Fantastic experience: ThisTUI branch. is a well run and efficient place to get the ideas, suggestions and help regarding the holiday you want. We have been helped by Anna, previous bookings and James (today) who was extremely helpful and informative as to our needs for the upcoming holiday. We both love the simplicity of the whole TUI experience, and would totally recommend popping in to see how they can help you to. Well done guys and thanks again.

Fantastic experience: Richard and the team in Weston Super Mare High Street shop were very helpful and professional. Even with a booking system challenge they found a solution so I could book ski holidays for me and my family. And Excellent experience, I actually had asked asda to put aside USD for pick up today at a certain time and i went in today and no one was in and hadn’t turned up all day thankfully I gave TUI a quick ring to see if they had the amount of USD i needed for my trip really friendly on the phone and put them aside for me on arrival all the staff i had the pleasure of talking to were fantastic. Although, they were busy at the store, she took all my details and said she would call back, she did which is a big thumbs up from me straight away! She contacted the hotel we were looking at and got the answers to our questions. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: We visited the TUI store in Weston-super-Mare this morning and met with James. We had been unable to book a multi-destination holiday online or through the call centre despite numerous attempts over several weeks causing a huge amount of frustration. James was absolutely brilliant and the holiday has now been booked. He has single handedly sorted out all the issues that the TUI system presented that others could not. The service was fantastic and he was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient and spent a considerable amount of time with us to get our special holiday booked. We would recommend 100%. Thank you very much James. You have restored our excitement for this holiday now.

Negative experience: Absolutely awful store and company. Have been a loyal TUI customer for years. Have even flown with them 3 times this year. Decided to try and book a last minute holiday in store. 3 hours and thousands of pounds later I am still without a holiday. We were forced to pay without even being able to check if there were seats on the plane. 3 different holidays later and technical errors on their end and still no development. We asked for a refund and the manager James told us we would get the refund instantly as no booking was confirmed. 24 hours later and still no refund. Phoned the store and was told that the refund will now take up to 72 hours and the manager is none contactable today. This level of customer service is completely un acceptable. I was told the wrong information, can’t speak to the person who I was dealing with, and don’t have a holiday booked or my money back. Will not be using this company again and will be taking my business to their competitors.

James was so helpful (but not pushy), we finished up booking a holiday that exactly fitted our requirements. Naomi completed the booking very professionally. Both team members gave us confidence in our choice of destination with their friendly, professional style. All in all, an enjoyable process - thank you. Fantastic experience: I booked my holiday and later realised I had make some errors re dates and accommodation which i panicked about and sent an email to the TUI travel agents in Weston super mare to Richard who had booked my holiday earlier that day. This was a Sunday… First thing on Monday morning Richard contacted me to say himself and Naomi would sort it out immediately as at 11.30 I would be charged for the changes… within 30 minutes the holiday was changed to a new date with excellent accommodation and a cheaper price. I was so relieved and excited about the new plans… both Richard and Naomi are super friendly go out of their way to help and advise you. They put your mind at ease and get you the best deals and exactly what you ask for. They don’t flap or stress as I know I was a bit anxious initially about it all.I would never go to any other travel agents adv I have also had a super service from all the staff there over the years. Thank you so much Richard and Naomi. Simply the best. Liz Bessant. 7th June 2025. I paid another visit to TUI to pick up my Euros and Tickets and to book my Excursions for Cyprus. I was extremely lucky enough to see Naomi again. She was absolutely excellent once again. So very knowledgeable about the trips, enabling me to get money off the trips as purchased my euro’s in store. I couldn’t fault anything at all about this process whatsoever… Naomi was so very warm and kind and didn’t rush me at all. The atmosphere in the shop is always laid back and friendly even when things are hectic and busy. Thank you as well to the manager who sorted my Euros… I would never use any other Travel agents or any other planes. TUI are simply the best !!! Thank you again… Liz Bessant.

