Negative experience: Never use Hays! We've booked 3 holidays via Hays, every time nothing but hassle. Go direct or book via the company selling the holiday. My 40th birthday in New York which was planned for over a year was nearly destroyed by Hays. Took weeks to sort out. As these are just a 3rd party I was telling them when flights we're being changed or cancelled before them. Totally useless. Would never use Hays again. Go direct!

Fantastic experience: Extremely helpful, nothing was to much, I had a question about Jet2, they couldn't answer and said they would get back to me. They did get back to me, with my question answered. A big thankyou to all concerned.

Negative experience: I had been dealing with your representative Michelle frank. Because I decided to make a complaint about her she then decided that she would no longer reply to my emails texts telephone calls etc, even though you owe me money for a refund on my holiday she finally told me to go to the CEO John Hayes. I have never dealt with a company you can’t even return any communications especially when it’s a complaint. I have now had to write to John Hays and customer services regarding this all very unprofessional would definitely never recommend!

Negative experience: Terrible service tickets did not get posted out as advised we had to collect them arrived and they where not ready on time, the holiday was a disaster from day one. A lack of communication, organisation, and customer care, Marie is rude and aggressive and very impolite I will never use Hays travel ever again.

Negative experience: Very disappointed. I travel frequently and have been using hays to book my airport parking for several years every couple of weeks. I don't need to book accommodation but have used exchange for money. I rang today to be told prices were just about doubling which is very disappointing. I can get a better deal elsewhere so they have lost my regular custom. out if principle I won't use them for anything else.

Negative experience: Spoke to travel agent Katie. I don't usually say that for people, but she didn't seem to have any idea of what she is doing. I would feel a lot safer to book online over a travel agent who has no idea whatsoever.

Negative experience: Spoke to travel agent Curtis about finding a suitable holiday for me and my family. He was extremely grumpy all the time and I had the impression he wasn't even experienced. Instead of checking out holidays himself, he just started a live chat with the tour operator and asked them for help. If I wanted to speak to a live chat about my holiday I would have contacted them myself and not going to store to waste my time. Poor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
