Negative experience: Worst travel agency i had to deal with. Hate to leave bad reviews but they are awful and not helpful at all once they got your money they are not willing to help you, if anything they will take more money from you. Not worth ruining your holiday for and can easily do it my self for much cheaper and better! Avoid!!

Negative experience: This is one of the worst companies we have ever had to deal with. Came through here purchasing a Wowcher mystery holiday, and it has been constant issue after issue and we have not even managed to go away yet... staff are consistently hanging up during phone calls (Kane was todays rep that did it 3 times after putting us on hold 3 times), communication is a problem in terms of understanding. We have had to make numerous calls to make changes because these companies keep making changes to the holiday including demanding more money every time we talk to them. It's embarrassing, I don't know how they run a business. Avoid like the plague, so disappointed!
Positive experience: They tried to be very helpful, and were very polite. Just remember to listen very carefully, coz if not it can be very costly. Rita, Howard and Dania did appear to try to help. However I still ended up paying over the odds.

Negative experience: AVOID Disgusting service… booked a package holiday through Wowcher, flight date was changed so we could no longer make the flight and will only refund us the flights. This was completely out of our control… we were told it was the air lines fault and not super escapes however we booked a package deal through super escapes therefore it should be super escapes job to sort the refund as the money was paid to super escapes.

Negative experience: Waiting for refund of unauthorised payment taken by Superescapes at time of booking. Waited over 4 weeks and still no refund. Management don’t talk to customers on the phone. The only contact number is customer services who are unable to give customer service. Obi, David, Franco - I have spoken with on multiple occasions and only receive the same response… ‘please wait 2-3 days and you will receive your refund’. Very disgruntled, unhappy customer.
Negative experience: do not book the wowcher mystery holiday! it is not £99 like advertised, we ended up spending upwards of £400 just to make it an enjoyable hoilday and so we didn’t have to sleep in a slum. And even once we arrived our hotel was disgusting and we didn’t feel safe at all. So we checked out and paid for a new hotel out of our own money. customer service has been awful, and nobody is willing to help, they just fob you about to other members of staff, or put you on hold. nobody has any idea what there doing. avoid at all costs
Negative experience: Fraudulent company DO NOT GIVE YOUR CARD DETAILS. Took Payment without consent, stay far AWAY. I have had an absolute nightmare with this company. Paticularly Gary, David and Keith who I dealt with. I saw an ad in the Metro newspaper and initially wanted to book a holiday with them and gave card details over the phone but was not aware another payment had gone out and so was no longer able to pay at that time. I subsequently said I would not be going ahead with the hotel booking and over an hour later they used the card details I gave them previously for flights and put a payment for the hotel booking through even though I said no and did not give them consent to take the second payment. This took me into an unarranged overdraft and all the bank fees that come with it. Absolutely fraudulent behaviour and even after several calls with customer service they have refused to give a refund even though Keith said this would be sent previously. I was then passed on to David and have had to cancel my card and alert my bank of the fraud because according to David once you have given them your card details they can use it as they please. So whatever you do do NOT give your card details to this company over the phone as they save it and use it for other things. Also, I asked for the phone call recordings to be sent to me which evidence the fact I said I do not want to go ahead with the hotel booking and they are refusing to send them. I believe they are now editing the recordings to absolve themselves of guilt. I will be contacting the financial conduct authority and also ABTA as what they have done is illegal. Stay AWAY from this company.
Negative experience: Steer clear of this company. Booked Wowcher mystery holiday and it's a sham. The voucher and prices are just a way to get you hooked, then you are basically just booking your holiday with them but they offer you all the worst hotels and flights and you still have to pay additional costs. Had nothing but problems, never got confirmations, had their sales agents ringing me to book the holiday although we'd already booked it all apparently (although never saw any confirmations) then four weeks later they called to say the original airport was a mistake and tried to book even worse flights. Feels like the company is run by a load of Indian kids who make up the rules. Staff talk over you and constantly lie and argue. We ended up getting a refund (although promised it a few times and never received) although we were told "why should I send you a refund if you're going to complain" and saying they can only refund or offer compensation at less then the value of the refund value. They said "why should they give us both" finally got the refund today so the complaints and bad reviews are being made.
Negative experience: After care support is the worst I have ever had. Please do not use this company. If something goes wrong they will not help. Stay away from them at all costs. Unfortunately we are now moving to the small claimed court to resolve this issue. Been waiting over six months for this issue to be resolved.
Negative experience: The worst travel experience I have ever had, seems like a good deal at first, ends up far from the deal advertised. I was asked if I wanted to upgrade my room, and I declined, but it was added anyway. They hounded me for the additional money, even though the caller didn't know the amount or what it was for. Eventually, I had to pay the extras, or they were going to cancel the package, with no refund. There was no upgrade when I arrived at the budget hotel. They didn't have upgrade rooms. There were no transfers, I had to hire a car. The food in the hotel was inedible, we were half board. Do yourself a favour and book with a reputable high street agent. You will save on money and stress and have a much more pleasant break.
Negative experience: This company is terrible. The only mystery about the holiday is how terrible the experience of finding and booking a holiday only to be still waiting for any confirmation of our holiday for over 3 weeks. They were quick to take and charge more than the expected £99 deal

