously offered zero and suggested we accept the loss of the money spent on the north beach hotel and pay a huge amount on top for a south beach hotel 3) then we were offered $100 which is about 0% of what we spent with Ocean Florida and didn’t cover the cost (even for one day m) of our time and money to get to where the tourist fun was; 4) then we were told the hotel location was great and OF send loads of people there … contradicting what their first response above. (We didn’t see any other Brits staying there) Did we ask for a quiet hotel miles away from the buzzing bits of Miami? No Were we told that’s Ocean Florida were booking a quiet north beach location? No Were we given a choice? No Did we expect a better response from ocean Florida? Definitely

Negative experience: If I could put 0 stars I would. After filling in the initial form I then received an email from an advisor who sent me a quote with no connection at all to the details I had filled in. The advisor then emailed me a few hours later asking if I wanted proceed, unprofessional emails using shortened and slang words made the email harder to understand and actually be interested in reading. At first due to the bad writing I thought it was spam. After again providing details on our holiday requirements no further quotes were sent but queries on quotes I have already had which was fine except I was hoping for a quote on the current one. The poor email exchanges have gone on for two weeks now and I still have no quote and a rude advisor getting ruder with every email. When I then told him I would like to leave it and look elsewhere I have been sent two further rude emails. My advice to anyone looking to use this company is avoid. It’s over complicated with rude advisors. I would instead rather pay a little more to get helpful advice and the holiday we actually want.

Fantastic experience: This Iceland is on the high street with only disabled parking outside. There is plenty of choice from a wide range of products. Park at your own risk, and the traffic wardens are keen in this area.

Fantastic experience: Second time booking with Ocean Florida. Party of 15, we just got back from three week villa holiday at Champions Gate in Davenport Florida. I cannot praise Ocean Florida enough. Booking the holiday was really easy with plenty of choice and no pressure from the sales team. The villa was lovely although a little tired looking. A few issues whilst at villa which were rectified very quickly and professionally by the Ocean Flirida team. I would certainly highly recommend Ocean Florida and will book with them again.

Fantastic experience: Incredible. Fantastic price at Disney All Stars Music Resort, all park passes, shuttles to the parks, park hopper pass, magic photo pass, I took my 6 and 7 year old boys and it blew their minds. I booked with Danny Eden who was superb throughout and the customer service is next level. I got a call from them 2 weeks before departure just to ask if I had my ESTA and if there was anything I needed. Cannot recommend them highly enough

Negative experience: AC was broken in the villa, when it did work they set it to 75f on a Smartapp remotely and would not let us use it to our discretion. It was set to 75f but you can see below the AC was struggling and would not go below 82f. Customer Service was appalling, they did not care. We complained enough for the manager Simon to visit after 7 days but still was told we cannot control the AC. We slept in 87f+ heat, the pool was cloudy and cockroaches in the bathroom. Will not use them again.

Negative experience: To be honest, I’m not entirely sure where to start with Ocean Florida, avoid at all costs would be a good one. We first booked with them for a holiday in 2018, which in cost an arm and a leg and once we arrived, we found out that a room hadn’t even been booked so we were a room short and had to wait about until that was all sorted. Fast forward a few years when we booked again. A family of 4 which cost £8096. 2 weeks, 2 rooms, park tickets etc. The pricing doesn’t seem so bad for a family of 4 with everything we needed included. Unfortunately, we needed to cancel this holiday due to me requiring major surgery to the head so I was unable to fly. We informed Ocean Florida and were they willing to do anything for us? Nope. It took a fight to even get a credit note for something that was way beyond our control, but hey they thought it was acceptable to try and make us lose £8096 whilst going through something life changing adding more stress to an already stressful time. Luckily, after a fight, I managed to get a credit note for the amount. Fast forward to July 2022. We booked a holiday, this time for 7 people (6 Adults, 1 Child). Please bear in mind, our initial holiday was for 4 adults, in two rooms. When we booked, there were so many quotes chucked at us, we agreed to one. £17,143, again, for flights, rooms, park tickets etc. We used the £8096 as a deposit and the initial 4 paid £448 extra each meaning that the three that added on (2 adults, 1 child) paid just short of £7.5k for their holiday. I was emailing all the time asking for our documents to be uploaded to which was not done until earlier this week (we go on the 16th September). Upon them being uploaded, I noticed that we had only been given two rooms. Hmm strange, but was then told this is what I had agreed to. Yes, granted that is correct, due to having that many quotes chucked at us, but when you initially had 2 rooms booked for 4 adults, you would expect an extra room to be booked for the extra family of 3. I again raised this, to be told if we wanted an extra room, it would be and extra £1032. I asked for an itemised bill as the fact it was over £9000 extra for an extra 3 people is beyond a joke when they weren’t even booked an extra room. I was told that we could not have this. Convenient ehh? We were then told that they could email the hotel to see if they could give us two single beds and a double bed in one of the two rooms to accommodate what we needed, but this again would come at an extra cost to us. Absolutely not. As per the initial holiday booked, if it cost £2024 per person there is still £3k unaccounted for and a room that is not there. I then noticed that they had booked tickets for us to a comedy show which didn’t include a child, I have continually asked for our NASA Space Centre tickets to be sent over as we have not received them yet, and surprise surprise, they still haven’t been sent over. Ocean Florida are an absolute joke. Once they have your money and extra at that they don’t care. Happy to cause unnecessary stress and not help resolve any situation as well as leaving you chasing and chasing tickets that should have already been provided. Also, a nice bit of Data Protection, I had to provide my login details to Ocean Florida who then passed them on to Attraction Tickets as my tickets would not load…. Does that seem right? Absolutely not. I would highly advise that you avoid this company unless you want to be stressed to high heavens, £17,143 less for a two roomed holiday for 7 people and still awaiting some of your tickets when you go in less than 2 weeks. Likely get there and the rooms won’t even be booked again. We will not be using Ocean Florida again and thank you for already ruining what is likely a once in a life time full family holiday.

