Fantastic experience: Sundeland just booked a holiday to Goa a young girl called Lucy served us what a nice girl very helpful and polite

Negative experience: Absolutely Disgraceful!!!!! , 2 x female staff very very UNPLEASANT today and unwilling to assist my Wife with booking in online in the shop today when we booked with D&S Blyth branch several months ago, saying to her "You can't book a holiday with someone and ask us to do the legwork!" This was the day before yesterday when your pregnant colleague informed me Wife to bring passports down and they'd happily help (Very nice staff member). Certainly treat with better courtesy and respect at Blyth branch with Simon who we booked the holiday with and was nothing but helpful all through the booking. We have spent and will continue spending our hard earned cash on holidays at other travel agents now and due to this very unpleasant experience I will DEFINITELY NOT USE DAWSON AND SANDERSON AGAIN! We were Classed as Gold customers as well and even got our money exchanged there always even when it was a better rate at Ramsdens 4 doors down.

Fantastic experience: I booked a holiday to Isle of Wight yesterday with a very nice young man called Liam. He was very helpful polite and pleasant .Nothing was too much trouble. He deserves a pat on the back. We'll done Thank you Mr and Mrs Skelton

Fantastic experience: We have used this shop twice now. The level of service is outstanding. All the staff are very friendly we couldn't fault them. We must say a really special thank you to Heather she went above and beyond her duties to make sure our 30th anniversary was extra special. My husband has a few health problems n she made sure everything went smoothly from start to finnish of our holiday. She is a credit to Dawson and Sanderson from the bottom of our hearts we couldn't thank her enough for how special she made it. We can't wait to book our next holiday with them.

Negative experience: Granddaughters book to fly from Newcastle all the paper work says Newcastle three days before the they go found out by chance it’s Leeds they are flying from offed £50 towards travel cost

Proper old fashioned customer service, that goes the extra, extra mile for you, and fabulous staff, especially at Sunderland and The Galleries. Would not go anywhere else. Amanda, personally worked through the night (from home at the time), to get us safely back from Australia, during the outbreak of covid, even after 5 separate flight cancellations, over a period of a week, she never gave up, while all around us, travellers were being left stranded and often sadly dumped, by their travel providers. We will never forget the scenes at the Embassy, the British Consulate or crying distraught families with babies and young children, at the airport, and felt so grateful, yet helpless, unable to assist others who were not as fortunate as us We were so lucky to have such a fabulous travel agent who worked her socks off to 'do what it says on the tin'.and who went far beyond what would normally be expected. Please book with Dawson and Sanderson for 100% piece of mind.
