Fantastic experience: We have just returned from our thailand trip organised through Freeedom Destinations. It included 3 destinations with long haul, internal flights and transfers. I have to say it was amazing, everything ran so smoothly with meet and greet at airports and hotel pick ups. We stayed at two of the suggested hotels which were both perfect and opted to select our own for the final resort, which was no problem at all. If we had any queries they were answered promtly, taking any stress out of the planning and holiday. We would definately recommend Freedom Destinations and use them again.

Fantastic experience: Just returned from a fantastic trip to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Thailand, our tailor made holiday arranged by Freedom destinations. Every detail was considered; accomodation was great, they also arranged our brilliant excursions and car hire. We had to postpone our holiday due to family circumstances and they could not have been more helpful in re-arranging everything as well as providing support with travel insurance claim. They were prompt and responsive whenever we had any queries. I would not hesitate in using Freedom Destinations again.

Negative experience: Freedom Destinations are a terrible company. They are unprofessional, deceitful and untrustworthy. They claim to be destination experts and offer comprehensive free support, it isn't true. I think the true measure of any company & individuals is how they respond when an issue happens. This company wont give you the advice they promise and will ignore you when an issue happens. Don’t use them they are awful!

Fantastic experience: I had never heard of Freedom Destinations when I asked them to tailor make a trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. The agent, Delia, listened to my requests and was very patient when I made a numerous alterations to the itinerary. Delia made excellent suggestions and provided invaluable advice. The price of the trip was very competitive so after researching their reviews, we made the booking. We had a wonderful holiday and everything ran smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend Freedom Destinations and Destination Asia for an adventure in Asia.

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend Freedom Destinations enough after they organised our honeymoon for us. We have just got back from Borneo and Bali. Our holiday was tailor-made for us and they really listened to what we were after and came up with an amazing itinerary. The great thing is they have specialised experts for different parts of the world so when you are speaking to someone about a holiday idea you are speaking to someone who isn't just an experienced travel agent but also has a good knowledge of the area of the world you are interested in. From start to finish they couldn't of been more helpful and responded quickly to any queries we had. Fantastic experience: Fantastic company to deal with. Right from the start of not knowing what type of Safari to go for, I was given excellent advice and knowledge from the team. We opted for Kenya with add on trips to visiting the Sheldrick wildlife trust and the Giraffe Centre, as well as a hot air balloon ride over Maasai Mara. The trip was well organised, our driver was brilliant, so much so we saw managed to see the Big Five. Fantastic experience: I wanted to book a last minute trip to Thailand and came across Freedom Destination simply via a Google search. I got put through to Jazzmin and she was amazing putting together a package for us inclduing everything as we wanted to go to multiple places. We had the most amazing trip and didn't have to worry about anything as FD had sorted it all. Even though I gave Jazzmin a higher budget she came way under. Their service is excellent and I'll definitely be using them again. Have already recommended them to friends and family. There is so much to see in Thailand and Jazzmin managed to sort us out in three places for our 2 week holiday including Bangkok, Koh Samui and Phuket. A visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels and the War Remnants Museum was deeply moving and gave us important historical context. Staying at the Palace Gate Hotel was a treat—beautiful accommodation and outstanding service. Visits to the Killing Fields and Genocide Museum were heartbreaking but essential to understanding the country’s past. The Royal Palace was stunning. We finished our journey in Koh Samui, staying at Hotel Explorar—an incredible venue with luxurious rooms and breathtaking views. The location, staff, and food were all exceptional and truly offered royal relaxation. Unfortunately, this leg of the journey was slightly let down by the lack of a knowledgeable guide or private transfer upon arrival. It caused some anxiety after such a well-organized experience throughout the rest of the trip. Without a local guide, we missed that insider knowledge on where to go, eat, and explore, which was a shame given how much we’d learned in Vietnam and Cambodia. ⭐ Overall Impression This was a truly amazing holiday—an enriching blend of culture, history, food, relaxation, and adventure. We cannot recommend it highly enough. A special thanks to Freedom Destinations, who planned this unforgettable trip and ensured that almost every step of the way was stress-free and perfectly curated. Would we do it again? Fantastic experience: Sam in the America’s department was very helpful with advice on our itinerary for British Colombia and Alberta, Canada and the Alaska cruise. Excellent selection of hotels - Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise and Banff Springs were amazing, also the Fairmont Waterfront in Vancouver. Cannot rate The Rocky Mountaineer highly enough - food was excellent and the crew in our section J04 were knowledgeable and fun - making it a wonderful experience- Sean and Angelina being two of them. All in all a wonderful holiday and Freedom Destinations organised everything perfectly and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic experience: We asked Freedom Destinations to arrange a two week trip to North America as we were overwhelmed with options. Caroline was excellent at providing hotel and travel options and ideas for excursions as well as personalising our itinerary to allow time to catch up with friends. We had an amazing trip, everything came together perfectly, the Whale spotting trip and floatplane were brilliant, the hotels were beautiful and our Holland America cruise along the Alaskan inside passage was exactly what we hoped for, with the Have it all option and balcony suite. Caroline accommodated our request for a smaller cruise ship. With the sun shining, we had amazing views of glaciers, whales, sea otters and more. Fantastic experience: Just returned from a trip of a lifetime in Australia, organised by Abbie from Freedom Destinations. We had an amazing time travelling around Australia staying in 15 different places from cities, rainforest and beaches. Everything went smoothly and we were able to see so much because of Abbie’s knowledge about Australia. All hotels/motels were excellent, including staying in the middle of a rainforest and in a koala sanctuary. Abbie took our suggestions on board and came up with an excellent itinerary enabling us to see so much of Australia. We were also pleasantly surprised with the total cost of the holiday, given we were away for over 4 weeks. Would not hesitate to recommend this company and we hope to use them again for our next trip in 2026.

