Fantastic experience: Very quick, good communication.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible experience with Last Night of Freedom. Communication was awful from start to finish, and the prices are way too high for what you actually get. Their “non-refundable deposit” policy is a complete rip-off, and in reality, all you’re paying them for is to make a few phone calls you could easily sort yourself. When you ask questions, you’re met with attitude, and they even refused to give us updated prices when our group numbers changed. The whole process felt unhelpful and frustrating. Will never, ever use them again – save yourself the money and organise it yourself.

Negative experience: Absolute trash, over priced for everything when you arrive you can see the price of things and it doesn’t add up, they must get a fantastic commissioning fee for doing jack all but phoning a few places. No refunds on deposits if someone backs out and had issues with communication through out the trip. Wouldn’t use them it’s easier to save a few hundred and call the places yourself, but someone else in our group Started it before I could take over.

Fantastic experience: Great company, highly recommend for bulk T-shirts. The T-shirts with the gta print were even better than I hoped. Can’t wait to wear at the weekend on the stag do! The ordering process and delivery were smooth from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: I will 1000% use LNOF again in the future! All the activities were 1st Class and the Hen had the best time for her hen party. It is cost effective and effortless from start to finish. We visited Newcastle for the weekend, did a willy workshop, line dance workshop and bottomless brunch, everything was in walking distance of our accommodation too which was an added bonus!

Fantastic experience: I just wanted a single t shirt for a gag gift (not stag related). It was easy to upload my image and place the order, which was on a Saturday, they sent my mock up on the Monday and I had the shirt by the Thursday. Nice quality shirt for a great price - and with my big fat head emblazoned across it!

Fantastic experience: I used LNOF for my daughter’s Hen Weekend. We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Newcastle (fab) and had a cocktail making event and meal at Revolution de Cuba (excellent), both arranged by the team. LNOF was a great way to organise a group, spreading the cost over several months and not having to handle any of the money or stress!

Even after raising my concerns they still fully ignored everything I said. I booked a stag do In benidorm and it was terrible. Our hotel room was broken into and we where scammed by LNOF. if I could give 0 stars I would.

Negative experience: DONT BOTHER! Over priced and worthless experience. Terrible hotel with no willingness to upgrade. The shooting activity is miles outside the city with no transfer as standard. The guided pub crawl host was over an hour late, took us to the worst bars, free shot of ribena and asked to go home after 2 bars. The visit to the beer hall was rushed and were forced to leave because of the itinerary. The dominatrix show was the unsexiest strip club anyone had ever been to. Highly transactional, forced drinks sales and the shortest non-full nude dances. Total waste of money!! Absolutely rubbish and wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Negative experience: Booked howlers bottomless bunch with these for 21 people which cost 1350. Was the worst experience ever barely any drinks a finger slice of pizzas and some people got none. Complained to this company as we got nothing for the money. I have a couple of cheap glasses of Prosecco no food for a £66 cocktail brunch. It's a joke don't book anything with this company. They reply to our complaint was you got what you paid for .....check out the giant New York slice of pizza we got