Negative experience: I booked the holiday through wowcher. When the operator called me directly from super Escapes Travel he sold me better flights / upgrade to the hotel room. He then deducted this from my bank card however he also deducted a further £258 which was already paid via wowcher. Since 18th March I am still chasing my refund. Customer service is poor and are not helping me. They tell me will get back to me but never do. I am still struggling and still not received the refund!
Negative experience: Purchased a wowcher holiday deal, the destination was changed as not suitable for military family. The lady was initially very helpful, however then came the extra charges for "better hotel and flight times". Holiday confirmed and all was ok, but no confirmation email received. Approx 10 days later I was called to confirm the holiday, then again called because they wanted the log in details for my ryanair account as ryanair no longer accepts 3rd party bookings. I politely refused to hand over the information however was informed that if they had no access to the account, my flights couldn't be booked. I had to remove all personal information before reluctantly allowing them access. I went on to make a complaint to wowcher about the breach of GDPR but again struggled to receive any correspondence other than we are sorry this has inconvenienced you - by WhatsApp! The holiday on the superescapes website is £100 pp cheaper than I've paid for the wowcher deal and if booked separately is almost £150pp cheaper. Live and learn but definitely won't recommend, wouldn't use again and will no longer buy from wowcher. Beware and avoid!
Negative experience: SCAMMERS And CRIMINALS I’m not normally one to leave reviews or even complain at that matter however with this company I feel obligated to make sure nobody else has to endure the emotional and financial trauma this company has bestowed on me. It all started with a Wowcher mystery holiday that was a scam within itself however after paying £360 we were able to contact superscamescapes once on the phone they told me I had to pay a extra £250 for the holiday with no reason given but me and my partner was exited so we payed it then on top of that we had to be charged for baggage and transfers at a extra cost of £200 but I didn’t pay this as I was going to find my own way to the hotel to save money and only take hand luggage. After 3 days of paying this money me and my partner found out we was having a baby that we have been trying for 2 years after countless miscarriages we decided not to go on this holiday so we were close to the hospitals etc I explained this to this company and they told me there is no refund they can give me ignoring the 14 day cooling off period all consumers have to stick by but they told me I could change the date or names on booking so we decided to give the holiday to my brother. Once we have them my brothers details they told me he will have to pay an additional £430 to change the names bare in mind this is 2 nights in Italy when the weather is awful and they expect us to pay over £1000 they don’t answer emails they laugh down the phone they have caused me and my partner to split up over the financial burden and stress this company is criminal and I will be taking them to court I hope someone reads this and decides to save themselves the torture I’ve been through.
Positive experience: I was put in touch with these guys after purchasing a Wowcher £99 mystery holiday. My initial destination was not suitable for my disabled wife. The helpful lady tried searching for alternatives for about 20 minutes and eventually found somewhere suitable. I was happy untill I was slapped with several charges which made it not value for money. I have priced up the trip myself and it is extremely cheaper than doing it with this company unfortunately.

