Negative experience: I thought we’d give Cheeky Trips or holiday globe or aka travelopedia a try as we found it online; however, I wish you would have checked the reviews beforehand. We originally booked a holiday for the later part of April, with a price for two people around £890. Then I realized my partner mentioned that I had booked the wrong date, so I needed to adjust the date slightly. However, the price significantly increased to around £2,000. After speaking to them multiple times, I requested that everything be confirmed in writing or through emails. I initially paid a deposit of just under £300, but then the next day they claimed that the price was wrong and that I needed to pay more. The following day, it was only an additional £100, but alarm bells were ringing when the representative said they had made a mistake and that I should have paid more. Ultimately, I ended up paying another £200, which increased the deposit amount. Yet, they continued to email us daily with different prices and had not confirmed a single detail when I spoke to them on the phone, but they were still pushing for me to provide the additional money. And now they refuse to refund us any of our money. Scammed. Once you pay your deposit they have you sucked in for extra charges and you have no choice. Avoid at cost and use a more reliable service.

When I asked for refund, they have been transferring me from person to person for about more than a year saying to call next day and next day the same story!!! We had our flight cancelled a month before departure and I only found this out when I was double checking the flights two days prior. I had to contact the company that was actually running the flights to get things changed, not flight office. The five star reviews are also their agents asking people to write them. They are not necessarily fake but they are not indicitive of the quality of this company.

Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Only clicked through their website to get an idea on pricing (didn’t create an account), immediately bombarded with calls, messages, emails. Currently battling to get them to delete my details and stop contacting me. 5* reviews are clearly fake; people who get to the point of actually spending money seem to have all sorts of problems

Negative experience: Disgusting excuse of a company. Clearly fake 5* reviews. Lots of 1* reviews from others with similar experience. Just booked flights to Hong Kong only to have an agent call to say we need to book bags in at £65 per person. We still had the website up and no where did it say about the extra charge for bags. He said we booked the economy basically and not the economy standard. The confirmation just said economy with no options to change or add anything extra. What a scam! They then said as we are traveling as a family he can reduce it to £35pp and said the information was clear, he asked to send a screenshot but we said no as we have the webpage up still from booking. We asked for a full refund as we don't trade with dishonest companies. The call was from Imran but the email we received for confirmation to refund is from Andrew.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE Flight Office or their sister company Travelopedia. They list a "cheap price" for a flight. After 3 days of trying to get hold of them I was told I had a call and an email rejecting the booking, however this is not true. Now the flight isn't available.

Negative experience: booked to fly to Australia for 2 people in December one stop going out in Feb and two stop coming back April. paid and all seemed ok. then within days the middle flight of return had been cancelled?. spoke to them and they rearranged the return flight as a one stop changing at LAX. Arrived at LAX and went to check in to flight home BA refused to let us board so we were stranded there my wife fraught with worry and very distressed. Finally we went to American Airlines desk who graciously flew us home some hours later. Later BA confirmed that the agent had not issued an Eticket for that leg so there was no valid ticket for them. After several call and emails to the agent they have sent us round in circles and now completely ignoring us for some compensation for the distress caused by their failures. Will not recommend to use as they take the money quick enough but customer support not acceptable.
Negative experience: Case progressing. Seems to operate the same way as other foreign scam call centres. They'll push you for urgency, they'll ask for more money, they'll charge you for things you won't get. Baggage/transfers etc, and they'll be verbally abusive. Not abta covered or anything else, they were refused. Avoid!
Positive experience: Booked a ticket today with Travelopedia TA The Flight Office for the first time. I'm not disappointed. A really good service. I fly a regular route to the middle east every 7 or 8 weeks and I'm always looking out for the best deals on the trip. The FO came up after a search via the cheapflights aggregator. I checked the price with an online chat and asked for a cheaper one. I was dealt with by Karry who was really good. He got me a cheaper price than what was advertised on the website and which was actually almost £160 less than the airlines website. I always keep a record of the chat just in case and I always ask to confirm the held price several times. All was well. I paid by CC and waited for the ticket to arrive. The eTicket arrived in 4 hrs - I was a bit concerned that's why I have awarded 4/5 for the time delay. Anyways the eTicket arrived. I checked the airline booking site for the ref. It checked out. I chose my seats and entered passenger info and my FF number. All is well. I would definitely use The Flight Office again and recommend. Very good service. IATA member so they are empowered to issue tickets and carry ATOL protection.

