Fantastic experience: Friendly welcome from the lifestyle team. Vans spotless. Air conditioning 100%. Brilliant site. Any problems solved straight away. Couldn’t get any better.

Positive experience: Bonjour, je remercie le tour opérator pour so geste commercial l'an passé après réclamation sur différents points après notre séjour au camping La Sirène. Du coup nous retournons 2 semaines en septembre et espérons avoir la possibilité de prolonger d'une semaine

Negative experience: Très déçu de cet opérateur, réservation d'une semaine au camping la sirène, le mobil était sale et vieux. L'escalier pour la terrasse était cassé. Heureusement que nous parlons anglais car pas un mot de français pour les personnes qui nous accueil. Nous téléphone pour dire que le logement est prêt à 18h alors que nous l'occupons depuis 16h. Une personne vient deux jours avant le départ pour fixer l'heure de l'état des lieux. Je ne réserverais plus en passant par eux.

Fantastic experience: We hebben via lifestyle holidays onze vakantie geboekt naar de prachtige en levendige camping la masia in Blanes. We werden ontvangen door Jenny en haar man super aardige mensen die gelijk ons een rondleiding gaven in onze stacaravan saphirre en alles rustig uitlegde hoe alles werkte. Tijdens onze vakantie als er wat was waren ze altijd bereikbaar om iets na te kijken of op te lossen. Ook is De stacaravan van alle gemakken voorzien waardoor wij een heerlijke onbezorgde vakantie konden hebben. Echt fijne en aardige mensen van lifestyle holidays

Fantastic experience: We have booked with Lifestyle going to Camping Castell Montgri for the past 4 trips, and we wouldn't use anyone else. The booking office staff are so lovely and easy to deal with. Lifestyle has the best mobile homes and very helpful staff. They are always on hand to respond to any issues immediately. They get better every year even as they expand their homes on the site. We were looked after this year by Molly who was so efficient and so warm and professional. She is a very impressive manager. It's not an easy job they have, but they do it well under sometimes trying circumstances. Thanks to the whole Lifestyle team, with aspecial mention to Molly, Paula and Alan ( what a cleaner!). This was the best year yet!

Negative experience: Me cancelaron la reserva el mismo dia de la entrada al camping y no me han devuelto el dinero ESTAFADORES!!!! Reservar con otras compañias vacansoleil,vacanceselect,homair,kelair...

Fantastic experience: Once again a great family holiday made so much easier by Lifestyle Holidays, the booking process is simple and if you need to call you get to speak to a human which is very rare these days. We’ve stayed with Lifestyle a number of times over the years and this year we were at Castell Montgri in Catalonia in Spain. Accommodation was clean and tidy and in a great spot just up from the main entertainment complex but far enough away that it wasn’t noisy at bedtime. Thanks once more for a fantastic family holiday.

Negative experience: Avoid this company at all costs Tried saying that we didn't clean the mobile home, and wanted to keep out deposit until we started videoing and then said he'd come back in half an hour, we did nothing else because it was already spotlessly clean but tried it on untill confronted, Also tried changing us 4 times for tourist tax Never again