Totally ignored the guidelines and small print of wowchers advertisement and we’re very agressive and wanting more money. Fair to say that I will never be using this company again and will continue to share this poor experience until I get my money back.
Negative experience: I've been organising expensive foreign holidays since 2009. I have NEVER come across a shower like this lot. Call handler. Standard of spoken English...atrocious. customer services. Don't make me laugh. Specific instructions where I wanted to be. Ignored. Repeated instructions. Ignored. Won't even take my phone calls. Confirmation of payment emails. Forget that. No money back no alterations. You ought to have some background music on your website Let me think. Only fools and horses. Negative experience: This is the worst agency you can book holiday with.I have just lost my mum and I have sent an email for the cancellation of my holiday,they sent a shabby email to me telling me I will lose 100% of the £1,800 I have paid . There was no condolence message or any iota of compassion ans empathy in their email. Spoke to Rebecca,the worst customer service advisor that I have spoken to in my life. Do you know what it means to lose a mother? Horrible set of people. I am reporting them to Ombudsman and ATOL. Keep off from this agency,they are sham!!!
Negative experience: Paid a 100 pound deposit for a trip to dublin then read the reviews on the hotel they had booked me and asked to change it then checked there reviews and decided they were not a reputable company asked for my deposit back which I was told the airline had already been paid and I could not get my deposit back really bad company would avoid at all costs

Negative experience: They are the worst travel agents I have ever used in my life, they will sell you a five star hotel even if it's a three star hotel. Don't book with them, you have been warned.
Negative experience: Shocking excuse of a company. Requested a simple name change and they charged for rebooking the room/tour/transfers when all that should’ve been charged for was flight amendment. My dad was pressured into paying £500 extra for it or losing the holiday. I’ve only been made aware of this recently and queried the cost to be met with the most horrendous customer service and incompetence.
Negative experience: Ashamed that there is no minus(-) star in this rating because I would give it a -10.. I used this travel agency in November and I had to cancel hotel as it didn't meet the normal hotel standard and hygiene. I phoned Super Escape and explained the situation. They agreed for me to find a suitable hotel and that they are going to refund the cost of the first hotel. Well, I have been ringing them and emailing them for 2months and still didn't have that refund. Do not waste your time with these people.

Negative experience: This agency completely mis-sold us. I was travelling with my family, including all age ranges. Lied about hotel facilities and sent me fake pictures about the hotel and spa. Hotel was not 4 stars, should be 1 star, not even that. The bed was broken in our room and TV wasn’t working, neither was the AC. Agency kept falsely reassuring me. I am completely unhappy and so is my family. NEVER BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY!!!!!!!!!!!
Negative experience: Please, think twice before using this company, have just booked a week in Alanya Turkey, for wife And i (on wowcher app). Was informed of price, and was pressured in paying extra £70, £5 each per day for room with balcony and good view, all paid, couple hours later email with holiday details show that beds online could not guarantee rooms, so the extra £70 was a waste of money, phoned company and emailed customer services and still no response, after review of hotel online rooms come with balconies anyway. Mr Keith from super Escapes, don't know how you sleep at night.

Been trying to get a refund for 2 months. Do not return your calls. Tell you Vincent (fake name) will call you back. Does not happen. Look at the reviews on Facebook horrendous. Avoid this company at all costs.Broadway travel run from the same address. They did not give us the upgrade that we paid for on a previous holiday. Staff at the complex had not been paid for 3 months and were sitting outside the complex with banners. Did not know the companies were linked.