Fantastic experience: Just got back from an amazing New Orleans and then Texas holiday. Planned the trip with Caroline, I told her what I would like and she came back with a couple of options, chose New Orleans, San Antonio, Fort Worth and the icing on the cake...a cowboy ranch in Graham Texas. Every detail was accounted for we checked in a couple of times to make sure I was happy and honestly the experience was everything I could have hoped for and more. From the paddle boat and alligators to the long horns, cowboys, horses, rattlesnake and so much more. It was an amazing trip, I'm a solo traveller so safety was a priority and Caroline nailed it. Fantastic experience: We Traveled to Vietnam in February with Freedom Destinations and had the most amazing experience. Right from the start, booking the holiday and finalising details to arriving at each destination and being met by our guides. Lee was our first guide in Hanoi, lovely young guy, then we met Elvis in DaBang/Hoi An and last but not least we had “Hi -Hello in Ho Chi Minh, I think his name was harder to pronounce! Each guide was very knowledgeable of each place we visited. Our vist was full on and quite fast paced, but we enjoyed every minute of it and saw and learnt so much. We finished off with a lovely beach break in Phu Quoc to recharge our batteries. Will definitely be using Freedom Destinations again.

Fantastic experience: This was the second time we used Freedom Destinations for a long haul holiday, this time to South Africa. The package they organised started with several days to see the sights around Cape Town, followed by a small group guided tour of the Garden Route, which was spectacular. We benefitted from a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable tour guide, who showed us much more than was on the planned itinerary. The final three days were spent on the Kariega game reserve where we did 6 game drives and were looked after in a luxurious lodge. An amazing experience, all in. We did have occasion to contact Freedom Destinations while on holiday, to change hotel room in Cape Town and to change a pick up time and found them to be extremely helpful in making the required amendments. 10 out of 10 for service, and will definitely use this company again.

Fantastic experience: A visit to the USA, visiting Nashville, Memphis and New Orleans - organised by Freedom Destinations, turned out to be the trip of a lifetime! Superbly put together, well supported by Courtney and Zoe, everything ran according to plan. Highlights included a concert at the Grand Ole Opry, Nashville; visit to Graceland, Memphis and a steamboat ride in New Orleans. An awesome trip, highly recommended!

Negative experience: Having travelled extensively over the past 30 with my wife using numerous trekking/adventure travel companies we came across Freedom Destinations. After exploring our options we opted for a break in Borneo. Over the preceding months we emailed and spoke to the company on several occasions. Copies of our passports were sent on request and all paperwork was confirmed as 'in order'. Having in on line we only received a 'booking confirmation' with an added note of 'boarding passes will be issued at the airport'. When physically checking we were informed that my wife's surname had been omitted. The airline informed us the only way we could travel was to cancel my wife's ticket and reissue it at an extra cost of in excess of £2,600. The airline said Freedom Destinations would refund the original ticket cost (no doubt considerably less). With no option we wiped out our spending money and more to ensure everything was not lost. Despite numerous emails Freedom Destinations have dragged their heels to sort out this ridiculous mess. It may be the Easter Holiday period but should have been sorted on Thursday 17th April. Also they were also working on Good Friday. Urgency seems has been lost. We are currently in Borneo with no spending money and trying to arrange emergency funds to be sent to us. Duty of Care has been non existent. Our trip we have had been looking forward to for many has been absolutely ruined by Freedom Destinations admin errors.