Negative experience: Been going to La Sirene or L'Hippocampe for 35 years. Still live going, my kids love it. We've grown from going a family to booking multiple caravans every year. This year no different to others we paid for a Emerald as we are a family of 4. We like this van as its spacious and we stay for 2 weeks. We do this by eating in alot as it can get expensive eating out. The Emerald is advertised as having an oven. It always has had one, and our family members who stayed in an Emerald had an oven I'm the sane van we've stayed in multiple times. HOWEVER this year we were given our key, I straight away noticed that the van was different, smaller but looked more modern, as we entered we realised the living area was much smaller and there was no oven!! After phoning the online reps (who were great by the way) we were informed this was a campsite Emerald, not a lifestyle Emerald, but it's OK it has a microwave (see pics for huge oven :-() I explained this isn't what they advertise and not what we've had the last 15 years!! We emailed Lifestyle straight away where we were responded to with lies!! Being told all the Emeralds on site are these and they've been upgraded and the microwave us the oven as French people don't use ovens they soon had to admit that that was wrong as we found lots on site including the one our family were staying in!! They had overbooked Emeralds and had clearly used the campsite ones as back ups! But they couldn't just tell us that we had to go through emails full of lies and excuses. To be honest it's left a sour taste in our mouths as we have put more that £10k through Lifrstyle over the last 15 years!! We and our friends and family will no longer use them. They are cheap but for a reason. The Emerald our family were in, the plumbing broke under van took 3 days to sort! The bbqs on all of them were rusty and disgusting, the drawer front on the Saphire was hanging off. We heard the covid excuse a few times but their prices have increased since covid but they've put no money into keeping the vans tidy! My honest advice if you want cheap they are OK, but make sure you get what you've paid for!! We are looking into small claims as we did not get what we paid for!!

Negative experience: They canceled my reservation two hours before my arrival at the campsite without giving me any alternative or solution, I did 1000 km and I had to go home you have to be careful because I have contacted more people and they did the same at the last minute they cancel the reservations

Fantastic experience: Super vakantie gehad !!! Huisje was netjes helemaal top !! Carla en Pieter waren ons contact personen van lifestyle. De elektrische tijd was uitgevallen binnen 10 minuten hadden ze iemand die het heeft opgelost! En dit was voor ons voldoende echter voor Pieter en Carla niet na 10 maal excuses kwamen ze later met drinken en eten aan voor ons en zakjes snoep voor de kinderen! Super lief de camping ( Vilanova park Spanje ) en zwembaden waren ook helemaal top. Volgend jaar weer!!! Jos Förster

Negative experience: have recently returned from Castel Montigri campsite in costa brava spain , mobile home not very clean also a lot of ants in mobile home in beds and in wardrobes really bad. also no welcome package like before CoViD, nobody comes to welcome you to campsite , overall poor service from lifestyle ,very dissapointing. Also had sick child and campsite refused to let us leave campsite in the middle of the night for child to be brought to Dr, took 1 hour to convince security to let us leave in our car, will definitely be checking campsites policy in this reguard in the future . very bad experince even though this has not been our first visit to this campsite will not be returning

Negative experience: Due to the pandemic we were unable to attend our family holiday to Spain.They no longer offer this destination to rebook and have sent an email stating we can have a refund but then refusing again.I have attempted several times to get in contact and numerous emails but still nothing. We as a family cannot afford to lose this money. Please be careful if booking with them disgusting customer service, will not recommend.

Negative experience: I get the non refundable deposit part, however when u can't actually go on the holiday due to the travel restrictions, and they offer you a credit note until the end of September, after the school summer holidays?? But are unable to extend this to next summer??? Confused.com. Won't be dealing with them again. I really thought they were a crediable company based on previous holidays. Disappointed is an understatement!

Fantastic experience: Booked 3 times with lifestyle holidays . Twice to Brittany and once to Nr Paris and on each occasion they have been excellent. Super accommodation, best prices and fabulous customer service. Highly recommended 10/10

Negative experience: We hebben via Sunweb een stacaravan gehuurd op de camping in Spanje. Deze werd weer onder verhuurd door lifestyle. Dit was voor ons de eerst en tevens ook de laatste keer. Het team van lifestyleholidays was 24 uur niet bereikbaar. Niet telefonisch, niet per WhatsApp en niet per SMS. Uiteindelijk zijn we naar de receptie van de camping gegaan en daar zou de receptie contact opnemen met ze. Wat dus ook niet gebeurd is. Al met al werden er zo moedeloos van dat we het noodnummer van Sunweb gebeld hebben, deze same kreeg het probleem opgelost.

