Fantastic experience: Had problems with the final payment for my holiday. The money was being held and not applied to the booking. Went into store and Beth helped resolve the situation. She was really friendly and helpful. Emailed the relevant team and I had a phone call on the way home to say it was sorted! Thank you Beth

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to give a shoutout to Meagan at the TUI store in Merry Hill! She was super helpful while I was booking my flight from London to Hawaii. I was really worried about connecting flights, but Meagan gave me great advice on timing and the best airport to fly into. Thanks to her, I found the perfect flight and feel so much more relaxed about my trip. If you need help with travel plans, definitely go see Meagan!

Fantastic experience: I went into Tui Merry Hill to enquire about some flights, was welcomed upon entrance and referred to Jodie who listened to my request and showed me all the options available and went through each one taking her time to explain making sure I made the best choice.Jodie has been fantastic in making the booking and answering any follow up questions.Fantastic Service.

Negative experience: Totally unhelpful. I wanted to book a cruise but the app wasn't given me the hotel options I wanted. Went to the front desk and the girl said it's not coming up on our system either. I asked if the system was down showed her the error message on my phone section, she said it must have sold out!!! I said is this normal they sell out at this time of the year ? She said well it has been on sale for a while. She didn't really answer just suggested I kept looking and they have a January sale!! She was no help whatsoever!! Didn't offer me any solutions or even yo sit down with someone to go through it. I had to go to West Bromwich the following day so popped into TUi shop what a totally different experience! Maddy was so helpful I showed her the app and the problem i was having and she said let's get it booked for you now! She was so helpful and booked the exact cruise i wanted. Lost a sale there Merry Hill dreadful customer service.

Fantastic experience: We have used Tui Merryhill for many years and travelled to numerous destinations far and wide. We have always had great service from Karen C she has looked after us shown considerable patience we couldn't have asked for more and advises us on currency. We have also had the same service from the other Karen and when we need help sorting a trip we book an appointment with Karen they are both amazing people.

Fantastic experience: Back in July we visited the TUI store at merry hill and we were served by Karen Clarke who was amazing! She was so knowledgeable about the area we wanted to stay in, the hotel which she had visited herself! It was our honeymoon and she went above and beyond to make it as special for us as she could! When we arrived at the hotel there was Prosecco waiting for us in our room which was a lovely treat! Thankyou so much Karen we will be returning soon to see you!

Fantastic experience: I came into the store to be seen by a man named Liam. He sent me to his colleague with no wait to instantly book my family holiday, no hassle. I was sat with a lovely lady called Megan she was absolutely amazing, she found the best deal for me and my children. She was very knowledgeable about the different resorts we looked at. Liam then came back over and we had a 15-20 minute chat about the resort and the area I'll be staying in. Liam and Megan both have high knowledge of the industry and I think Liam is well travelled and has excellent customer service skills! 100% recommend speaking to these in this store to book your holidays!

Fantastic experience: I booked all of my holidays with Faye at the merryhill store , she arranged a multi centre to Maldives and Thailand , Faye took care of everything for us from start to finish and it was the best holiday ever and I will continue to book with Faye and would reccomend to friends and family. Fantastic experience: I have booked a few holidays with Faye at the Merry Hill branch and will now always ask for Faye. Faye is fantastic at what she does, also has all the information on the resorts and always willing to help and search numerous destinations to find us the perfect holiday. Fantastic experience: Called up TUI for some assistance with choosing a holiday for me and my partner and was greeted by the lovely Jodie. We didn’t really know where in Greece we wanted to go but within minutes Jodie had explained all the good features about different areas and we had narrowed it down to 1 area. Then the first hotel we were told to look at we were sold on and booked it right away. All in all from calling up to having the holiday booked was a really quick 20 minute process and that’s all thanks to Jodie :)

Fantastic experience: Cannot compliment Hollie enough. The girl is patient knowledgeable and polite. Hollie has been booking our holidays for about 6-7 years. Our most recent trip was initially for crete, but after some indifferent news from the hotel about what amenities were going to be available while we were planned to be there. We ended up amending the holiday, heading to rhodes instead. N what a holiday. She couldnt of described the venue any better, got back last week n I can hand on heart say it was the best family holiday I've had. Hollie is always thorough and helpful, accommodating and understanding. She exceeds the reputation of her vocation. Can't wait to book our next trip with her! A side note, it's not just Hollie, all the girls I've dealt with at the store are polite pleasant and well presented. Can't recommend merry hill tui enough

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Faye at TUI merry hill enough ! I was stressed out trying to find somewhere to accommodate 26 people for my hen do, within a few minutes she found me the prefect hotel and got straight onto booking it. Even added extra people onto the booking a day later which also stressed me out but Faye took all the stress off my hands and sorted everything out for me while I sat with a drink I’ll definitely come to Faye for any future holiday bookings.

Jack has booked Lapland for me in December for me and my little boy . Jacks customer service was 10 out 10. Fantastic experience: I cannot thank this store enough for helping me, I had an issue with an online currency order I had placed and it was not delivered to my home. I rang the main tui number and was diverted to other stores who could not help me or tried to and did not get back to me. I rang the merryhill store and they were on top of it straightaway and told me what the issue was. Special thanks to Natasha who has been amazing at solving the problem with my order and for keeping me updated. Thanks so much for your help!

Fantastic experience: We are so grateful we were served by Nicole a couple of months ago to book our holiday for October. We were undecided where to go but Nicole’s active listening of what we wanted from the holiday and her expertise knowledge we were able to happily book Cape Verde. When we were thinking of a holiday for 2025, we knew we wanted to have Nicole’s guidance for such a big trip. Nicole had completed research on Sri Lanka before our appointment and again we felt so confident in her knowledge and expertise. Fantastic experience: We return to TUI Merry Hill year after year and always find the staff so helpful and knowledgeable about different destinations. This week we’ve visited again and were assisted by Meagan. We were booking two holidays for this year, the first being our usual annual destination and the second being a location we’ve never been to before, but will be going with friends who have already booked. We showed Meagan a map of the area where our friends are staying in their respective hotels and we went through the hotel options in the vicinity. Meagan was knowledgable about the area and was able to quickly work out the distances between each of our hotels, enabling us to select a good hotel only 5 mins walk away from our friends. Meagan was lovely, professional & polite. Thank you ☺️
