Negative experience: Bad experience. I should have read these reviews. They had cancelled the booking without informing me. Had I not contacted them I would have never known. When called they tried bumping up the price. "Payment not taken means it's cancelled" was their argument! I have to check with my bank-so they advise.
Negative experience: Weirdest online transaction I've ever had. So booked a flight ticket with them after recieving the lowest quote online. Made payment via online with a debit card. Contacted them to confirm a few details and was told they'll call me back, but never happened. I've then received an email stating my transaction was deemed to be suspicious and to send a copy of my bank card & proof of identification. In the end I asked for my money back, as I didn't feel comfortable with this process and needed to fly next week, even though I completed verification with my banking app. Money was returned within 48hrs - But weirdly the lady stated it could take upto 10 to 12 business weeks for refund to show in your account. All very strange - But I'll definitely won't be using them in the future again.

Negative experience: Please please BE AWARE! These are fraudster and scammers. A lot of my family members deceived by them. They don’t issue your tickets on time then they ask more money because they know you are trapped. Disaster please don’t fall in to it. The guy I spoke to is travies but it’s all fake names

Negative experience: Scamming scum, originally paid 4.3K for 5 tickets to Dubai, gave us only 3 then had to pay an additional 900 so my kid could be with the rest of his family then sent me on a separate flight away from my family where I had to go to london instead of directly to dubai DON'T recommend this service at all, most of their reviews are botted. I doubt the agents are even in the UK

Negative experience: A terrible agency. I booked a flight and they sent a printed copy of my ticket. It was Etihad, a few days later they said the flight had been cancelled. I checked Etihad's website only to find a return flight but not onward ticket. I asked them to show me the onward flight, they couldn't. I asked how Etihad expected me to reach my destination coz there is a return ticket. I went to ABTA, the agents told me to ADD £2500 on top of what I paid to get an onward ticket. I gave all this information to my bank who agreed that I have a valid reason . ABTA is just a useless body, defending their scamming members. The case has not been resolved yet. Do not book with this agency. It'd actually better to go to the airline's website instead of these agencies who are now devising Wats if scamming potential passengers. They keep English names in their communication and they are Indians or Bangladeshis. Do not use these scammers.
Negative experience: Most disgusting and rude service. £72 extra charge at checkout. How on Earth can you justify that? When I asked to refund. They wanted £100 per adult after on ten minutes of booking.

Negative experience: terrible company to buy tickets from, listen to all the other one star reviews. booked flights to japan and my return flight was cancelled within 48 hours of me returning which meant i was due compensation but had to do it through the ticket provider (PHTravel). i sent emails and texts that were read but ignored so i decided to call. everytime i called (spoke to Jitty and another guy), i was told the only person available to deal with this was Richard and he was always busy... just don't give these scammers your money
Negative experience: Bait and switch scam on flights - don't buy I booked a flight on the 18th June. Two days later they call to say the flight is cancelled and I can either have flights on other days or pay £600 MORE for the flight I originally booked. They even tried sending me to other airports - all for flights 4 months away. Classic bait and switch scam technique. When I asked for my money back, they don't call again. Might get the money back. Negative experience: I recently booked a flight through PH Travel via Skyscanner, and my experience was far from satisfactory. Within an hour of booking, I realised I needed to make an amendment due to work commitments. When I contacted customer service, I was told by Austin that there would be a charge for the change. I expected a fee, but what I didn't anticipate was the exorbitant £125 I was asked to pay, instead of the £75 stated in their terms and conditions. I had no choice but to agree, as I needed to change my ticket for work, but it felt unreasonable and left a bitter taste. It's concerning when companies arbitrarily set their own fees, seemingly without any clear rationale. If you're booking through Skyscanner, I suggest you double-check with PH Travel about any potential fees before committing. This experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope PH Travel can improve their transparency and customer service in the future.
Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting and horrific experience. They have booked my flight via Get A Flight and they have not made reservations with the airline and instead have charged me. and I’m getting emails mentioning that my reservation time has changed. My WhatsApp conversation with their executive is so derogatory and their sensitivity towards the consumer is beyond horrific and they are asking me to pay another £150. I checked with the airline and there’s no reservation made and I fact the payments not been processed so they have cancelled the flight altogether. It’s such a shameful act to be playing and indulging in fraudulent activities. I will share proof of all my communication shortly if you don’t reach out to me asap and offer my refund in full
Negative experience: Scammers! I would avoid dealing with this company at all costs (Get a flight). I enquired about a change of flight and they tried charging me a ridiculous fee. When I phoned back recuntantly, they upped the fee by more than double the original price because they knew I was desperate for a different flight.
Negative experience: I bought Virgin flight ticket from this company through the Skyscanner. For some how it failed and this company call me immediately. The price is £150 more than Virgin price and a stuff cheat me to charge luggage fee twice for each way. Very unhappy about their dishonest.
Negative experience: I had to cancel my flight - PH travel attempted to mislead me firstly by implying I wasn't entitled to a refund of Air Passenger Duty, and then by trying to deduct fees (not mentioned in their T&C) of £225 to do so.

