Fantastic experience: We had an absolutely brilliant experience! We were very pleasantly greeted by Michelle who dealt with our booking with efficiency. Michelle explained everything we needed to know, listened to everything we asked, including some particular aspects of my wifes enquiries, which was challenging at times. The result was that we left with a holiday booking that we are very happy with. Thank you Michelle.
Fantastic experience: Brilliant service from Shannon who sorted a trip to NYC for us, she had great recommendations and was patient with my relentless questions. We have now returned from the trip and from the enquiry stage to arriving home everything ran smoothly. Thank You
Negative experience: Terrible customer service, especially from the store manager who can’t even be bothered to respond to emails. Hope nobody books through this store and has any issues or needs any assistance as you will be left hanging! Come on Virgin sort it out! And get some store managers that are able to communicate with customers instead of just ignoring them! Time to start looking elsewhere for our holidays.
Negative experience: Went to ask about honeymoons and about brochures - was told there wasn’t any, which is fine. I then carried on explaining that we’re looking for somewhere pretty unique to go and the lady just blankly stared at us and smiled saying “sorry we don’t do any”. I don’t think the staff actually wants to sell any holidays

Booking a party of 22 to Florida was not easy, but with the professionalism and patience of Victoria it was such a breeze well done and thanks so much you are a star. if everyone was as dedicated and passionate about there customers as Victoria the world would be a better place. Negative experience: This telephone number is NOT for this shop in the White Rose centre, it is for people in INDIA who CANNOT HARDLY SPEAK ENGLISH, I had to ask several times to repeat what she had just said and I still could not understand what she said. WHY DO VIRGIN DO THIS TO PEOPLE?. I ended up having to hang up on her.

Fantastic experience: My mother in-law was struggling to walk while going round white rose with her daughter. She desperately needed to sit down, hence went into virgin holidays. The staff knew she had no intention of booking a holiday and that she was just there due to her mobility problems. The staff were so kind and helpful towards her, they kept asking if she wanted a drink or if she is okay. Very lovely and kind people.

Negative experience: Not the best .. over the years Virgin has slipped somewhat.. rude up themselves air staff .. I gave Virgin another chance.. however, I still find them out of touch with reality.. keep smiling kids trust me .. TUI treat you better x

Michelle helped discuss even the smallest of details to make sure the holiday was tailored to our requirements. Great communication, with every aspect even checked in with us after we returned.

Positive experience: Sharing to be constructive as it helps to hear feedback. My parents booked and paid £8k for a holiday to Florida. They are annoyingly out of date with technology. I have been in to the shop a few times since they booked because they are anxious about everything since Covid and filling out the forms which are all online. When they have been in although you are pleasant enough, you have a tone thats you dont want to deal with them. Put yourself in their shoes, there querys are not silly to them they just need reassurrance. Spending a little time helping them with the forms. In addition to this you should know the fly ready forms inside and out as they are on your website part of check in. Saying you cant see it in person when we called over the phone about querying the attestation form for our 6 year old if she needed a covid jab. I understand you didnt want to tell us the wrong thing but you should know that form as it is very important. I am hoping we have better experience with the flight and cabin crew in order for them to book again.

Negative experience: Been in on 2 separate occasions and have the misfortune of dealing with the same rude man both times. 1st time going in to book a holiday and was told all holidays were online, not sure why you have a shop if I have to book online?. No wonder I was the only customer in the store on both occasions!

Negative experience: Walked in to enquire about a holiday package. Wasn't even acknowledged by the 2 staff members sat behind the desk. Pretending like I wasn't even there knowing full well I was waiting at the front to be served. Very poor service, no wonder there isn't a customer in sight. Eventually I walked out after waiting nearly 10 minutes. Proceeded to visit TUI a few stores down, must say brilliant service and I even proceeded to purchase my holiday.
Negative experience: Lady was not wearing a mask when I entered. Had to ask on numerous occasions what flights where available to the required destination. After asking over and over was finally given the details. To make the matter worse the lady did not put a mask on straight away and had the audacity to ask me to move back when it is policy to wear a mask in the shopping center. Why are your staff not helpful and try to brush of customers? Why did I have to question over and over instead of checking your system after I insisted? Why was I made to feel as though you could not be bothered with my business. Why was your staff member not wearing a mask and put a mask on after trying to brush me off. Shameful.
