Negative experience: So i had to change something in my ticket because i couldnt check-in because my last name was wronf...i contacted flightcatchers and asked to change the name but they said its too late..then i contacted etihad customer service and they changed it within 30minutes for a fee and told me to contact the website you booked your ticket with and tell them reissue the ticket and everything will be fine..but when i contacted flightcatchers one picked up and said the ticket was not changed and told me to contact etihad again..finally after back and forth 3 times...i had to contact flight catchers for the re-issue of my ticket, one guy picked up the phone and told me their will be charges for this, i asked how much money...he said that it is 950 pounds first time!!!!!! And 2nd time the same guy picked up and asked me 400 pounds, i mean i booked the ticket only for half the price he was asking me just to send the ticket pdf..His name was (MANI).. I dont know whether it was his real name or fake name...i cut the call and called again and connected with a different person this time, just told them to send the ticket alone..i didnt tell them anything other than that..so he sent me the ticket...i lost my hope but just went check again, in their etihad had changed my name...i was the last one checked in..there is nothing called customer service from these company...they even sent me a ticket with 30kg baggage and asked for 70pounds for extra baggage, i told no..when i checked with etihad it was 40kg..i mean look at the level they go to take your money... And while returning again i faced the same problem somehow i called them 3 days earlier to the flight and still they will not reissue the ticket, they kept on asking for moneyy first they asked 200pounds and then on the day of travel they asked me 800pounds, etihad said that they charge max price 30dollars to reissue the ticket for these travel agencies.. At last I couldn't board the flight because of this travel agency.... Dont fall for these 3rd party website guys, it was the most horrible experience ever for me ..never ever book on this website. They are scamming people..

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from Mughal, patient also reliable and prompt It was my first time booking flights with Flightcatchers.com via Skyscanner for my whole family. Fantastic experience: I booked with Flight catchers via Skyscanner online but as I had an issue with payment I ended up having to call them. I have to say the customer service from both members of staff was really good. Negative experience: Try to avoid They state all tickets are "non refundable" this apparently stands even if one the passengers out of your group (being the parent) is hospitalised prior to the departure date and you are unsure of when they would be able to travel. Even with providing medical evidence they do not budge, they have hearts of stone and even out of courtesy knowing the whole situation did not care one bit. They do state "Please note that a full refund would be subject to the airlines approval" Do they ever speak to the airline? NO!! They make the decision on behalf of the airline and only refund the family members £50 per passenger. If you decide to change your return or departure date onec booked they charge you a standard £358 per pasenger as its been checked out on 2 seperate occasions for both change of departure or return date. It's like they have a standard built in cost no matter what. I would stay away unless you are willing to throw your hard earned money away. This company is purely misleading passengers. My advice is to pay and extra £100 to a more reputable agent and be safe and secure. I will be taking this matter further (looking into this as I write) as it's totally unacceptable especially if it's for a reason out of anyone's control.

Negative experience: Please don’t buy tickets from this website. They are extremely irresponsible. My wife had to cancel her flight due to medical issues, and Emirates informed us that since the cancellation was for medical reasons, the agency was required to issue a full refund. Unfortunately, they refused to take responsibility and did not refund the amount. They refuse to claim the full amount from the airline because they don’t want to lose their commission. They are not responsible at all.

Negative experience: We booked four tickets through this website. However, 10 minutes after receiving the booking confirmation, we received a call informing us that our return tickets did not include baggage. We were told we would need to pay £90 per ticket for luggage. We were not given the option to cancel the flights because they stated the tickets were non-refundable and non-changeable. As a result, we were charged £380 for luggage. I think this is a kind of fraud. I am extremely disappointed with this agency, Pollany Travel Agency, which operates this website.

Negative experience: I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Flightcatchers recently. I booked a flight for my wife and noticed that I have booked it as Mr. instead of Mrs. Within minutes of spotting the mistake, I called Flightcatchers and informed this issue. Flightcatcher guy informed me that as this is a non-refundable ticket, they had to cancel it and issue a new ticket with an admin cost of £95. When I queried about this & told him to show me the T&Cs, he couldn't but said this is a special one off charge. I contacted the airline directly and got it changed for £20. Guy is a charlatan, who tried to rip me off. Flightcatchers should be ashamed of themselves for employing a con artist.

Positive experience: Update: following an initial negative review due to not providing a refund for a hotel that was cancelled, I am pleased to confirm that the management team reached out to us and, well, it was as if they were from an entirely different company. In a very positive way. Surprisingly, they promptly acknowledged their mistake and issued a full refund. I would use the company again. They provided competitive prices and turns out they have a good customer care team. Inshal the moron should have referred our dilemma immediately to the customer care team. The company are certainly not scammers. Yes they charge for amendments etc, but that’s how they are able to offer lower initial prices.

Negative experience: I rarely write a review but had to do it because of this airline as I would agree with majority of the people that they are completely scammers who try to sell you extras and never refund you for a ticket which the airline itself has cancelled. They have terrible customer service and only talk to you when they want to sell you or charge the extras. Please pay extra by buying from the main airline or other agencies and avoid flight catchers. I wish I could've rated them lower as they don't even deserve that one star. Also to add that FlightCatchers has to refund me the ticket cost which they have agreed to do it partially but they have been ignoring my email for the past one month!

