Fantastic experience: Great

Negative experience: Ok but dont get how your bus cannot turn up at peak times , had to get taxi to work many times , can only get the 133 to work , from waterloo to ashworth , been let down alot , BUT , the last week it as turned up , all be it abit late , i get the 06.41 , but must say drivers are always great and are friendly , just wish you would turn up all the time , thank you

Negative experience: The person who answers the phone was rude and abrupt also verry unprofessional when I rang up over the 297 bus being consistently 20 minutes late 3 days this week the woman replied with “it’s not my problem” and “stop ranting and raving down the phone” her manner of speach was so abrupt it was unbelievable. I only wanted to understand what was going on with the bus and I was met with a rude member of staff.

Fantastic experience: 1st time I've been on a coach trip. I went to windermere steam train and boat ride with my grandaughter today we enjoyed it so much can't wait to book another one. Everything was spot on Neil was informative and on time and Billy was attentive and curtious, price's for refreshments very reasonable and lots of choices what a bonus. pity the weather didn't hold out for the day. Negative experience: Still awaiting response to a complaint made before Christmas - very poor for any company but obviously not interested in disability rights!

Negative experience: Worst bus company around. Actively miss stops and massively late or just don't turn up. Drivers couldn't care if they make you late and are always speeding. Do yourselves a massive favour and don't use this pathetic company.

Fantastic experience: Great holiday, hotel lovely (lots of stairs for an oldie like me) food really nice , the drivers were brilliant, pick up outbound late but a little hiccup, and had flavoured coffee coming home !

Fantastic experience: Brilliant staff from the girls in the shop to the drivers couriers day trips and holidays are so brilliant you want for nothing on holidays you get picked up at the door you don't touch your case til in your hotel room a courier is on board the coach selling drinks soft hot drinks beers win es spirits if you want one and sandwiches brilliant holidays and day trips I've been going for years I wouldn't go with any other firm

Fantastic experience: Writing on behalf of St Peter & St Paul Catholic Primary School. We love Hattons coaches!! We have used them for a number of years for trips and regular events such as our weekly swimming lessons. Costs are always competitive, booking is easy and invoicing always spot on! Most important to us though, is the customer service, everyone we deal with cares about their company and they care about the service they give, we recently made an error with some bookings and, with only 15 minutes notice, Hattons got a coach out to us and we could attend our event, saving the day and the children's experience, we cannot recommend Hattons highly enough! Negative experience: Proper jokes wait for bus for the driver not to stop speak with managers to tel me nothing they can do strongly advise not to use this service

Fantastic experience: Just back from a fabulous overnight break in London. We were collected from home by minibus and taken to meet the coach. Driven to central London for shopping then on to our beautiful hotel ( The Strand Palace) for overnight stay then afternoon tea the next day before our return home! From booking to returning home this was a fabulous trip …. Everyone was so friendly but professional …. Would recommend and will definitely use again. Brilliant value for money too!!! Thank you x

Fantastic experience: Cannot fault hattons coach. We had booked with national holidays, but we were transported via a Hattons coach. Superb coach. The driver Peter and his wife Lynn were super. Professuobal and courteous with a good sense of humour. Will be looking into their tours and daytrips for future reference.

Fantastic experience: The driver of the 141 today, going through burtonwood at 3:40, went above and beyond today to help me, he was at the end of his shift too, I'd like to thank him for being so friendly and helpful x x