Our experience was good, we have paid when booking for an upgraded room with balcony but we have not received that. I did not like the initial review pressure from the agency side.. do it now while I`m on the phone that was unexpected and unprofessional. Holiday was fine and Benidorm is amazing we stayd at Grand hotel Bali which I recommend

They took the money out of account even though I clearly stated I wasn't happy with the agent quoting a different figure right at the end. He said it was "basic supplier charges". My reservations have been messed up. Call them and they tell you they'll call back in 10 minutes. I'm thinking of reporting them for malpractice. Keep away from them.
Negative experience: Booked to go to Mexico got to airport had problem with flight, tried to call company but took 4 hrs to answer and when they did a Mr David Smith who is supposed to be managing director was so rude, even tried to say that I swore at him, threatened me saying he knew where I live etc... Negative experience: Bad company, they put excuses to not give you any information, they say they will call you back and they don’t, I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM. Negative experience: Customer service has to be the worst I have ever experienced. Arrived at our destination airport. Transfer to hotel wasn’t there. Phoned company and had the most unhelpful phone operator possible. Refused to send another email with the details he claimed was on the transfer voucher even thought these were completely different to ours. Wouldn’t supply any contact details as they were on the voucher apparently( they weren’t ). After insisting that our transfer was there waiting and 2 hours of us walking round and round the airport trying to find it we got a taxi costing £150 to our hotel. Still we tried to contact by email to the company to check what’s going on, still no reply. Then on last two days I phone company again both times reassured that our transfer was legit, booked and would be collecting us at 5am to take us back. Needless to say it never costing £150 returning back to airport. On arrival back to the UK I was able to get in touch with the name of a company on the transfer voucher. To which a very helpful lady inform me that the operators(holiday company) had cancelled our transfer in January. Don’t touch this company.

Negative experience: Very poor level of service. They called me and gave me a package price. I confirmed everything through with them paid for my flight. Only to get a call that there was an issue confirming my flights. I could of got a cheaper African flight but opted to pay through Europe now they change my airline to African risking me to get stuck in a red zone. And I paid excess 2 carry 2 suitcase of luggage they now refuse to honour also!! The entire experience has been so stressful on top of a situation that is already stressfull enough. Do I recommend.... Deffinatly not. So far they have lied and now want to lock me on a flight where I will most likely get caught in a red zone..... Legal action will be taken. Negative experience: An appalling experience dealing with this company. Don't use them. I bought flights to visit the Rugby World Cup almost 1 year ago. Due to Covid and the cancellation of the World Cup I applied for a refund. Although Flight office deducted a percentage and therefore I would not receive a full refund, I agreed to their terms. Negative experience: The price you quoted is is not the final cost. They start adding fees on, a break that should of cost £2849 ended up costing £3380. They are scammers and liers!!! Charged me a £9pp new airline booking fee which was a lie. They reallocated our hotel and then had to pay extra £380, when said this isn't what I booked and wanted to cancel. They said holiday was non refundable forcing us to have to pay the extra amount. Finally the booking email and information they give to the airline is fake. You find yourself unable to check-in online and have to go to the airline customer services, explain and hope they are understanding. They are known as screen scrapers... Lucky Ryanair were fantastic and completely rebooked our plane tickets into my email address so was able to check-in online for our return flight home. I would not touch this company with a barge pole ever again and certainly don't recommend using travelopedia to anyone. Flightoffice.co.uk is also their fake email they use for flights when it's your own personal email that is meant to be used. Please don't use this company... They also messed us around with the itinerary till 2 days before departure. I had to threaten to contact my bank to do a money recall for them to finally send my tickets and vouchers. So unprofessional and basically Rob you blind, adding 100s pounds on the price once your locked in with no choice but to pay the extras or lose the complete holiday cost. Shocking company.

I know the airline as refunded them but they will make every excuse not to give you back your money. ABTA are a complete waste of time and I have now been told this thief of a company are no longer a member, surprise surprise. Negative experience: PAID £2984 for tickets in February for an August flight which got cancelled by operator due to pandemic. Operator offers full refund but only available through agent, Travelopedia. But Travelopedia (Also trading as Flightoffice.co.uk & viman.co.uk) initially tried to charge over £300 to process refund. After over a month of e-mails back and forth, they eventually promise a full refund. When I asked them to confirm timeline as to when I will receive the refund, SILENCE... E-mails are no longer replied to and calls are avoided... Now filing a complain with UK Trading Standards, That's just the beginning. My solicitor is now on board for Courts filing and I am getting geared up for an ABTA Complain process. I advise all unhappy ones (I know by the reviews that you are many) to do the same. The Law of the Land is on your side. Do not give up your hard earned money to (.....fill the gap) UPDATE: I have contacted my Bank who reimbursed me the full amount. I guess they will deal with this less than honest business themselves. Good Luck....

