Fantastic experience: Just booked a trip to Las Vegas with Afshin and his team. The experience was fantastic, from start to finish nothing was too much trouble. They booked exactly what we wanted, got us a great deal and gave up great tips too. They also booked us extra leg room which was key for ys on a long haul flight. Thanks so much i will definately book again and reccomend you to everyone i know.

Negative experience: One of the worst companies that have no experience and knowledge for this work. They only book tickets, they don't have and provide right and necessarily information about flights, airlines and terminals. They find the worst route and charge very high. They don't answer the phone, they don't have any response, I will not use this company in any way, I will not recommend it to anyone. When your flight or reservation is canceled, the agencies will easily solve this for you with the connection they have with the airlines. My lesson and experience, find agency work in emergency situations. In my case another agency resolve my problem and they made me happy. And zagros travel response was search in google ! ی از بدترین شرکت هایی که هیچ تجربه و دانشی به این کار ندارند فقط بلیط را رزرو میکنند ، هیچ اطلاعاتي به پروازها و ایرلاین ها و ترمینال ها ندارند بدترین مسیر را پیدا میکنند و بسیار بالا شارژر میشید . تلفن را جواب نمیدن هیچ گونه پاسخگویی هم ندارند ، به هیچ عنوان از این شرکت استفاده نخواهم کرد به هیچ کس توصيه نمیکنم وقتی پروازتون یا رزروتون کنسل میشه ، آژانس ها براتون این را به راحتی حل میکنند با ارتباطی که با ایرلاین ها دارند .

Negative experience: I don’t really like to leave a negative review or comment for any companies or businesses ! Especially if they’re a new and at least they’re honest . I think Zagros Travel agency is not organised nor professional especially if you’re applying for the visas . As their commission’s fees are very high . I suggest that you check out & try some other companies before you submit your application.

Negative experience: The customer service is extremely weak and unprofessional. I really regret contacting this agency for the second time. I don't know how an employer allows such employees to work in such a place. Even the thugs on the corner treat people better.

Negative experience: I experienced a very bad service from Zagros travel , they took over £1500 and sold me couple of air tickets with a wrong itinerary on my return , I missed the flight and had to pay for my new flight back home , call the Agent and left a lot of messages about this but with no respond , no apologies nothing ? Please be very careful dealing with these guys

Fantastic experience: We booked a holiday to Moscow and St. Petersburg in June 2018. We were very happy with the information was given regarding hotel and destination. The whole process was through email. NO hidden charges or small prints. Everything was very clear. We had a lovely time and we are looking to book another holiday with Zagros Travel very soon.
