Negative experience: They lieu you to book your ticket and make deposit, and give you payment deadline date,at the point of paying your balance, they will ceased to pick your call and later come back to you that you missed your payment date therefore charged you times 3 of what your reservation. All for you to forfeit your deposit. I will never deal with them again never.

Negative experience: Don't trust these hindus. Big scam , the police need to raid this premises and bring them to account . I lost my £100.00. Deposit. They changed and increased the price when you are about to pay the remaining balance.

I'm just hoping that I will get my refund as a gesture of their goodwill However They said that they have paid the airline but the money us just in their bank because if the airline was paid a ticket should have been issued. Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! If I could have said zero stars for this company I would. They hounded for a deposit and then called to say that the flight details had changed from a 2 hour layover to 22 hours! Their customer service is appalling! Tania was rude, interrupting and raising her voice, even mimicking me on the phone. Disgusted doesn’t come close. They tried to push other flights onto us, ones flying from London when our original flight was from Manchester, and others at a higher price. After several requests for a refund, and being passed on to 3 different people, all of whom tried to get us to book alternative flights- pushy to say the least! I was finally told to email them. I’m not confident that I will get the £160 deposit back but I would rather lose this money than book with these people, at the risk of more changes. They are not reliable and the way they conduct themselves is outrageous.

Negative experience: Her name is Marwa, she claimed thier office situated in Dagenham but calling me with an office phone number from Scotland, I don’t feel right to make the deposit of £100, she told me exactly the same thing, base on the customers experience on trustpilot..

Negative experience: Very bad service, they put out everything just to get their commission. But you never get what you say. The agents are just after the commission. I will never use them again or even get my worst enemy to use them. They just lie to get the commission.

Negative experience: This company is fraudulent. I also experienced all the negative issues mentioned in previous reviews and I think they should be banned from operating. They go to the extent of blocking your number so that you could not contact them after defrauding you.

Negative experience: These people are vague, they put out a cheap ticket to attract you, then ask you to pay a deposit of £100, after paying you'll be asked to call back at a time when they wont pick the call or are not in office then later accuse you of not calling the right time saying the fee is up, almost double the initial amount for the same or another ticket. I had sent them an email and tried calling on Friday to settle the balance payment and there was no response from them. They then accused me of not responding to an email which I never got from them. They need to be reported

The painful part is, they do this or give you a time close to your travel date to call back.. you will be left with no option as your £100 is at stake and un-refundable.

Negative experience: Would stay well away. Paid £200 deposit when wanted to pay the full balance then told had to wait a week to pay the remainder. Phone when had to pay the full balance to be told flight not operating and the price would go up with different airline. Still waiting for my refund