Fantastic experience: Booked our dream holiday to Australia through Freedom, and they pretty much designed the whole thing for us, using their own knowledge and expertise coupled with the things we especially wanted to do. We were emailed details of the complete itinerary well in advance and kept informed of any/all changes, and everything went very smoothly during the month long trip notwithstanding some of the booked accommodation not being what was expected but that wasn't Freedom's fault. Would highly recommend, very friendly expert assistance.

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from an amazing holiday in South East Asia booked through Freedom Destinations. From the booking process right through to our arrival home everything was perfect. Delia was so helpful, patient and informative throughout and all the staff involved in Asia (guides, drivers, hotel staff etc) were just brilliant. The itinerary was very detailed and although we had 9 flights, lots of transfers, a cruise and a long road trip, everything was organised to perfection which meant we could just relax and enjoy our time away.

Negative experience: Appalling service. We arrived in Las Vegas to find no rooms had been booked for us. Freedom Destinations refuses to admit liability and has actively lied to my bank. Avoid at all costs. I am disgusted.

Fantastic experience: Destination Asia - Frank put together a Thailand itinerary for us which was perfect and just what we wanted. Great service and communication throughout from booking to completion. We experienced a well-planned holiday itinerary which met and exceeded our expectations ensuring a smooth and enjoyable holiday from private pick-ups, accommodations, transportation and the odd excursion, allowing for a more relaxed and fulfilling holiday. Previously we’ve come back needing a holiday to get over the travelling, but in this instance we didn’t. Locations and accommodations were just as described so no unwanted surprises! The next time we plan to go to Asia, we will definitely consider using FD again, and I would want Frank to manage our booking again ….if he’ll have us! Fantastic experience: What a fantastic company Freedom Destinations is! I emailed with my travel plans, including dates and destinations. They put an itinerary together for me and my husband, which included flights, transport from and to some airports, and hotels in Singapore, cairns and Bali. Everything worked like clockwork. The hotels were fabulous. Will definitely use them again.

Negative experience: Our trip around Victoria Falls and South Africa was well sold to us, but hotels and transport especially were far short of the quality we were promised and expected for the price paid. Our "Waterfront" hotel in Cape Town was a 35-minute dangerous walk from the actual waterfront, and shuttles only available hourly. The rooms were far too small for a 5 day stay. Virtually every other hotel on our garden route trip had room problems. Hotels with hard beds, poor showers, poor lighting, lack of space. The Safari accommodation at Kariega Lodge was filthy, and despite requests for cleaning, repairs to lighting, and shower maintenance, nothing occurred. Add to this an uncomfortable small transporter with a lack of legroom and small windows for our garden route journey, and you can understand why I cannot recommend this travel company. Much profit for them, a holiday seriously lacking for you!

Wonderful opportunities to visit the most amazing places. As a solo traveller everything was so well organised and the peace of mind that there will be a kind friendly face to meet and escorts you on tours and transfers. I cannot praise them enough for their efficiency in arranging the most wonderful holiday .

From start to finish the company were helpful and the arrangements for. travel, hotels and safari worked out perfectly. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Fantastic experience: We had the most amazing holiday in Laos, arranged by Freedom Destinations. An 8 day private tour followed by a few nights in Vientiane and then Bangkok, superb guides and drivers, airport transfers, a mid-holiday change of plan all went smoothly and the whole experience was first class. Pricing was very reasonable, we felt as though we’d had our money’s worth and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The Freedom Destinations representative listened to our needs and preferences and created a perfect itinerary for us throughout our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. The choice of hotels was excellent and we received a high quality service everywhere. We were met at every stage of our tour by drivers and tour guides who ensured that we had a hassle-free experience and we learned alot about the local culture from them . I cannot fault the holiday provision; we have wonderful memories of our trip.

