Fantastic experience: I booked with Last Option Travel Agency to visit East Africa with my children in March. I was very happy with how everything went, I would use this travel agency again and highly recommend.

Negative experience: Very bad go here if u wanna get scammed we were said to have gotten a 5 star hotel and instead got a smelly 3 star hotel. When I went inside the toilet it was full of tati and there was yellow stains on the mattress. I don’t know where these stains have come from but this is a bit sus. As it says in the agency’s name pls make sure this is ur last option!

Negative experience: I have experienced the worst thing off my life as soon as I decided to go to bed their were these silky milk stains they sadly reminded of my nasty little kids who put their drool everywhere on the bed this was not a majestic experience I do not recommend I was not flabbergasted as much as I should be I normally am not a Karen but this agency turned me into one and sied I will personally go into a boxing ring and fight u