I know someone who flew with them and they were left stranded as the transfers did not turn up! However I gave them the benefit of the doubt and booked with them BUT have lost out on £900!! Negative experience: Booked and paid for an all inclusive holiday with this company and I will never ever use them again and 100% would definitely NOT recommend this company to book a holiday with!! The day before travelling we was sent an email to say we had to fill out specific forms and if we didn't do it by that evening we wouldn't be able to go on the holiday!!! I rang the company to ask why we wasn't told when booking the holiday that these forms would be a necessity and during this phone call was also told I had no hand luggage or luggage booked on with my flight!! Had to pay an additional £400 and was told they wouldn't help with the form as it was our problem, bearing in mind they only emailed us the day before our flight saying we had until the evening to complete or wouldn't be allowed to travel!!! I have been trying to obtain a cash refund for a cancelled multi package holiday booked through them due to cancelled flights and Spanish hotel closed. Still waiting since May 2020. Negative experience: DO NOT use this company. It is run by con men. They are based in india and not the UK. They need to be investigated because they are not a legitimate company. My daughter's holiday was cancelled because of corona virus and they refused point blank to give a refund. She was literally forced into booking another, more expensive, holiday. Staff are extremely rude and one of them laughed at her when she complained. On booking initially they promised, several times, the price quoted was the price of the holiday but once the deposit was paid they added on several hundred more. There is a lot more but to cut a long story short, my daughter has been completely ripped off. I cannot stress enough, do not use this company!
Negative experience: Very unprofessional and are LIARSSS I saw a holiday to Malta and I saw online that they had a deal to Malta from Manchester which costs £1084 total. But then when I called to confirm and to book the holiday they said it was £1195, it was £40 extra so we didn’t really complain about it. The agent I was talking to was called William, he asked for debit card details straight away, I asked both the agent and another agent to send us a confirmation email before paying for the holiday a lot of times but they were being very rude about it saying ‘as I said for the third time’. After the other agent was confirming the details they got our hotel wrong so therefore gave us a free upgrade of a room which we were very appreciative about. We were about to finish everything and he was reading the terms of conditions to us but at the very end of the quote said the grand total is 1335 even though the first agent said the grand total we 1195 so I was very confused and asked him a couple. He was being super rude about it and complaining how he needs to repeat himself but he said it right before the end. He said that going to Malta you need to pay extra taxes and pay some money to the governor of Malta so I called another agent from a different company to ask if it’s true that you have to pay extra to the governor of Malta but they said that you shouldn’t so I told the agent about it and he said It don’t care what other company thinks’. They used our debit card to pay for the deposit straight away without sending us a confirmation email so I called back telling them not to pay the deposit but they said that did already and he was talking over me continuously and being extremely rude.
Negative experience: Lost just over £1000 to these couldn't care less ignorant people. Horrible experience from start to finish. Really is the thing nightmares are made of. Please stay away because once they get your money they do not care at all. And from our experience we got nothing at all fromm the £1000+ they took from us. Seriously bad. You have been warned
Negative experience: They are thieves they will try every way to keep your money making it near to impossible to change holiday the way to change your holiday is by coughing up more money offering you budget accommodations for higher prices and they wont refund you so they make it that you have to book with them. Also I dealt with several different people on many occasions and all of the staff had english names but was speaking with a strong asian accent that was very strange to me which lead me to believe the dishonesty this company has to its customers. Very untrustworthy they lie about what they are limited to do to help you terrible agency I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Negative experience: I just want people not to go through what I have been with this company, please if you ever wanna have a good and relaxing time on holidays do not book this with super escapes or any suppliers working with them. this is more than a scam, they are robbers and very rude once you have processed the payment of your holidays. they all give you fake British names but they do not have British accent at all. they do not have information about their suppliers they are trying to blame but will not put you in connection with them. Scammers Alert... save your time and go somewhere else.

