Fantastic experience: Bella, was brilliant during the call she helped me with selecting some of the best seats got back to me which in the 48 hrs of my flight and moreover assisted me with check in. Even though I was struggling a bit with some luggage and the meals. She helped me out in all the areas possible. Absolutely fantastic of a Job.

After I made the payment they sent me an email saying that this is not your Eticket, you will receive you eticket after 48 hours. Also they were also not allowing any luggage while travelling. After I talk with them over a phone they asked me more money and told me that you are in a waiting list, so wait until 48 hours prior to your flight, whereas I my flight was 2 months later. I raised a concern, and instead of resolving the issue promptly, I was met with delays and unprofessional behavior. Despite my repeated attempts to follow up, the staff were rude during a phone call, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, I was asked to “allow more time” for a resolution, even though I had already disputed the payment due to their lack of action. This shows a complete lack of accountability and respect for their customers’ time and concerns. I expected better communication and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I would not recommend their services. Don’t fall for it.

Negative experience: O stars for an absolutely rubbish service. The site will trick you for cheap / promotional prices and will fool you expensive tickets. They promise you a refund for promotional tickets with in 48 hours if not confirmed however they will call you within 24 hours to say your tickets cannot be confirmed and that you will have to upgrade only at a very higher price of their own choice and moreover they will refuse you for a refund of initial payment. They will charge you well over the original price shown on the airlines website. Its a complete scam and dont buy any tickets from this site, the customer service is even rubbish. Please dont waste your money.

Negative experience: Please do not get scammed by this company, booked a flight 5 days ago, got an imeadiate phone call asking for another £380 or offered an inferior flight with stops, I refused. Still no ticked and no refund, was told I may have to wait till 24hrs before my flight to see if I will get a ticket or not, so can't book hotels or forward travel, or tell friends and family I will be away. Do not use this company!!!!!!!!

It's becoming less and less that we are able to talk someone nowadays so talking with Zoya and able to discuss our travels arrangements is a bit fresh air. Highly appreciated and recommended.

Negative experience: While searching for a flight for my son to join us in NYC, from London, for the holiday season, I found Cheap Fly Shop offering the lowest price for the specific British Airways flight I was looking for. After purchasing the ticket, I received an order confirmation stating that my e-ticket would be issued within 48 hours. However, the following day, I received a call from an agent with a heavy accent and rapid speech (she clearly had a script, as she seemed to be repeating the same thing over and over), which made it very difficult to understand anything that was being said. After repeatedly interrupting the agent and requesting her to speak slower and clearly, she informed me that the ticket had not been issued due to airline issues and that I would be on sole form of standby. When I pressed for a clearer response, she suggested I waited for the next 15 days, which I told her was unacceptable. I then requested a cancellation and refund, which was met with an immediate refusal. When I mentioned filing a dispute with my credit card, the agent became very rude and tried to discouraged me, claiming I wouldn’t succeed, she then started to ramble and would not let me speak again. Following this interaction, I decided to send a written refund request by email, which was ignored. Instead, I received a response with more rambling, suggesting that additional charges might apply to my transaction and requesting I contacted them by phone for further discussion. Fortunately, a couple of days later (over the weekend) my transaction was automatically reversed by my credit card, as a security measure, meaning no funds were taken. Cheap Fly Shop emailed me straight away, with a link for me to make full payment, they have also tried calling me a few times since. I obviously did not reply to the email or contacted Cheap Fly Shop again. Reading through reviews for Cheap Fly Shop, in different forums, it seems that this is how they operate and even though they will not supply you with the service/product you paid for, they will still decline any request for refunds, with a lot of rambling and blaming the airline companies and customers. I have since reported Cheap Fly Shop to the appropriate authorities/agencies, in the hope they will investigate Cheap Fly Shop and put a stop to their questionable practices.

Fantastic experience: Booked a flight few days ago,and returning from Lahore to London , (the Cheapflyshop Travel representative) simply could not have been more patient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, she checked alternatives for schedule flights, she called back, she was very polite. a pleasure to deal with. With the current online booking of flights (a minefield of algorithms designed to fleece the innocent traveller) the human touch was hugely appreciated - will certainly use them again!

Negative experience: Scammers! These guys are scammers! I payed for a return flight yesterday and didnt receive tickets even after 24 hrs. When I called them, they told me that the ticket is not confirmed and may take any amount of time(even months) to get confirmed. They offered me to get confirmed tickets immediately if I Paid $500 more. I have lodged a complaint with my bank and also fairtrading. Hope these scammers will be shut down soon to avoid other people from getting scammed. Also, don't be fooled by so many positive reviews about these people, they are all fake

Negative experience: Just phoned for some help on a ticket purchase and the phone was answered by someone supposedly called Boris with an Indian accent. Very unhelpful and was at one point raising his voice down the phone then hung up. If I could give a zero star I would.

Negative experience: WARNING DO NOT USE - shysters with all sorts of tricks. Booked flights to India and then called by these guys the next day to say that the tickets were waitlisted and that the fare did not include any luggage allowance - despite my card being charged! Advised I would need to pay nearly £300 per ticket to guarentee the seats, or risk having to wait until up to 2 days before before departure to find out if I could travel. Absolute nonsense! Increasingly agressive on the phone trying to pressure me into paying more - essentially, they are luring you with a low fare that does not exist, and then trying to sell you the same thing for more money. They rely on customers believing this rubbish and panicking. Please look past the shiny website, and read the 1-star reviews. As expected 3-4 days after all these shenanigans the pending charge was refunded and accompanied by a whimpering email about the charge only being "soft". What they actually meant is that they could not fulfil their contract or terms & conditions as they could not obtain the fare they "sold" me.

I was contacted 2 x days later by CFS and said this was a promotion, another flight available at a different time and with booked seat + meal another £600+, i refused, and they told me I couldn’t be refunded, My Bank got my money back, They tried calling and I wouldn’t answer, I’m saying Avoid, Now I hope the Staff at cheapflyshop enjoy your Xmas because you have ruined my holiday!

Positive experience: Good customer service and follow up. But please be mindful of promotional tickets it's not as stated, it simply does not exist. It's a bait. Rather if at all you want to get a ticket through them, place a call first to understand the fine prints.. Overall they have good quality customer service

Negative experience: Avoid!!!!!! Booked flights to Thailand - recieved email confirmation but no e - tickets. I was told to wait 48 hours. 24 hours past and was told that my flight did not have any baggage!! Who travels to Thailand from the UK without baggage? Especially concerning as Thai Airways do not offer tickets without baggage (hand and hold). For baggage, I was asked to pay £400 in addition to my flights. I advised I did not need luggage and to proceed. Advised to wait. 48 hours past - still no e ticket. Called and spoke to Martin (apparently the manager) who said that my inbound flight has been confirmed (without baggage) but outbound awaiting confirmation. To confirm the flight, I would need to pay an additional £500!! REFUSED TO REFUND ME even though no e ticket has been produced. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!