Fantastic experience: 3d time at Lifestyle and I love the practical no nonsens approach. Both on the website (we always use the uk main website) and especially local on El Delfin Verde. Understaffed but always approachable and again, pragmatic looking for support and sollutions. Rachel runs this place as if it was her own. The number of caravans is smaller than on lets say Castel Montgri and overseable so she just knows whats cooking with her guests. Management, you have a champion on the Delfin site, take good care of her and the rest of the crew. High season is HIGH working hours and al lot of challenges. I trust you appriciate that! Fantastic experience: We booked a lastminute at Vilanova Park and our hosts Peter and Karla are the best! Always smiling and helpfull! The mobile home was spotless when we arrived, and when we left ;). The mobile home has an oven and bbq so we didn't had to go out every night and have diner. We are defininatly coming back here in 2022 and hope to be the neighbours of Peter and Karla again! Thanks again!!

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Villanova and really enjoyed our stay. Karla and Pete were so friendly and helpful. Mobile was spotless and it very handy having a bbq and an oven as it meant we didn't have to eat out every night.

Negative experience: A fuir absolument !!!! Vous pensez faire de petites économies en passant par un tour-opérateur etranger mais ce que vous apprendrez sur place, c est qu aucun sur place ne parle pas français et ont leurs propres règles pour vous soutirez votre caution. Nous réservons 3 semaines de vacances (2 au camping la sirene à argeles avec du coup le mauvais tour-opérateur LIFESTYLE HOLIDAYS) et un autre dans les Landes. Nous précisons que nous sommes 2 adultes, 2 enfants, 1 chien. Seulement le jour du départ, nous recevons le bon d echange qui précise le tour-opérateur. 2 jours avant notre départ du camping, une personne passe pour organiser l heure de départ et nous dit que les chiens étaient en fait interdits mais ce uniquement pour leur tour-opérateur, mais non pour les autres. Nous appelons camping.com, site dur lequel nous avons réservé, qui après s etre renseigné nous disent qu il fallait regarder dans les précisions du mobilhome et se décharge complètement. Seulement lors de notre réservation, nous avions bien précisé que nous avions un animal et c etait même notre critère de recherche et selection. L opérateur en ligne nous avait bien dit que le camping acceptait bien les chiens sans soucis. Nous ne nous sommes pas méfiés plus que ça du coup. Du coup, le jour du retour, la personne fait un check up complet du mobilhome, chaque tasse, chaque assiette, sous la table, soulève même les lits et nous trouve comme non-conformité que les assiettes sont encore humides ainsi que la douche et un poil sur le canapé. Du coup, selon elle, ce n est pas suffisamment clean. HALLUCINANT !!!!! Faut il rappeler qu ils ne nous mettent pas à disposition d aspirateur mais 1 pauvre balai poisseux. Nous laissons toujours toujours toujours nos mobilhomes impeccables. J ai tout nettoyé, frotté du sol aux murs. Sans comptez qu il n y a eu aucun check Up d entrée !!! Bref, nous sommes pieds et poings liés, ils nous prennent la caution !! Pas la peine de discuter, ils ne parlent pas français !! Un scandale Si vous voulez des vacances sans stress, préférez réserver directement auprès des campings. Pas d intermédiaire. Et au moins vous n aurez pas de surprise. Surtout que les mobilhomes appartenant au camping sont vraiment beaucoup beaucoup mieux et ont la wifi contrairement à ceux de LIFESTYLE HOLIDAYS. Faites le bon choix pour vos vacances. Bel été tout de même à tous

Fantastic experience: We used Lifestyle every year since its creation. Always superb service. But for the last 2 years we have not been able to travel for our May/June holiday. So we finally and reluctantly had to ask for a refund. The full amount was refunded within a week. Great reliable company that deserves credit for looking after its clients even in these difficult times.

Fantastic experience: Voor de 4 keer lifestyle mobile home in castell montgri .Huisje waren schoon als iets niet goed was werd gauw gerepareerd. Vriendelijke personeel me vriend was door zijn enkel gegaan bij het huisje kwamen ze nog langs hoe het ging.