Call centre based in India .. will happily accept your money and when you try to ask for a cancellation or refund they will stop responding. Negative experience: Do not book any holiday with super escape because once they got your money they do not want to help you because they operate from India call centre where all employee are cowboys & they given Christian name to con you. Fantastic experience: We are currently in hurghurda... booking is 100% perfect. We had an issue with extra legroom seats, they have sorted the issues WHEN we are on holiday! Amazing. Could not fault so far! Wouldnt get that from your main stream travel agent! 100% recommend to all! If u have an issue just talk to them! Very sympathetic and sort problems very quickly! Negative experience: Not a good customer service, they just trying to take your payment and once it’s done, they wouldn’t be bothered to fulfil your request as they promise first. The hotel they will get you will be 2 star, the flight will be booked by easy jet or any other lowest air. Better you guys book by your Owen or just try another agents. Negative experience: Awful experience with Super Escapes. I would recommend you guys not to book with them as they are another company you will try to take extra money from you. I had received a voucher from them and when I tried using it they had told me i cannot use it and made me pay extra for the package. They don't want us to pay less and they want to earn commission. Very poor as they want you to book quickly with the hotels they provide isn't the same as described.

Negative experience: Found a good deal via Kayak, upon going to book a week away the website firstly offered a discount cound "super30" offering £30 off, thought great! code wouldn't work after phoning them and the guy over the phone changing his mind what this code was for twice then refused to give said discount even though the website said i could, the moment i pointed out they was breaking the law because they wasn't displaying terms and conditions for this discount which he tried to state over the phone which is what he changed his mind on twice. Then a couple hours later got a phone call saying they hadn't been able to take payment.. which isn't true because my bank sends me a app notification every single time any payment goes through the account, successful or unsuccessful, but i had no such notification..then refused to try payment over the phone and said we couldn't book anything with them for the next couple of days, now booked same holiday elsewhere.

Negative experience: DO NOT waste your time with this people, they are very unprofessional and all they want is to take your money. I've booked a hotel in Rome and due to unavailability I was offered a different hotel , the catch was that the 2nd hotel name had a similar name to another hotel. I checked it online and it all looked fine, I agreed to it because the location was where I wanted to be. Obviously the final booking was for the hotel that had a similar name to the one discussed. this hotel was very far away and not what I wanted. A big NO to this!!

Negative experience: Save yourself the stress look elsewhere. Nothing but hard work since booking the holiday. All agents speak broken English and I have spoke to alot of them. None of them want to help, they are rude and argumentative. They won't let you speak they talk over you. And you have to chase them continuously for what they promise. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. My holiday got cancelled for no fault of mine and it's been nothing but a headache trying to get a refund for the past 2 months and I'm still chasing them for it as they don't follow through with what they say they are going to do.

Negative experience: Only 1 star as can not give 0. Booked holiday they took my card detail and told me I would get a confirmation call in 10 minutes, never received call, was told I would be called following day no call, now they are saying they could not get the funds from my bank (checked with bank no record of funds being attempted to be taken) now they say holiday is no longer available at that price want another £400 Do not use this company Customer service is appalling

Negative experience: Wow where do I even start? Sounds like your phoning India, hard to understand, got 3 quotes which all came from the same person ‘Sid’ but on the email signatures ‘Benjamin, Marian etc. Felt very pressured into booking right then very persuasive and pushy. Stated that they’ve just received a cancellation so this is a great deal etc, you are our last customer, we will knock £200 off etc. Once a price was agreed I provided my card details and then was transferred to someone else and 10 minutes into the conversation the different person read back my card details including the 3 digit security code which was very odd and have never known a company to do that it was like my card details had been written down and read back. Towards the end I was told I just got a basic room with no balcony, yet the quote stated the room I thought I was receiving so falsely trapped into believing you are getting the room as per your quote when in fact I was told I had to pay extra on top. I was told I was wrong even though I was looking at the quote which I had been sent with the room type and the caller raised his voice several times to say that I have to upgrade £100 per person, bare in mind this holiday was only cheaper by £120 than other travel agents. I refused to pay anymore so he then came back and said ‘because your the last caller of the day we will honour it’ after he spoke to his manager yet again. Anyway, he then stated before he can process my card details I need to verify myself and to send a photo of my passport or driving licence which I thought was very strange! He said until I’ve done that he will put it on hold, checked my bank 5 minutes later and surprise payment taken which was over £500. Deposits are normally quite low but not with this company.. Tried to call them back and speak to Sid to clarify the issue with the room upgrade (the hotel in question only had the same suites throughout not standard rooms with no balcony as advised) so another con when this was challenged. And the guy who pushed me to buy the holiday was ‘not available’. Be very wary of this company, I felt uneasy after providing my personal details and throughout the phone calls I felt quite sick knowing I provided these con artists with my personal information . The ‘scam company’ was not professional and very argumentative once my card details had been given and wanted more money once a price was agreed. Since then i immediately cancelled my card and going through the bank for a refund. No words apart from AVOID.