Negative experience: Absolutly awful experience would not recommend at all - £8k holiday for 2 weeks and everything we agreed on changed - the flight times were during the day! we agreed a night flight, the airport we agreed was heathrow and we flew from Gatwick and the place we viewed and agreed on they changed 2 days before we flew out for a substandard property that had the bathgroom door smashed in and a large medical plaster on one of the pool chairs after being assured that the place had been "cleaned" thouroughly also next to a busy main road and a construction site next door apparently a short drive from the Disney parks - 50 mins is not a short drive i'm sure!! Then after complaining about the many issues and many emails and phone calls Ocean Florida really didn't seem to give a toss about it - they had there money so that was that - so no i'd suggest that you book with a reputable broker

Fantastic experience: Just booked my second visit with these. The first time I booked I was probably like everyone else and spent hours online searching where to begin. I spoke to many travel agents during this time. When I spoke to ocean Florida they asked me questions what we like and what we don’t. They listened to me and built a package to suit what me and family were looking for. They sent many package offers across and answered every question I had. Once we booked the process was so easy from logging in and paying it off to all the documents being sent. We’ve decided to go for 21 nights this time and we’ve just booked again. I know I’m in the best possible hands as they are always on hand to reach out. I’m now looking forward to my next trip and anyone looking to travel I’d strongly advise using ocean Florida. Negative experience: One Star Is Even To Much I would definitely recommend NOT to use this company it the worst company I have ever used from start to finish it was a completely nightmare we got lied to about the flights and when we could book our seats then 2 weeks before we was going to leave for our 3 weeks holiday the ville we got assigned after doing some research was a complete nightmare looking at the reviews so I contacted the company asking to me moved to a different place and got told they didn’t have anything else but told me there will be no problem with the house as it was cheeked by the only 1 week ago and there was no problems so when we got there our nightmare become true the house was dirty bedding was dirty fridge had old dirty food inside the cooker was broken floor was all sticky but it was so late there was nothing we could do about it then thought the night my son come into our bedroom saying there was cockroaches in his bedroom I managed to get them under a glass and put something into the hole we thought they was coming from then in the morning we made contact with the company rep and they told me they was sorry and would send someone out to put the problems right but also told me that we need to put up with the cockroaches as that is normal but like I told him we have been there many times before and never had this problem before so that night we got back from our day out to find nothing had been done this went on for a week then they found us another house but told us we need to move that day but we was already in a park and booked and paid for a dinner in the magic kingdoms Castle but they were happy for us to just losses all that time and money they did in the end let us do it the next day the second house was better but still not perfect so out of our 3 week holiday we had lots about 8/9 days and being completely miserable and stressed we then found out the car company they used for our car had given us a car that had a out of date license plate so we was driving around in licensed then to top it off our seats we prebook and paid for we did have anymore and our hole family of 6 was now not seating with each other So think twice before you book your holiday with this company as the only guarantee you we’ll get from this company is to ruin your holiday

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from Orlando and booked with Ocean Florida. Amazing staff, very polite and was always willing to go the extra mile. The hotel couldn’t have been better, amazing location just minutes away from Universal Park and Volcano Bay. The hotel room was lacking a bit in utensils but the cafe and the eating places around were good and reasonably priced. Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience- Heidi was so helpful and patient when we’re trying to decide the best holiday details, suggesting what would best fit our requirements and patiently changing and updating our request. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole process was great and her customer service was exceptional. The holiday a month ago exceeded expectations and was exactly what we had wanted. Negative experience: Whilst the process of booking and paying for our holiday was smooth and pretty easy, the holiday was ruined by inadequate facilities at our villa. Our cooker broke on Christmas Day and it didn’t get fixed for the remainder of our stay. I called/emailed and just kept going round in circles. Upon my return home, I emailed to put in a complaint and was offered compensation that barely touched the surface of what we had to pay out to feed our children for the remainder of our holiday. Ocean Florida didn’t seem to care about how much we had spent and had a blanket compensation rule based off of the element that was effected and how long the disruption was. They believe their offer was satisfactory for a family of six without considering all of the facts. Furthermore, it was all via email which I feel is very impersonal. Once they have your money, you’re on your own ! (our break wasn’t cheap!) Sadly, they don’t care what goes wrong, so be very careful. Make wise choices!

Negative experience: The customer service from Rick was great! However, Ocean Florida claim to be the cheapest on the market and say they will guarantee a price match on a Disney orlando holiday. I could not book with ocean florida because they was £1000 more expensive when booking my Disney Vacation. Ocean Florida could not price match my holiday, even when they took off the "Free Offers" they was still over £800 more expensive, and so the rate today is for customer service. Ocean florida need to remove the price match guarantee so that customers do not face the same situation I faced. Do not tell people you are mostly the cheapest online and that you can price match. If you can't guarantee the price match even with the same holiday details given, do not advertise it! If you can price match my Disney trip and add those "Free offers" then I will cancel and book with you. Remember people, do not just take someone's word for it. Check on numerous sites for the booking. I have now booked with British Airways because they was the cheapest out of 5 companies. Tui, Virgin, Disney holidays, ocean florida Disney packages. Disney sites can not price match. Also a little tip for all you travel maniacs, look out for the Travel Agents that are ajoined to Gold Medal, as the companies that sell onbehalf of gold medal can call gold medal and price match major firms. (Note, not everyone knows about Gold Medal) check with your provider to see if they are a travel agent for that company, if they are, then ask them to call them and price match your Disney Holiday! Fantastic experience: Will write a full review later but just to put some minds at rest as there are some negative reviews. Our experience has been great so far.. Flights went well, really comfortable, own screen and a good selection of films etc.. Only one issue the layover in NY (Newark) was 2hrs, everyone will tell you it will be enough, it's not, the immigration queue took 1hr 40 mins and then you need to get your bags, re-check your bags, jump on a tram to the next terminal, clear security and get to the gate.. Fortunately we were one of 3 families doing the mad dash, we managed to clear immigration at around the same time, and hit the re-check bagged just as they were closing (2 mins later and they'd have gone) thankfully he accepted ours bags and waiting for the other 2 families that were running behind us. We ran in a group like crazy, all red faced and feeling pretty glum as we hit another queue at security...then one of the families check the united app as we were sure the gate would have closed.... we had a message saying.. "we want to make your day, we're holding you flight" happy days... we still ran to the gate and received a very warm welcome and cold drink...and not too many groans from the other flyers who had been waiting 20 mins... If you have kids (we have 3) and lots of bags then it's a mad dash across terminals.. if you have the choice then give yourself an extra hour. In our haste we left a bag behind, United were fab and delivered it to us the next day.. The flight and baggage tracking APP is excellent. I was worried about stretching out our journey but it's just not worth it, 3 hrs is about the right time to comfortably do it. Car - we opted for a Van as there are 5 of us, it's amazing, very big and nice to drive - No complaints. Our accommodation was named and details were shared ahead of time, the villa and pool are lovely, clean and big. Air con is working and all is perfect. It smelt very clean on arrival, it's a little tired around the edges, skirting boards etc could do with a lick of paint but that being really picky. The beds & bedding are comfortable and we have everything we need. Disney is amazing, we're having a lovely time, expect to pay for everything, it's hard to do it in this heat without genie passes and lighting lanes - we're spending money at a rate we've never experienced before but it's what we expected to do... Food outside the park is much nicer and better value - the Lazy Dog in Kissimmee is excellent. Best ride so far Guardians of the Galaxy - Epcot... So so good...Also.. storms/rain are over quickly and much needed! We're only 6 days in and we have another week..but thought the above may help some peps who are planning or have a trip planned.