Negative experience: Dealt with a lady called Shauna who was lovely - was then handed over to someone called Phoebe who was down right passive aggressive, confrontational and quite frankly down right rude. I asked for a quote - I was given a quote - then before I was told it was actually booked I had a late addition confirm that they could now attend the hen - so I emailed AND telephone Shauna the day I found out 3rd Feb 2023, to ask that the party be increased by 1 - it’s extra revenue and custom for them so surely there wouldn’t be a problem? Wrong! I was told it was booked and deposits were outstanding - I wasn’t notified it was confirmed and booked when I asked for the extra head and that deposits were outstanding and needed to be paid or even how to make the payment - I had to search their portal myself even after telling Phoebe I didn’t know how to make the payment - she literally ignored me and offered no assistance, guidance or support - I was told I had to PROVE I had asked for an additional person before I knew it was booked by Phoebe - with Phoebe stating she wasn’t informed I needed another person adding until after it was booked and began a useless exchange of literally arguing the toss with me - which ended in summary with Phoebe stating that ONLY if I could PROVE I had asked for the extra person would she add her on - when before I paid the balance she said once this was paid she could had the additional guest on - basically calling me a liar at this point and refusing to add the extra guest without proof from me as she hadn’t received it from her colleague and therefore it didn’t exist - made no attempt to ask her colleague etc just challenged me to prove it or she wasn’t being added - risking me having to tell a hen they couldn’t attend my best friends hen do - luckily the evidence was available and I sent it straight away - then she eventually added the extra person with an uplift to every guests cost for the addition of 1 person as well as almost £300 for the 1 additional guest - luckily I’m covering it as a gift or it would have been unaffordable for most - no apology once evidence sent - literally no care or courtesy for an unnecessary approach and exchange with me after I had indeed proved I was right with evidence and that I had asked for the additional hen - just here’s the extra charges for you all - oh and it’s almost £300 for the extra person - oh and finally if you can’t afford it now you can take an activity off your package - I mean - wow! only that my best friend has dreamed of her wedding and hen to be a certain place with certain activities - especially after 3 failed battles with IVF only to then go and have 2 miracle babies naturally, leading her to have to postpone her big day 3 times due to having miracle babies and then the a pandemic happened - I want this to be exactly what she wants and they have managed to book it all for me etc - I would’ve demanded my money back and gone elsewhere! Extremely shocked, upset and disgusted by the way I was treated for trying to spend extra money with a company who genuinely couldn’t care less! For a premium service - that you use for ease, that you actually do not need - as if you had the time and patience you could arrange things yourself for much less - as they put their commission etc onto - to employ then to provide a premium luxury service to then be treated like that - it’s disgusting. Would not recommend.

Positive experience: Uses this as an activity only booking as we wanted to pick our hotel and flight ourselves. The activities ran smoothly, the gun package they found was excellent. Great value for money and as promised there was an English speaking instructor who took his time and made sure we knew what we were doing. The other activity we did was the bubble football. It was a bit hard to find this place, they have a map location but the way to get to it was not obvious at all and Google maps did not help. The instructor spoke some English atleast enough that we got the basics of what she was trying to get across. Overall it was a good service and made it alot easier to get activities arranged compared to doing it ourselves.

Negative experience: Used this company for a stag do in Benidorm. They took 50 euros each from 11 of us as a damage waiver. Guess what, no one there when we left and now ignoring calls. Nice scam.

Fantastic experience: I was best man for a trip to Newcastle. A mate of mine recommended Last Night of Freedom, and TBH I thought I could book it all myself. Having quickly realised just how much work there was, I contacted them and from start to finish the level of service was nothing short of exceptional The process of booking was made easy by the super-friendly staff, who were there at every step of the process. I never at any stage felt pressured to spend more than I wanted, and knowing we had a point-of-contact on the actual stag itself was incredibly reassuring. This is an outstanding, well-run business. I can't recommended it enough.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic weekend over the Jubilee in Bournemouth with 18 lads! We booked pre-pandemic for Prague but changed the plans due to Covid and settled on Bournemouth. The activities were well organised and worth every second - Buggies, Shooting, Crossbows and axe throwing plus Zorb Football and a Bar Crawl. The atmosphere was great in the centre with no trouble although there were more stag's than hen's it was still a top weekend! Billie organised everything and I could not fault the service and communication - I would highly recommend LNOF for anyone planning a stag do - Easy, painless and hassle free - Thank you to all the team!

Fantastic experience: Ordered items for a hen party via the website, customer service where fantastic and had my items with me within two days (I made an error and they didn’t charge me for it!) I would recommend them for hen party items.

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs. We booked and paid for 4-star accommodation in Liverpool (not exactly cheap either), to which they then cancelled on the day we arrived and moved us to something reminiscent of the hotel in the Inbetweeners movie, without any compensation and proper notice. Happy to take the money in advance without actually checking the accommodation we had booked was available... that's called theft and against the TDA! Also - another hilarious example of their incompetence was booking us onto go-karting miles away from where we were staying when there was a circuit 15mins walk from our apartment building. You couldn't make it up.