Negative experience: If I could zero minus I’d do. This company is not in the U.K. it’s in India and they are bunch of scammers trying to scam people. I paid extra for extra luggage but when I arrived at the airport, I was informed that the extra luggage has not been added and the airline did not allow me to take extra luggage which costed me £100ds of pounds to ship the items

Negative experience: Long haul flight was cancelled and I wasn’t notified by booking agency (Get A Flight) or airline. No compensation or refund either.
Negative experience: Bought a ticket via 'get a flight' agency on Sky scanner, and received my confirmation instantly. Then I phoned the agency to ask about something and the agent named Oscar reported to me that 'Our finance team has identified this transaction as potentially high-risk' and later I got an email from PH Travel Ltd Oscar @phtravelltd.co.uk, asking for a copy of my ID and a copy of my bank card (specifying that i should hide the 3 security digits) within 24hr or my tickets will be cancelled by them. Have called my bank Halifax and they said this request is not the typical way of validating a purchase. When I called the agency later and spoke with another agent, another agent did not see any financial risks on my purchase and told me that my e-tickets should be with me in 24hrs. Those tickets never arrived, i spoke to the same agent Oscar the next day, and he cancelled the flight. This my first time experiencing something like this. Due to one person seeing a 'financial risk' record on my booking and another agent not seeing, and due to the official confirmation stating my booking was complete and the agent telling me the opposite, and due to the whole inconvenience about asking for a copy of my bank card' I am giving the agency 1. I am now waiting for the money to come back into my account. Update: got the money back into my account in 2 days.
Negative experience: As a few have said, they take the booking then call up asking for more money as the fair is not guaranteed. Check with the airlines and, I imagine, they will have your flight registered. In my case it was London to New York, out with KLM back with virgin. Ph travel - aka Viamo - called asking for more, I told them to eff off as I had it all in writing, they said they’d call back, and never did. To recap, despite all this, my flights are both registered with the airlines.
Negative experience: Avoid it! They cancelled my ticket on 23rd April 18:39 (GMT+8) without any notification and no refund at all (It's 12 May today)! Now I only found out that my ticket has been cancelled when I want to reschedule the ticket and fly! How ridiculous it is! They secretly hijacked my ticket and get the refund into their own pocket without letting me know.