He is a travel agent god among mere travel agent minions! Housewife’s choice! Friend to the lowly and humble families looking for holiday happiness. Negative experience: What I have found is, if you have no issues, they are fine, because their terrible customer service does not come into play. Except apparently false advertising for villas etc. Anyways, I had to cancel, and knew I would lose my deposit. I was told I would get the money back within 28 days. 3 months later, and after constant emails to get my £4000 back and empty promises of putting me on an 'urgent list' I get a call saying 'your bank details don't add up to the name' they asked my name even though they asked to talk to Larissa, and then said the bank wouldn't accept the money, the details must be wrong. I forwarded them the original email with the EXACT SAME details on, and it miraculously worked within 2 days. So I was lied to... in addition, before this I saw the news the Genie+ could no longer be bought with holidays, but that wasn't a problem for me, as I asked for this on my holiday. I called up to check and they said I hadn't asked for it to be added (even though it was INCLUDED when you booked your holiday) so that was a large cost I had to account for when I go... I also expected more help and advice about florida, considering that is their name. Rather than spammy emails about booking more holidays - I've already sold my soul to pay for this! And I had to listen to podcasts to be able to help me think of questions I needed answering. And even then, the answers were generic and unhelpful guesses...

Positive experience: Booked with OF after initial trip was cancelled by Florida masters due to COVID, as they went out of business. Some reviews were concerning, but was assured by Billy all was good. Just got back from 12 nights at a villa in the providence resort, this was a replacement villa 3 months before travel, and all went smoothly. Car hire was efficient from Orlando. The resort is a little further out from the 192 than we ideally wanted, and traffic seemed bad for the area. However the resort was very secure and the villa was great with no issues at all. I would definitely book with Ocean Florida again.

Negative experience: I booked a holiday with Ocean Florida comprising of 1 night in South Beach, Miami, 7 Night Royal Caribbean Cruise then 7 nights in Universal Studios. All was good apart from the 1st night in Miami, the hotel couldn't locate our reservation and blamed it on Ocean Holidays. It was about 7pm so couldn't get through to their UK number or on their emergency line. Dalton at the hotel was annoyingly useless and the upshot was we had to pay $862 to book another room there and then. In the morning Ocean Florida had picked up my email and replied to say that they would refund the amount within 28 days. I appreciate that things do go wrong now and again and if the refund had appeared within 28 days, I wouldn't have had a problem with that and left a great review. Unfortunately after about 35 days, the refund had still not appeared and after chasing it with Kate at Ocean Holidays, was now told that the hotel had made the mistake so they had to refund me. Basically Sod Off!! Cue another wait with contact only if I instigated it. Today, circa six weeks later, the hotel have finally refunded me (minus the rip off 'resort fee'). As far as I'm concerned, my whole contract lay with Ocean Holidays so they should have been refunding me immediately then claiming back from the hotel. There has been no apology from either Ocean Holidays or the seriously substandard hotel that they booked on my behalf (Marriott Stanton Miami South Beach). On the back of this, I would not book with Ocean Holidays again nor recommend them.

Negative experience: US Villa accomodation was really poor and in such disrepair that wardrobe door fell off onto my daughter hitting her on the head then shoulder. Sofa held together with tape and no bedroom light switches worked at all. Reported all whils in resort and showed rep the issues.they refuse to do anything to recompense except 100 pounds towards my next holiday with them. Have escalated through proper channels as there is no way I would travel with them again

Fantastic experience: Just booked for my 2025 holiday!! This will be our 4th time going to Florida and our 3rd time booking through Ocean Florida. (2017, 2022, 2025) There's so many mixed reviews about them but I cannot fault them one bit. We have never had any issues whatsoever with them, everything has always ran smoothly. This time around we had enquired and got given a quote showing the flights, hotel, and freebies etc by Steven, who was very knowledgeable, friendly and ran through everything with me over the phone. 10 mins later we booked it over the phone with him and I received my confirmation email straight away. A few days later I received our log ins to manage the booking and our ATOL and ABTA certificates. Great company!

Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We was sold an ‘executive plus (luxury) villa’ turned up to a safety risk that was so run down with sockets hanging off the walls and wires setting on fire when plugged in, lighting not working, cooker smashed, stains on bedding, curtains falling down & holes in carpets. Only to be told there was nothing they would move us to and no way they’d refund or compensate me for arranging other accommodation. They are so underhanded constantly adding additional costs for things we’d already paid for making things up and continuing to invoice for it! This is quite possibly the worst company i have ever dealt with. We booked a 2 week trip to Florida with them, paid for an executive Villa for 9 people plus cars (7 seater and 5 seater). The poor service and concerns started 2 weeks before we arrived. First it was them asking for another £10pp for ‘villa insurance’ (which we had to pay) then another £500 to heat the pool - which was actually in the contract as covered as we had upgraded to an executive - (supposedly luxury) villa. We didn’t know this however until we called the US office as our UK rep, was next to useless and didn’t ever respond to emails or calls. We then turned up to the Villa from hell - (1405 Rolling oaks drive champions gate) here is a list of all the horrific things wrong: The front door didn’t latch properly, the cooker was smashed, there was 1 sun lounger for 9 people lighting outside didn’t work - with wires exposed Light sockets hanging off of the wall Outside table unstable and broken When phone charger plugged in, it bubbled and burned settling on fire and almost sending the place up in flames! (Which would have been an improvement) Strains on bedding Hole in the carpets Patio door lock broken Extensive wear and tear - carpets ruffled so that you trip over them, nails exposed. Every piece of glass furniture smashed or broken. All walls scuffed and everything generally dirty. We did ask to be moved immediately, was told they had no properties, I offered to move myself as long as I’d get a refund for the villa - that was also denied! I was told maintenance would fix all these issues - They changed 1 set of bedding. Nothing else was done. The staff continuously lied and contradicted one another, talking over and shouting at us down the phone. Telling us that the Villa was great? In the end after 3 days of them not fixing anything and being constantly lied to, It was ruining our very expensive holiday, so we booked a lovely (truly executive) villa through Airbnb as this one was not safe in anyway. I formally complained upon arrival and got offered a few hundred, they claim it was my choice to move (keep in mind the villa wasn’t habitable or safe). I have had a lengthy legal battle with them and finally got my money back. It’s been draining to say the least. So please avoid yourself the turmoil!