Negative experience: Booked a hen do in Birmingham last July for March this year, was told 6 weeks before the booking that one of the venues was not taking third party bookings so was told if we wanted somewhere we would need to pay an extra £28 each ASAP. The hotel was 20-25mins away from anything we had booked meaning we had to pay cab fares most of the weekend !! At arrival at Las iguanas our pre booked meals had not been sent through to the restaurant, however they were very good at sorting what we wanted quickly. In the evening we went to the comedy club only half the food orders came out. 30 minutes later the rest arrived cold, which were sent back. The security men told a few people off in the party for talking and heckling !!! The next day we were booked for a life drawing to arrive and find no room had been booked, the tutor did not arrive nor did the drawing equipment or bottle of fizz, the model had to complete the class on his own at a delay of 40mins. The evening was booked for the Dream boys and we were told to arrive at 7pm, however the venue was shut meaning we were waiting around outside until it was open. I will never book with this company again, although them responding to any issues/questions is a joke !!

Fantastic experience: I had an urgent request to get some shirts for my best mate’s Stag Do this weekend. I saw that LNOF offered to print and deliver shirts within a working week. I made the request but also asked if the order could be bumped forward. LNOF’s customer service rep (Will) replied within a day and managed to get the order processed earlier than was estimated. Really pleased with how responsive LNOF were and the delivery came at a perfect time. I was also really impressed by the quality of the mock up they gave and the price of the shirts (comparably good value compared to other sites)! Only piece of feedback I have is getting the option to see the mock up of the shirt again once reviewed. I wanted to show it to the rest of the stag group but didn’t have a way to see it again (at least on a phone), it’s a minor gripe as I still got to see it myself and was really pleased with it, product arrived this morning and looks exactly like what was promised. Overall really impressed by the service and think LNOF did a fantastic job!

Fantastic experience: Love my hen party bags, I did have a small issue in that I received one set of bags less than I ordered and their customer service was incredible, they checked when I would need the replacement and managed my expectations brilliantly.

Fantastic experience: Ordered a pinata and royal mail smashed it to pieces before we managed to use it. They offered a new one next day delivery or a full refund really quickly.

Negative experience: Horrible company. My friend booked a hen party which could no longer go ahead when the coranvirus rules changed. They tricked my friend into accepting a credit note even though she asked for a refund. They would still not offer a refund even though it stated clearly on the website that they offer refunds if an event can no longer go ahead due to covid.

Negative experience: Used for my sister's hen do. Once booked they kept changing the plans and cancelling activities and tried charging us more. We eventually went to the hen weekend which was completely different to the one I booked. We turned up to one of the activities to find out it had been cancelled. The activity was 40 minutes out of the way so an hour and half was wasted of our weekend travelling there and back. The venue was unhelpful. I phoned the out of office number and after 30 minutes of trying to get an answer we were told we would get a full refund for the activity and we could get a meal each up to £20pp. We weren't refunded after weeks and weeks of asking for it. Still unresolved and I am out of pocket. Awful customer service. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service, no issues on the stag do, everywhere was sorted easily and activities were better than expected too be honest!

Negative experience: Booked a night away in Liverpool with them for brother in law's stag do. Requested if one of the party could back out a week before and got no reply at all... even now after its already been. 12 of us requested 4 hotel rooms. They took the money for 4 but booked 3 forcing us to 4 per room (during Covid??). Obviously an attempt to back-pocket the money for the 4th room. Guy in the hotel tried everything he could to get in touch with LNOF and get it sorted out but couldn't get through to anyone at all. Cheers for the support... We got to the restaurant arranged and we were told a drink was included in our initial cost - it wasn't. We gave the company our meal orders and not all of the meals were accounted for. Luckily, the restaurant (Slug & Lettuce) were spot on and sorted everyone out with food regardless. Easier to book everything yourself. Don't waste your time and money with LNOF.

