Negative experience: Kargur International is a FRAUD. It deals with Western Union Money transfer. Some funds were transferred to me from abroad and I went there to collect money. But a woman on the front desk asked me to pay a fee before they can hand over the money to me. I called the western union call centre and they confirmed that there is NO fee for money collection as fee is paid by the sender. They said Kargur is committing FRAUD by asking for money. They can only charge fee for sending money but not receiving, but they were charging me for receiving too. I have reported them to Western Union Head Office, and also Trading Standards Hounslow and police Fraud. Stay away or deal with them at your own peril

Negative experience: Karan is greedy for money, as he will ask to pay the money first and will make fool out of you. I have evidence of his service, he is not even aware that Ireland doesn’t comes in schengen list. He booked me for lithuania appointment and was misleading me on his responsibility that he said ‘Aapko Ireland jaane se matlab hai na’ ( assuring me Ireland’s visa) but now after him realising that ireland is not part of schengen he is asking me to pay for his fault to cancel my lithuania tickets and reapply for ireland. I wish i would have read genuine reviews earlier. Very shameful making Indians unproud.

Negative experience: I don’t recommend going into this travel agency to book a flight. The Indian lady there kept rushing my aunt and my elderly grandma to sign the paper and make payment while she was eating tea and apple and sat on her chair. I told her if she is in rush or anything cuz she was rushing then she started to speak to another Indian lady with glasses in Hindi which I understand what they were saying (back chatting about me). I do not recommend the service from the lady at all

Negative experience: Hi All, I had booked a flight ticket with Kargur travel and while booking the ticket I had booked a fully refundable ticket. Few weeks later the flight got cancelled so we requested Karan to give us the full refund, but he mentioned that he will charger £65 admin fee which qatarairways charges and when i called qatarairways they mentioned that they dont charge any admin fee. After few days i called him again and I told him look qataraiways said that they dont charge any admin fee if the flight got cancelled, so he changed his answer and mentioned that they have to pay the person they book the ticket with. I said to em if we didnt use the service then why do we have to paid an admin fee. I am soo disappointed with him because he mentioned that if the flight got cancelled he will refund the full amount and never mentioned about £65 charge. In total he charged us £195 for 3 tickets even though it was refundable.

Negative experience: I had sent a parcel to Goa and the way things were handled was very unprofessional. The packaging was not done in front of me and when I informed them that on receipt of the parcel 4 items were missing the owner was very defiant. I was charged additional for the packaging . Their billing receipts are also not detailed. Please do not use their services.