Negative experience: If I could give them 0 then I would. 24 hours before checking in the villa we had booked was no longer available and they put us in a completely different resort in a villa sub standard to the one we’d had booked for over 2 years. OF have a reputation for doing the exact same to many customers. Wouldn’t trust them with a 1 night stay in Blackpool!

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed by Ocean Florida - soon after emailing them my requirements I had a call from Steven Taylor, who right from the start has been nothing short of brilliant. He spent time listening to what our requirements were for our family holiday to Florida and helped and advised us along the way. He was so honest with us about pricing and how we could make our money go further. He is knowledgeable about that part of the world which helped enormously on choosing the right places to stay and see. Steve was a pleasure to talk to and very patient. We changed our requirements a few times with flight changes and dates, and he sent us updated itineraries each time - they are clear and concise. Fantastic experience: The company arranged a multi-centre USA trip for me. Had no issues with quality of flights and hotels booked for me. For a two week break the price seemed very reasonable as it included four flights, three hotels, theme park entry and a NASA trip.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They will happily book your holiday and take all your money and if you have any reason to make a change they say that it is possible to change everything about your holiday ( I even referenced their terms and conditions and was promised that I can change the season, the location, the year even, which is against what their terms and conditions say but they promised they could) but when you try to, they refuse and want thousands of pounds from you to cancel. Why would I pay thousands to cancel a holiday. I have paid £750 in deposits so far and would like to make changes to my holiday as I was told I can. Because they won't make the changes I said, oh just cancel it then and I'll lose the £750. No, losing £750 isn't good enough. They want £2,000 for me to cancel. Bear in mind my holiday is over a year and a half away, plenty of time to cancel. No flights have been booked, no hotel has been reserved. They would be just pocketing the £750 and making money on this but they want more. They are making me mentally ill with all this heartbreak and I have even emailed them, opening my heart to them, letting them know what this stress is doing to me and still they don't care. They want £2,000 for a holiday that I have cancelled. It's awful. They have a choice to cancel my holiday and let me move on with my life but they are choosing to punch me into the ground as far as they can. Such horrible people.

Positive experience: Great Company - until it goes wrong. We booked a two week holiday in Florida from the 26th October to 9th November 2022. I booked the holiday in January 2022 and until our departure on the 26th October we were kept well updated with our plans and any flight changes which had taken place. We flew from Edinburgh Airport with Virgin Airlines and would be returning on the 9th November with Delta Airlines. ( Virgin stopped return flights to Edinburgh on the 31st October…..bear this in mind for later on). We arrived at the villa which was as described, well appointed and in very good condition. We had a great two week break until our day of departure…….November 9th, the day Hurricane ‘’Nicole’’ struck Florida. As a result of the hurricane our return flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the 10th November. This incident was obviously outwith the control of the company. I contacted the company and was able to pay for an extra night in the villa as our return flight was now on the 10th November. The 10th November arrived with the storm still ongoing only to be informed that the return flight that date was also cancelled…………this is where the wheels started to come off. I contacted Ocean Florida and was able to book another night in the villa we were staying in but at that point had no other flight dates for our return journey. I was told that this villa would be available until the 12th November. I paid for this additional night, as at that point I did not know when the return flight would be, but within the hour I was contacted by a company representative, via ‘’Whatsapp,’’ that I would have to vacate the villa ASAP as the owner would be arriving that day. Bearing in mind that the storm was still ongoing outside. After a bit of a discussion I was given another villa approximately 75 metres from the one we were in……but I had to pay an additional charge for this one. ( keep this payment in mind for later on.) We moved to this new villa ( the owner or new residents did not arrive until the night of the 11th November). We received no updates regarding flights from the company unless we did the chasing. Eventually we were informed that our new return flights would be on Sunday 13th November - Orlando - JFK, JFK - Edinburgh with Delta Airlines. We were able to stay in this villa until the 11th November and had to book a hotel for the night of the 12th November. The return flights left and arrived on time. On our return we obviously had to submit an insurance claim for the aforementioned incident. The flight numbers we had were Virgin flight numbers but on contacting Virgin they washed their hands and stated that it was Delta we would have to contact. I contacted Delta…..yes you have guessed right….it is Virgin that is responsible. I contacted Ocean Florida for advice and they were adamant that it was Virgins responsibility……..to date we are no further forward regarding our flight claim. I also needed receipts for the additional villa and hotel stay. Well all I can say this was a struggle to get what I required and what would be acceptable for the insurance company. I have contacted Ocean Florida on several occasions only to be told that somebody would be back in touch but these return calls never materialised. I have also submitted my bank details for the refund on the villa which I paid for but were unable to stay in but to date this refund has not been received. Would I use them again......well yes but only if I could guarantee that nothing would go wrong on the holiday as I feel that their aftercare service has been below the standard that I would expect.

Negative experience: Following a family holiday back in the summer of 2022 we had several issues with our villa and car services that we booked through Ocean florida. We reported and fed back as per process however 5 months on customer service just says we are looking into the issues that we faced and will contact you. Iam still waiting despite multiple emails and phone calls chasing for an update. In short very poor communication/ no customer service received once deposit was paid. Would not recommend. Negative experience: Shocking service. A shocking company I would not recommend to anyone. Complete lack of empathy or care when I lost a deposit of over £2000, lack of transparency. They told me I'm not losing my deposit I can 'amend' my holiday and then quote me 3000 more than what I can get myself from a click of a button on BA. They must think we are stupid. Manager equally unhelpful. Staff gave me no other options just ultimatums that I book a holiday with them which is blatantly a rip off OR I lose my deposit. Daylight robbery. Hope you feel good about yourself. It was cheaper in the end to lose my deposit and book my own holiday independently yet ocean florida are supposedly travel experts. Complete scam artists.