Negative experience: Absolute shambles of a company with incompetent staff who have no consideration when planning a night / weekend in London. All our activities are not in close proximity of one another which means we will be needing to spend half a day travelling around London on the underground / paying for ubers and our hotel is in the back ends of nowhere (20 minute walk from London Bridge station) which is not ideal when us girls will be travelling back late at night. There are also no clubs within the area. Our nightclub which was booked at Piccadilly has been cancelled and they have not looked at alternative arrangements for us. I have now mapped out the day myself and have realized for an extra £18 I could be staying in Covent garden at a nice 4* hotel with all activities being a 15 minute walk. If you are planning a night away in London I recommend just going onto booking.com (this way it's free cancellation up until the day before) and google maps! The best brunches / clubs are located in and around central London / Shoreditch :)

Fantastic experience: Had an order go missing and after contacting them they rearranged a new next day delivery and I've got all my order in time for a hen party.

Negative experience: AVOID !!! My wife was due to attend a Hen Party in March 2021, affected by Covid restrictions and unfortunately it had to be cancelled. The deposits paid to this outfit have not been refunded, and the party organiser has been told they will not be reimbursed.

Negative experience: ‼️Please be aware of this company ‼️ have taken £500 for a day Cocktail Event in Benidorm that should of been happening 4th June 2020.... there was a balance of £12 each remaining and they have now cancelled and shut down the account for me to access the event! I originally booked Marbs with them with full £50 deposit each total £500 this was to secure for date, price and location. A months later I received a email saying the price was going up I challenged this as we had paid full deposit (binding contract) requested to secure the resort we had selected they then cancelled the holiday I wrote to the director of the company with a letter of complaint following the letter we agreed to transfer the funds over to “A Benidorm Cocktail Event” for my Hen Do.... No with all the girls only outstanding £12 each this company has cancelled the event and not giving me a refund? In there terms and conditions it’s says that balance must be paid in full before travel... we are not yet in the 28day period fuming my account is saying I have no event booked with them disgusting and their reason is because me or Codie have not been intouch with them to discuss disgusting customer service especially with the events of Covid 19 for the sake of £12 each they have cancelled our account and event!!!

Negative experience: Absolute disgrace of a company! Would strongly recommend that you avoid this mob as they will rip you off at every point of your trip. Initially quoted £250 per head for the overall package which included hotel room for 3 nights. We then found the same hotel online for £35 for the 3 nights. Asked LNOF to take the hotel off our bill which then reduced our package to £128 per head. I understand they need to make a profit but a mark-up of nearly 250% per head on the hotel booking alone can only be described as extortion. Once on the trip we then had a guided bar crawl where we were supposed to get free alcoholic shots at every bar upon arrival. The first bar we received Ribena and the second bar was lime juice. Got the usual nonsense off the rep trying to convince us it was alcohol, only for the barman to present a bottle of lime juice to one of the group. Shambles of a company.

Fantastic experience: I recently worked with LNOF for my sister's hen party - 22 girls in Newcastle! - and I cannot recommend them enough!! The team were always helpful, friendly and took the time to understand what we wanted from the weekend. From the moment we arrived in Newcastle until our easyJet flight back, everything went flawlessly! Personal thank you to Hannah who was just brilliant. I'll definitely use this company again!! :)

Sudden changes under 24 hours out from trip which we could have been notified weeks before and simply forgotten. messed up all activities & false promises at the location denied all liability once trip over shocking customer service