Negative experience: Never again was scammed out of extra hundred pounds for room upgrade which was not given and hotel said so and to see booking company no luck there never again. Negative experience: I had one week holiday with my family in Turkey booked with this company, it was a week of hill. The hotel was not as described dirty and outdated The food in the hotel we couldn’t eat it, we paid for full board, but my children couldn’t eat there, we have to go and eat outside, when we complained to the customer service they were not helpful and so rude, We lost our flight back home because of bad communication regarding the transfer to the airport And I have to pay for four return ticket to England Apparently the holiday was a nightmare, I wouldn’t recommend super escape to anyone
Fantastic experience: I had very good experience with this company. I booked a very short notice holiday with them, that is, booked Friday 18/10/19 and the holiday was for 3 nights, flying out on 20/10/19. The customer service was excellent, biggest thanks Abby - Customer Service Agent and Sid Dixon - Flow Incharge Officer. We had a great holiday and will use your company again.

Negative experience: Do not book a holiday with this bunch, god only knows where they turned up from I have been in the travel industry for 20 years and never heard of them, my niece booked a Paris Disney 4 nights 2 rooms break, booked online and paid in full. They took the money then later she got a phone call your rooms are not available your option is to. Upgrade for a further £40 or cancel. She upgraded to a different room type only to realise it was now 4 people in 1 room. Not an upgrade at all. However after many hours on the telephone to Carol and Emma. As there is no manager to take calls we got nowhere. Now they want to charge a cancellation fee. So we are going down the credit card company to take it over. On ringing the Raddison hotel they don’t appear to have the booking at all. Of course they don’t. There is no way they should be taking money for rooms that are allegedly unavailable. Crooked and hopefully won’t be around long. Be warned.
Negative experience: They take your money say you have a deluxe room and in fact you have a bog standard room which isn't clean and when we walked in to the room on our first day the beds weren't even made. They all so told us we was flying to Spain and in fact we flew to France we then had to find your own way to Spain as we got told it would be cheaper to find our own way to the hotel then have there transfers as they would be 70 pounds pre person and a taxi would be about 10 to 20 euros but in fact because we were in France it cost us 140 euros if not mor, we have rang them 3 times now and sent in a complaint by email and all they say is they will ring us back in 24 to 48 hours time which they never do.Do Not US This Company What so Ever They LEFT Two Women On THERE OWN WITH ON HELP WHAT SO EVER
Negative experience: I have gave these 1 star as it is not possible to give none. I have had nothing but issues since booking with this company. It all started when they sold me a family holiday to Costa brava saying that there was slides entertainment and loads of other things for my children to do. I have since researched this hotel and found that all the slides etc closed on the 29th of September. I don't fly out until the 6th of october. I have also since tried to add another child on which is only 9month old to which they told me they could only do this at a cost of £100 which was charged by Ryanair. I have since rang Ryanair and added him on plus an extra bag for only £74 to add him only with out the bag would have only been £50 so they tried making an extra £50 out of us. I have been promised phone call after phone call and not received anything, which results in me having to phone them back time and time again. The customer service is so shocking I have asked to speak to a manager multiple times and they always refuse. I would strongly advise that you do not book with this company.
Positive experience: Thank you Hector, even though the outcome was not what I wanted you dealt with my query satisfactorily. One thing I want to say is that, at the time I booked, the service charge was not mentioned until the final amount was stated. This should be given at the beginning of the phone conversation. Also I was told that the Cabin Hotel can put guests in a room with no window.
Positive experience: Hector was helpful at confirming info regarding my holiday. The annoying thing was I was not told of a 100 euro security deposit that the hotel requires. I have 12 days before i travel.
Negative experience: Awful awful service! Booked what I thought was a good deal. But told if I put £100 deposit, I could secure the holiday, which I did. Price went up once I had paid and when I called to add on flights, I was told flight prices were double what I was quoted for. Tried to speak to customer services. They were no help. Ignore your calls and never call back. Worst company to deal with. It’s worth paying more and going with a reputable company. This said company will take your money and run. *** 0 stars*** all round.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience booking, then Vincent dealt with taking the remaining balance excellently. Now I await my holiday.. Holiday was really nice, hotel was across the road from the beach and our room and balcony faced the beach (excellent views). The hotel wasn't amazing, it was like a 2-3 star, especially the food. After ignoring the other guests and finding excursions, I had a great and cheap holiday! Transfers came on time to. I guess I had a lucky escape!