In most cases where our guests cannot travel to the US due to personal circumstances, we offer flexible date changes up to 3 years ahead where deposit can be transferred or if that isn’t suitable, advise to contact their travel insurance provider. As I understand it, you wanted to change destination from Florida to another destination such as Mexico which as a Florida specialist, on this occasion I’m afraid we have been unable to offer. Negative experience: 2 years ago, just as we came out of the first covid lock down, we decided to book a florida holiday for the following year. We contacted ocean florida and they were happy to arrange our holiday at what seemed like a great price. Flash forward 12 months and we are still in the midst of a global pandemic that didn't look like it would abate anytime soon, we took the decision to postpone the holiday for the following year. We were told by ocean florida that this wouldn't be an issue as it is part of their covid plan and that they would rearrange under the same terms for the following year. So, here's where it gets ridiculous. I received an email with our new holiday details. Our original plans included a premium cost so that we could choose our villa rather than being allocated one on arrival. This premium was still being paid, but the option to choose our villa was removed. On top of this, we were then being charged £2300 more for the car hire. This didn't make sense because the car hire was already included in our original booking. We decided (stupidly) to continue with the booking. So after swallowing the extra £2300 and nearly £1000 premium loss we started to look forward to our holiday. We booked our travel arrangements for our flights and hotel accommodation for the night before travel. We then found out that our flights had been changed from Virgin to BA and they were departing from a different airport. This was not communicated to us at any point. In the meantime, we noticed that one of the names on the flight tickets were wrong. We informed ocean florida of this, considering this is 6 months prior to our actual flight, only to be told that changing the name would cost us another £800 as it was a mistake on my part. I checked the original email with the passengers details and they were all correct. This was a mistake of the agent and I was going to have to pay for it. I contacted BA who told me that changing the name had a cost of £100 but because ocean florida booked it, I would have to pay what they told me. So, a holiday that was originally £7000, that was sold to me with the assurances that there was flexibility due to Covid, was now costing me close to £12000. Myself and my wife have argued this with them to no avail. We have cancelled our holiday at the loss of the £2500 deposit. I will be contacting my solicitor to try and recover this in the next few days. I have re booked our florida holiday for the same weeks for under what my original quote was from ocean florida. I booked things independently of each other and got a much better deal. My advice is to avoid this company at all costs. The contacts are always lovely on the phone, but behind the scenes this company are just trying to rip us off. Do your research and save yourself the hassle of dealing with these cowboys

Negative experience: Do not use this company! We booked an exact villa a year before going to Florida & everything up until that point was fine. A few months before travelling I thought I would remind myself of the villa but it had been removed from the ocean website. After searching I found that the property had been sold so I contacted ocean months before we were travelling to check the new owners were still renting it & our booking was still valid. They brushed it off saying all was still ok for that villa despite me voicing my concerns. I contacted them again a month before travelling to check again but once more, they said all was still ok. Nothing much more I could do other than take their word for it. 5 days before travel, still no access details….3 days & we get an email to say the property is no longer available due to hurricane damage! Complete & utter lies! They offered us another house, 1 & only choice on a different resort. I asked for a refund & they said no. I asked for some other house options & they said they only had this one available. With 3 days till travel, they backed us into a corner. The house did end up being fine although we specifically picked the other resort as it had a tennis court & this one didn’t. I smelt a rat from as soon as I found out the house was sold! Complete liars & will definitely not be using again.

Negative experience: Worse company ever booked our dream holiday in 2021 One week in Florida and one weeks cruise for Nov 2022. After taking a full deposit of £3.200 for 6 of us the nightmare started. Holidays wrong half going in August the other half November, Name on booking wrong , no hyphen Wouldn't realise cabin on cruise ship so we could book drinks packages . Cancelled our car hire as they said florida don't do 8 seater cars. Wanted one car as we was traveling around as a family if u wanted 2 cars we would of booked 2 cars 3 weeks before we departed they cancelled our hotel on international drive and offered us a sister hotel namess wrong for ship so we couldn't book in on carnival website one week before. So thus £10.000 hoilday was a complete disaster from start to finish Oh and you don't get your voucher tickets till 5 days before you go never would I trust this company again which had really bad reviews. Ended up having a refund for hotel which we had to wait nearly 3 weeks for and ourselves booking into a fabulous villa via booking. Com

Negative experience: Booked through Ocean Florida for a named villa, flights and car hire. The villa was dated and needed a deep clean - I've attached pictures of the dust under the bedside cabinet, the thick mould on the ice dispenser and the stained pillows. I emailed about the need to clean and issues in one of the bathrooms. My emails about this to OF were ignored (I emailed the villa owner in the end and they sent maintenance but no cleaner). The villa needed an intensive deep clean - the mat by the back door was filthy, the floor needed to be steamed. I appreciate that this is out of OF's control, but I would expect a timely reply and some form of resolution.

Negative experience: Anyone booking with Ocean Florida be sure to check everything you've booked.... we booked with Ocean Florida, we were told we had a villa 15mins from Disney... the closest Disney park without traffic is 30mins away. The villa is 100% disappointing its grubby and dated and the same with the pool. If this is your main holiday and been saving up for an amazing experience you wont find it with Ocean Florida, we was meant to have a heated piol and we are now half way through our holiday after asking for a few days to get turned up it would be warm to get in a puddle in the driveway and you have to pay ALOT to get it heated. So I would say avoid booking with Ocean Florida there are definitely cheaper holiday companies with much much better villas.

