Fantastic experience: Me and my family popped down to TUI Cardiff Bay on Saturday. Sophie was the agent who looked after us. We wanted a holiday for next year without knowing where we wanted to go, Sophie was very helpful and knowledgeable. Helping us build the perfect holiday that we were looking for. Sophie has great customer service skills got us exactly what we were looking for. Also at the same time helping us find the perfect holiday, Sophie was also training up a new starter who was also lovely. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Now can't wait to go away!

Negative experience: First time using Cardiff Bay we have all ways booked with tui in canton always great but Cardiff bay staff terrible no help at all booked the cruise fine but then no help at all no help with trips or money we will never use Cardiff Bay again witch is a shame as the late open times are good but staff no help at all

Fantastic experience: Chanelle Holland has been an absolute god send at tui in Cardiff bay . Basically it's been like having my personal travel agent . I travel 4/5 times a year and over the last 3 years after lockdown chanelle has been amazing . Such an asset to the store , we have become firm friends and she's even made sure my cruise in October and Gran Canaria next April are sorted before she goes on her maternity leave . Positive experience: After booking a hoilday last weekend and being happy with the service, it came to our notice that one of the names on the booking was incorrect.when we went back today, Tui charged £25 to amend a mistake that they have made. This very disappointing and poor customer service. It has taken the shine off the holiday.

Fantastic experience: Booking our honeymoon was a seamless and stress relieving process at TUI, Cardiff Bay. Rebecca assisted us with our destination and hotel selection and was insightful and very pleasant indeed. With her help we found the perfect honeymoon location without any stress involved. My wife’s allergies were accommodated on the flight and at the hotel and we had an amazing time. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I called the office on Sunday morning, primarily looking for advice, and ended up booking our next holiday. Nikki is without doubt a wonderful communicator and possesses very sound interpersonal skills. She is also very knowledgeable and well-humoured. Fantastic experience: Popped into store this morning to book a large group holiday. Booking for 22 people with a varied age range can be difficult. We were looked after by KELSEA who was very patient and professional throughout. Kelsea was very friendly and made sure we were fully informed and given plenty of options. Fantastic experience: I went into Tui Cardiff Bay recently to exchange some money before a trip abroad. I spoke to Tania who was very friendly and helpful. Tania recommended I get a travel card that I could top up whenever I needed to. I will be using this throughout the summer.

Fantastic experience: In December a girlfriend and I decided on the spur of the moment to book some winter sun for January! We rang Maddie who was able to make suggestions and recommendations with a very in-depth knowledge and understanding of what we needed. Megan also spoke to us and both young ladies could not have been more helpful. We had a great holiday in Gran Canaria and would certainly phone Maddie for advice again- great teamwork Maddie and Megan!

There were a few issues that required addressing post booking and the assistance from Callum and Nichola has been impeccable! Fantastic experience: On 5th Jan we went into the store and booked a Florida stay with a Disney cruise . Chanel and Alice both helped us with the booking . Their expertise and knowledge was above and beyond . Had twin teenagers with us who asked lots of questions , both staff members took time to answer every question with patience and enthusiasm. They helped us book transfers and since then I have popped down with questions and again went out of their way to assist . We are very happy with the service received with both Chanel and Alice . Alice is one of the managers at the store but took time to spend with Chanel to help us get the best experience . Both members of staff were exceptional and I will defiantly be using them again .

Fantastic experience: After procrastinating for months about booking a Florida holiday, we decided to head back to TUI (as we always book holidays with them), we were NOT disappointed. We are so grateful to both Maddie & Alice for their invaluable advice, patience & expertise- they were absolutely amazing & even when it seemed we couldn’t find a holiday; managed to pull it off somehow! Positive experience: My general experience at Tui Cardiff was generally okay, I was well signposted but the experience wasn’t particularly great. Honestly the thing that made it stand out, and compelled me to even provide a 3 star review is the hope that the helpful and friendly staff member I dealt with when I went through to convert currency is recognised. It wasn’t a particularly large sum but it was my first experience using a service like it and Amy was incredibly kind and courteous throughout my visit. Speaking with her and having her guide me through the currency I would need, how it might work getting money changed out there Vs doing it here was so so helpful, and it was really lovely to feel that she took a genuine interest in making sure I had exactly what I needed and that I could enjoy my holiday. I can’t say I felt much excitement for my trip whilst dealing with Tui for one reason or another, but getting my currency sorted and being sent off by such a nice and friendly staff member really has me looking forward to my big adventure. Thank you Amy!

Fantastic experience: Had booked a holiday with Ellie mae she was so lovely and chatty/ friendly person who gave a full in depth explanation about everything based on the holiday choices and was just so thorough and awesome. 5 stars for the great customer service she had given out and the other staff members like Kelsey and Callum.