Positive experience: Updating my original review with this company as I felt very pressured to write this in the first place and didn't want it affecting my holiday. Booked a holiday with super escapes and found the staff polite enough. When booking the holiday initially they tried to add extra charges for things like service charges on top of the transfers. Had to be a bit forceful with them but the charges were removed. Initial members of staff came across as very forceful in how they pushed there luck with the extra charges making it sound like it was my fault I wasn't happy with the charges they hadn't told me about. My follow up phone call not very different to the initial booking. Paid the remaining balance of my holiday today with Hector and Rebecca who were very pushy about getting a review with their names specified to the point they sent me the link while on the phone asking me to do it there and then so they could see. Got phone calls after the holiday with promotional stuff and after asking to be removed from the list I was told they didn't have authorisation and basically just hung up on me. In Summary: They got the holiday sorted very well, but you need to be ok with the extra hassle that may come with using them outwith the holiday.

Negative experience: WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Tried making a booking through icelolly co.uk yesterday and ended up through to a call centre abroad. Operated under the name of with no end of problems due to these guys. In a nutshell, once we selected the booking we wanted to make we were passed through to a foreign call centre who began demanding money off us in order to make the booking. - Were passed from pillar to post, and the agents had a disgusting attitude towards us - At one point, I asked if we could have confirmation of the £500 deposit we had just paid and the agent says "I can only send you an email if you send another £200" - The agents had no real idea of what they were booking - Price of holiday kept changing and going up and down every minute. - Constantly arguing and quibbling with me over the price of everything - Unable to fully understand what they were talking about. - An absolute nightmare! - Asked one of the agents where he was based, he says "Luton in the United Kingdom" - I asked if he's every been to Luton, he said no! - Report launched with Police and Fraud squad at the bank to help us deal with this and block out payment. Will be contacting icelolly.co.uk today and leaving a review later on how they help us sort this matter out