Negative experience: Avoid this company. We paid £15,000 for a family holiday for 3 weeks. There were 10 of us. They gave us a disgusting villa not safe for any child. We had disabled children with us and they knew this. No safety netting around the pool. The villa was rat infested and ant infested. The ants were in the bathroom and kitchen cupboards. They did nothing to help just kept saying we will call you back they never did. They refused to move us. I have sent plenty of emails they never get back to you. I called them every day whilst on holiday just passed about. They are a disgrace. Please do not book a villa through them it is not worth ruining a holiday of a lifetime. We are currently going through court to get some compensation as all they offered was £700. Also do not pay their WIFI cost on the villas as the WIFI in the villa is actually free but ocean florida charge $75 Such a scam company UPDATE: They have not contacted me for a month after trying to fob me off with a couple of hundred pounds. The court papers are been filed!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS SCAM COMPANY

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend ocean holidays enough. We have just got back from a family holiday to Florida and I can honestly say I would never book with anyone else. Our holiday was booked by Flint and he knew exactly what we wanted and was able to put together our dream trip. Having originally booked with virgin, but decided that the customer service wasn’t as good as it could be, ocean Florida really exceeded our expectation, and not to mention the trip being almost £3000 cheaper! We had a slight issue with tickets not loading online, but after one phone call, the problem was solved within 5 minutes. The best experience we have ever had when booking a holiday! Having had such a good experience, we have decided to book again, and or course we chose ocean Florida! Our 2024 Florida trip has been booked by Matt, again the whole experience has been amazing. We discussed what we wanted, received the quote and booked. There is no pressure and the staff aren’t pushy or just trying to sell, they really do want to book your dream trip. Just waiting to add on tickets and Disney when they become available. To everyone we have spoken to, thank you all for being such an amazing company, as a family we have all recommended you to others and wouldn’t hesitate to book with you guys for all of our future trips :)

Negative experience: Take a huge deposit, Unlike other company's. Can’t search holidays and view hotels and see prices - Unlike other company's. The big scam is when you change dates for holiday. That’s what they hope, once you’ve changed dates the price is sky rocketed compared to any other company. It works out cheaper to cancel the holiday and lose £1000s in deposits and book elsewhere. You’ll still save money. Scam artists.

Fantastic experience: We’ve just arrived back home in the UK today from a wonderful family holiday in the USA, a fabulous 5 days in New York and then 7 days of fun in Florida. Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! Read all the bad reviews. They all say the same thing which we have found to be true: Once they have your (non-refundable) deposit you are dead to them! We have called daily for the last 19 days to try speak with someone about amending our holiday. Every single time we are just told we aren’t priority and someone will get back to us within the next few days. This has been ongoing since mid July. The lady we spoke with today actually just hung up on us. As per every poor review on here, they are more than happy to take your cash, but after that you are absolutely on your own! We are now considering cancelling the holiday, losing the large deposit and booking with someone else because even that would be less painful than dealing with them again.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 I would. Amazing customer service until you book, all downhill from then. They have to be the worst company to book a holiday with. Once we booked, we needed to amend the dates & can't get through to anyone at all despite paying thousands. Received another quote through costing us thousands to amend & the details of the quote weren't even correct after waiting 3 weeks for the amended quote. Still trying to get through to have it sorted. Absolutely awful service. AVOID at all costs.

Negative experience: Booked a holiday with Ocean Florida and selected an executive villa in Florida, I was given a standard villa with multiple issues including rust in the sinks, lots of dust and broken showers. I also booked a stay in New York with them and the hotel charged me $720 on checkout for the rooms as ocean Florida had not paid. Will never book again.

Negative experience: I called at 10:18 this morning to sort my car booking out. My holiday was booked 2 years ago and I wanted to discuss my car hire for the 3 weeks of our holiday only to find out that the holiday has been cut down to 2 weeks by accident. It’s now 15:21 and all I want to know is what’s happening. I haven’t been told anything or had anything explained to me. I called and was told the lady sorting it was busy. The won’t even Guarantee they will update me by the end of the day. No urgency no care . I hope others have a better experience.

Negative experience: Just under 2 months from start of the holiday Ocean Florida changed the return flights so our layover was now down to just 41 min instead of the 2 hours layover we had originally booked for – turns out that although you get confirmation of the booking, with the flight numbers, times, reference numbers etc, Ocean Florida can rebook you onto any other flight as long as it’s within 12 hours of the first flight under their T&C’s as “commercial reasons”. These reasons are not explained. We checked on the airline website and our original flight was still running but Ocean Florida told us that we had to pay £250 extra per person (party of 6 so £1,500) to get rebooked onto our original flight, even though we had paid our full balance for that flight at the beginning of January. That left a very sour taste. In our case we agreed the holiday and paid the deposit with Ocean Florida at the end of October with the flight leaving on 3rd April. Airline records shows they booked our flights on the 11th February and that is when they uploaded documents onto the Ocean Florida customer portal (no notification email or phone call) left for us to find out about on the next time we logged onto the portal, which could have been 2 weeks before start of holiday as we didn’t need to check the portal before then. Please also note that because Ocean Florida waited so much in booking the flights with American Airlines, our seats got assigned at random. We spoke with customer services about changing our return flight, but they would not budge (kept referring to T&C’s) even though we stressed that the lay over time was just 41 min. Please note that when we were discussing our flight option with the Ocean Florida’s sale rep, he was the first one to tell us that he would not suggest a layover of less than 1hr for domestic flights to anyone, anywhere, especially when travelling with kids and elderly people. Ocean Florida would not help and refused to amend our booking back to what we ORGINALLY paid for (all confirmed on our original booking form within their customer management portal) or to book us on to an earlier flight (please note that this flight was showing at the same price as the one Ocean Florida booked us onto) unless we paid £1,500 extra. It was easy to see that the new flight that gave us the 41 min layover window was a lot cheaper (we checked prices off the American Airlines website) than our original booking. We suspect that Ocean Florida’s “commercial decision” for changing our flight was their own interest to book a cheaper flight and bank the money, regardless of our previous requests, needs and comfort. Due to delays with air traffic control, taking off from Orlando was delayed, we then missed the connecting flight from Charlotte to the U.K as the lay over time of 41min was not long enough. Had we been booked onto the original flight (as per our ORIGINAL booking) , we would have made the connection flight. This meant a late-night flight from Charlotte to Boston (we touched down in Boston at midnight) then a 7.15am flight from Boston to the U.K. With no Hotel provided by American Airlines we had to camp on departure hall chairs from midnight to 4:30am when the check in desks opened. Another side issue. Even though the names on the booking form, invoice and Ocean Florida customer portal were all correct, American Airlines told us 2 days before departure from UK that Ocean Florida’s flight booking team booked with incorrect spelling on two names. American Airlines solved the issue by putting the 6 of us onto 3 different reservation numbers which resulted in the 6 of us NOT being classed as a group of 6 from their system but, instead, a group of 4 and 2 individuals travelling separately but to the same destinations. On the return journey AA issued a flight for our daughter who is 9 to Dallas by herself. If Ocean Florida had entered the correct details at the start then we would have been classed as one group. 30 hours of travelling and 3 flights later we returned to the U.K and will NEVER book a Holiday with Ocean Florida again.

