Negative experience: All was going fine until we went to collect our travel documents for our holiday what was meant to be a simple question from me to Dave about some information on the documents turned into a fall blown rant out of nowhere on the shop floor from Joel who wasn’t even dealing with us and In front on my children I actually couldn’t believe what was happening I’ve never been spoke/shouted to like that in my life and couldn’t believe what was happening and I remained completely polite throughout or just shocked I think and walked out thinking what has just happened,when we returned 40 mins later to collect corrected paperwork we were given a half hearted apology from Dave Criddle saying sorry for the misunderstanding and (oh he just gets like that) completely unprofessional behaviour.

Fantastic experience: I booked a 4 day break away as a single parent with my children. I was worrying about it, but Joel was so helpful and talked me through everything. He gave me great advice and I feel much happier now. Would def recommend!

Fantastic experience: I used to associate travel agents with package holidays and mass tourism. We've booked two holidays through Dave Criddle now, and nothing could be further from the truth. Most recently, we went on a skiing holiday in Austria. Jo, our adviser, was very knowledgeable about skiing resorts and left no stone unturned looking for the best possible match for us. We ended up with half board in a lovely family-run hotel with fantastic food in Kirchberg, a picturesque little town near Kitzbühel. Flights, connections, lessons and equipment were all included. It couldn't have been easier, the skiing was great, and the price was very reasonable!

Negative experience: I went in to Dave Criddle ltd to book a full board holiday. I would usually do this online, but because I needed somewhere at short notice I thought going to an agent might be less hassle. There was an uppity, unwelcoming atmosphere when I went in. A blonde lady and a brunette lady were at their desks, they didn't say hello. Having said I was looking for a holiday, they asked what my budget was along with a few other questions. I really felt as if I was inconveniencing them, I've never had customer service like it. I left my email and number and haven't received anything since. I had a 3-4K budget which has now been spent elsewhere. Not the best way to run a business I think. Given this, I will not be going back. I think I will continue to book holidays online.

Negative experience: Went into shop on the 15th of September to get a quote for 6 adults to Spain for next years Grand Prix , I was told a price and that they would email the quote with price plus extras, this was 12 days ago and still no message. I will now take my business to someone else now, if they can't be bothered to reply then all I can say is that they don't want my money or for that matter anyone else's I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY BODY