Fantastic experience: We'd had a poor experience dealing with TUI Online concerning a cancelled flight resulting in a need to find a suitable alternative holiday as quickly as possible - we found Naomi in the W-s-M store to be really understanding and helpful with the result that we came away feeling not only much happier but with a new holiday to look forward to

Negative experience: Store would not discuss holiday opportunities unless we booked an appointment. Would only give brochures, yet no other customers in the store. Retail that does not want to sell ! Bonkers

We were really unsure about s cruise, but the lovely Anna took us through all the options and managed to answer all of our questions fully, and we had many. She is such a star and a credit to TUI. Fantastic experience: Booked a couple of holidays with Laura now, including a Sri Lanka TUI tour. Not knowing where we wanted to go we went into the travel agency and sat down with Laura who provided us with various options. Once we decided on Sri Lanka Laura then went through the tour itinerary. She was a really friendly and helpful, we had the best time.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting service in Weston-super-Mare! I have been a couple of times and they were always really helpful and pleasant. Went in today and the "manager " (and I say this loosely) was rude and argumentative! Told me it was only booked appointments! Really!! So to enquire about a holiday you need an appointment, what about people that work all week and can only get in at the weekend! Avoid this store!!! So much for my £1000 voucher I will not recommend tui ever again!!!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been using Tui repeatedly (and other members of our family) because we are delighted with the service we get in the Tui shop on the High Street in Weston-super-Mare. We always get excellent service from friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nothing is too much trouble to find you the right holiday. We usually see Simeon because we've known him for years and he knows what we like and don't like! Have just booked a holiday yesterday with him (had to book a slot as they can be busy)- and we'll be back again next year as we like talking to a real person who can guide us rather than try and sieve through thousands of holidays online ourselves! Fantastic experience: Staff are great. They definitely hype you up for your holiday, very helpful, friendly, can't remember all the names of the staff but to name a few extra helpful ones; Richard, Zoe, and I have to mention the gentleman with the signet ring (I'm sorry I can't remember his name!!) because he is always top notch when we go in there. They're all very knowledgeable and do their best to help you in anyway they can. Can't really say anything bad about the staff, the only thing I will say is I will never book a Jetset holiday through Tui again as if anything goes wrong on a tui holiday- we get 1000% support and they cannot do enough to help you but obviously their hands are tied with a 3rd party, so I'll be sticking to them directly as there's never a problem they can't solve.

Negative experience: Went in to use the bureau de change mid-morning. The man behind the counter was just counting money and one of the other staff told the queue to come back in 10 or 15 minutes. I went back 15 mins later and joined the new queue but this time we were all told that no-one was available and to come back in 30 minutes. I didn't bother going back. Why advertise a service if you're not actually prepared to provide it?

Fantastic experience: We visited Western Super Mare Shop with various queries which were soon eradicated by Richard. We were very thankful & grateful for this. Having already booked a week away in a few weeks we wanted to book an excursion which Richard soon sorted out for us. We then proceeded to book a further holiday next year. Fantastic experience: James and his team were just amazing from start to finish while booking our holiday. Having two young children I was very picky with where and when we wanted to go. Jo found us a great hotel straight away and made us feel at ease about flying for the first time. Unfortunately just a few days before flying we were notified of works taking place at our hotel. James was super helpful, friendly and made things so easy for us to change our hotel. He thought about our needs and gave us a few options. We can not thank them enough for helping us and we can’t wait to work with the team to book our wedding soon. Our first family holiday will always hold memories.

She helped myself and my mother in law book a holiday to New York, my mother in law wanted to extend the trip so Naomi went over all the prices, accommodation etc… When booking New York she price matched what we seen online and also with my NHS card I got another £100 off! She was very pleasant and easy to talk too and explained everything in detail even giving lots of advice about things to do in New York and explained the city pass to us! Everyone that worked there was really friend also.. wouldn’t book online again! Will definitely go back :)

Fantastic experience: We needed help with an online booking that we had to change due to unforseen circumstances. We went into the store on a very busy Sunday and James made time to help us. Following an evenings consideration we returned the next day to make the amendments we discussed. This visit was unannounced at at the very end of the day. Again James and his colleague Jo did evening they could to save and amend our booking. So helpful. Thank you!

Negative experience: Would not go again. Once holiday was booked they did not want anything to do with us. We were given wrong information several times and, in fact, were shouted at by a member of staff. We were given an appointment and told when we turned up that all of four of us were wrong although we saw the appointment put into their diary. Not good customer service at all. Would not recommend.

Saving every penny for this holiday now but when we are ready to book another trip I will definitely be using Tui.