Negative experience: Very disappointed really, what started as a very positive and helpful experience has turned into nothing short of a nightmare. I had been quoted a set price for activities for a Hen weekend in Hamburg for 20 people. Everything was confirmed dates and times, and a deposit had been paid. So far so good. One week after paying my deposit, I have been notified that one of my activities (a prosecco bike) has been double-booked and that unfortunately through no fault of the companies, they would now need to book us with a more expensive provider and raise the cost by £20 per person in order to honour the activity. When asked why the cost was so different, I was advised that this was because of the size of my booking. I have not been offered any explanation as to why it is my booking that had to suffer, or why it has taken the company a week to notify me. When asked if the company would cover the short fall seeing as this was not my mistake and I would only agree to pay the amount quoted and confirmed to me, I was advised the actual fee would be £160 per person, and the company were happy to do it for £127 and only absorb some of the cost. Though not happy with any sort of increase in price, I could have accepted it if it was a couple of pounds more expensive but to advise the prices stated above, is in my opinion quite ridiculous. As the company was unwilling to cover the shortfall I had no choice but to cancel the booking. It may have seemed hasty to do this, but this was the activity that made me book with LNOF, furthermore the company made no attempt to try and resolve the issue or offer any alternatives. In short it was either pay the £127 per person or cancel the entire booking. As a result my booking has been unceremoniously cancelled and I find myself trying to organise 20 hens from scratch. One silver lining (if you can call it so) is that I have not had to chase a refund for my deposit. I have received an email advising this had been processed within 2 hours of the booking being cancelled Before this I would have recommended the company to anyone, all in all, the gentleman Peter I dealt with seemed very helpful up until the point they cancelled by booking without question. But alas all the customer services in the world, counts for nothing, if the end result is more grief than relief. For a service that is meant to take the hassle out of organising such things, I have been left in utter chaos.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience with Last Night of Freedom right through from booking to the after service and care from a dedicated event planner throughout. If you want to take the hassle out of organising your stag do then choose these guys and let the experience guide you. Highly recommend Dublin! Fantastic experience: What a truly excellent experience we had from booking to partying in krakow, 14 people on the stag do and not a single complaint, which surprised me as there is usually “that ONE” that no matter how hard you try to appease them, they will just not have a nice time no matter how much glitter is sprinkled on. BUT I admit at first I was apprehensive as I was getting bombarded by competitors to “sign TODAY” and LNOF gave me space to survey my options and talk amongst the group of attendees, I picked them for that reason. I also was very specific as to what I wanted on my trip. Great accommodation, 4* at least Perfect location, central square Great activities with transfers Flexible payment option. We had everything we asked for, it was perfect. The grooms wedding was 6 days ago, and people were still talking about how amazing it was. I’m glad I put my trust here. Nathan

Negative experience: Initially spoke to this company with a very aggressive salesman called Malcolm, who didn't take kindly to questioning prices. Saw a cheaper price elsewhere and showed the link and said it would go up on the actual quote and tried saying all other companies were putting hidden charges in and weren't trustworthy. A few unprofessional emails later and calling me a liar for saying I didn't find it cheaper despite the online link, I decided to look elsewhere. Looking through reviews there are a lot of sketchy messages about poor customer service and lack of getting what you pay for, so shall be taking business elsewhere. Didn't cater to look at the packages or wait for the opposing quote to offer a price match, just wanted money and slated other companies.

Negative experience: We booked the "authentic spanish tapas meal with welcome fizz, unlimited wine, club entry and drink." On arrival we were told there was no welcome fizz or unlimited wine. We were served onion bhajis and samosas to start with followed by a choice of fish fingers, ham burger or stir fry for main - not quite the authentic spanish tapas meal we were sold. We then went to the club to be told we missed the alloted time to gain entry, news to us that we had to be in the club by a certain time! We paid £80 each for this, unbelievable!!! Save your money! Absolute shambles of a company. DO NOT USE!!! I have no idea how this company has got 5 stars on here, I can only assume the staff must be leaving the reviews.

Negative experience: Never experienced such terrible customer service. We paid £80 per person for an authentic 3 course tapas meal in Palma, with unlimited wine and beer and a butler in the buff. The butler was great and we had unlimited beer but nothing else! The food was a plate of spring rolls, cheese balls and chips, it was the worst food I've ever been served in a restaurant, the most expensive and certainly not tapas! Wine was not included, nor did we get our welcome drink. We were offered a pathetic refund of £25 per person. The only reason this company is still in business is because they lie about what they offer and then keep your money. Day light robbery
