With having numerous amounts of trouble with Tui head office customer service on actions that was meant to be completed to open up my booking, I was finally put through to Tracy which rectified my booking issue and made everything a walk in the park again. Fantastic experience: TUI you’ve done it again! The ladies in the Great Yarmouth branch are amazing! Twice we have booked with them now & wow they do not disappoint! Tracey & Louise are fantastic! Tracey booked us a relaxing beautiful holiday in Fuengirola back in Feb 2023. She was so knowledgeable & efficient! The holiday was amazing, our hotel - the hotel Yaramar was pure luxury! Great value for money, the food was stunning, and restaurant so clean! our room was the clean & huge! We got upgraded to a top floor room on arrival. Our balcony view was spectacular! Right on the beach, it was like paradise. Just behind us was the old town, surrounding us was bars & restaurants. A train station near which we used a lot to go to Malaga. A bus station near which we went to Marbella & walked the golden mile & saw all the yachts & designer shops. We even went to Fuengirola zoo!! Fantastic location! The hotel staff were friendly & so helpful! The front desk manager is great with his customer service skills! The evening entertainment was superb! Very classy feel. You wouldn’t want to go out anywhere else in the evening, it’s too nice in the showbar! Tracey also booked us an excursion to Gibraltar! Which was amazing! We had many photos with the monkies!! Tracey sorted everything including car parking, transfers & flights were so easy. Tracey thank you! You really did book us a holiday we’ll remember! Fast forward to Nov 2025 Louise booked us a fantastic sunny getaway in Benidorm! And it was just what we needed! Sun, sea, beach, nightlife, the culture of the old town, an extremely fun destination. Our hotel - the Rosamar was fantastic value for money, there were a few issues but nothing that ruined our holiday. We arrived at the hotel at 10:30am & couldn’t get into our room till 4pm. It was clear we could leave our bags so we took them with us around Benidorm. We finally got early access at 3pm, the room was not clean, dirty footprint on wall & period blood on toilet & floor. But a quick talk with reception & it was all sorted. Our room was lovely! The views were spectacular! Surrounded by skyscrapers, poolside & sea view! Very noisey but we loved it! We were right in the heart of Benidorm, on top of the strip which was fabulous! Lots of tribute acts every night. Hotel staff were friendly & helpful. Clean rooms everyday, great food for what you pay! Clean hotel! A stone throw from the beach & the old town which is a must to visit! Transfers & flights were the easiest we had experienced. We felt extremely looked after, we would return to Benidorm again! Thank you Louise! & thank you TUI we will be returning to your branch shortly!

Claire also helped with getting a discount code of my blue light card. 10/10 for friendly, professional and informative attitude. Will be using this branch again and easier to get to than Norwich

Fantastic experience: Sarah at the Great Yarmouth store was very responsive following my initial contact via Facebook messenger, spending lots of time liaising with her supplier to get us the tailored holiday we were looking for. She was very professional and helpful. She was able to price match which made a huge difference too!

Fantastic experience: Not visited a high street travel agent for 20 years but after the service I received at TUI Great Yarmouth it’s unlikely I will buy online again. The holiday booking was processed in an extremely friendly and efficient manner but much more importantly a challenging post booking issue was handled and resolved with extreme compassion and professionalism in store by Louise supported by Claire. There is no question that if I had dealt with this issue on line there would not have been the same satisfactory resolution and my confidence in TUI would have been diminished. As it turned out TUI will continue to be my holiday company of choice and will be unreservedly recommended by myself and my family.

Positive experience: I failed to book using Tui app as things crashed mid payment.Louise in Great Yarmouth found out was Ryan Air end, sadly then but then misheard my email address. Without her help I'd have given up and booked with another company.

Negative experience: Poor customer service. Wasn't interested or helpful helping in finding me a holiday The travel advisor kept interrupting by taking telephone calls. Ended up sorting a holiday online instead. So much for going into travel agents, they are only interested if you want to spend lots of money.

