Negative experience: I am being generous by giving one Star......Booked a family Hajj package 2024 with Bukhari Travel following positive reviews from family and friends who performed with them in 2023, at that time they took around 230 Pilgrims and had a team of around 6-7 support staff, the June 2024 Hajj was around 540 plus again managed by 6-7 management staff, the staff should have also doubled....the management were very disorganised. Except from the briefing and false promises we received in Manchester when we went to pick up our ID's and visas, we were all left helpless from the time we left Manchester until our return to Manchester.....I can go on and on.....from when we landed in Jeddah sitting in the coach for nearly 4 hours before it moved, no towels provided in the hotel in Makkah, never briefed or given religious seminars about Hajj, waiting in the Hotel lobby for 5-6 hours at a time when going to Mina or the Ziarats, then remaining on the coach to Mina for nearly 12 hours....the Mina Camps were under booked and around 20 of our group members had to sleep in the corridors...after management begged them to let the ladies come into the mens camp becausethere was no space for them in any other camp.....Rodha Mubarak was another drama, management went in without our group no meeting point was arranged and around 20 of us had been waiting at around 2.30am and couldn't get in without the management and we were refused entry then had to book through the Nusuk app to offer our Salaam in Rodha Mubarak a few days later. ...many people complained tirelessly to the management who would ignore and not get back to anyone....I had friends who travelled with other groups and were full of praise for their Hajj Operators.....I wish I could say the same...

Negative experience: Hajj 2024- biggest mistake ever. The organisation was poor and the way situations were handled were shocking. One man was near death and they were not bothered to get to him. As the group was very large they could not handle everything. They gave no direction to the group or led them to what had to be done or how, everyone was left stranded at muzdalifa and many were lost for hours. Also we were promised VIP tents in mina but mattresses where jam packed next to each other where there was hardly any room to move and you could not even feel the AC. People where sleeping outside of the tents on the floor as they had less mattresses and space. The food provided was of poor quality, variety and repetitive. Hotels which were booked for Makkah and Madina were 1/2* but were promised 4*. SERIOUSLY don't waste your money with them. They make promises here but are not fulfilled there. This review was written after getting feedback of many other people who travelled with them at the same time for Hajj and who had the same views.

Fantastic experience: We booked hajj 2024, with our Pakistan passports , it was full capacity of almost 1.8 million perform hajj this year, in the summer heat of almost 47°, it was very challenging and we really enjoyed ourselves alhamdullilah the service providers of bukhari travel performed really well for the safety and comfort of all the people in our group and we all returned home safe alhamdullilah

Negative experience: Assalamu alaikum brothers and sister please for ( ALLAH ) SAKE don't buy any HAJJ package with them they will ruin your HAJJ. Please just for saving few hundred quids don't destroy once in a life time emotional journey. Please read my previous feedback about them if I can persuade only 1% I will be blessed. Everything about them in Mecca medina and in the hajj time, nothing else but disorganization. They are the most disorganized HAJJ SERVICE provider. DON'T BELIEVE ANY WORD OF THEM , THEY WILL ALWAYS USE ISLAMIC EMOTIONAL WORDS ALHAMDULILLAH INSHA'ALLAH MASHALLAH. I swear They Ruined our HAJJ last year. I pray for you please don't go with them. Please please don't trust them. JAZAKALLAH

Fantastic experience: Went with a group for Umrah during Dec '23 - great service all round. Guides are always on hand to assist. Really competitive price. Location of hotels in Makkah (10-15 mins) & Madinah (5 mins) were brilliant.

Negative experience: VERY POOR SERVICE. I booked a Ummah package for my family, these guys got the rooms wrong and I had to make calls to Makkah and Madinah many times to get it sorted as they were very poor dealing with it, however Makkah issues wasn't resolved, they agreed to make a refund for extra bed which I will have to pay at check in and they will will make a refund. its been over 3 months and I still have not received a refund. Spoken to them many times, specially Abdur Rahman and they keep telling me it will be issued or an error on their account side but not made the payment yet. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS OR HAQ TRAVELS WHICH IS THEIR SISTER COMPANY. I will send a legal notice.
