Fantastic experience: This company has provided the most smoothest journey from Heathrow to Mecca and Medina. The Hotel they’ve booked for us were both 5* star hotels and the Mecca one included a view of the Haram as requested. We also booked a tour guide that came to pick us up. Positive experience: Aerolinks, are good service providers for umrah, used them for a recent umrah trips for my self & other family members, I have recommended them to friends & relatives. sister Areej, & sister Emaan are very well mannered & try & accommodate to your needs as best as possible, we were transferred to them after a sister Esha left the company, during the midst of dealing with our packages. But on a personal note, I would Advise that everyone does their personal checks on the hotels that come with their packages, some do not come as described in hotels positive reviews. ( Hotel Emaar Grand Makkah) myself & my family were down for a quad room because we 4 adults travelling, we ended up in room with facilities for a disabled person/s Alhamdulillah none of us needed the facilities, the bathroom was a nightmare after every use of the shower there would be a pool of water on the floor with very poor drainage system, there were light switches in the bathroom, anyway the reception people were very unhelpful & rude when I attempted a few times to request room change, but in the end gave up & stuck with it, for 7 days.

Please try to understand that sometimes third party partners may be slow in providing confirmations. They can be difficult to deal with as they are based abroad. Not the fault of the agency. However, this is beyond the travel agencies control. In short, we have used the company on several occasions and we cannot fault their service. We just returned from Umrah and honestly were glad we chose Aerolinks Travel. The transfers and transport contacts were very good. Please try to understand that they really do work hard to meet expectations. They are sincere and do their level best! Fantastic experience: Excellent Service! I went for Umrah with my mother (April 2023) and I can say it was the best journey ever in our lives. I do highly recommend Aerolinks, because they have everything a traveler needs: 1. Excellent communications (oral via phone & written via email) 2. Response to queries: efficiency & Speed 3. Respect for customers; particularly Mr. Usman (very tactful and professional). 4. Reasonable prices for the luxurious hotels we were booked at: convenience, open buffets, safety & security, hygiene, and a strategic distance (few minutes) from Masjid al-Haram in Macca and Al-Masjid an-Nabawi in Madina. Finally, I would say I wish there are 100 stars option instead of 5 to rate this service and I hope to go with them in Hajj. Hopefully, what I am writing now is not only a recommendation, but I hope it will be also counted as a charity to give people a genuine piece of advice. With many adds about Umra here and there, they stand out from the crowed by their excellent service. Go with them! It will be a wise decision inshallah!

Negative experience: Booked umrah package in november 2023. Cleared all my dues and then there were a series of misfortunes and miscommunications along my trip. In the end payed for my own room in Makkah sharif. I was promised a refund and have not received it after five months. P.S. significant difference in charges of room for what I payed them and what I payed myself. Their services are expensive than what you would get first hand. Proceed with caution.

Positive experience: This was our first Umrah. Booking went fairly smoothly and Talha kept in touch throughout. Some confusion about hotel bookings and flight transfer times being too tight caused issues. We were unable to wear Irham due to not being enough time between transfers which caused a huge inconvenience. Also hotel did not have our booked upon arrival. This was eventually resolved but took longer than expected, especially after travelling for 16 hours. However, i am giving 4 stars as everything else went ok. Reasonable pricing and experience overall.

Eman is such a pleasure to deal with, she went above and beyond with my every enquiry with a prompt response. We were a group of 12 and booked our umrah package with Eman, it wasn’t easy accommodating to everyone’s needs but Eman made it so much easier and our trip, visa, flights, hotels and transportation was all great. Fantastic experience: I booked an Umrah trip for December 2023 for 10 days for my family and I with brother Abbas. I want to first of all thank brother Abbas for going above and beyond to make our first Umrah trip a memorable one. Our Makkah hotel was changed from Anjum Hotel to Shaza Makkah (next door to each other). We were all glad it was changed to this hotel because the hotel was outstanding and very close to the Haram (it was approximately 5 minute walk to Gate 79). Our Madinah hotel was also changed to Safwat Al Madinah, again, we cannot fault this hotel and it was a literal 2 minute straight walk to Masjid An-Nabawi. In our Umrah package, airport transfers were included and communication across all boards were fantastic and were very punctual, cannot fault them in any way. Throughout the entire Umrah trip, brother Abbas stayed in touch with us, ensuring everything is running smoothly and if we have come across any issues, however everything went extremely well Alhamdulilah. Insha Allah we will be recommending to family and friends and we will be using this company again. Once again, thank you very much brother Abbas for everything you have done for me and my family.

She listened to our requirements and provided advice and quotes accordingly, and we were very picky about a lot of things, but Areeba was so patient and hardworking, and the best thing about her was that she was always available, and was checking upon how the trip is going and even if they had returned home safely. Fantastic experience: Booked our family Umrah in August 2023 via Abbas at Aerolinks. Overall the service provided by Abbas was very good. We required a few days stopover in Qatar, and he duly organised the necessary hotel. A bit more about this later. His communication levels at the time of booking was very good and timely, which gives you confidence in the company. The actual Umrah trip went smoothly, great hotels and transportation service from Jeddah-Makkah-Medina. Both hotels were close to the masjids. One word of advice, do your own research on the locality and read reviews before accepting their suggestions. There was one issue at Qatar, the hotel I requested and paid for was NOT the actual one booked. This caused issues and stress at the first hotel. We sat around in reception from 9pm until midnight whilst it was being investigated by the hotel manager. It finally became transparent that Aerolinks had used a third party who had booked a different hotel of a similar name but named the intended on my paperwork and failed to tell me! By the time we ascertained this, I had already decided to pay for a large room and stay the night. Must highlight the support over the phone provided by Adam at Aerolinks in trying to establish what had gone wrong with the booking process. On my return I filed a refund application, as agreed with Adam, and it took over a month to receive the refund. Would I use Aerolinks again? Yes.