Booked a package holiday in August 2019 with travelopedia for January 2021 £400 deposit paid with thomas cook flights, after thomas cook went bust the month after I contacted travelopedia, I was informed that we could change flights which was £400 more plus luggage cost plus travel cost to another airport far away, plus paying to keep car for a week, i declined and asked for a refund. I was informed I could have a refund no problem but will need to claim via ATOl, claim submitted on 1st October 2019, I called ATOL claim company in January 2020 to ask what is happening with the claim as everyone else I know has received refunds by now, I was told that travelopedia need to pay the refund back and they had misinformed me. Telephone calls frequently to travelopedia still no refund as of today 06/06/20 which is absolutely appalling customer service, 8 months on still no refund. I do have an email sent to me in February 2020 stating I will get a refund but still waiting, I will never deal with this company ever again!!!!! Please don't make the same mistake.
Negative experience: Yet again I feel I am been ignored by your company. I booked and paid for flights, hotel and one case with you to Benalmadena on the 24th January to travel on the 29th March. I had no email from you to say my holiday was cancelled due to Spain and England been on lockdown. When I phoned the first time to enquire I was told I Had Not booked a holiday with you, which was very funny as I had all my paperwork laid out in front of me at the time of phoning. When your operator eventually admitted I had paid for said holiday he then terminated the call. I naively thought you might get in contact with me and I would get a cash refund into my bank. So I phoned you again and got an email from you, offering either to rebook or vouchers, to which I replied stating I didn't want to rebook, as you only get one chance to celebrate a special birthday nor did I want vouchers. I WANT A CASH REFUND FOR THE FLIGHT AND THE HOTEL. I PAID JUST OVER £700AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Now I know in the grand scheme of things this is not a huge amount of money.... But this holiday was my birthday present from my husband.

Fantastic experience: I booked replacement flights on line as my original flights to Japan went via China and the movement recommended avoiding China, sorry China as I have visited before and had a wonderful experience. I then had a call from Alice informing me that the online flights were not available and could she see what was available, as I had been stressing over getting to Japan I of course said yes. Negative experience: Today i was sent a price for our family holiday to greece the price was £1649.when i phoned to pay the agent confirmed that price 3 times.he then took my credit card details to pay £500 deposit. All went through fine then i was oassed to another aggent who confirmed everything,he then went to say the holiday was now £1950 due to an administrative charge through ryan air.!! To which i replied our price had been confirmed of £1650 & wasnt happy paying £300 for administrative charge, would therefore like my deposit back which i was told i couldn't have ??? He then said let me see what i can do.he then came back & said i had no choice but to pay £1750 absolutely disgusted a company as big as this trying to rob its customers.......wont book through these again.....

Fantastic experience: I had been searching for my annual London to Sydney flight home that I book every year for Xmas. I had tried all the usual sites, with the airline direct flights being the most expensive, and all other websites around the same price. I don't know how I came across TRavelopedia but at first glance I was happy I did. I then thought it must be a con as the prices were hundreds of pounds less than all the other sites (I normally use Skyscanner). I then called and spoke to someone which is always reassuring,, in my case Stella. Stella talked me through a number of options, all at prices I couldn't believe.She then emailed me information to confirm all was correct and she booked my flight. I was still astounded by the price, and I did mention this to Stella that I was worried it might be a con. Stella, and her team, kept me involved the whole time between paying and the airline issuing my ticket, they reply to messages / phone calls /emails immediately and above all I got the most direct flight with Qatar(24 hours and my favourite airline), for the same price as a 35 hour flight with United offered on Skyscanner. This particular flight was averaging £1500+ on other sites, I paid £1050. I am a frequent flyer and I hope everyone reads this review as I won't be using any other website again for my flights. Positive experience: While I finally got a ticket at a decent price for the time of the year I'm travelling (very peak) and the short time in advance I made the purchase, the very first stages of the buying process weren't great. Truth is that the price you see online is not real, and the company use this to grab your attention and you to engage by completing with your contact details. Then an agent will follow up saying they have no more availability of the tickets you choose online and that they have to provide alternative options, which are generally more expensive. The first few options I got were more expensive than buying directly via the airline. So my RECOMMENDATION is to first do a search via Kayak (gives the option to look at +/- 3 days) and Skyscanner so you have a good idea of the prices available. After 4 calls in where I rejected the offers from the agents, finally one gave me a ticket that was not available at all through the airline (everything appeared as sold out) and other tickets via airlines were way more expensive. If you are prepared for that (i.e. few call and offers rejected to finally get something that could be a good deal), then contact this agency.
Negative experience: I booked a flight with this company online. The site showed three seats available on the 08/11. Reading the bad reviews I took a screen shot of the the booking confirmation. Funnily enough I did not receive a confirmation email about the booking I rang the company on the 09/11 to check what was going on (Due to the already ban reviews). I was told the airline did not accept the booking. Even though when checking their website on the 09/11 thar there was one seat still avaiable. The women on the phone was argumentative, and tried to tell me that it takes time for the system to update. Which is all a big con. Do not trust this company. their website is fake, they take credit card details, which Im now worried about as well. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, STAY CLEAR, DO NOT BOOK WITH THE COMPANY!!! BE WARNED
Negative experience: Worst company I have had the unfortunate pleasure to have dealt with, from the 1st min I booked the holiday I was called to say the price has gone up by over £60, after a lot of arguing the price was not increased. As I am flying out tomorrow i do an online check-In only to find out that i have no hold luggage included although it was on the original quote and they are refusing to add this.....regrettable i had to give them 1 star to post this

Fantastic experience: I am usually good at finding flights to suit my needs, but this time I left my booking too late to find my desired flights to visit my families in Sydney and Hong Kong.
