Fantastic experience: Just brought ticket from bright sun , Never let me down, buying tickets from them since 2006. Now again agent in Delhi. Rohit Yadav gave me world class customer service very friendly, easy to communicate no language barriers, all conversation was in Hindi. Nice to speak someone far end

Negative experience: Do not deal with this company. I listen to Sunrise Radio Uk and they are always advertising, what they say on the advert doesn’t exist, their staff are not even aware of currently they are advertising free upgrade room upgrade and half board free of charge in Dubai. I wanted to go to either Qatar or Dubai, as I haven’t been to Qatar, I rang them and spoke to an agent, he sent me a quote, I had further questions regarding the quote, so I emailed him on 2 occasions but he never responded. I call them and spoke to Parth who claimed to be a manger, he sent me another quote, I made it very clear with him that I wanted to fly from Birmingham and he quoted me from Gatwick. I emailed him to call me and I didn’t receive a call. When I spoke to him the 1st I requested for a free half board quote in Dubai. He was never be able to quote me. I have managed to get a better deal there was difference of £200 in Abu Dhabi and efficient service from their competitor.

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever. Trying to get a refund from them for over 2 years now. Not recommended.

Fantastic experience: I applied for an Indian visa. Aman was efficient obliging and polite. He made the whole process stress free and the application went through without a hitch. I would recommend anyone looking for the same service to contact bright sun. They won't disappoint you.