Fantastic experience: I found Aerolinks on google. I’m very glad I did. My entire Umrah package was recommended and arranged by Usman. The whole process was handled very professionally and they delivered an outstanding 5 Star package at an unbelievably low price. All planning and coordination was done by Usman and all I had to was follow his instructions. The only negative was traveling by Egypt Air whose service was less than expected. This was no fault of the agency as it was my preference. In future I will travel Saudia airlines or Qatar Airways. I would highly recommend Usman at Aerolinks Hajj and Umrah Experts.

Positive experience: Ghazia was incredibly helpful in planning our Umrah trip. She made numerous adjustments to ensure that our trip aligned with our preferences. The ground transportation company could improve their service standards, but our personal experience was positive and enjoyable. Although I cannot speak for others, I highly recommend Ghazia's assistance with travel planning.

Fantastic experience: From start to finish everything was fantastic, anything that was requested was honoured by the travel agent and that made our Umrah extremely special. There were no doubts left of what was needed i.e staff were readily available to help with the booking and make sure that we have no disappointments when we flew out. Negative experience: I had the good fortune of going to Umrah with my family in February 2017 through AeroLinks Travel Limited. It was a meant to be a wonderful experience. The hotel in Makkah was Dar Al Eiman Grand which was a proper 4 Star very clean and approximately 10 minutes or so away from the Haram. The one in Madina Sharif unfortunately was Dar Al Eiman Qibla near Gate 5. It was the most dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. The rooms were tiny,shower room filthy, carpets, curtains, windows like they had never been cleaned ever. My daughters started crying so after hours of being on the phone with the agent we got moved to Al Harmony Hotel which was very nice and in a much better location. All in all it was an ok experience. At both places we specifically requested two rooms. One for the kids and one for me and my wife. This was not done in Madinah and in Makkah whilst we had two rooms they were reversed since our room had no double bed or facility to lock the door. These were basic requirements that we cleared from the outset but they couldn't even make these arrangements. The agent can't remember his name ) operates this outfit from Lahore in Pakistan. At the time of booking he gave the impression that he was in London when I courteously asked him to visit us when in the area but when we rang him from Madina Sharif so he could change our hotel we got told he was in Lahore but has a representative in Madina Sharif. Such cunningness. Never again.

Negative experience: To all the brothers and sisters who want to perform hajj or umrah avoid this place at all cost. These guys do not give you what they promise. 1st they will say you can give £100 as deposit, once they have your money, they will pressure you to give all the money at once, before this they will say to you, you can pay in installments. I have recently booked with them for a family of 8, and they quoted me £10390. they said they would process the visa for me and provide 3 start hotles in makkah and madinah. They could not do the visa for me. I had to arrange this myself . They gave me 1 quad room in makkah instead of 2, and i had to organise my own hotel in madinah. My whole family had to stay in one room, and some of us slept on the floor, whilst in makkah. I paid £1890 for the hotles in makkah and madinah. They only refunded me £350, after 10 days of talking with them and no money back for makkah hotels. These guys are disgusting. They dont have any customer service. These guys are ripping people off in the name of allah. Please, if anyone is thinking of going to umrah, avoid this place like a plague. All the positive reviews are done by paid reviewers or their friends and family. This place needs to be shut down. They are a disgrace. Dont they realise that one day they have to go to their grave. The only reason I gave them 1 star because there are no options to give 0 star. They dont deserve any stars, and people need to take action and get this rouge organisation shut down.

Fantastic experience: this organisation was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even whilst abroad they supported me and met my spontaneous requests. my agent, wajid, was extremely attentive and handled every task I asked of him with care. allhamdilulah, because of him, my umrah went smoothly and calmly. he was always present to pick up my phone and I could not be more grateful. thank you.

Negative experience: I have given 1 stay but would give ZERO if l could. The worst Comany ever. My cousin booked his umrah a few years ago and it got cancelled. But as yet they still have not refunded his money. He phoned them many times and even emails them every week. But as yet with no positive response. They give him a date to pay back then don't make the payment. This Company is a complete fraud don't waste your time and money.

Negative experience: One star is even too much for this Company. I booked my Umrah 3 years ago and it got cancelled due to Covid. Since then l have phoned numerous times, emailed even more times. And as yet l have not received my refund. They keep promising to give it back, but still have not. A complete fraud, if you visit their office …if you can call it an office there is nobody there to talk to. If you don’t want to lose your money don’t pay this group, you’ll end up losing your money and wasting your money. Complete fraud!

Fantastic experience: Found this company from the Internet and enquired about umrah packages. Their customer service was excellent specially brother Zain . He helped me a lot from the beginning to the end. All the process went smoothly. Went to Umrah on 22nd November with my family ( wife and 2 small kids) Alhamdulillah everything was good. The hotel in makkah and madinah was choosen by Zain , which was excellent. Transport provided was very good, driver was very professional and helpful. I have already recommended this company to my friends and family. Keep up this excellent service and professionalism. InShaAllah I will use your company again for my next umrah.

Fantastic experience: One of the best umrah/hajj companies out there! This was my first experience with my children and husband, so i was a little hesitant in booking with groups, i then came across this company and asked if i could have a tailored package- Zain who was a representative was very understanding and knew exactly what i wanted, also offered me very affordable price for the whole package- above all 5 star hotels that was within walking distances from both mosques. The transportation they offered me was very executive and very comfortable. I would highly recommend anyone to use this company especially zain for the best possible experience.