Paid £500 for a tickets to Dubai, checked with company my tickets wasn’t valid refused to give me a refund and are offering me £40 for a refund. How this company is still operating I don’t know. Negative experience: Booked a flight through Get A Flight (PH Travel) and I did not receive email confirmation or an E-Ticket. I contacted the company and was assured the E-Ticket would be sent within 24 hrs. A few hours later, I received an email from the company confirming the fare I received was no longer available and that I would have to pay a lot more for the flight. I would stay clear of this company.
Negative experience: Very disappointed with the company couldn't assist in times of emergency, our flights kept on changing and we where forced to find our way to the airport in the middle of a cyclone and told if we can't get there on time we will miss our flight and lose our money . Negative experience: This is the least responsible ticket agency I have ever worked with. I am trying to get a refund for a ticket that has been changed by the airline for two years and they are not taking any effective measures to address this issue. Nancy Young, their agent, hang up on me when I was asking for an answer after two years. Stay away from this agency.

Negative experience: Avoid!!! I tried to book online and booking was declined and no payment was taken at this point. I called them to understand why was declined and mentioned the fare was no more available. The new fare was £20 more which I was happy to pay to proceed. Nancy dealt with my booking in very professional manner and took the payment and all confirmed and was mentioned they will email my itinerary within 24 hrs. Past 24 hrs and no itinerary and I contacted them and Maggie told me they cancelled my booking which I paid as the fare was no more available. I was confused! No one contacted me to tell me my paid booking was cancelled. I had no email and said refund will be made. Now I need to book another flight while still waiting for refund. The new flight increased by £400.
Negative experience: There was a spelling mistake on my name and I have been trying to resolve this from the day I received the e-ticket. I have been calling them everyday to get resolution but no one is willing to help. I asked to speak to the manager and they are always unavailable. i strongly believe that this agency are scammers!

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible..Bought a return from LHR-BKK and was unsure of my return date so was assured the date would be changeable at minimal cost. When I wanted to fly back 11 days earlier than the proposed date this bunch of cowboys tried charging me £296 so I went direct to the airline who charged £45.. I would never use these again as they are patently ripping customers off.. I have emailed them and am currently speaking with the ombudsman.. Not a happy customer.. AVOID AVOID AVOID..

Negative experience: Increasing the price after getting declined numerous times is not a good customer service whether this is through the phone or website. I was trying to book a flight for a good 3hours just to be charged extra £400 for the same flight and less than the baggage expectancy I was booking. Same happened with my mum when she was booking a flight last week, they increased the flight for £500. This is not what you do to customer that expect to pay what you promote in the website. It should be fair and similar what you sell via website or through call. Its ridiculous and misleading.

Negative experience: Absolute scam, never booked my flight but took my money. Sent confirmation that the booking was confirmed but never received my tickets. Called them and they claim the payment was "unsecure" and I had to find flights and bank transfer the funds. This was never put in writing. I escalated this and no manager available but I got an email address. I emailed and received a response stating they didn't have my money but the previous agent advised I could only get refunded after sending a bank transfer. They lie, they scam and they offer no alternative. They've ruined our family's first trip together and my first trip for 5 years. Avoid, avoid and avoid again. They will have to refund me and I'll stay on it until they do.
Fantastic experience: Our transaction turned out to be complicated and long because of problems with our bank. Maggi couldn’t have been more patient, friendly and helpful throughout. Negative experience: Probably the worst company I have ever used. Was told different information from several advisors, why I was told I could cancel and then why i couldn't, and the price of which I was paying. Requested the phone call recording and they refused, even when advised I have a right to the call, after speaking to the ombudsman. The advisor simply said, I don't have to do that. Eventually obtained a voucher for the ticket, to then be advised that the voucher will not be for the amount which I paid for the original tickets. I would NEVER use this company again.

I booked flights over 6 months ago and the airline cancelled due to Ukraine which I totally understand. Asked for a refund and told it will take 12 weeks! This is a long time but fair enough. 6 months on still no refund, each time I email they fob you off saying they haven't had your previous email but when you send them a copy of the previous email they ignore you. Total Rip Off merchants! They also sent me an email by mistake which should have gone to other people who were also claiming monies so breached GDPR with them also.