Negative experience: I most certainly would not recommend this company unless you get a great deal that you know you can definitely go on (like last minute) we booked in advance but our circumstances changed so we had to cancel. The company were unhelpful, did not. respond to emails or answer calls and we had to wait 28 working days for refund minus our large deposit. And are more expensive than Tui. Negative experience: Absolutely shocking service so far and I’ve not even booked my seats yet!! I made my booking through Barrhead Travel who then made it through this company. Wish I hadn’t bothered!! Can’t book my seats on the airline because the airline have advised they have provided limited information so I can’t pass the security checks required to do so. Having a disability is hard enough without having all this hassle to get the seats booked I require. Called BA 3 times now and each time I have waited over 45 minutes to speak to someone and then failed the security questions on all 3 occasions! Anyone thinking of booking with them in the future don’t bother!! Worst company ever to deal with

Negative experience: Wrong details entered by ocean florida when booking so we couldn't online check in. Also they booked is all on the flight twice. 10 seats instead of 5, still don't know who's paid for that?! Currently stood in Orlando Airport where there is no transfer as booked and paid for and the contact numbers they provided us with are just ringing out with no answer. UK lines to ocean florida are closed until tomorrow. 3 cranky children kicking off after leaving our house 16 hours ago. Stranded. Tired. Awful start to our holiday.

Negative experience: We have always booked with ocean 14 times to be exact and have had superb, wonderful service. UNTIL NOW.. Flights changed 3 times, seating that has been pre booked from day 1 changed 3 times, villa changed 4 times and now we have nowhere to stay. I have sent email after email, voicemail after voicemail with no response and I'm sick of it. It is not hard to have the decency to ring a person back. I find the customer service appalling. I'm afraid I will not be using this company ever again. I will also be telling everyone else not to use them either.

Negative experience: We have booked to go in November 2022, like most things, things change in the world we live today. Trying to get hold of Ocean Florida to discuss possible amendments, is nigh on impossible. email here, email there. Why can't i actually speak to a human being. Good enough to take your deposit money at the outset, but then trying to get hold of someone is ridiculous. I don't want to email arrrrggghhh

Negative experience: So this is the 3rd holiday through OF. Holiday has been rearranged for the 3rd time and have had our considerable full payment for 2 years. On Sat they rang me telling me my flights had been cancelled and offered us to go the day after. Telephone call at 4 pm on Sat just 1 hr before they closed is ridiculous. Since then despite many calls and emails no one has been in touch. I do not feel like a valued return customer.

Negative experience: Avoid!!! Impossible to get in contact with. Happy to take book holidays for you but after that your on your own. I have emailed and called several times. after about 20mins when you phone the service says theres a fault and cuts you off. Due to fly in a couple of months. I was hoping to reserve seats but I havent even got a flight number and Virgin say they havent got any bookings from Ocean Florida!!!!

Fantastic experience: Get the very best quotes for Florida, package deals Inc flight , accommodation and car hire. You can also purchase your theme park tickets here as well. And you get a few freebies thrown in including a prepaid master card with a hundred dollars, an all you can eat buffet and magic show, an air boat ride, an I drive trolley ticket for 7 days and some vouchers and parking for one of the shopping malls

Fantastic experience: We booked our holiday last year for November 2021 in the hope the world would be a little more ‘normal’. 9 of us booked for a Villa for 2 weeks. Our flight was for the 9th November and America opened up to the world on the 8th November. We decided not to change our booking and hold off and see. Throughout the process Ocean Florida were truly helpful. Being able to pay in instalments helped too. We were given additional freebies throughout and no questions I asked were seen as being a pain in the bum. However, due to the uncertainty of America opening it’s boarders, flights were changed about 4 times and our actual addressed Villa also changed. The team talked us through our options. The villa was very nice inside (could have done with a different option on their cream carpet choice on the stairs and to the bedrooms because it was looking rather used but it didn’t change anything about the experience). I also had an issue with my drivers licence not being sent back from the DVLA in time and having to change the details on the hire car (we needed a big car as only 1 driver left). Turns out it’s not as simple as swapping a name over. Lauren went above and beyond taking her 3 days and push back from the hire company but managed to get it changed, get the same car and at no extra charge. We also phoned the hire company and hit the same brick walls. Would recommend this company and will use them again without a doubt in the future.

Fantastic experience: Holiday to Florida was cancelled for October. Took the offer of a credit note with 25% uplift. Just rebooked for May 2022. Ian May made the process easy and we have the holiday we want. Ian was very professional and pleasant. Would recommend this company.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Company, first booked with them in Jan 2019, holiday was moved and a person added, then given a credit note for 25% more than I had originally paid. New holiday booked for 8 of us, nothing has been to much trouble, they have been patient with me and all of my questions. Massive thanks to Sam Colli who kept me informed on what was happening with my credit note. Massive thanks also to Ian May who has now re-booked the holiday for me, and relax :)

Negative experience: Original booking was professional and a great experience. Unfortunately the good stuff ended there once payment was made. Due to Covid they moved our booking after not allowing a refund. My partner got pregnant and was due the week we fly out and they refused to help move and tried blaming the airlines policy. A phone call to the airline was made and they said this was not the case. We ended up taking a loss and now no for the future to never use again and will be making sure no friends or family use them either.

Fantastic experience: Have previously used them and been happy but had issues due to Covid and cancelling due to my sons illness and daughter now in university, preventing us from amending our dates. After initially thinking we were going to lose all our deposit, I have been contacted by Nikki from Ocean Florida and she has been outstanding in helping us resolve the issue that we are currently in. Very happy with the service that has been provided and her quick response.

Negative experience: Had a holiday booked prior to COVID-19, Villa, Car Etc. Everything was great however it took months of emails and lies for us to get a refund. The staff are helpful, and at times we did feel sorry for them as they stated the money was held with a larger body and not directly by them, however the stress from what we endured was awful and I would not use them again.

Fantastic experience: This is our second time going with Ocean Florida - first time we had an issue with our villa booking but they were transparent throughout about the issue and got it sorted and the villa they provided was stunning, far better than we had on a previous trip with Virgin. This time we had to cancel our Disneyworld 2020 trip, but couldn't rebook the villa for next year - I looked at alot of options but when it came down to it, the trust level with OF from the first trip with them, made it an easy choice. It wasnt the cheapest quote but I'm confident it will be better than the others. This time Lawrence Lee gave us multiple choices and options, each time finding better properties each, more in line with our needs and within our budget. Highly recommend the care, attention and level of service they have provided both times.