Fantastic experience: We saw a post on the Facebook page and went into store to check prices, unfortunately the offer wasn’t available anymore but Sarah took her time to search for something even better that suited our family so much more. Fantastic experience: First time using the yarmouth branch, we went in to book a holiday and discovered it was not going to work for us which was disappointing, but Tracey came up with a few holidays that we didn't even consider and one was a destination from which tracey had been to. We went away to think about the options and went back in to the branch to book the one Tracey recommended. There was no pushy sales and the booking was done quick and easy. People like me need a tui branch and not online. If I'd booked online the holiday would of been a disaster

Negative experience: We have had incredible holidays with TUI and made some amazing memories and we have spent a fortune in branch within the last 3 years without any issues. The staff in store are usually amazing and very knowledgeable. However, we had a slight blip when a few things were not as explained/sold on a December break to Lapland and the handling of the complaint has been appalling. After having provided video evidence of TUI misinforming us of the criteria, I was told it was being looked into and have been ghosted for months since. It is very disappointing given the amazing experiences we have had in the past and the fact that a simple "we're sorry, we messed up", would have been suffice. However, the customer service or lack there of has escalated the issue and dissatisfaction immensely.

Fantastic experience: We would like to give a big thank you to Teresa and the team at Great Yarmouth I recently had a fall and injured my leg and found myself unable to stand or walk and in danger of losing our holiday at the end of June After supplying a letter from my GP Teresa pulled out all the stops so we could change our holiday to next year, we are very grateful that we could do this so thank you once again to all at Yarmouth we highly recommend you Steve

Fantastic experience: Cannot speak highly enough of the service we have received in the Tui Great Yarmouth store, we have been in twice in the last two weeks and the ladies are lovely, warm, friendly and helpful. Without too much detail, our dream holiday has been booked for ages, had an email last night informing us off major building works etc right next to our hotel, woke up at 4am and couldn't sleep through worry about it ( Anxiety Problem ), was outside the shop at opening time in a bit of a state through lack of sleep etc, Claire ( manageress ) immediately put me at ease and within no time at all, had sorted our issue out, found us another gorgeous looking hotel and i could breath again. Bless your hearts to Claire and all of your staff, thank you so very much. A very, very happy customer, who will now only get any future trips through your Branch.

Fantastic experience: We've booked Lapland, Disney (3 times) and many other family holidays with Tui and the service from Gemma, and the team, is first class. She takes time to understand our criteria, budget and needs and gives amazing advice and recommendations. Awesome!

Negative experience: Sorry but Tui are not fit for purpose & should stop trading after the experiences I have encountered for the past 5 months

Negative experience: Very disappointed in TUI who told me I would only lose the wedding deposit of £250 if I transferred my booking onto a normal holiday plus £50 per person admin fee. When I went to change this they also wanted to add £250 onto the new holiday booking meaning I would have lost £500 plus the admin fee. I should have been told this from the very beginning but was not. I spoke to multiple people and all confirmed it would only be £250 plus £50 per person admin fee. I was given multiple excuses as to why this was being added on but it doesn’t matter how they wanted to explain it I should have been told this from the very beginning and not lied to. The reason for cancelling my wedding booking with TUI in the first place was due to terrible organisation and customer service. It started with emailing my wedding coordinator with questions and only ever getting an answer for 1 thing. Then I had a call from TUI in Great Yarmouth saying they did not have my wedding contract when this was returned to them 1 week after booking the wedding so they lost it and then suddenly they had found it. I felt like I was going to get to Cyprus and something else was going to go wrong from their part and we would not be able to get married. I paid £250 in wedding deposit and £400 in holiday deposit, they told me I would lose the £250 for the wedding deposit, that I could carry the £400 over to a new holiday and pay £50 per person for admin fee to change the holiday. But, due to them not telling me about the extra £250 they just add on top of the new holiday I would have only of been able to transfer £50 of what I have already paid. Due to the terrible service and complete lies, I decided I would rather lose that extra £50 and go with a company that was not going to lie through their teeth and are more organised. My trust in TUI has completely gone and I would highly recommend people to not book with them, in particular a wedding. This wedding and holiday was booked through the TUI shop in Great Yarmouth and the incorrect information was given by multiple people from the TUI shop in Great Yarmouth and this is also where they lost my wedding contract. The staff in there were also getting the incorrect information from the TUI call centre.