Negative experience: AVOID THE COMPANY IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET SCAMMED so I booked 2 tickets to Islamabad with Turkish airline through this company but as soon as yu book they call you to say oh if you want extra luggage 46kg each passenger you have to pay extra when our ticket confirmed with airline was for 46kg not 30kg but main issue starts when I was entitled for full refund free off charge from airline as they had schedule change but the company tried denying it saying it would be a charge off £300 per passenger when I confirmed with airline they said it was free off charge but sami the agent kept lying to avoid doing it for me so I have to keep going back and forth with agent and airline they try to scam as much money as possible from the passengers but glad I managed to get the airline involved and managed to get full refund back apart from handling fees which was £23 each passenger. The stress this company caused me I'd advise anyone who are thinking to use them to think twice or else you'd be hearing lies.

Booked flight Manchester - Bangkok return - next day they informed the airline had changed the booking to 'London - Bangkok' and the return journey would be over 72 hours - with 3 day layover in Jordan!!!! My options: accept flight changes - or cancel and get a refund minus £23 administration charge, and wait 3-6 weeks before I can get the remaining balance back! Scandalous. How can they make £23 by offering flights that do not exist!!

Negative experience: Very bad service and customer support, due to unforeseen situation i had to cancell my ticket they promised me to give me a fair refund but after 2 months when i contacted the company no one was giving a response they kept saying someone will contact as soon as possible but never returned call, they used to call me daily for cancelling my ticket, but when it came to refund they were cancelling my calls or the person is busy at the minute we will pass the message or it was redirected to reception ,anybody who takes ticket from them i would say be careful if you take through the airline things are straight forward and you will get a fair refund from airline, there is no transperancy at all, i will never ever book through such 3rd party its not worth it,

Negative experience: Flights seem fine, we'll see on the day, but the incessant phone calls after purchasing to try and upsell more baggage, and hotels and seats is enough to make me never want to book with them again. Four phonecalls in just over half an hour from booking even when you've asked them not to call again, borderline harassment.

Negative experience: These guys are scammers. They are misleading and do not care about their customers. I booked via flight catchers and they managed to get 1 letter of my name wrong. I called back withing 5 minutes of receiving the confirmation and they told me it was my own fault for this. I requested for it to be changed and they said it will cost £270 additional. Anyhow, I manged to get Qatar airways to change it for me. When I went to the airport and just generally enquired about spelling mistakes and they said you can have upto 3 letters wrong. I'm so glad I didn't pay £270 to have it changed. Flight catchers you scammers, you should make your customers aware of such policies

Flight booked from London to New Zealand. 12 hours prior to departure I'm told to 'call flightcatchers due to a schedule change'. 1 Flight cancelled by airline and every agent unwilling to find a solution. Negative experience: Never for ever recommend it. If you want to waste your money and have headaches so book your ticket with them. My flight was cancelled with them first , they are not going to give you alternative flights without fee , second they reduct your money for admin fee per person even if you don’t cancel your flight and furthermore, your refund process takes 4 to 6 weeks after 6 weeks you need to email them to take your money back which it takes one week I have never had this kind of policy with other agency my partner had exactly this flights and the other agency gave his money in a few days. This job is not suitable for the owner of this agency or he/ she does not have a good manager because you still do not know how to educate your staff and how to make your customers satisfied and do not know nothing about it. Negative experience: This place is a scam. They are quoting £220 per person for changing flight date, when the actual flight cost on the new date is £248. And the customer service representative (MOIZ) started speaking rude on call, he was very unprofessional. Edit: after the review Kash called and talked nicely, and rectified the issue, for £166. Negative experience: Terrible experience! I recently booked a flight over the phone with a travel agent named Mohammed Arsum. I clearly specified my travel dates and even followed up by emailing the details—including names and passport information—as requested. I was supposed to fly back on the 17th of February, but to my shock, the agent booked me for the 17th of March instead. When I called back to address the error, I was met with a rude and unprofessional response, claiming that since I “confirmed” the booking, the mistake was my responsibility. As a result, I had to pay an extra £430 to make the necessary changes. With the additional cost, I could have chosen a much better airline. This experience was extremely frustrating, and I am very disappointed with the service. Never using them again!

Negative experience: MISLEADING TRAVEL AGENT STAY CLEAR Booked my airline tickets with this site through sky scanner, once you pay they will make your booking a offline booking so if you want to add luggage or extras you have to do it through them and they add a very big fee on top normally double the price of air line and when you contact them to ask them to give you access to your booking so you can check in and add extra’s they refuse. I would not use this site very Mis selling and customer service based on Pakistan who are terrible and have no understanding of consumer right in uk and just want to charge you. Stay clear

Negative experience: This airline is a scam - do not book through them at any cost. I booked a return flight (both 1 stop). After my first return flight got cancelled they made me pay a £120 surcharge while I was in poor health and even then I was delayed by 23 hours. Don’t ever make the mistake of using these guys.

After booking a ticket , I had a call from agent ( Sami Baig ) to wish safe journey and was guided if I needed any weight allowance. That was unexpected and felt good. I was promised a 75 percent refund for a death in the family which I provided an official death certificate for and got less than a 10 percent refund. Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional, Their system books tickets for the wrong dates, then when you call them and report the issue, they ask you to pay extra charges. Their staff are extremely rude and unhelpful USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