Negative experience: Hello We are in holiday through this agency "Super Escape Travel" We arrived on 7 of August 2019 late in the night in Club Scala Nuova hotel in Turkey Kusadasi... Location recommended and guaranteed by Super Escape... We are 4 adults and 2 childrens that we pay in full for All Inclusive Holiday to stay 2 weeks... In the room we tried to have a shower after a long journey but no hot water, next day in the morning we have no hot water in the shower as We made complains on the 8 August in the morning at the reception about this issue... Excuses that we need to wait 5 or 10 minute for water to come that ofcourse we have done for more than 30 minutes... The same problem we had every day until now... The hotel and restaurant are dirty and cockroaches everywhere... Food is awful. Not fit for consumption Most of times when we come in the morning to try to eat we only manage some vegetables, milk with biscuits... We find and we have seen plenty other people complaining about the same situation and problems... We had to go out to eat every day as we were not sure where and how the food was cooked... We have taken photos and videos several times... then some of the guys when they see us they didn't like apparently... And they where talking about... We have made every day phone calls to Super Escape and we send them plenty emails with photos and videos asking them to move us or to contact their representative ar anyone who can do anything to resolve anything as soon as possible... As an Urgent matter no one has done anything Only apologizes and excuses that they're supplier they can't do anything... Many, many other than this we have to say and have happened... We will post more about this bad experience soon... Now apparently they have asked us to leave this hotel... But we have no idea where... No alternative accommodation have been arranged... We are on the STREET with no help from the reps. We have no choice but to pursue legal action Please let us know if anyone knows what and where we can go and do to sort out all of this... Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK!!!! PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK Went to book a large group trip of 11 people to Disneyland Paris. They quoted us £2380 - which we thought was fine as we were just looking for a quick book and thought it sounded good for 11 people. I then had a hunch to look at reviews as I just found them to be a bit strange on the phone, just didn’t sound like a normal travel agency on the phone. The reviews were shocking, I couldn’t believe what I was seeing, and there is no way that each 5 star review quoting a name they spoke to on the phone whilst booking was legitimate. So I decided to have a look at costs if I booked the hotel, Disney passes, Eurostar tickets separately through their direct websites, much to my amazement with a total price of £1800!!!! Yet with the Eurostar tickets, group bookings of 10+ people receive further discount if they call to book through a group !!!! So that’s £1800 without further discount. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK !!!! The man on the phone seemed helpful, yet that was because they were pocketing a nice amount of money so trying their hardest to keep us sweet!!!
Fantastic experience: Today I feel that I have had an excellent customer service and thanks to Melvin. I had few requests regarding wheelchair on the plane and disabled access room in the hotels that my disabled son and my family will be going next Monday to enjoy a holiday in Turkey. We are excited but were not sure that the requests would be met. Melvin reassured me that the requests would be sent and would let me know about the outcome within 1 hr. Melvin did call back within 1 hour and confirmed everything was resolved and even managed to get us a family of 6 to sit together. Unbelievable!!!! Many Thanks Melvin you are a STAR Ram
Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COSTS Con artists , money grabbers!! Super escapes have conned us out of an upgrade fee, of which we did not receive the goods promised. They sold us the upgrade on the basis we would get additionally, a Superior room, best room in the hotel, an extra seating area, spacious rooms . we received none of it. what we got was a standard family room backed up by our kind neighbours booking confirmation. I asked on check in day, after being extremely disappointed with the room, and not having the extra living space promised what class of room we were in and was told a Family room. Our room was the smallest on the row!! I've provided photo evidence of the difference in rooms, to no avail. most certainly not fulfilling any of the upgrade features promised. since then I've had rude arrogant staff, including DOMINIC HALL , arguing with me about our miss sold upgrade, continually talking over me with no regards to customer service or satisfaction of service. We are now pursuing our CREDIT CARD PAYMENT for full refund of the Not received upgrade. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Negative experience: Not happy at all. Put my trust in this agency nd tried to be positive. First of all they got my address etc and email wrong even though I dictated it all out to them. After booking I was told that that I will be contacted with confirmations and documents but never did so I he to contact them and found out that they had the complete wrong address with wrong name too. One other thing is they lied to me and my family which was very upsetting. I read this in another review to how they were decieved. I was told harshly that if I don't pay £30 extra each for my family we will get the smallest room with no facilities (never heard of such) and that if I pay more I will get a standard room. When I went to the hotel I found out that people had balconies with their rooms nd even bigger rooms than us even though we paid extra. Our return flight was at 8:55pm in the evening but the hotel made us check out at 12pm noon!! We paid for this day I've been to holidays before and have never experienced such! My family is very patient with dealing with problems but this was too much! Lies on top of lies and being decieved. I'm being honest please read all the reviews before booking with them it was too late because I booked and then read the reviews I tried to ignore the reviews and think positive but the reviews were totally honest about lying taking extra money not sending the documents wrong email! Please book online or through some other good agency if you wish to enjoy your holiday nd come back happy.