Fantastic experience: Tracy helped us book our holiday, which was a bit complicated as it was for a family party with various requirements. She was friendly and professional and had actually been to the resort we were planning to visit. With her knowledge of the booking systems she was able to get us a good deal with the type of accommodation we wanted. I have previously booked on line but I recommend taking the time to visit the agency, the personal touch is so nice! Thank you Tracy!

She couldn't amend the holiday her self due to me booking it online however she phone through and after me passing security check she took control of the phone call, listening to my, wants and needs and making sure everything was all as I would like it to be! Fantastic experience: Visited the branch on Tuesday morning to get some information about a Marella cruise. Gemma was incredibly friendly and helpful and narrowed it down to 2 options. After going away to think about the options, we returned later in the day. Gemma cut short her lunch to make sure we could get booked up as it was the last suitable room available and we didn't want to miss it. The staff were very knowledgeable and not pushy at all.

Fantastic experience: Whilst visiting our local branch Clare's professionalism shone through instantly. Nothing was too much trouble and she dealt with all our questions immediately. We therefore booked our holiday there and then when normally we would have gone away and thought things through. I would highly recommend this branch of TUI. Fantastic experience: I know that most if not all holidays are found online, and it's to easy just to book and pay for it all once you have found it. Now if you just take a note of what holiday your want and go visit TUI Holiday Store I think your find they nearly always better the price which you get on line. For me its a no brainer you have face to face contact and if things need changing, or there is a problem you have a real person to contact . You won't get that service online. The staff in the Great Yarmouth branch couldn't help you more, and I do and would recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Huge thank you to Gemma who went out of her way to help me sort out a holiday for our group of three families with kids. Never an easy task being the one to do the research and find the options for everyone else to agree on but Gemma was super helpful with this for me. Some great suggestions of destinations and resorts based on past holidays we've had and her own experience. Took us a couple of days to get everyone in a place we could book, Gemma was very patient and accommodating and got the holiday booked for us and made sure we picked up the discounts available to us. I didn't book in person at the store, but instead over the phone which worked great for me, and much better chatting to a local store than the central web/phone team. Fantastic experience: Visited the store on news years eve, only 2 staff members working and people waiting before us, but the staff couldn't be more helpful. Clare was brilliant and helped us to get our wedding booked in Cyprus and both staff members even stayed past closing time to ensure our booking was finalised, which bearing in mind was news year's eve, meant they went above and beyond for us. Louise has been a dream booking my honeymoon earlier on this year and also my first family holiday for next year. All staff are so friendly when you go into the shop and always help to the best of thier ability.

But I would like to say that Tracy, Sarah, Clare and Louise are all fantastic ladies, absolute 110% customer service from the moment we walked in the door. I did book the original holiday on the internet but our group booking flight was cancelled but never fear the ladies in the shop did everything to put it right. Negative experience: Be nice if they could open on time 9am opening 9.15 still not open 8 phone calls yesterday to get an answer not good service

Negative experience: Friendly enough staff, but when I called on Saturday 6th August to say I wanted to change £300 to Euros they said the rate was 1.16 and that they would match if I found a better deal elsewhere, so I go into store today and what a load of bull they told me as they offered me exchange rate of 1.08 then I said but what about what was said on the phone, they said best rates are for over £500, so they increased it to 1.11 which they said was the current rate if you are changing £500, this is robbery and really bad, I just couldnt go elsewhere as I had literally come out in my 30 min lunch break. I am not happy with TUI for lying to me.

Negative experience: If they are taking your money for a holiday they are the nicest and most helpful people, but if you have a problem, you get bounced to an overseas call centre who half the time. don't understand what your trying to say, or they come out will all kinds of excuses Reading off cue cards. The after care is none existent and they don't give a sh** just to mention this review is regarding tui and NOT the Yarmouth store.

Negative experience: Last year I booked a holiday with Tui. We have now found out that we can't make the holiday. Tui have been no help at all. I went into my local Great Yarmouth store. They told me I am able to sell my holiday charging £50 a person to change the name. I then sold my holiday to someone then to find out you can't change the lead passenger. Or both passengers at the same time as it would be a cancellation. So Tui gave me false hope. They also wanted me to pay the full amount of the holiday again to re change the date, for a holiday that is in a months time. They gave me no help at all. If you are wanting to book a holiday with Tui make sure you will be able to go, because the will not offer you any help. They want your money and that is it. Will never be booking with you again.
