The hotels provided in both Makkah and Madina were of high standard with clean facilities. Both hotels were close to the holy mosques with barely any walk. The ziyarats arranged were clear and educating for myself and my family. The timing of our activities were perfect and on time by the team. Negative experience: One of the worst people I have dealt with ever they robbed me out of £115 pound for my nadra card renewal and then after a lengthy 4 month wait they decided to tell me they couldn't help me and that I had to get in contact with nadra office in bradord. Also refused to pay me back my £115 DO NOT USE THESE GUYS THERE A SCAM!!!!