Negative experience: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They have taken over 600 pounds for a flight I purchased for my father yet have not provided me with a flight ticket. When I ask why, they say there is a security issue and they require me to send a bank transfer instead. Yet the bank transfer quote is 150 pounds more than I paid so I refuse. They are absolute scammers and I have reported them to my bank and will be escalating to the relevant authorities

Fantastic experience: Due to airline schedule changes there was much frustration around tickets and timings. This is a very important trip for me. Thankfully Austin was able to clarify details and live emailed during the call so that I wasn't waiting days for information he went from zero to hero very quickly. Fingers crossed all is now sorted and I can relax and look forward to my trip.

Negative experience: False positive reviews. Probably friends and friends of friends. Get a flight and PHtravel LLC are the same agents. Booking a flight is ok but if you need to get a refund due to Covid or other reasons, you won't get it. They will give you all sort of lies and different reasons not to give you a refund, but when you call the airlines, the travel agency never asked for the refund in the first place. They will make you tired and that's their trick. They also pays airlines using cash and information that you paid with your visa card is not available to the airlines. Negative experience: Ph travel took my money £676.67 and issue a fake ticket on some other name. I asked return my money they said they received online booking and paid money to Emirates airline. I never requested them to book tickets for me. When i asked them to return money they ask me to go bank and clam it they will return. Mr Samul issue ticken and he is saying i request online ticket booking and i authorises payment. PH travel team knows very well its ascam, one of the team did it. Its clearly show my bank statement £676.76 went to PH travel LTD. Even Barclys Bank did investigate and found out PH Travel LTD George Lane, London who charge money to my account still PH travel team refused to return. Its a same to sucha a big company took just £676.76 from me. I would like to request everyone PLZ PLZ PLZ do not use PH Travel. They are scmmer, fraud and Theives. If they found out any of your account details they will take all money out and make fake invoice and send to your bank to prove they were making booking through online request.
Fantastic experience: Great experience Was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews, but I received my confirmation straight away and my tickets the next morning. In the afternoon I got a phone call from Maggi Grace from Getaflight to check if everything was ok. Great service and a lot cheaper than directly through the airline.
Fantastic experience: Maggi was very helpful and efficient with this part of our travel arrangements. All our flights went ahead as scheduled and we were well looked after by the cabin staff on each part of our trip to the USA.
Negative experience: Through no fault of our own, our flight schedule changed giving us an unacceptably long layover. I rang to ask about options and got the most unhelpful representative on the phone. The guy went by the name 'Nick Johnson' and spoke with a very heavy Indian accent making it almost impossible to communicate. To change to another flight would cost me £264,80 per person, even though the same flight booked via sky scanner would have cost me less than I originally paid. I asked about cancelling the flight so that I could rebook through skyscanner and I would have been charged £300 per person. What an absolute rip off! I understand schedule changes happen but to take advantage of my misfortune is absolutely unacceptable - these people should be ashamed of themselves.
Negative experience: Do NOT use this company! We booked tickets in December 2021. Cost £2,400 Had to cancel the flight due to the Omnicron Variant (plus we had two over 70's travelling in our group). Ticket was changed to an 'Open Ticket'. Now looking to change dates to August. They are asking for another £2,000!!! And they say it is due to the airline charging 'date change fees'. This is an absolute LIE! My brother, thankfully booked with another company, had his tickets changed to August and was charged only £89!!! PH Travel are charging me TWENTY TIMES MORE! This is incredibly insane! If I was to make a new booking, it would cost me the same! The money I've already paid, where is it? In their fat pockets! They claim they have paid the airline - but I do not believe it! I'm in the process of trying to get a refund or a reasonable fee to make the changes! Freddy - the worst person to speak with! And his manager even more so. Not a single iota of care for the customer! Don't know how they sleep at night - zero conscience! The level of stress and anxiety they have left me, my elderly parents and family is immensely bad. Please, please, please DO NOT USE this company - they are only after your money - and don't care for anything else - FULL ON SCAM COMPANY!!!!