Fantastic experience: I can't thank the people from Freedom Destinations enough for organising my trip to Thailand to celebrate my 60th birthday. I told them where I wanted to go and for how long and they did the rest. I chose my hotels from the list on their website and even asked to change from one hotel to another a couple of months before going. All tickets were sent in plenty of time and the arrangements and transfers at the airports were flawless. I had five flights in all during my trip!! They even changed my flight home during my holiday which I can't thank them enough for. Nothing was too much trouble. I can highly recommend them to organise any holiday and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Negative experience: We had a lovely holiday with these guys in Africa , safari was good but guide was crap, never stopped for us to take pictures, we were supposed to get two trips a day hence we're given a none eatable lunch, after this we were then taken back to our lodge so our driver could put his feet up for the afternoon, we then watched other tourists coming back to the lodge 3hrs later having seen more wildlife and actually got what they paid for. Our campsite in the serengeti was brilliant, zebra in the morning walking past the tent, on the morning after arrival however we discovered the staff had placed mine and my partners bags under a leak in the tent, everything was wet and unwearable, the only clothes we could wear was those we arrived in, no problem your in the serengeti, but dry clothes had to be put around the back of the bed, on leaving because of were we left our clothes a little hoody was left we asked for this to be returned as it had sentimental valueBUT the cost is out of this world!!!! I trusted this company BUT no longer and so shouldn't you, if things go wrong

Negative experience: I got in touch with freedom destinations over 4 weeks ago for a quote for canada. I've never heard anything from them. I messaged them. Still didn't hear anything. What a waste of a phone call and time, giving all the information. They are just not interested. They are a waste of time.

Fantastic experience: First time using freedom destinations and am 100% completely satisfied, from booking to the actual holiday everything was handled brilliantly. We chose a safari and beach holiday in Kenya (capital to coast). The whole holiday was so much more than we ever imagined, from seeing the animal in their natural habitat, to the amazing scenery (especially Mount Kilimanjaro). The hotels were stunning and authentic. The beach resort was a great way to relax and unwind after a full on week. Cannot recommend both the company and holiday highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Matt made everything so easy and simple. He made a route so we could tour the north and South Island of NZ. We changed it around as I kept changing my mind. Matt did everything for us. Booked all of our tours, hotels , flights, ferry and hired our car. All we had to do was turn up and enjoy ourselves.

Fantastic experience: Having returned from a trip of a lifetime to Australia & New Zealand booked through Freedom Destinations we would like to pass on our feedback. Freedom Destinations have been a pleasure to deal with throughout. We found them online and we will admit we were a bit concerned using a company we had not heard of but we shouldn’t have been. We discussed a rough itinerary with them making numerous changes over a period of several weeks before settling on a final itinerary. We wanted to break the long flights up with stop overs and the agent suggested we flew to Auckland via San Francisco, something we had not thought of but it turned out to be a great suggestion. They happily accommodated periods within our holiday where we stayed with family rather than them booking accommodation. They even accommodated a last-minute change to the car hire less than 2 weeks before travel. Once we had booked and paid for our flights, we received the flight booking reference straight away without asking so we could pre book our plane seats. The car hire collection (both Australia and New Zealand) and hotels check-ins (all 14 of them) went without any issues. Freedom Destination have been so helpful and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Fantastic experience: Everything we booked with Freedom was absolutely spot on and there were no problems whatsoever, which has never been the case for me with long haul travel! Such a superb honeymoon in South Africa, couldn't reccommend them highly enough. Took all the stress away whilst we planned our own wedding (and left for honeymoon only 8 hours after the party finished!)

Fantastic experience: Just returned from a superb holiday in New Zealand, all the arrangements went well. We have previously traveled independently and appreciated that we could ask Freedom Destinations to arrange the holiday essentials such as flights, ferry train connections and key hotels. They combined the 4 flights and booked under 1 airline to get us a good "Round the World" deal. We were then able to "fill in the gaps" with motels and attractions after we had decided our exact itinerary. All of the accommodation they selected was better than we had expected. Ellie was very helpful, and patiently answered our many questions.

Fantastic experience: From the moment we made an initial enquiry regarding a trip to New Zealand and Australia Freedom Destinations have been 1st Class. I asked quite a few questions, and probably got on their nerves. However, every time they came back quickly and responded in an efficient and knowledgeable manner with the answer I needed. When one of the hotels we had booked in Queenstown had roadworks outside they asked if we wished to change hotels which we did. This was done with minimum fuss and again quickly and efficiently. Freedom Destinations organised our flights, car hire, ferry (between North & South Islands) and hotels. Everything worked out perfectly and all of the paperwork I had from them was correct. We thank Freedom Destinations for a great, well organised trip and would highly recommend using them. We certainly will be. Negative experience: Avoid booking with them. We are still away on our holiday and so far most things have not been right. No replys back from emails to freedom destination regarding any of the issues raised. Just arrived at the second part of our three part trip after an awful first part to find out they haven't actually booked the trip requested but the basic package down from what we had spoken about when we called to book. We wish we had listened to the people that told us not to go with them but we are always happy to give people a chance. Now we are stuck on what is supposed to be a holiday of a lifetime which is fast turning into the worst holiday we have been on
