Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah, we performed Hajj 2025 with Flight Express, and it was truly the best experience ever. From the very beginning, securing a package with Nusuk wasn’t easy, but with the many informative webinars and the duas of everyone, my entire family managed to get a package. Flight Express together with the Al Bait team made the whole journey smooth, organised, and so worthwhile. Special thanks to Muhammad Bhai, who was always just a phone call away. He and his team were constantly ready to help, making us feel supported every step of the way. Our group leader for the TMT package, Sheikh Nasir, was a gem who was always motivating us and keeping our spirits high throughout the pilgrimage. A heartfelt mention also to Muhammad Bhai’s sisters, Fatima and Asiya, who were incredibly helpful and supportive to all the female hujjaj in our group. Would also like to mention a special thanks to Habib Khatib from my home town who with his friend Jav went out of their way to make sure we secured the package and were part of our Hajj journey from beginning to end .. can never forget all that you both did for us. Fantastic experience: Exceptional Hajj Experience with Flight Express! Alhamdulillah we booked our Hajj with Flight Express. They facilitated the most wonderful experience from the get go. Approximately 6 weeks prior to setting off we had twice weekly classes (in person and zoom); and an in person seminar. While journeying, all flights, hotel check-in and hajj rituals all went smoothly thanks to FE; they freed us of worry regarding logistics and allowed us to focus purely on ibaadah. The guides were kind and extremely helpful throughout the trip, we were blessed to have two female guides too - which became sisters during the trip. I could not have asked for a better group and Hajj provider, and pray that Allah (swt) rewards all their efforts, continues to bless FE and grants all those who helped us with the highest rank in Jannah. Fantastic experience: Was booked on A1700U FE package. What an absolute amazing journey thanks to FE. From the point booking was confirmed on Nusuk, communication was made by FE inmediately by email and then we were added to watsapp groups. We were guided throughout the whole process. From visa applications to seminars on how to perform Hajj. Always strived to answer questions any of us had. Very organised from the UK airport all the way throughout the journey (madinah, mina, arafat, muzdalifah, makkah). Guides were always there to assist and answer questions. Whether it was face to face or watsapp. Guides were also very friendly always trying to accomodate wherever possible. Did not come accross any delays or waiting. Information was clear from the get go. If I was to recommend or go again, I would definately pick FE!! Thank you for an amazing journey!

Fantastic experience: Hajj 2025 A1300U-FE Non Shifting Birmingham Flight Honestly, I don’t even know where to start! I chose Flight Express for Hajj after hearing glowing reviews from multiple family members who had travelled with them before. With nothing but praise shared, I booked with high expectations — and I can confidently say those expectations were not only met but exceeded. I joined the WhatsApp and Telegram groups, as well as the daily webinars, determined to absorb as much information as possible and prepare myself for the go-live date on Nusuk. Alhamdulillah, we secured our package in Phase 1. We were invited to a free seminar in London, where we were personally welcomed at the entrance by Hafiz Habib. Greeted with a warm smile and genuine hospitality, he spoke to me and my brothers as if we were already friends. The seminar re-energised us just weeks before departure. It was here we met our A1300 group and were introduced to our two group leaders: Hafiz Habib (Birmingham flight) and Maulana Ebrahim Surti (London flight). As a professional overthinker, I had my worries: Would there be English toilets during the Hajj days? Toilet paper? Would I be able to sleep surrounded by snorers? How long would the queues be? What if my ihram fell off? Looking back now, none of these things ended up affecting me. In hindsight, they were trivial — first world problems. Outside of the Hajj days, we stayed in top-tier hotels under the non-shifting package — Pullman Zamzam Madinah and Hilton Convention Makkah — and we were fortunate enough to witness Masjid al Haram without cranes for the first time in 22 years. From start to end, Flight Express had everything organised: coaches, on-foot group movements, clear WhatsApp comms, and more. Every year, service providers must report to the Hajj ministry on successes, failures, and areas for improvement. This accountability was evident — we saw first-hand the significant upgrades made since last year. Fantastic experience: Flight Express are a phenomenon. They are a well oiled machine that have refined their services to ensure that your hajj experience is nothing short of perfection. Prior to Hajj, we received ample information on what to expect, what to pack, and seminars on the Hadith to increase our knowledge. The organisation was immaculate from start to finish. We got from the airport in Medina to our hotel within an hour, room keys were ready, food was in abundance, and our journey from the train station in Makkah to our hotel was 16 minutes! There were absolutely no delays with FE. The quality of their service was beyond five stars. The Mina toilets were modern and clean, the temperature in the rooms was just right, there was a QR code if you wanted assistance with anything, the freezers were stocked with cold drinks and ice cream, and the beds were comfortable. Most impressive were the guides and sheikhs. They were so knowledgeable, so kind, and there was never a question that they wouldn’t answer (no matter how many times it had been asked!). I am forever grateful to the entire FE team for a Hajj experience that was beyond my dreams. We were well informed from A-Z, very organised, set itinerary hardly any delays in anything (other than aspects which were not in their control and were ultimately in the hands of the hajj ministry) & we were very well looked after. Fantastic experience: Hajj 2025 A1920U FE Flight from Manchester Manchester - Medina - Makkah - Manchester Non Shifting I had the pleasure of going to Hajj with Flight Express in 2025. Alhamdullillah, It was great trip. Flight Express were very organised, communication was great, service was fantastic. I can't fault it. I wasn't expecting everything to go so smoothly. Writing this review, I've been trying to think of things that FE could have improved on but I'm struggling to even think of a single point. The journey with FE started well in advance of Hajj. They created Whatsapp groups to communicate with everyone. This gave everyone the opportunity to ask questions of the team. They also had weekly lessons to teach about Hajj. They had a conference to explain the logistics as well as follow up Zoom meetings to go through everything in detail for our group. The team were great. Not just from an organisation point of view, but also from a knowledge point of view. They had maulana's in each group who were very knowledgable and very repsonsive. A special shout out to Maulana Ebrahim Patel who was leading our group. We had the pleasure of spending some time with him and he was great company. FE put your mind at rest. The team commicated everything very clearly. They were very attentive and responsive to any questions. Things happened as they planned [this was not what I was expecting during Hajj!]. Whilst in Saudi they ensured everyone knew what they were doing. The travel to Saudi and subsequent coach journey to Medina was a breeze. We travelled from Medina to Makkah on train. We stayed at the Pullman Zam Zam in Medina and the Hilton Convention in Makkah. Both good hotels. Hilton Convention was the nicer of the two hotels. Both hotels were very close to the masjids. We chose a quad sharing room. So there were 4 of us in the room. If you are sharing - take ear plugs as you might have people who snore in your room. On the days of Hajj, everything ran like clockwork. We were taken to Mina at the time specified. The trip from Mina to Muzdalifah was delayed due to the amout of traffic. This was only delayed by around an hour. We chose to do certain things ourselves as opposed to with the group. As we were confident in what we were doing, it was faster for us to break off and do things ourselved. FE had no problem with us doing this. FE also did everything with the group. this was great for the people who were not confident in the process. We made use of the shuttle service that goes from Makkah-Jamerat-Mina. Definitely use this service as it's so cinvenient and free. The people in our group were also amazing. Made many friends on the way! All in all, it was a fantastic journey. A massive thank you to all at Flight Express. A special mention for Mahmood who was leading our group. He was very calm and collected in situations where others may not have been. A memorable journey made seemless by the team at FE. Thank you and All the Best!
