Fantastic experience: Great service from Hollie at TUI Penarth Branch booking our family holiday! Hollie gave us all the information we needed to research our destination and plenty of choice on hotels. She made lots of comparisons to get us the best price and got us everything we were looking for, to make it a great time for all the family. Very excited for our holiday, it looks amazing!

Fantastic experience: Went to see Hannah this weekend at the Penarth store - and all I can say is Wow - she was very knowledgeable about all areas of the world and helped us to book 2 wonderful holidays . She has such a pleasant and professional manner about her and directed us to a beautiful hotel and a Caribbean Cruise in their new ship Voyager - she then introduced us to another member of staff who had already been on the ship who avidly told us if her experience aboard - so much so we booked it there and then . Hannah also spent time with us showing us other cruises which we had not previously thought of - so looks like we maybe going to Asia in 2025 . Fantastic experience: I went into TUI Penarth today and met with Hannah. Hannah was absolutely fantastic. She has such an in depth knowledge of the various destinations TUI offer and was very patient running through all possible hotels to find the one that met our requirements perfectly. We booked a holiday in the Canary Islands in October and then a superb looking cruise in the Caribbean flying from Cardiff next year. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we can’t recommend TUI Penarth enough.