They will not refund you, even on a refundable ticket when it is the airline that has cancelled flights and not you! Negative experience: Proper scammers, AVOID at all costs. They will not refund you and they are very rude on the phone. Same thing someone will call you back within an hour. All the good reviews are paid ones. The same on Trustpilot , paid reviews and the negative ones are taken down. RUN AWAY and do not book thru them.
Negative experience: Honestly, do not book with PH Travel, Get a flight or any other company under this umbrella. I have been doing some digging as I suspected all people are working under false names at this company, and they are. The positive reviews are mostly paid for. Head to trust pilot for some more reviews from people unhappy. Unresponsive. Arrogant and after my flight was changed for the 6th time I said enough was enough. I cancelled the booking, only to be told no refunds period. Erm no, Virgin Atlantic offer refunds. Also I had a name change, after getting married, again Virgin Atlantic offer one name change free, took me 4 months of pestering and going to the CEO. I am at week 11, if my refund isn’t issued next week, as Virgin Atlantic have already told me it’s been issued to PH travel I will be taking them to the small claims court. Oh also their internet security is shocking, I received a email from so called staff ( fake name) that had a virus attached to it. I have proof if anyone wants to see. I’m over 100 emails down, no holiday and no refund so far. I have dealt with some lovely companies over the years. This is not one of them. Please don’t waste your time or money. Small claims Court and ABTA are my next move.
Negative experience: Highly disappointed with the service received. A month into my booking the schedule was completely changed with 10h difference between connecting flights. After speaking to the 'manager' I was told to wait 10-12 weeks for refund to be approved. While I was trying to explain that the approval will be a month before my departure and I am unable to book another ticket without previous conformation, I was told to wait patiently as there is nothing they can do. I would not recommend dealing with them anymore. Quick to take money, but not very willing to assist after the transaction is completed. Shame
Fantastic experience: The booking experience has been great. My payment got declined in the first try and then immediately ANDY contacted me and blocked the ticket for me for more than 4 hours. Once the payment made, the ticket was shared with me in less than 24 hours. It was a hassle-free experience. Thanks to ANDY for his efforts.
Negative experience: Took my refund case to the court after several months making correspondence back and forth and their refusal to issue refund. Be aware of this agency. They seem to be scammer
Negative experience: Just do your self a favour as long as tickets are fine you get the tickets, bravo the trouble starts when something happens - for example airlines canceling your flights, then you need support ? Yeah keep dreaming they took 3weeks to reschedule cancelled flights and obviously tickets 4 days before departure were twice as expensive and they tried to charge me additional almost 100% of what I paid in the first place ! At the end I contacted airlines and sorted it my self for free saying my travel agents are a simple joke ! AVOID !
Fantastic experience: I have dealt with Rose Jones through the purchase of 2 return trip tickets to the USA. Not only were these the best priced, best value tickets, Rose has been really helpful in making sure everything worked as it should. Excellent service and will use them again. Thanks Rose.
Negative experience: If I could put ZERO STARS, I would. We have been waiting for a refund for 9months from this company. After numerous excuses and false promises they have now stopped replying to all communication. DO NOT USE! Look at Trust Pilot Reviews for a TRUE reflection of what this company is about...
Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Emirates cancelled a flight and I was able to change to a different flight at no cost unlike another agent that charged an admin fee of £30 per person for my other family members even when there was no charge from Emirates.
Fantastic experience: Due to a cancellation from the airline, we had to arrange alternative arrangements at short notice while overseas. We called PH Travel who issued our original ticket and the call was answered by Carol -- who was fantastic. She immediately understood the issue and within minutes was able to resolve the problem and issued the new tickets. It was very refreshing in this day and age to be able to call a service provider, get your call answered within a few rings, and get your issue resolved. Cheers, Carol.
Fantastic experience: I was supported by Oscar today after I received an email to call the team regarding my tickets. Oscar was truly professional. He responded promptly and kept me on the phone to identify where the change is. After some few seconds while holding on, he sent me an email to confirm the change in my travel. I agreed to the time change of my inbound flight. And he promised to ring me back once he confirmed the flight with the airline. He gave me 30mins for receipt of new e-ticket. And he delivered. I must say, for this one time I felt listened to which was refreshing and believed in using an agent next time. Thank you very much Oscar. One happy customer. Oli.