Fantastic experience: Sean at Ocean Florida was friendly yet professional and nothing was too much trouble. We had very specific travel plans for Florida 2021 and Sean was able to meet these and the communication was excellent. From flights to hotels, tickets and cruise, Sean was able to build the perfect package for us. Would highly recommend this company, very knowledgable and fantastic customer service.

Fantastic experience: Booked our 2021 holiday yesterday. We booked it with an advisor called Lawerence he went above and beyond for me and I went with one of his recommendations as he found us a hotel with everything and more that I asked for. He was professional polite and friendly. The price was very good and beat any other company.

Negative experience: I have been so disappointed with the approach from Ocean Florida during the Covid crisis, we have been offered conflicting advice throughout our telephone conversations. We were promised call backs which never happened. Now we are being held to Ransom over cancellation fees. I have never been so put off in all my life. We are considering swapping our holiday now and for the same package with TUI its £1350 more expensive on a 5k holiday.

Fantastic experience: This is our first time going with Ocean Florida, we were abit hesitant to start with but the more we spoke with them, the more at ease we were. It started off as just a typical enquiry into how much it would cost to go to Orlando, all incl. of the parks etc and with the help of Jack Lane (who was amazing, welcoming and very informative) me and my partner have booked our holiday to Orlando which has been a dream of mine since forever! Would highly recommend as their customer service is top notch!

Fantastic experience: We’ve used O.F twice now, always brilliant service. Unfortunately had a bad experience this last one, not anything to do with ocean Florida, but the help we received from them was above and beyond anything any other company would do. Fantastic experience: OK, my daughter had done extensive research on a Disney holiday for 2021, but Antonio Lovece sorted our booking with a very friendly chat on the phone and a single email from us providing our details. He's very knowledgeable, and it's obvious the office share their experiences in Florida to widen that knowledge. We had questions of course, but Antonio was professional, friendly and not flustered. We weren't rushed either. Lets hope the holiday goes just as smoothly.

Fantastic experience: Warren was excellent, got me a very competitive price - by that I mean cheapest - which included hard to find cheap flights. Provided a couple of options and answered all my questions quickly. Allowed me to hold a price and make my own enquiries. Excellent service, best I have had when booking a holiday.

Fantastic experience: We were originally booking our 2020 holiday to Orlando Florida with Virgin Holidays, but we came across Ocean Florida. We had done all our research before contacting them which made things easier, but Antonio has been great from start to finish, no pushy sales pitches at all!! All in all with booking villa, car hire and all park tickets we saved a whopping £1000 compared to the equivalent Virgin Package, so very happy. I will update this review once we have been based on the Villa we get (as not known until we arrive) and car hire etc. Roll on June 2020 for our 3rd visit to Florida...

Fantastic experience: Having googled florida holidays and tried another company who then didn't call back was quite cynical when I first called Ocean Florida and Heidi picked up. But what an enjoyable experience, Nashville/Orlando/Miami trip all booked up for Aug 2020 for 6 adults and boy we cant wait! Knowledgeable young lady who did all the leg work and found us some great flights and cracking hotels! Thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Ocean Florida are always mentioned in Florida Facebook Groups, therefore I gave them a call for a quote. I was very happy with the service that I received and from the first interaction with Tex, I was really wowed with the prices quoted for a holiday to Florida next September. All of my considerations were factored in and when I decided to wait a month until Virgin flights were released, I didn't get the hard sell, or hounded on follow up calls. Because of this, I did go back a month later and I got my virgin flights and a price that I was happy with paying. I decided to upgrade my hotel 12 hours later, and even this was swapped over without embarrassment. Had a real laugh with Tex on the phone and generally felt a good connection with him, the company, Ocean Florida and next years holiday to Florida. I was planning to book it all separately, but I did have a sense of peace doing it this way.

Fantastic experience: We have booked our family holiday last night to Orlando and Caribbean Cruise . Ian has been exceptionally helpful with our fussy requests. As it was family holiday there were too many questiosn to clarify and Ian has accommodated all of it. He was always available on the other end of the phone everytime I have called and always kept his word. He was awake until 12 am last night working from home to get all our paper work sorted, just shows he genuinely cared and wanted to help us book an amazing holiday. I have called other high street well known travel agents for a quote but some did not even have the time or the care to take the details. We had a great deal and we are absolutely thrilled and looking forward to it. 1000% RECOMMEND Ian and Ocean Florida.

Negative experience: Disappointed with service received once in resort. Up to arriving in Orlando I had recommended Ocean Holidays to all my family, friends and work colleagues in the NHS. However upon arrival at the villa they had allocated us it was clear the villa was not suitable for a party of our size (6 adults and 2 children). The twin beds in two of the rooms were very small and the adults legs were overhanging. The beds were poor quality and very uncomfortable. The dining table in the kitchen only had six chairs so we could not all eat together. The morning after our arrival we were contacted by the Welcome Centre and I advised them of the problems we had. They were very unhelpful stating we had four bedrooms and Ocean were not responsible for what beds or furniture were inside the rooms. I contacted the office in England twice who promised they would sort this out for us and get back to us. We heard nothing. Two of the party had to spend 10 days sleeping on cushions off the sofa on the floor. I am surprised we have received such a poor service from Ocean as up to this point they seemed to provide an excellent service but didn't seem to care once we were in resort.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service. Just emailed a request for prices for a holiday to disney and Antonio called me back. He spent hours researching the cheapest price for me to beat quotes I'd already got and he got me an amazing price. So good I booked and I'm going in 9 months!! He had lots if knowledge and I felt nothing was too much trouble. Havent been yet but from what I've seen so far would definitely use again.

Fantastic experience: Warren at Ocean Florida catered to our every need! He was so helpful in every aspect. We had a couple of issues due to our age and he was so amazing at helping us to sort those out and find different options. He would even ring and email us to tell us that there was no update but he was trying so hard to find us one. There was no pressure to book at any time and it was a very relaxed conversation. We are 100% happy with the service we were given and we are so happy that we chose to book our honeymoon through them. Warren is a credit to Ocean Florida.