Positive experience: My query was dealt with by Sarah & was ultimately successfully completed, however I felt her communication was rather abrupt (I’m assuming English was not her first language, which I understand isn’t easy) but the wait between replies was disconcerting. Maybe a quick check in every 5mins, & some general pleasantries would be better. I felt I’d been forgotten or the line had dropped!

Negative experience: Nancy from PH Travel is a fraudster and the whole company is fraudulent. Bought return tickets off them for Canada in July2020, they asked me to pay bit more to add protection in case of cancellation so I can get money back. Couldn't use my return ticket as my daughter pcr test result was positive so I asked for cancellation. The company said refund would take time and waiting period is 2 to 3 months. They didn't get back to me, in October2020 I contact them asking for refund, for 3 tickets at first they offered me refund amount of £25 PP. I refused to take that and ask them the money I paid on top of ticket's price was for getting the refund back in case of emergency, the person said I'll get back to you. Month gone by no reply whatsoever. Then I called and spoke to Nancy and she said I can get £15 back in total for all 3 seats. That made me so upset that this company is keep on changing the refund amount, I refused to take the £15 and I was told that she will get back to airline and then call me back 2 months gone by I get an email yesterday that I can get £122 back in total for all 3 tickets for which I repeated myself again and explained to Nancy that I have had bought one ticket directly from Air canada for the same flight (the whole family wasn't planning to go to Canada initially so therefore that one ticket was bought directly from Air canada, and I had received full 100% refund on my return flight for that ticket from Air canada straight after the cancellation) I emailed Nancy back stating that I would like to request full refund back rather than just £122 and 10 minutes later I received reply back from Nancy suggesting to ignore last email I'm only getting £15 back for all 3 seats. This company is fraudulent, I have emails to prove. I want my full money back of my cancelled return ticket when I have had paid additional price to get the refund protection. Stay away from this fraudulent company please. Protect your money from this scam and fraudulent company.
Negative experience: Do no book with these people even though your life depended on it. It’s a call centre in India giving themselves English names. They sold me a ticket and after realising there’s covid restrictions in a country I’m meant to layover, I called them 3hrs before take off, they told me they’ll call me in an hour to resolve. It’s been THREE weeks, no call.
Fantastic experience: I normally booked through sky scanner and never used GET A FLIGHT before so I was very worry about the services they provided. RONALD IS AMAZING. He understood my issue. My husband ticket was showing voided and I freaked our, called and got through to Ronald. He clarified everything and sent me an email within 5’. 5

Unfortunately my flight was cancelled by Emirates so had to apply for a refund which at first was a bit frustrating. However, after speaking to Sarah at PH Travel my mind was put at rest that I would now receive my refund less a £25 admin fee. Fantastic experience: I booked with PH Travel and am happy with the help I recieved from Adam. I was worried as a connecting flight of mine had been cancelled by an airline (2days before my trip!). But Adam seriously went out of his way to get my flights rebooked at the date and time I needed them. Negative experience: I've been waiting for a considerable refund for a flight cancellation since August 2020. Book at your own risk. Update 2021: I called to check whether the office was open, so to speak about this in person. In the time span of 8 minutes, they literally weren't able to tell me whether the office was open or not. How do you not know if you're open for business or not?? Update Jun 2022: I still haven't received a refund and probably never will. Update Nov 2022: Eventually I received part of it.
Fantastic experience: After having a disaster with another travel agent who confirmed my booking and then a month later said it never took place, get a flight done everything simply and sorted it all with a follow up phone call the day after I paid to make sure everything was in order. Great service. Will use again.
